My mom came here after our big big let down of Pizza Hut and the pizza was awesome. It was hot and everyone in the house loved it. She said the employees were friendly and comforting her with saying they wouldn’t let her down. I upped their review status and just hope that the bad employees that worked there over a yr ago have gone. ***** (old review) – – – This loc has moved next to Sandys. 4 pizzas were called in and told it would be ready at 7:15. Arrived to find 1/4 was made. Had to ask the employees, who all 6-7 of them were standing around doing nothing. Waited another 25mins. Was never addressed when I walked in and was never apologized or addressed when I left. First time ever coming here. Pizzas were for my son’s baseball team. Employees need to learn customer service.

The Pizza Press – Menu with Prices – 6079 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee

We stopped here during our vacation in Orlando, and it was a good decision. We weren’t sure what to expect walking into the Pizza Press, but we were quite surprised in what we found. If you’ve been to Blaze, then the concept is similar. Quick and fast personal pizza. They have quite a variety of signature pizzas, as well a build your own, with a pretty impressive list of ingredients to choose from. We ordered 2 of their signature pizzas, The Tribune and Chronicle. We did add a few things on both, and the service was happy to accommodate our requests. In fact, my wife took a while “building” her pizza, and there was nothing but smiles and laughing from the service team. Maybe it was because they weren’t too busy when we arrived, but it was nice to see. We got one of their specials, which was 2 pizzas and drinks. We got seated and waited for our pizzas. While we waited we noticed all the newspaper inspired items around the place, and realize that was the whole concept of the Pizza Press. Interesting. Our pizzas came and both were quite delicious. The sweet Italian sausage on the Tribune was a hit with me, while the all the veggies on the Chronicle were very good and tasty. We couldn’t finish either, with a few slices left, so we got a to-go box for them and took it back to our hotel (I did have some the next day). Overall, The Pizza Press offered a very tasty pizza and the service was great. If we vacation in Orlando (or down by Celebration, Fl), we will at least know of a pizza place we enjoyed.

Rozmarino Pizza & Subs – Menu with Prices – 490 Lincoln St, Worcester

#36 on the Worcester Pizza Quest It has been a long long time since the last pizza quest (First child delayed a lot of pizza eating). Who cares Robyn Z let’s get to the pizza review! I made the call and the person answering the phone was friendly and professional sounding. He did not sound too busy, was very welcoming, and a pleasant experience for a phone order. I ordered a large cheese and small mushroom. I have the address and a GPS but drove around a bit trying to locate the restaurant. This was once called Pizza Tower but now is called Ronzio’s. It is located in the Lincoln plaza in the upper section of the strip mall with a big bright sign. The walk-in displayed a domino’s pizza style counter in front. The place was clean and well taken care of. The person at the counter was a young guy who greeted me with happy, fun, and grateful manner. It made me feel I made the right choice for taking the time to order pizza from them. The pizza was ready when I arrived so I was able to leave quickly. I had good feelings about the pizzas. Plopped the pizza box on the dining room table and was ready to eat some pizza. We happily opened the pizza box and did not get a lot of the pizza smell that usually comes with a pizza. The overall experience of the pizza ordering processes was great so the expectation of a good pizza was high. Then we took the first bite! The pizza lacked any real flavor. The sauce was very blah and did not seem to hold a lot of spices or tomato flavor. The cheese was nothing special, no real flavor coming from that. The crust was super soft and very blah. Sadly this pizza was a blah pizza. We ate the cheese pizza and did not touch the mushroom pizza. The customer service is great but did not help the pizza flavor and was below most of the pizzas that we have been tried. Maybe this was an off day. Some day in the future we will try it again just to make sure the pizza was as bad as the one we purchased. Worcester has dozens and dozens of pizza restaurants and few have stopped us from eating cold pizza the next day. With this pizza we just sadly had to put it in the trash. I wanted to like this place but I would not recommend the pizza. Hopefully some day in the future I will re-review the restaurant.

Anthony’s Pizza & Pasta – Menu with Prices – 13100 Magnolia Ave, Corona

Ordered an X-Large one topping pepperoni pizza and cheese bread on a Sunday night. Waited over an hour and the delivery girl got lost. In her defense our complex is a bit confusing, however she only called once to find out where to go and she sat at the gate for about 20 minutes without calling for us to let her in. I called 3 times trying to find out where our order was. When she finally arrived, she walked up to our door and then turned around and walked away. The only saving grace is that we didn’t pay for the pizza and good thing because it was awful. I don’t know if it’s the sauce or what, but it was the worst pizza we have ever eaten. My husband only ate it because he was starving and I made a PB&J.

