This little hole-in-the-wall deli is simply amazing. It’s a family owned establishment, which is clearly visible as the the father runs the register while the son does the cooking. The food is always delicious and fresh. Everything is ridiculously cheap. I always order the Big Texan (a poppy-seed roll filled with juicy Boar’s Head roast beef and fresh Mozzarella cheese), it comes with fries for only $6.50. I have never had a bad meal from this place. Highly recommend giving it a shot, however, they have very strange hours and are only open during the day. They open at 6AM and sometimes close around 3PM, so if you’re going to order, make sure it’s for lunch! If they were open for dinner hours as well, I would probably eat here twice a day! Simply delicious!

Uptown Pizza & Barbecue Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 1031 W Wilson Ave, Chicago

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! The biggest issue!!!!! My entire credit card number and expiration date was on the guest check that was delivered to me by the delivery driver. Who knows he might buying stuff on eBay. Don’t order from here if you worried about identity theft. I wanted to order to Italian beef meals including fries but they told me for delivery fries could not be included with them a meal and I would have to get an order of fries separate. That makes no sense. Therefore I ordered one Italian beef with provolone and 1 Italian beef with Mozzarella cheese; both dipped with jardinero peppers. And a order of fries which were $2.75. Upon arrival I received 1 Italian beef with cheese, one without and neither dipped. I called the restaurant and they told me that mozzarella and provolone are the same cheese. My response maybe you should not be serving cheese. In addition to the fact that they put apparently both cheeses on one sandwich. The separate fries that I apparently had to order was in the container that one of the Italian beefs were in but apparently they were called a large order of fries.

Slices Pizza – Menu with Prices – 3284, 3760 W Eau Gallie Blvd #101, Melbourne

This is one of my favorite pizza places in Brevard hands down. I usually come during lunch, they always have different specialty pizzas prepared along with a few classics. Monday’s they have pickle pizza, which is a white pizza with no red sauce and dill pickles, it’s really good and a great way to try something new without committing to an entire pizza! My standard order is two slices, one cheese (which has fresh sliced mozzarella) and one grandma slice (which is a thicker rectangular pizza with chunky tomato sauce and fresh basil). Most recently I tried the marinara pizza (no cheese with fresh sliced garlic and chopped basil) and lasagna pizza, both were really good! They have perfected all components of pizza from their tomato sauce which is not too sweet with great tomato flavor and garlic, fresh sliced mozzarella cheese, and a crispy crust that holds up well to whatever toppings you choose. The lunch special is 2 slices and a drink for $9, plus they have cherry coke which is my favorite. The only negative is their hours are a little funky, but they are open every weekday for lunch which is good for me!

Bella Giornata – Menu with Prices – 154 Stuyvesant Pl, Staten Island

I was impressed by the quality of their breakfast! The place itself doesn’t look that nice, however the workers are really friendly and the food speaks for itself. I usually go to Bella Giornata for breakfast and sometimes lunch, and most of the time I call in my order so I don’t have to wait 5-10 minutes for my breakfast. I just come in and pick it up without the wait (except you have to wait in line and sometimes the line is long). Their mozzarella cheese is as real as it gets! Last time I had something that tastes like it was in Italy!!!! Very glad I found a place that has great mozzarella cheese! Usually I get beacon egg and mozzarella cheese, and it’s made well, the bacon isn’t burned but crispy, the egg well cooked, and the sandwich overall is done to perfection! Their panini for lunch is also very fresh and cooked really well! Must try this place and their mozzarella cheese! Prices are very cheap for this kind of food! $3 for beacon egg and cheese and $1.25 for small coffee! It’s worth a visit and strongly recomm

