I have been going to Just Bills for several years now. Its a quaint pub tucked away in a strip mall off of Colfax and Chambers. What makes this pub is the people: The owners are hands on and if you go enough you will experience some of the best barbeque during one of our Sunday sports parties. All the bartenders friendly and outgoing will help you get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday. Then you always run into one if the regulars that always are willing to have a conversation with or let you sit in piece but always make you feel welcome. ll help you have will remember your name intertwine patronsl. When you walk in it’s like traveling back in time to a small town where the people are genuine, friendly, and are an extended part of the family. A place you can go and unwind, get lost in your own thoughts or you can engage in conversation with you closest friends or join in with the group discussions that generally go on daily. You will find some of the most caring loving folks that are from all walks of life and a variety of professions. Whether you are looking for place to stop in occasionally or a place you can call home, this the place. Come meet the bartenders and the rest of the gang. Who knows you might get lucky and come in on a day someone brought in a pot a chile for everyone or one of our bronco game pot lucks.

Oâ??Brienâ??s Pub – Menu with Prices – 28 E Kingsbridge Rd, The Bronx

O’Brien’s is a great place to grab a beer, relax and watch a ball game. The bartenders are friendly and there is always a lively conversation going on. Pool table and darts in the back of the bar. Been going here for years. The owner is a class act all the way and one of the most generous people I know. Every year he has a huge Christmas party with free food and drink. Regarding a previous tip…I’ve never seen a minor being served here.In fact the bartenders go out of their way to card people.

New Life Juice & Wellness – Menu with Prices – 10105 E Vía Linda #102, Scottsdale

We had been wishing for a Juice location that was all Organic and Non-GMO close by our home and stumbled upon New Life Juice about 3 weeks after they opened! We are loving this place!!! Been juicing now for 4 weeks. They have amazing juices, açaí bowls, smoothies and more. You can also get your alkaline or RO water here. After meeting the owner; Bob, we had so much in common from our life healing testimonies and we love that he supports and volunteers at The Miracle League of Arizona. We canâ??t say enough about Bob and his Juice and Wellness business. Heâ??s there to help people and he has been helping me and my husband since we met him. Highly recommend New Life Juice and Wellness. Grateful for their presence in our community!

Dash Coffee Roasters – Menu with Prices – 120 3rd Ave SW, Cedar Rapids

Dash very well may be my favorite coffee joint in all of CR. From the friendly staff to the fresh grounds and open atmosphere with tons of succulents to look at and the opportunity to meet all walks of life. They have killer food (most don’t expect this of a coffee shop) and delicious hot or cold drinks. I love their monthly specials but you can never go wrong with any of their sandwiches. And their baked goods, be careful… they’re addicting!! The chocolate almond coconut scone is worth every cent. As far as the monthly menu goes they usually have a pudding of some sort (it’s the closest to an açaí bowl that I can find in CR), it’s usually a chia pudding with lots of scrumptious toppings. They always have an avocado toast with interesting toppings that I tend to be slightly apprehensive of at first but once I take my first bite I’m sold! Anyway, I go there often whether sitting at the bar along the window to see the random views and wonderful people of CR or at the old school dinner table there’s always someone kind to chat with. Oh! And I almost forgot to mention, they have coloring nights and cupping/other fun classes for the public that I have yet to attend but totally look forward to!

