At approximately 10:10 am today I decided to go to frosty king on Auburn for a quick bite to eat. I only have a 30 minute lunch and Iâ??m already aware that they cook the food to order, so I anticipated a wait…..no problem. I have had a negative experience in the past at this particular location, but Iâ??m one to give second chances. However, this will be the last time I will visit this location on auburn. I order two fried burritos and a side of chili with cheese and onions. I received my order and headed back to work. As I sat down, to enjoy my first bite of the burrito which I covered with chili, mouth watering….I was shocked to instantly taste something sour. To make a long story short the chili taste like there was lemon in it. I immediately called frosty king to inform them of my discovery. I guess I spoke with the manager and suggested they should taste the chili. The person on the other end of the phone rudely insisted that the chili was fine and it was made fresh this morning. Iâ??m disappointed that I wasnâ??t offered an exchange or a simple Iâ??m sorry. Iâ??ve wasted $3.50 on some chili that has the distinct taste of lemon. I feel a little better letting out my frustrations in this review. I hope this was helpful. ð??¤

Kiehl’s Since 1851 Menu with Prices 1848 Fourth St, Berkeley

I had what I’ll call an interesting experience at the Kiehl’s store on 4th today. I should start by saying that I don’t live in Berkeley, but this location (which is about 25 minutes from my home) is the closest Kiehl’s store to me. That said, when I called the Kiehl’s customer service number to see if I could exchange a product I bought online at one of their storefronts, and was given the green light, I decided to make the drive over to 4th Street to do just that. Before doing so, though, I called the shop to be extra sure that an exchange would be possible. At first the lady on the phone said it wouldn’t be possible since I no longer had the box and printed receipt that came with my original order. I let her know that the Kiehl’s rep that I spoke with on the phone said that wouldn’t be an issue, since I have electronic proof of my purchase. After telling the employee this, she said it would be fine and then hung up without another word. Flash forward to when I got there. I took the product out to hand to the lady (the same one I spoke with on the phone) and she immediately said “no, that’s part of a kit. We don’t sell that individually.” To which I responded, “I bought it as an individual product online.” She muttered something and then said she’d get the manager. A few minutes later the manager came out. As soon as he saw the product I was exchanging he said, “that is part of a kit.” I just want to stop for a second here to say that, to a customer, these words sound like: we’re on to you and know that that’s actually part of a kit, so don’t think you can return it and swindle us. Not a great first impression. I tried to calmly explain that the product is sold individually online, and that I called ahead to make sure this exchange would be possible. Anyway, long story (somewhat) short: I did get the exchange and the manager was kind and helpful after the first interaction. My first interactions (first on the phone and then with both employees in the store) left something to be desired, however. 3 stars because I did get what I had gone in for, and the manager was nice.

Blaze Pizza Menu with Prices 540 17th St NW #410, Atlanta

I ordered 3 pizzas and a cookie online with this blaze location on blazepizza.com. The door dash deliver person arrived with only 2 pizzas. I called the restaurant to see if they could resolve issue to which the rep advised our door dash person forgot the pizza. I advised that we ordered pizza through blaze website and she transferred me to manager. The manager got on the phone and I explained the entire situation over again to her in which she says call it’s our fault or door dash fault since “all they do is make the pizzas”. I of course was stunned at this point and asked for resolutions to the issue to which she didn’t say anything else and after I said hello for 45 secs to a min they hung up. I called door dash and they asked for an order number. I gave them the order number from blaze pizza, name and number, and they could not pull anything up. They advised that they only could help if I ordered through door dash to which I understand. I called back to store. The manager answered the phone and asked very loudly and with a horrible attitude “is this that person who called earlier” she advised me that it is door dash, lyft, or Uber fault and they can’t do anything about it. I asked what solution could we come to? She told me that they were out of dough and we could come up there ourselves in the morning for a refund. I advised I ordered through website and could I get refund electronically to which she said no. This ENTIRE TIME she’s YELLING. She finally said she will just have GM mike call tomorrow. I asked her name and she hesitated and says Keisha. She advised for me to have a bless day and hung up. I promise we spoke very light and polite this entire time and did nothing to antagonize this manager Keisha. I hope that this doesn’t happen to any of you with blaze pizza.

Another Broken Egg Cafe – Menu with Prices – 300 Pelham Ave SW Suite A1, Huntsville

The last time we ate here, the waitress charged my card for my table and the table next to me by mistake. So I ended up paying $50 for my meal and $40 for the table next to me without realizing it. When I saw the mistake on my bank account a few days later, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. The person who answered the phone didn’t want to give me to a manager, and when they finally did, the “manager” I spoke with said she wasn’t authorized to do returns. She told me she would have the manager who can do returns call me immediately. I have never received a phone call and ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank. I was so disappointed to have this experience because the food was amazing. Extremely unprofessional for you to handle a mistake you made like this.

Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken – Menu with Prices – 6056 N Dixie Dr, Dayton

I almost never have a problem with this location. But my daughter brought 2 of the Wednesday specials. She gets the order home to find that she is 1 piece of chicken short. I called a total of 8 times throughout that day. No one ever picked up the phone. The next evening I called and finally was able to explain the situation. The manager told me that the chicken would be replaced. I go today to get 1 piece of replacement chicken and you would have thought that the entire order was being replaced. I ended up with possibly the oldest piece of chicken that they had up there. It was dried up and old. For me to receive something that was to be replaced because I paid for it seemed of no importance to the male manager who gave me old chicken. Won’t be returning to this location if at all possible.

Santa Fe Sage Inn – Menu with Prices – 725 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe

Very poor customer service. I called in to make the reservation, and when I mentioned a cheaper price online, the desk person rudely told me to make the reservation online then, and not bother her. I asked for a manager, and made the reservation for me, my wife and my daughter. I was asked for a single king or two queens. I said a single King and a rollaway would be fine, but they don’t have rollaways, so I said I’ll need two queens then. No problem. When I got there, it was a single king, and the woman behind the desk said it was my fault because I requested a single king. I asked her how I know she doesn’t have rollaways, and why would I request a single king for 3 people? She said there were absolutely no other rooms available, so there was nothing she could do that night. The parking lot near our room had 20 spaces. 8 were filled. In the main parking lot it looked like 1/2 full. They might have had 100% occupancy, but not likely. She said she could get us into a 2 Queen room the next day. I said that would be fine, and I’ll plan on moving tomorrow. I got a call from her at noon the next day, asking why I hadn’t called and if I didn’t want to change rooms? I said no, I didn’t think I needed to call you to change rooms like we agreed to already. She said, Oh, yeah. OK, I’ll get that done. We got another room. It was fine, but what a hassle, and the staff was NOT helpful, or courteous at all. I will NOT be coming back to this hotel to give them any more money.

Piada Italian Street Food Menu with Prices 46 N Hawkins Ave #225, Akron

I placed an order online today at work, and while eating my chicken salad I bit into something hard!! As I pulled whatever this was out of my mouth, to my surprise it was a chicken bone!! I’m so glad I was paying attention because I could have easily swallowed this bone!! Now, my coworker’s and I order from this piada all the time, and we’ve even had lunch catered before for our agents! So, when I called and spoke with the manager Cameron about it, she was less then apologetic!! All she said was “Ok!” I was appalled! She then proceeded to say they’ve had a few complaints regarding bones in the chicken the past few weeks and there’s nothing they can do about it! She offered no apology at all, nor did she act remotely interested at all!! The more and more I was on the phone the more upset I became! I asked for her District Managers name, and she said “I don’t know!” WHAT? What do you mean you don’t know! You’re a manager! Then I told her my company is placing a large catering order with them on Thursday, and she still was very quiet and dry! Still really unapologetic or interested in anything I had to say! So I asked for her managers name, and what do you know, she at least knew that! Then I asked how long has she worked at this location, and she said first a while!! You’ve worked there for a while, and you’re a manager, and you don’t know you’re District Managers name!! Unbelievable! I had to give her a little bit of management training 101! I told her she should be asking for my name and my phone number to have her manager follow up with me also!! Do you think she asked me? NO!! Needless to say, you better believe I will be talking to my company tomorrow about canceling our catering order!! We’ll take our business to a company who cares about their customer experience just like we do!! #bonemad

The Meatball Shop – Menu with Prices – 170 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn

I’ve been to many Meatball Shops around the city as I’m a big fan of the veggie ball. The meatballs are a 4 and the manager is a 1. I happened to come to this location on a food tour for my dad’s 65th birthday… The group got their meatball to taste and the manager started to tell us about the establishment/history/etc. Because we were on a public group tour where photos were encouraged my dad took a photo (seated, no flash, not disruptive) of the manager speaking. HE DID NOT LIKE THAT. He starred my dad down for 15-20 seconds and there was awkward silence throughout the group. He rudely told us “you don’t take a photo of someone without their permission.” I totally get that… but we were on a group tour with 20 tourists, you are speaking publically, and you did not state “no photos” before your speech. Some people capture memories with their phone, relax, and be patient with senior citizens. What we experienced was unfriendly and unprofessional. Choose another location to dine at.

