Disappointed that I didnâ??t even get to try this place out. Maybe their food is good, but I wouldnâ??t know. My family and I walked in here in the evening for some sushi. When we walked in, we were rudely greeted by someone who seemed to be the boss of the restaurant. Instead of the normal â??hello, welcome, how are youâ? or â??how can we help youâ?, the lady said â??we donâ??t have sushi, so if you want sushi youâ??ll have to go somewhere elseâ?. And the way she said it was very forward like she didnâ??t want us there or something. So we left. This was like last autumn or something. Iâ??d rather go somewhere where the people have manners. Sorry not sorry. â?â??? I gave it two stars bc I didnâ??t even eat there, so their food might be good.

O’Sun Juice – Menu with Prices – 2106 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso

All the stars for the food, zero for the service, so I think 2 is about right. They keep disappointing me with call-in orders, thereâ??s always an issue. Go, but make sure itâ??s all in person. I was just left on hold for over 10 minutes, and they didnâ??t even bother trying to make things right. She said she had â??about 50 people,â? she didnâ??t, and if youâ??re that busy, TELL ME you canâ??t take my order over the phone, but donâ??t just leave me there. The phone was then off, and going straight to voicemail. Also, if youâ??re lucky enough to have your order taken over the phone, check your food before leaving, as they will somehow add something you asked them to hold, or charge you for an extra ingredient and not add it.

PJ’s Coffee – Menu with Prices – 1501 Kings Hwy, Shreveport

I love iced lattes and they got the best iced latte I ever had! But sadly I was charged two different prices for my iced latte. Thursday I was charged $7.52 and Friday I was charged $8. The size of my coffee was the same on both days so I donâ??t understand why the prices went up within a day. I didnâ??t notice it until I found my receipt from Thursday on Friday. And the lady who took my order didnâ??t even seem to care and I had to ask someone else to give me my receipt because the cashier didnâ??t. The cashier Thursday (I forgot his name) was sweet and very knowledgeable. Made me come back. But if it means the price is going to be different every time I come in I donâ??t think I would come back.

Let me start by saying I Really hope these reviews werenâ??t left by real Jamaicaâ??s. Customer service was okay, expected attitude and they got my order wrong. She told me no refund and I honestly didnâ??t feel like continuing to wait. I never in my life thought someone could mess up something as simple as a beef patty but they did couldnâ??t even take another bite. The dumplings In the soup taste like porridge and I think someone spilled some soap in the soup yes soap. The rice was so porridge like itâ??s two cups of rice to one cup of rice itâ??s not hard to cook. This is a disgrace and disgusting. As for the curry chicken I threw the meal away it just $28 ish I wasnâ??t going to to this to my family and I. They donâ??t wash the chicken, they donâ??t clean it and forget cutting it up and seasoning it. How do you mess up curry. This has to stop as a Jamaican Iâ??m extremely offended and I blame the reviews because I trusted yâ??all. This store get 1 star and thatâ??s because customer service was what I expected. If youâ??re in the mood to eat something that you will regret or not fully enjoy, or youâ??re the type that will eat anything then this is the place. If youâ??re looking for a good Jamaican meal thatâ??s authentic and worth your money and taste buds this is not the place I REPEAT FIND ANOTHER RESTAURANT. I really wish I could have them remove Jamaicaâ??s name from everything and just name it food place. Stop leaving reviews if you donâ??t have any taste buds and will just eat anything. This is my honest review because I donâ??t want to mislead someone else like how I was misled by these reviews. Yâ??all should be ashamed. Foodâ??s rating is negative a thumbs down ð??? just trash Iâ??m so disappointed

Toshi’s Cafe – Menu with Prices – 5710 W Gate City Blvd FF, Greensboro

I had sushi but there were plenty of sandwiches on the menu for those that donâ??t like sushi. The website is very helpful with a good description of the menu with pics. The staff is super friendly and you could tell they had a lot of repeat customers. They certainly made me one of their new repeat customers! The sushi was amazing. He has some new combos I hadnâ??t seen before including â??Katieâ??s rollâ? which he named after a girl that didnâ??t like sushi. There were several people here eating solo. Therefore you would feel comfortable having a working lunch here. Thereâ??s also a great coffee menu. Everything is very reasonably priced. My only criticism is the bathroom needed some maintenance ( the light was low and made a weird sound when I turned it on) However, everything looked clean. I was very happy and will return soon. Everyone should really give this place a try.