Casa Della Mozzarella – Menu with Prices – 604 E 187th St, The Bronx

I went pretty far out of my way for some mozzarella from Casa, and I WOULD DO IT EVERY DAY IF I COULD. The mozzarella is THAT amazing! I am a mozzarella purist. I eat my mozzarella at room temperature, with a knife and fork, and I try to eat it within 1 day of purchasing. I love mozzarella so much, I spent several months trying to perfect my own recipe. I failed miserably at this, because I think you need to be pure magic to make mozzarella as good as Casa’s. So.. the mozzarella. It was stringy, soft, and juicy. It was perfectly salty. A true melt-in-your-mouth, eyes-roll-back-in-your-head experience. I also tried a sandwich, which was quite good. I had the “Casa”, which was prosciutto, mozzarella, peppers and balsamic sauce. The bread was excellent and super fresh also, but I was SO anxiously anticipating eating more of the straight mozzarella, I couldn’t fully enjoy it. I will dream about this mozzarella until I make it back to NY. For real.

Krispy Krunchy Chicken – Menu with Prices – 4065 Fowler St, Fort Myers

2 stars for service, 4 stars for food. We were here at 9:30 on a Thursday night. They are open until midnight. Ordered (2)2-piece chicken combos, was told it came with a side, a biscuit and a drink. When we got to the window, the girl told us they were making fresh fries for us and it would be a few minutes. We did not order fries as our side. I told her this and she said the combos come with fries and we were charged $2.00 each for the sides that we chose. What?! Okay, so we wait and about 5 mins later she comes back to the window and says the fryer is still filling with oil so it will take a long time for fries so do we want something else in its place. We never wanted fries to begin with so we ask for another rice & beans and mac & cheese (the sides we ordered and paid $2.00 each for). But why have they drained the fryer at 9:30 if they are opened until 12:00?? When we get home, we discovered that they must have been out of biscuits too because we had none but we did have an additional side of jambalaya. I guess they decided that was a good substitute for biscuits?? Again, it’s 9:30 and they are open for another 2.5 hours! The chicken was delicious!! Very crisp and crunchy, but still light. It’s not a thick, heavy breading. Seasoned perfectly, really good flavor! The rice & beans was okay, lacked that smoky meat flavor that it should have. The mac & cheese was fine, just your basic, average mac & cheese. Jambalaya was good, had some nice pieces of sausage and meat in it. I would have loved to comment on the biscuits, but we didn’t get any! The only advantage this place has over Popeye’s is that they stay open later, but if they start running out of food 2-3 hours before they close, then the advantage is gone. If I had the option of going to Popeyes, I would! While the chicken here is really good, the sides are no match for Popeyes!

Denver Pizza Company – Menu with Prices – 908 Jersey St, Denver

I decided to try their $10 discount coupon that came in the mail for dinner tonight and ordered one of their specialty pizzas with artichoke hearts and 6 pieces of wings. In my online order, I replaced mozzarella with fresh mozzarella for the pizza and requested the buffalo sauce to be on the side for the wings. The coupon worked once I fulfilled the minimum order amount ($30) and delivery was prompt. With tax, delivery fee, and tips, the total cost went over $30 even after the discount. Still, I thought everything was going well until this point… When I opened the boxes a bit later to serve dinner to my family, I realized there was NO cheese of any kind at all on the pizza and the wings were drenched in buffalo sauce. Without any cheese, the pizza was brittle and flavorless, and the saucy wings were too spicy for my toddler. So I called again and they sent me another pizza with cheese on top this time but no wings. Instead of giving me a new set of wings without sauce, they gave me a cup of even more buffalo sauce, of which I don’t understand the purpose. I didn’t order an extra cup of sauce–I just wanted plain wings and the sauce on the side so that I could share them with my toddler… In terms of flavors, however, the wings actually tasted better than the pizza. The thin crust of the pizza was way too dry like biscuits with no gummy chewiness. The toppings and Alfredo sauce were okay but not memorable either. Overall, it was too much hassle and not enough satisfaction for a $30 meal. I think I’ll just go back to my usual favorite pizzerias in town.

New York fried Chicken – Menu with Prices – 446 Blue Hill Avenue, Boston

My best friend had brought the wing ding meal home one night for himself and let me try a wing and I thought they were pretty good, especially for the price. So of course later on I went and got my own wing ding meal. For 3.99 plus tax you get 6 wings and some fries it is definitely a good deal. Everything was fresh and the wait wasn’t too long. The chicken was pretty crispy and definitely had taste. I would go back again. The fries were good but nothing special. I would highly recommend the wing ding meal to anyone who is hungry but is on a budget.

