This location was horrible on customer service. My mother and I where wishing to purchase some bread at this location. Melody( General Manager) told us the minimum was 4. So she purchased 4. I too wanted to get some but was denied. He said the limit was 4. I explain to him that we were 2 separate house holds. He replied the answer is still no. I told him it was my day off and I didn’t have transportation and my mother was driving me around, I didn’t want to take city bus to come back for the bread. He said he couldn’t sale it to me, I would have to come back on my own ( city bus). This is ridiculous! This is bread that will be thrown away if not sold. This is what another location told us after we left there. Will never come here again. Your general manager( Melody) has no clue what good customer service is about. I have lived in Glendale for 30 plus years and will make sure everyone I encounter and know hears about Melodys customers service. This was not acceptable! He is going to run this place out of business. Save your money and go to another location.

The Original Barrio Fiesta of Manila – Menu with Prices – 818 N Pacific Ave & Arden Ave, Glendale

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER. Before I ordered the Kare kare, I asked how many ox tails was included the waiter, I think his name is Jay or jr. We’ll he told me that it came with 2 big ox tails and some tripes and beef briskets. He mentioned if I just want the ox tails instead of the other meats, it would be the same price of $24.00 for large. But when he was explaining it to me, that he’ll put more ox tails, he said it will be extra. So I think he wasn’t telling me the truth. So I ordered our food -crispy binagoongan , kare kare, pinakbet. And rice. When the food finally came, my wife and I were very very disappointed that kare kare didnt have the big ox tails. That he said it would. We didn’t want to complain right there, so I called and ask him why is there only 2 small ox tails. I asked him where is the big ox tails, he said he never said that and he said there’s 2 in pot. He had an attitude bcuz I questioned the food. He then said he will get more ox tails. When he came back he brought over 1 small ox tail in a very tiny, small pala yok. What a joke , I knew his was making fun of me bcuz I complained. He also was asking me if I was good when he brought the small ox tail. I didnt want to make a scene. We as paying customer either Filipino or other ethic background be treated with respect . I was respectful towards him . I paid my hard earned money to eat good Filipino yet I got very very bad customer service and the was not great at all. The reason we went to this location is bcuz the one in north hills was busy. I told my family and friends of my bad experience here. They just lost a good paying customer. This facility needs to learn people skills. I do not recommend this place even if they giving food for free. Oh almost forgot, I called the place to speak with the manager, Jay answered. I ask for manager he said no one available. I asked for managers name. He would not give name. He asked why I wanted to speak to manager I replied I wanted to complain about customer service. He again had an attitude on the phone. So I just hung up on him.. For Jay being in the customer’s eyes. By giving poor customer service gives us Filipinos a bad name.. I even left a 18% tip of bill $64.70. knowing if I didnt he would be talking bad about us shame on you Jay Treating customers poorly. Had to pick 1 star or I can’t post. Zero rating:(!!

Loving Hut Glendale, AZ – Menu with Prices – 3515 W Union Hills Dr, Glendale

I have never seen such unmotivated customer service. I drove 30 minutes for their frozen vegan shrimp and when i didn’t find any in the freezer, i asked the employee helping me if i may know when they get their next shipment. He then asked what i assume is to be the employee in charge, and she said they just received a new shipment last night but has no clue what it is. I stood in silence, wondering if any of them where going to even offer to look. After a moment of silence, I then asked if there is by chance a packet of frozen shrimp for purchase. The employee in charge then said “I have no clue, and we are really busy for mothers day so we may not even have time to stock the freezers. I also don’t have a set of keys to unlock that freezer.” I honestly couldn’t believe her response. She had given me 3 excuses in 1 statement. I myself, came in on Saturday with my son on the day before mother’s day and I can promise you, it was not busy at all. When she noticed how taken back I was by their unprofessionalism, she added “you can call us Monday or Tuesday to see if we have restocked the freezer. ” I am clearly a committed customer if I was willing to drive 30 minutes just for 1 purchase and the head employee couldn’t make the same effort. They sure made my mother’s day.