We had a large order and almost every burger we got was wrong. (No pickles/ no tomato kind of thing) I went up to the front with my receipt to tell the lady and she asked me if Iâ??m sure I checked all the burgers… I obviously checked all the burgers before going up.. but I told her yes.. and I gave her the burger… we got the burger back and saw they just picked off the toppings we didnâ??t want and gave it back. I wouldâ??ve given this place 1 star for service but because the burger is good Iâ??m giving 2. If any one of us were allergic to those ingredients it wouldâ??ve ended so bad. If you have a small order, itâ??s fine. Donâ??t come here for a large order because someone will be confused. We were actually charged for a burger we didnâ??t even order, but we decided it would be pointless to go back up there from how we were taken care of the first time. The wings are okay, not as saucey as i thought theyâ??d be. Burgers are better.

Hungry Indian Fine Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 821 Newark Ave, Jersey City

This place does not deserve a 1 star. We visited today and it was the worse experience ever. We will never come back to this restaurant ever again. Getting there, there was no food in the buffet and one of the foods in the buffet had gone bad (smelly). We told them about the buffet and they told us that the food was coming. We have been sitting at our table for 20 mins and the food still didnâ??t come. We proceeded to tell them that we are hungry and why the food is taking long. We even tried to resolve the problem by canceling our order and get something else, but the manager said no. The lady, I assume was the manager, began yelling at us and telling that nobody has problem with the food and all that nonsense. She had no respect and she didnâ??t even admit that they made a mistake and were not sorry or anything like that. The manager had the worst attitude and no manners. After a few seconds of yelling, she kicked us out of the restaurant, as we left the restaurant, she called us an idiot. After today, we will never come back and I hope everyone will see this and avoid this restaurant. Terrible service and the people have no respect for anyone. The lady has no respect for the elderly people as well, she yelled at my grandparents as well. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. We took a picture of the restaurant and will post this in the newspaper.

The Kickin Crab in Garland – Menu with Prices – 3545 W Walnut St, Garland

2 of 5 stars. It was freezing in this location our serve was very nice young lady she said would turn it down. Our tables were so close to other tables as well you could hear clearly other customers conversations. Here is where I got upset I got Kickinâ?? Extra Mild and my husband got Kickinâ?? Spicy. I couldnâ??t eat my food anymore… It tasted exactly the same I didnâ??t even want to say anything to the server we had a completely different server toward the end of our dinner. I donâ??t know what happened but the place just seem very unorganized. The sink was filthy also the womanâ??s restroom smell terrible I could barely stand it. The reason why I give two stars because the customer service was very good she did speak very fast but did apologize about the food. They were so busy I didnâ??t bother to tell her about before we got our ticket to pay out because it said on there that I got Kickinâ?? Extra Mild so there must have been a misunderstanding in the kitchen.. The music was also very loud and also not very appropriate for kids. So I most likely will not be coming back.

Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center – Menu with Prices – 100 W Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo

I was there for a conference, staff was not very helpful. The carpet in the hallway was cut and a trip hazard my foot literally went under the carpet. I came back to that area and they put a sign on the opposite side of the hall not over the cut carpet. The overall hotel was clean, rooms and banquet rooms. The food was good, there is a gift shop, Starbucks and restaurants. There is a banquet server there that refused to get one at our table a vegetarian plate, she said we donâ??t have any you had to order it. I spoke to the supervisor and she said they do have one and will bring one to the table. The server said â??yeah yeah we have one ONLY one!â? In a rude way. The parking structure is a nightmare, very hard to get around confusing, you have to pay at pay stations but they donâ??t work. There is one at the bridge that didnâ??t work the entire time I was there, I told staff everyday and they responded with â??ohâ?, â??they just reprogrammed it this morningâ? and one said they donâ??t know anything about it even though I just saw him checking on it. The last day the one at the bridge didnâ??t work and the one on the first floor didnâ??t work it took my money with no receipt. I told the guy and he said you donâ??t need a receipt you just scan the barcode but for the past 2 days I got a receipt that needs to be scanned. Just seems like the staff isnâ??t trained or they just donâ??t care.

