Our Place Saloon – Menu with Prices – Suite 502 7651, SW State Rd 200, Ocala

Went for my 1st visit . Was going to play pool . I was checking out the pool tables . They have free pool on Sundays I assume because tables were open to be able to access the balls . Before I even touched any thing was just looking at that point bartender came over and said you can’t play pool for free and not drink . He returned to the bar area and started to tell others sitting at the bar about me not ordering a drink . How strange is that . I had every intention of buying a drink and was going to have lunch . I did not even know pool was free so I could have cared less about that. To have the bartender hassel you before you could even settle in was just to strange . I left seemed he was looking to cause a problem and I did not need that on a nice Sunday afternoon . I would not recommend this place to any one and will never return. If I could I would give it a Zero rating ..

Break & Run – Menu with Prices – 1555 Goshen Ave, Fort Wayne

This was stop #3 of a boys night out, and we were all pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a place. It was clean, well lit, people were very friendly and all games were FREE! The sign on the door suggested a one drink minimum, but I don’t think many people were having any problems with that. Beers were $2 or $2.50 if you got them in a bucket. Besides the over 30 pool tables, there were probably 20+ dart boards, 10 corn hole games, and at least 1 air hockey table. We stuck to pool, and found the table in good condition, and we even found some house sticks that were not warped and had somewhat decent tips on them. Chalk for the sticks was found easily. I am sure that some of the tables are more worn than others, but I didn’t see any glaring problems with anything. I guess what struck me the most was how busy it was on a Thursday night. Probably 2/3rds of the tables were in use, and maybe 75% of the dart boards were being used. No one was playing corn hole. Music streamed from the 1970’s and early 1980’s, loud enough to hear easily, but not too loud. Bar selection left a little to be desired, but technically it’s a pool hall, not a bar. My buddy owns a store just a few doors down from this place, and the funny thing is that he’s never stepped foot in here before. I think we will be back!

Pockets Billiards, Wings & Beer – Menu with Prices – 9484 Dyer St #6411, El Paso

Pockets is one of a few billiards halls in El Paso. Not many decisions when your night or day plans involve having a few beers some bar food and shooting a few tables. Pockets in general but this location specifically is always clean, when itâ??s busy there is an off duty EPPO present. On this particular day we visited (Sunday, 17 Feb 19 3:45 pm – 4:45 pm) we went to the rear to start playing pool, four games later all I received was a waive from our attendant but nothing more. Free pool was a plus but went up the road for good and a drink. If your looking for work they should be hiring, one waiter ?

Pocketeer Billiards – Menu with Prices – 2444 Clinton St, Buffalo

I simply love this place. I started coming here before I was even old enough to drink. Back then, they only had pool tables and darts. Man, how times have changed…and for the better!!! Pocketeer now has a ton of pinball machines as well as a variety of arcade games. Not some old knock off arcade games. I’m talking new ones with popular themes such as The Walking Dead, Halo, Terminator, among others. They even have the classics like pong, but with a modern touch. They also have plenty of TV’s to watch the game on, with a lounge area to relax and watch. The service is always outstanding. The best part is that they are always open late. On this occasion , it was a Wednesday night and they were open until midnight…that’s awesome! Overall, I always look forward to date nights at Pocketeer Billiards. I would check out their Facebook page for info on leagues and such. It’s nice to see a local business grow over the years!

RollHouse Entertainment Parma – Menu with Prices – 12859 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland

I haven’t been to this place since I was at least 7 years old. My coworkers and I decided to stop in last night since we had a free pass. There are a ton of lanes so it doesn’t feel crowded and a lot of things to do here besides just bowling. They have pool tables, a bar, arcade games and food! Mondays at 10:30pm is service industry night and that’s when it’s really fun! The screens come down, the lights turn off and the music starts! The place itself is great and I can’t wait to make this a regular thing. The only thing that could improve is the customer service. The lady that checked us in and the lady at the food counter were so uninterested in talking to us I felt like we were bothering them by needing things. But the DJ and one of the bartenders were so nice and cool that they made up for them!

Blue Grass Country – Menu with Prices – 12175 Jacksboro Hwy, Fort Worth

We had my daughter’s 13th birthday party here today and it was amazing. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was fun for everyone from baby to grandmother. They set us up with some great dj/karaoke people and the venue is spacious with tons of games from pool tables to foosball, air hockey and even Cornhole. Being family friendly they are smoke free and even have a changing table in the restroom. There’s patio space and lots of tables in addition to room to dance with plenty of parking as well. A perfect 10. Thank you guys!!

The Silver Dollar – Menu with Prices – 10410 Dyer St a, El Paso

High speed low drag, great place to relax, have good conversations with nice folks. Seasoned folks in the day, younger set in the night. Free pool on Sundays, also have darts, karaoke Friday or Saturday I don’t remember. Good selection of domestic beers, great service! Look for drink specials daily! 3 large TVs for sports, one out back on the covered patio for smokers. Often has special events that includes free food. Give it a try, your gonna like it!