Hotel Bellwether Menu with Prices 1 Bellwether Way, Bellingham

We had a 1-star experience at Hotel Bellwether turn into a 5-star experience due to the teamâ??s thoughtful service recovery and understanding of our situation. We unfortunately couldnâ??t stay at the hotel but during our limited time on the grounds, it lived up to its reputation for being beautiful, accommodating, and extremely pet-friendly. . . We booked a special Labor Day honeymoon + babymoon getaway via phone with the night manager. We arrived at the hotel and learned that and through a series of miscommunications on both ends, our reservation was actually for the following month (September not August), on the same date. After having driven for hours to reach the hotel, and anticipating a relaxing and celebratory weekend, we were extremely disappointed to learn that we didnâ??t have a reservation and that the hotel was sold out. The team did their best to accommodate us at a nearby hotel, but given we have a dog, and specifically chose the Bellwether for their pet-friendly policies, this wasnâ??t a possibility (and all the nearby hotels were also sold out for the long weekend anyway). . . The manager was very apologetic and ultimately gave us some petty cash for gas money for our troubles, but as we left the hotel, we still had a disappointed feeling because it felt like a halfhearted gesture given the fact that our entire Labor Day weekend was ruined. We then walked our dog around the property, used the restrooms, and grabbed some water for the long ride back. (Sidenote â?? the hotelâ??s complimentary lobby water station has the best flavored fruit water weâ??ve ever tasted â?? you have to try it!) . . We followed up with the General Manager to express our continued disappointment. He invited us back to visit another weekend, but to complicate matters more, we were in the process of moving across the country so this wasnâ??t even something we could do. We appreciated that the General Manager took the time to understand our unique situation (yes, we should have 100% read the confirmation e-mails that indicated the wrong booking date, but ultimately we missed that and were still disappointed). After a bit of back and forth, he was able to come up with a creative solution to help set up an analogous stay for us at a hotel in the city we are moving to. That took great patience and out of the box thinking, and made us ultimately feel like the hotel truly values its guests and broader community!

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 3050 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville

First I’d like to start with the fact that I HATE coming to THIS location. Hate. I only stopped because I was at Michaels, literally next door. Second. I haven’t been to Walmart in months, because I’ve been getting better deals at Kroger. When I do go to Walmart I go to sango location. It’s so much nicer, organized, and nicer people. So I went to Wilma Rudolph location today to grab a few things real quick. Was kind of in a hurry. Grabbed my few things and remembered I needed a can opener. (Mine broke). I grabbed the one that was $1.97 and went straight to cashiers. Of course lines were long, as always. So I went to self check out. Rang up my 4 items and noticed that the can opener rang up for $7.97. I flagged the older lady over to me. Told her it rang up wrong. She called over a Korean “manager” over. Told her that the can opener rang up $7.97 instead of $1.97. The Korean lady LAUGHED in my face and said they didn’t have any for that price but that she would walk over and check the sign. I said perfect. 10-15 minutes later she comes back and said that she CALLED the department manager and she said they didn’t have any for that price. She didn’t go look at the sign which she literally passed to Get to a phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! I told them to take it off my cart so I could pay and go. I pulled up Walmart.com. Look what I found. (Picture attached) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE. I’ve been a general manager at a restaurant and have never laughed at a customer ever. Especially not to their face. Let’s just say this visit, confirmed why I don’t go to this location and will never again.

Mariscos El Rey Menu with Prices 820 Dayton St, Aurora

Had been meaning to try one of their locations, finally got a chance being in the area, i had high expectations and they were nearly met. Firts off ordered fish tacos and even though i prefer spicier was nothing tapatio couldnt fix. Think the prices are reasonable and portions plentiful. I also ordered a campechana seca wich is a seafood melody. First the downsides: had to figure and put plenty of sauces and salt and peeper to my liking. At first the sauce seemed lime it didnt have much flavor and would be best if it was. Ot as runny so it stays on the food. I didnt get to really taste it until i was done with the seafood and it was not bad. However knowing you must fix it to your liking a phuge plus was the freshness of the seafood, it seemed it was prepared to order not premade, defi ately fresher than other places ive tried. Would suggest you give it a try. Not a huge or fancy but a nice mellow atmostphere. Think they can improve but doing good.

Twisted Burrito Menu with Prices 4107 Madeline Dr, Augusta

My wife and I went in there yesterday 6-28-19. We got one burrito to go big rig size. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes with wait staff walking by looking at us. Finally they took our order. While waiting the staff in the back got into a fight lots of yelling, cussing and at the end punching and slamming of doors. The staff said ” Its just a mother and son thing its happened before.” This is listed as a laid back family establishment. This was totally not the case yesterday. The manager was in the back as well.Anyway after literally 35 minutes my to go order of one burrito finally came out. It was absolutely disgusting. It actually was more white rice than anything. It wasn’t mixed with anything just white rice clumped on the burrito. Worst thing I have ever eaten in in my life. Anyway in total honesty we have eaten there before and the food has been great. I don’t know if they were just having an off day or what. If I hadn’t already paid for my meal I would have walked out without it. If the owner is local he may want to go in there and get a clue of what is going on in his place. I would have absolutely been ashamed of that place if it was mine yesterday. Manager should be fired for allowing such crappy service. Mother and son should be fired for for the cursing and yelling where the customer’s can here or for doing it at work period. The cook should be fired for not knowing how to build a burrito. When burrito is on the name of your business you probably should make sure the cook can make one. If I wanted food like that I would have went to McDonald’s. Oh on a side note the waitress said that is not the first time the mother and son have fought at work and have been fired for it before. Why would you rehire someone that acts like this. Anyway probably hands down the worst visit to any type food establishment ever. To the owner you should be ashamed. Horrible service and food on this visit.