Fiesta Margarita – Menu with Prices – 179 Mall Cir Dr, Murfreesboro

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 3 years now. Now thereâ??s a new owner. Yesterday I called first to see what time they close and I was told 10 and it says 10 on there website. I get there and Iâ??m told they close at 9. So I tried to rush and get my order in they were closing in a few minutes. When I got my food out; my queso dip was cold. And my food order came out wrong. It wasnâ??t what I ordered at all and had bacon on it and I donâ??t eat pork. I tried to send it back and my server let me know that the owner said. I can either eat it or leave. I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years and Iâ??ve never heard of that. Whenever we close, we take care of the last customers until they are done. We just canâ??t let anyone else inside. But youâ??re never rude to the customer and say either eat it or leave. The table next to me, all white people, let me add. They got everything they ordered and as they denied me all I wanted them to do was fix my order because I didnâ??t eat pork or ask for pork, but the table of white people ask for more things after they closed and got everything they asked from the owner. She was nice to them but mean to me and my sister, we are black. It seemed like she stereotyped us. I do work in the tv industry and my sister is a nurse and we always tip good. Donâ??t go here. The new owners suck.

Burger Brothers House – Menu with Prices – 4050 W 12th Ave, Hialeah

I think the burger I had was pretty good, but it was really disappointing that the burger didnâ??t come with fries. The tater tots were a tease just donâ??t put them on the plate. Burger and fries is a classic combo, so I donâ??t think itâ??s reasonable to charge for fries. The strawberry shake should not be made with an artificial syrup, it would be better if they used fresh or frozen strawberries. The shake didnâ??t even taste like strawberry. They should invest in advertisements or something to attract people, the only reason I found this place was because I was craving a burger and found them on google maps. The plaza is kind of plain, the restaurant kind of blends in with everything else.

Mayflower Chinese Restaurant Menu with Prices 3407 Greenmount Ave, Baltimore

Letâ??s be honest here, itâ??s a reason they have all the signs up. They are extremely rude. Instead of the driver calling, he honks his horn obnoxiously outside, mind you itâ??s late (how inconsiderate can you be). I asked why didnâ??t he call, and the buffoon raises his voice talking about he doesnâ??t have to call as if Iâ??m suppose to be waiting outside for his arrival. I called to inform the lady and she starts yelling on the phone about he called me and I didnâ??t answer. I told her I didnâ??t receive any calls and instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding and tone of voice (because I definitely didnâ??t call being rude) she wants to blame it on me and hang up in my ear. Judging by the rest of the reviews, they gave up on customer service a long time ago. Theyâ??re tired of putting on a front so now theyâ??re showing people who they really are. Disrespectful human beings. These are the people we put our money into, we need to stop supporting them. They need to close down so that a more deserving business takes their place

Mother Ph?? Menu with Prices 167 E Broad St, Athens

I just left this restaurant and what an absolute waste of money. I have NEVER been so disappointed by a pho restaurant. To start, when I walked in the hostess or owner was very rude and inattentive. Then the young lady that was serving me was inappropriately dressed. I understand that it is very hot in the summer time here in Athens, but not hot enough to warrant your butt to hang excessively out of your shorts. I had the Vietnamese fresh spring rolls and they came out as if someone had made it blindfolded or drunk; extremely sloppy presentation. Then I ordered a regular size bowl of broth that they were passing off as the Vietnamese noodle soup. There was no meat in my dish and less than half of a handful of noodles. And my server did not come by to check on me at all after I had received my food, which she didnâ??t even bring out herself. I donâ??t typically write reviews for restaurants, but my dining experience today was absolutely terrible and outrageously priced for subpar (and Iâ??m being generous) food and underwhelming service. As a former food services worker, Iâ??ll say this: If the food is good, I can ignore bad service. If the service is good, I can excuse bad food. But when both are TERRIBLE then I will never pay an establishment another dime. Please, if youâ??re looking for good Vietnamese food and friendly service, go to Just Pho & More on Baxter St.