Ya Boy Fish & Chicken – Menu with Prices – 4304 S Anthony Blvd, Fort Wayne

Today I bought the gizzard meal. I love ya boys deep-fried anything, from their mushrooms Fish, and Chicken it’s all absolutely delicious comes with complimentary fries and hot sauce.(their Philly cheesesteak is also delicious) The only negative aspect from this restaurant is a centered around carry out. That being so I wish that they would be more responsive to their phones when open. There’s been times I’ve craved the food from ya boys but they would not pick up their phone 3 hours into being open. I personally only like to call in my orders from this restaurant because the building is not the most welcoming and has bulletproof proof glass however, the food is absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend taking some home for movie night.

NEW RULES Cafe & Spirits – Menu with Prices – 2015 Lowry Ave N Suite 13, Minneapolis

Went in for lunch yesterday, a day after the first soft open. I can’t believe how amazing everything was from the beautiful space (it was a gorgeous day so they had the garage door open), courteous staff, and fresh and tasty food. I ordered the Chicken Bahn Mi and my friend had the Caprese Sandwich, we both loved our meals and were super excited to be neighbors to such a great addition to the neighborhood. Thank you New Rules for giving the neighborhood a beautiful space to enjoy healthy and yummy food! I will be here regularly to try all the different food and smoothie options. This place is going to be a hit! Highly recommend a stop-in and enjoy a meal in a creative space.

Cellar Cafe & Bar – Menu with Prices – 2915 N Classen Blvd, Oklahoma City

Great, cozy place to grab a quick bite. Since it’s located under an office complex, it seems this place is like a small treasure most don’t know about. The menu offers a great selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and even offers a pasta option. The sides were impressive as well giving a nice selection to choose from. I ordered the Chicken Club with a side of sweet potato fries. Both were delicious, but the best part of the meal was the homemade jalapeno-ranch sauce which was perfect to dip both the club and the fries in. The service was quick and efficient, which is always a plus.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot with great food, service and without the crowds.

Penne For Your Thoughts – Menu with Prices – 2042 Town Center Blvd #177, Knoxville

I really don’t want to call ” Penne for Your Thoughts” a food truck. The food is easily on par with several fine dining Italian restaurants. The quality of the food served is superior to what most people consider “food truck dining.” If you dine here, you must order the Fried Ravioli. The Fried Ravioli makes an excellent appetizer and you will find yourself ordering it on every return visit. I also highly recommend the Chicken Parmesan sandwich. It’s topped with red sauce and sits on a bed of pesto, which I think is genius. I have never had Chicken Parmesan with pesto before and will always seek that option, from now on. Additionally, I have sampled their Waffle Fries with Parmesan and also recommend giving them a try. There is one suggestion I would make. I think they should offer a side order of their Waffle Fries with their Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, as an option. They would pair well and their current pricing structure forces anyone who would like to enjoy Waffle Fries with their sandwich to pay a full appetizer price instead of an up-charge, for a smaller portion. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes fine Italian food. You won’t be disappointed!

Sam’s Gyros y Tacos – Menu with Prices – 3095 Fort Campbell Blvd H, Clarksville

I went in to get an order of fries for a friend and decided to get a Bulgogi Gyro for myself. I was going to get a Combo and let my friend, whom I was dropping off the fries for, have my fries. So I asked if they could put the fries into a separate container? Simple Enough?? Well I was told I couldnâ??t do that because my order of fries and the ones I would order separately were two different sizes. After trying to figure this reasoning out I finally said fine just give me a second order of fries. . I was a bit upset that they couldnâ??t figure out how to put the fries in a separate container, but afterwards was happy that they didnâ??t because my order was Hot, Fresh , and delicious. My Gyro was also delicious, so I have to say it worked out Okay . . I would recommend them, but a word of advice. Keep the order Simple