Firetrail Pizza-Reno – Menu with Prices – 16 S Sierra St, Reno

So we walked up and the girl behind the counter completely ignored us so we politely asked for a margarita pizza and told us she would “be with us in one minute”. So we sat down at the closest table about 6 feet away waiting for her to be ready for us. About 2 min later 2 different parties walked up and she took their order to which we hopefully thought she would still be making our pizza before the people who came after us. Unfortunately she made the other people pizzas and continued to take more orders until I walked up to ask again if she had remembered our order . She not so kindly replied “I tried to ask you guys but you ignored me”. Wow. No we definitely did not ignore her , we had been waiting right there to hear from her and were whispering distance away. So I politely said thank you and walked away. It was not a positive experience and would not order from this place again if she was working .

Galluch’s Pizza Inc Menu with Prices 5949 Manchester Rd, Akron

This was my first time ordering pizza here and when I called I informed the girl that answered that it was my first time and if they had any specials. She gave an abrupt no and then said “what do you want to order?” Seemed annoyed that I asked if there were any specials. I still ordered 2 large pizzas and a dozen wings. When I picked up the pizzas I gave them my name and my order was ready. The girl behind the counter (May have been the same I talked to on the phone) never said hi or gave any type of greeting. She simply stated my total and nothing else. I paid, she handed me my change and then walked away. Never offered a thanks or have a good night or anything even remotely friendly. Not a very good first impression for someone who is trying your pizza for the first time. I could’ve looked past all of this if the pizza was great but we’ve had a lot better pizza in this area than this. The pizza was very doughy and the sauce and cheese were average but the garlic parmesan and buffalo wings were really good. We’ll probably give them another try someday but at this point I won’t be recommending them to anyone. Please try an improve your customer service as well. That goes a long way in keeping a new customer coming back.

Bardenay – Boise Airport Menu with Prices 3201 W Airport Way, Boise

Been here twice now while in town on business. Very slow service my first round. Today prompts my review though. I arrived to at least 5 Open tables (unoccupied). But it appeared unable to seat as they were all dirty. I stood around for a few minutes amongst them to flag down the first staff member that walked by. I asked if I could have a table cleaned to seat. I was met with a very sarcastic rude tone of…. ” I am sure someone will be by to clean them” while walking away. I waited for about 4 minutes still standing amongst the tables viewed by several staff. To include my eventual server. I say this as the server with the attitude went over, leaned in and whispered to her, in which she turned and looked directly at me. That server after another 4 minutes (timed while still standing at the dirty tables) finally walked within ear shot. I again asked if I could seat at one of the tables. I was told I could sit at any of them and they would be back to clean. I questioned this as the table still had not only debris, but clipboards, receipts and cash tips. How would the server know If I was a new customer waiting to be served, or the previous. I was told that this was there section, so they would know. While waiting saw two other customers having to seat at dirty tables. I chose to stand until it was ready. directed to sit at a dirty table and wait until they came around to clean. Food was faster this time – quality

Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza – Menu with Prices – 340 Oyster Point Rd #103, Newport News

My coworkers recommended Papa Murphy’s. They all raved about the pizza, so I had to try it. Normally, I would say that Pizza is pizza, but there is something special about Papa’s. Fresh is the key word with Papa. You get to watch the Pizza’s being made right in front of you from ingredients that are clearly fresh. You might get the impression that weighing the pizzas and ingredients is their way of being cheap, but it is actually maintaining consistency with their pizzas. No nasty faux ingredients like that other pizza joint with a similar name. You have to cook your own pizza at home, but I find that refreshing. It allows me to pick up the pizza and bake it at my leisure, so that the pizza is hot and ready to go when I am. I find that better than pizza made miles away, put in a cardboard box and brought to my house 30 minutes (or more) later. My personal favorite is the Chicago stuffed pizza. It’s so big that I can barely eat two slices. My wife loves the Gluten Free pizza too. I spent under $30 for both of those two pizzas, so the price is reasonable with plenty of leftovers. Mmmm! I’ve eaten Papa Murphy’s pizza many times and it is always consistently delicious.

Rosso Pizzeria – Menu with Prices – 120 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh

Sad this place only has one review. The men making the pizzas are straight from Italy. I’m a bit of an oddball because I can’t eat cheese but I love pizza so I order all my pizzas without cheese. These guys didn’t seem to like that idea but with some convincing they decided to make my cheese less pizza… and OMG it was f*cking amazing!!! Obviously it would be better with cheese but I assure you anyone would have loved my pizza. The only thing that sucks is they are mainly open for lunch so no nighttime pizza runs. Either way their pizza is delicious with very fresh ingredients and masterful pizza makers

Blaze Pizza – Menu with Prices – 209 E Orangefair Mall, Fullerton

Vanessa one of the employees who works here gave me the best blaze Pizza experience ever she deserves a promotion! Girl was handling making two pizzas build your owns at the same time when my husband and I asked for a mountain of toppings on our pizzas she also kept in conversation engaging with us at the same time as she worked. She made the deserts herself along with cooking our pizzas herself and giving us the most exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back to this blaze pizza again and recommend anyone else to her for their pizza endeavors. This girl is top class blaze pizza company really needs to give this girl a promotion. Hands down one of the most dedicated hardworking employees I’ve ever seen. Keep up the good work Vanessa I hope your boss sees this so you can get the recognition deserved. Thank you for the amazing service we will come back again and let our friends and family know.