Barbacoa Mexican Grill – Menu with Prices – 2647 Ulmerton Rd, Clearwater

I typically only write good reviews, but I felt compelled in this case to share my poor experience… 1) I tried to order on-line for pick-up, however, this NOT an option for the Clearwater location. 2) So then I called to place my order, and the phone had a busy signal for over 30 mins ??? #WTF 3) Most would have given up by now, but I had a mexican craving that had to be satisfied. I went to Barbacoa in person & mgmt said an employee left the phone off the hook??? I placed the order for two meat quesadillas (menu states $3.99-$4.99). 4) Upon check out I was charged $17.12 almost double of what I actually ordered. I spoke to the mgr/owner to learn that I was given two enchilada style burritos ($7.99-$8.99). NOT what I ordered! No resolution was offered, so I paid & left before I blew my cool! This place has been empty each of three times I have been, and now I know why…it’s very poorly managed :(.

Chipotle Mexican Grill – Menu with Prices – 39779 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy Ste 110, Dallas

I made an online order for delivery, 2 steak burritos and a chicken bowl and one of the burritos had no meat in it, I called the store to see what could be done about it and they said I would need to come in person to get it fixed and that’s the only thing they could do. I even spoke with the manager and no apology. The reason I did delivery was for the convenience and because I was unable to go get my order in person and now the only way for them to fix it is for me to go out of my way and come in. How does this make sense? Pay delivery plus use my gas and time to go back so that they can give me what I paid for. Ridiculous

La Cumbre Brewing Co. Westside Menu with Prices 5600 Coors Blvd NW c1, Albuquerque

I had been a loyal customer of La Cumbre for years, but after my experience with this new taproom, I will never be a customer of theirs again. I have witnessed staff cursing and swearing about customers within the taproom and treat patrons, including myself, rather rudely in the past. I brushed it off as a new location opening and having to cycle through some bad apples. On the night of 12/08/2018, I went into the taproom with my spouse and a couple friends. I became unusually ill after having two beers, and only consumed two beers the entire night. Symptoms the next day made me think there might have been nefarious activity involved or something placed in my drink. I alerted their manager after thinking on the situation for a couple of days and she apologized and said she would review camera footage of her employees. I explained that I had posted a previous negative review of my experience in which their employees were cursing and swearing in regards to patrons. After posting this review and returning, I had decided not to return for awhile, but decided to finally “give them another shot”. I told them I had concerns as it was apparent during my most recent visit that their staff were clearly aware of my review based on the treatment I received that night. I told them, however, that it is impossible for me to know for sure if this occurred (nefarious activity), and so I was not directly accusing them of anything. The manager said she would review the footage and get back to me. After not hearing back for two days, I called the same number the manager had initially called me from and the phone was answered by Jeff, the owner. I explained to him the story and he stated he would get with the manager and call me back the same day. He called me later that afternoon and said that he did not see any nefarious activity on footage. He then informed me he would appreciate it if we (assuming my spouse and I) did not return to the taproom. He said the staff seems to have an issue with “us”, but would not provide any specifics. I am inclined to believe this may be discriminatory in nature.

Hook Fish and Chicken – Menu with Prices – 3710 W SW College Rd, Ocala

This restaurant has a video going around on Facebook and thats how I found out about them. The food looked great so I went in to try it out on my way to work and honestly the whole experience with the place was horrible. I waited in the drive thru window 20 mins while all the customers inside that came in as I waited got food and left which ok fine that happens but then the food I was served was soggy and bland, the fries didn’t even have salt thats how bad it was. I got this food on my way to work so this is what I was stuck with. When I called the next day I was told well those cooks are very new they might have messed up but I can’t do anything without talking to the manager I will call you back after speaking to him tomorrow. I called back today to be talked down to by the person on the phone telling me that they won’t do anything because I don’t have the food to bring it in and the manager I spoke to isn’t there and I’m not telling the truth because if I waited so long my food was made fresh. The customer service of this place is garbage and the food is bland and not worth the money.

Talamo’s Pizza Menu with Prices 1195 Kenmore Blvd, Akron

This is the worst place I ever went! One of their employees stole my phone number from ordering pizza, and contacted me privately and ended up showing up to my old job! I had to get my phone number changed. I called the place and told the manager and got hung up on. Not to mention every time we would go there our order would be messed up in some way. They used to have super good food and great customer service but this last time has ruined it for me. If you are a younger lady picking up a pizza have someone else grab it for you if possible. When I proceeded to ask this person who they were, he told me he got my phone number from when I called in my food. He said he seen me walk up and thought I was attractive and decided to contact me. Not only was I uncomfortable, its completely unacceptable.