The Red Fox Bar & Grill – Menu with Prices – 3142 N E St, San Bernardino

I was so sad when the Red Fox closed way back in ’14. About a month or two ago; I saw they were re-opened, and was happy as a clam! I walked in, and noticed a lot of major changes. They got rid of the booths for dining, and the atmosphere was a bit sparse. Not uncomfortably so, but not as warm as when the dining booths were there. What they gave up in furniture, they more than made up for with their service. I need to remember the names of the bartenders, because both of them were so friendly. Ice cold beers were poured alongside with great smiles, and fun conversation. It’s a blue collar, friendly crowd at the Red Fox. Two or three regulars were all happy and enthusiastic while we talked about the old Red Fox, and how good it was to be opened again. I went back last night, and sure enough, a couple of the same regulars were there again. I knocked back three HUGE coldies (had to get something to eat after that!), and had great conversations with a couple of people on my side of the bar; along with the fun talk with the bartenders (one of them was working on her birthday, and about to head out. Hope she had fun!). I can’t wait to go back and try their food. If it’s as good as it used to be, then I’ll bump my rating up to 5 stars. It really is a good, neighborhood bar. It’s not too far off the 210 freeway either, so you can pull off real quick, get a coldie and enjoy some friendly people.

The Library Tap House & Hookah Lounge – Menu with Prices – 134 W 2nd St, Reno

I literally just left this place. First off I walked in and seen a few people at the bar with drinks, and a guy talking to a female. I went over to the bar and waited about 3min for the man who was intially in the corner talking to the lady. He asks me for my id while talking to the lady the whole time. Then i ask for the hookah menu all while he is still having this conversation with the woman(as if me coming in interrupted his vibe). So finally I place my order for a house blend hookah, he walks to the back and has a part of the hookah. Then he stops dead in front of me and finishes his whole conversation. I mean he literally placed the piece of the hookah down put his foot on the back of the bar and just continued to talk. Im a woman of color and I dont know if the conversation was just that important to be that rude and disrespectful to me as a patron or if it had something to do with me being a woman of color that he just didnt want to service but if i could give 0 stars i would.

Lit Cigar Lounge – Menu with Prices – 258 Dauphin St, Mobile

Lit is located in downtown Mobile, in the midst of it all, and possess a great, super friendly staff. The man who brought us into the humidor was knowledgeable of cigars and helped guide us through their selection. The hip hop music that night was a bit loud, but the people in there were enjoying it and we went and sat at one of the tables outside to enjoy our cigars and beers. The staff kept coming out to check on us and engage in conversation. One gentleman from New Orleans who worked there talked to us at length about the differences between the two cities and gave us insight between the two. I would return, gladly, but I would enter knowing the environment and music volume. They seem to offer nightly specials, a welcome addition.

Krave Kava Bar – Menu with Prices – 202 Exchange Pl, Greensboro

Fantastic alternative to alcohol bars. Chill atmosphere where everybody knows your name & great discussions/conversations inevitably ensue, or you can choose to just hang out & peruse your phone apps w/charger outlets readily available at the bar. Overall the bartenders are awesome, readily available, & guaranteed to explain the lowdown on kava & kratom to newbies w/samples too. Dogs are welcome also. They carry a wide range of CBD products too. You can download an app, loyal zoo, that allows you to amass points based on how much you spend & cash them in for free drinks! Laid back & groovy place to visit & perhaps frequent as I do.

Hayride Scandal Menu with Prices 5110 Corporate Blvd B, Baton Rouge

We came here a few years ago when it was Lock and Key, we liked it ok then but Hayride Scandal has totally improved upon the last idea. Like a remix that made a song even better. First, it wasn’t overly loud, which for whatever reason seems hard to do in a bar around here. The decor was moody and eclectic. People from all walks of life in there and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. We sat at the bar and the service was prompt and friendly. The bartenders really know how to mix a good drink. I don’t even like bourbon but I tried my husbands old fashioned and actually enjoyed it! And it was with Buffalo Trace so not an extremely pricey brand. I had a Moscow mule off the happy hour menu and it was excellent, and also a Dark and Stormy on the recommendation of the nice guy sitting next to us at the bar. I was happy to see options for food, we tried the toast with goat cheese and it was pretty good, not something I’m going to crave later but a good option for a small bite. They had some really interesting small plates we didn’t try because we had reservations for dinner elsewhere. My husband was impressed with the liquor selection, especially the multiple options from Orphan Barrel which we have had a hard time finding just about anywhere. We will be back for sure!