Olivella’s Las Colinas – Menu with Prices – 5238 N O’Connor Blvd #134, Irving

Our first trip to this particular location and while the food was pretty close to what we’ve had at another location, the service had a lot in terms of improvement. Food was a respectable 4-5 stars. Service was about 2 stars. This particular visit happens to be on a Monday night and only one wait staff member and a manager on the floor. I get it, hard to find help these days so we’re ok and understanding. What made this visit extraordinary was the type of service we experienced from the manager and the sole staff member. Let me summarize…1) we asked for additional bread as part of our appetizers TWICE, got charged for it, but no bread delivered (when almost complete with meal and after we received our bill, the waitress asks “did your bread ever make it out”), 2) manager asked us to move our plates so he can place our food on the table (twice), 3) when we asked for another glass of wine, response from manager “yea but it will be a while”, 4) a small plate we had on the table was previously used by another patron, 5) while still only 80% finished with our meal, manager drops the bill at the table (literally as most of the table is still eating and I guess that means no dessert for you), 6) we asked for to go boxes and response from manager to waitress, “to go or pizza boxes?”; hmm let me guess since we only had pizzas for our meal, I don’t know maybe a happy meal box???, and so on. As some feedback to ownership, your manager should really omit their display of how frustrated they are to your customer…it is Hospitality and usually done with a smile, not out of frustration. Hope they improve their management and staff. Wouldn’t write this location off just yet as the food was good; however it will be a while for a repeat visit to let management transition out.

Garden City Water Ice and Treats dba Garden City Treats Menu with Prices 3070 Damascus Rd, Augusta

Having lived in Pennsylvania for a long period of time prior to moving to Georgia, I was so excited to see the CSRA had a frozen treats seller who sold Philadelphia ice! What’s even better is the prices are affordable and the customer service is amazing! These are way better than snow cones!

Fujiya House – Menu with Prices – 1489 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Fredericksburg

I went there and ordered NY steak and shrimp. Steak to be cooked medium rare. When it was plated it looked yellow and pink. I told my friend something wasn’t right. I tried a small bite and it was soar and smelt rancid. The cook told the waitress and when she came to table she said “what do you want me to do about it”. I told her it was bad and I couldn’t eat it. She just looked at me and said again “what do you want me to do about it “. I had to tell her to throw it out and take it off my check. Never did a manager come to table but I could see the waitress talk to him across the room and he just patted her on the back. I pray someone checked the other steak in back and didnt serve anyone else the NY steak. I will never go back and plan on never recommending this place again. Bad steak and bad customer service.

Red Crab Juicy Seafood – Menu with Prices – 204 E 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola

I found this location on Yelp during my vacation to Pensacola. I ordered takeout for my mother and grandmother and the loved every second of their order. Upon entering, I was greeted by a young employee that appeared to be new. I explained I would like to order takeout and told him what I wanted. The explained that that item was not on the menu, however, I called minutes before arriving and was told they had the item and even gave me a price. However, Jerry came over to save the day. Jerry rung me up and told me the wait would be a few minutes. I decided to go sit in my car until my food was ready. Next thing I know, Jerry is walking toward my car with my order. Can you say OUTSTANDING customer service. Great job Jerry! — Because of my experience with Jerry, I decided to bring my mom here for dinner. We had a waitress who was OK. She was soo fast moving, I forgot to use my Yelp coupon which was disappointing. I explained the situation to the manager and they were not accommodating

The Chicken Barn – Menu with Prices – 2601 Oakdale Rd # S, Modesto

The food is good but the service is actually horrible. I ordered on the phone and came in because I was in a hurry. Not one customer was there and they made me wait 15 minutes longer once I got there for a 10 peice chicken meal. It’s like they didnt want me to place a pickup order, they didnt like that. And the lady was rude. I really wont go anymore because the whole staff is actually VERY RUDE. 100% the rudest establishment I’ve been to. Horrible customer service.