Bonci Pizzeria – Menu with Prices – 726 Julia St, New Orleans

The concept I like. They’ve got a selection of pizzas out, and they cut you a rectangular slice as small or as large as you like. You pay by weight, then they cook it, then you eat it. They had a nice mix of local/Italian drinks if you want, but water was easy to find as well. There is no menu; they make whatever they feel like and what you see is what you get. My experience suggests there’s plenty of variety, and I tried four flavors with options to spare. It’s not a special diets place; there’s plenty for a vegetarian like me and I liked the single cheeseless variety that was available. The crust is airy and crunchy, and a unifying strength (airy is good; you’re paying by weight), but the vegetables and cheeses on top were excellent as well. They still have got work to do on how to provide service. There was no clear line or way to get attention. It’s intrinsic to their business model that you can’t plan ahead or look at a menu, you have to look at the actual pizzas, probably for a decent length of time, to figure out what your options are and make decisions. Then you have to get someone’s attention, then they cut each variety you want and individually weigh the slices, and then you pay, and only then do they cook and you start waiting. On top of that, when I was ready to order, there was nobody else standing for food, but they waited a couple of minutes to allow someone to peruse the beverage selection and stood around before getting to me. There’s just a lot of steps, and it’s inefficient, and I went early when it was not crowded. I burned my tongue a bit rushing through my pizza because I think my (admittedly light) half an hour that I put on the parking meter was probably up before my pizza even arrived, and I parked a block away. Having been back a couple of times, the pizza is still good but the service is still not really working. I arrived once a solid twenty minutes after their opening time to find that they were still not really ready yet; with only a single-digit number of pizzas available, without signs in front of them denoting the price. Even by the time I left they still didn’t have a full selection out. Does it take an hour for a business to get running after they open? Not normally. The pizza I like. New Orleans, despite having a decent Italian American subculture, is hardly known for this sort of thing, and I think there’s a niche to be filled. The mix of flavors I got worked really well, and I’d definitely come back excited to see what else they can come up with. But they’ve got to figure out a way that there’s someone available to serve me when I’m done ogling and to make the whole thing run faster.

B & J’s Pizza & Sandwiches – Menu with Prices – 9653 Base Line Rd, Rancho Cucamonga

Wanted to try this place as it is near by. I called in the order and was quoted 40 minutes on a Saturday which is reasonable. When I arrived, it was fairly busy on not only the bar side, but also the dining room, and there were two other people in line for pick ups. When it was my turn, my order was ready timely and the pricing was reasonable. Two medium 1 topping pizzas for $20 and change. The man who rang up my order was nice and told me he appreciated my business. I took the pizza to my car and went to pick up some ice cream in the same shopping center. When I got home, the pizza was still super hot! The toppings were generous and we had never had crust like this before. It was thick and crunchy texture on the outside (almost like fried chicken) but then the dough was soft on the inside. The sauce was tasty and over all it was really good. Next time we will try the thin crust.

Newport News Marriott at City Center – Menu with Prices – 740 Town Center Dr, Newport News

The hotel itself wasn’t bad. We had a group of 4 staying one night stay. When we got to the hotel we were early for check in but the lady called housekeeping and informed us it would only be about 10-15 minutes. We waited for over an hour before I went back up to the desk and asked another man if our room was ready. He told us there was still no room available and made no effort to check with housekeeping until I asked if he could. Of course there was a room ready by this time. While checking us in they told us the total which I informed them was not the amount we were told on the phone or in the email confirmation. They proceeded to tell me it was an incident fee. I DO understand these fees but I DO NOT understand why I wasn’t informed when I asked more than once what the total was and if that was EVERYTHING included. The only explanation they had was they didn’t have to give out that information or price unless you asked specifically, which I told them I did. I know that I called and got the rate first, I then called back to book the room and asked the total amount for the stay again and explained we were splitting the cost so we needed to make sure of the total, and I also checked and verified with the confirmation email. Some people may not worry about things like this but I feel that it should be addressed especially if guest has asked for the total amount and already explained their situation.