Papa T’s Sports Pub – Menu with Prices – 3420 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery

Papa Ts is a great sports pub with awesome bartenders and patrons! They have darts, pool, TVs, and a jukebox. You can sit at the bar, high tops, or low tables. They have daily drink specials. Also have tournaments on certain nights. Highly recommend for a low key afternoon socializing or for getting your pool or dart game on! Cheers!

Chops + Hops | Axe Throwing Lodge – Menu with Prices – 702 NE 1st Ave, Fort Lauderdale

This place is awesome if you “axe” me! I had a reservation for 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon with a group of 12. I was a little worried that I might miss some of the big football games going on today; however I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in because there were numerous flat screen TVs all around showing the major games. As we arrived we had to sign a waiver, makes sense, and then we waited at the bar for the rest of our party to arrive. It was a full liquor bar, and there were lots of draught & bottled beers available. The prices were not too steep either, most beers were $5. (They also have some custom cocktails that looked really yummy!) The decor is rustic, modern & cozy. As soon as our whole group was present, we were led to one of the fenced off axe throwing rooms. Our “axepert” was Maddy. She started out by showing us the proper way to handle, throw, and retrieve our axes. We started out by having 5 practice throws each, and then she put us into 2 teams and we played games against each other. There are 2 big targets in each area. I wasn’t the best axe thrower but it was lots of fun! Our party was 8 women and 4 men, and I think everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously. The sessions are 90 minutes long; and that was enough time to get in about 25-30 throws each, and have fun hanging out, talking, and drinking with our friends. They don’t serve food; but there was a food truck parked right outside the back door. (Da Big Jerk). Several of us ordered food and brought it inside, so that was an easy solution to the “no kitchen” situation for us. I had a great time, and we hung out a little after our session to watch some more football at the bar. This would be a great place for a girls’ night, bachelor party, bachelorette party, team building, or somewhere to bring out of town guests! Very fun and unique!

Rack & Grill Menu with Prices 3481 Old Petersburg Rd, Augusta

Wide area for multiple games of pool to be played without too much distraction. Fairly diverse crowd and the majority of people are jovial with a repertoire of sports, fishing, race cars and pool knowledge which they are eager to share. The tables are discounted until 6pm and you can get yourself a half pitcher with a FROSTY mug of umm(refreshments) also. Highly recommend giving Shock Top a try even if you do not favor citrus libations. You might pass up the pool hall if you blink, but look for a neon sign on the front, left corner of the building or else you will have to U-turn. The pool hall is smoke free, but for the smokers and e-smokers, there is a door at the end of the pool hall that leads to a small patio on the side with a couple of chairs and railing if you need a little assistance or you can step outside the front door about 50 feet. Dealer’s choice. If you are looking for league play then you have found a spot to meet and mingle with amateurs and semi-pros alike. The pool hall also have a few electronic games if you feel lucky with tables and chairs around this area if you just want to hang out and converse. It is a good place for just hanging out and very safe if you are wondering! Their music is played through a TouchTunes jukebox with a decent selection. Bartenders are cool!!

J J Dakota’s Billiards – Menu with Prices – 6067, 9112 Camp Bowie W Blvd # 100, Fort Worth

Came on a Sunday evening around 7 pm to kill some time and unwind by myself. Dakota’s is located in the shopping strip at the NE corner of Camp Bowie and 820 and their light up sign does not work, so just venture your way to the dark south end corner area of the shopping strip. There’s plenty of parking and this establishment is 21+ and currently smoking. However, Fort Worth passed a smoking that will take effect March 12, 2018. I’d imagine pool halls are included in the ban. After walking into this dimly lit establishment, you get a divey kinda feel to this place, which is ok with me. They have specials on the chalkboard when you walk in, a small arcade to the left, 1 shuffle board table at the entrace, the bar straight is straight foward and different types of pool tables for your choosing including coin-op tables, a handful of 9′ tables and good number of 8′ tables. They also have darts on the other side of the bar. If you’re looking to play pool, just hit up the bar and give them your ID and they’ll give you a set of balls. They tables look a little aged but table was flat, rails had good bounce and the house cues were straight. The bar has domestic bottle happy hour and looks like Sundays are one of the best days to go. Sun – Tuesday is $5.50 unlimited pool which made my most recent trip awesome!! Probably my new local lax Sunday hangout!

Whiteys Pool Hall – Menu with Prices – 3764 Derbigny St, Metairie

Great place to play pool or just have drink and talk! The pool and drinks are very fair prices. But it’s not an upscale place. It’s a locals bar you can actually have a conversation and better your pool game. If your looking for a place to play pool on good tables without a bunch of people crowding you while having a drink this is a great place! Great pool on decent tables paid by the hour and cheap drinks and a juke box!
