I honestly love their salads. They’re delicious. They have healthy ingredients that taste great. So why the 2 stars? Because they have ripped me off twice now and their customer service is lacking. Monday night I ordered online for take away. I was jet lagged and wanted something easy but healthy. I ordered double chicken. Got home to find they didn’t put a single piece of chicken on my salad. I was pretty annoyed, so when I received the survey email I filled it out and asked for a response. Didn’t hear from them. Called the store and left a message. No return call. Sent a FB message. Nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. I wanted some money back. Several days later, I get a response and a small coupon. I decided to use it and order the same thing. This time when I picked it up, I checked my salad in the store. Guess what. Zero chicken. The girl tried to tell me it was on there. I asked where and she told me she didn’t know because she didn’t make the chicken. I sat there and dug through it, but nothing. Another girl came over and was more pleasant and gave me the chicken.

Creatif Catering – Menu with Prices – 3119 Stop 8 Rd, Dayton

I’m looking for venues for my wedding reception and Creatif Catering was on the list for preferred Caterers at one of the venues. I contacted Todd Wilwee via email requesting more information. He called me and left a message for further contact. I called him and stated in my message that due to my job (call center with variable hours) I’m not available for calls normally and don’t have access to my phone. I left me email and requested that he contact me there. Todd insisted we plan the venue viewing via phone. After leaving multiple messages with him, I finally got a hold of Todd, who didn’t recognize my name as the person with whom he’d been playing phone tag. Later, I sent him an email requesting some more information on certain items from my workplace. Todd, instead of responding to the email like a normal human being, decides to call the 800 number and request me at the operator. We are not allowed to take personal phone calls, that is a firing offense. When I tried to explain this to him, he insisted that we discuss my issues so much that I had to hang up on him to end the call. I sent him an email immediately after asking him to do his best answering the questions via email. He never responded. I finally asked him if his silence was to mean that he no longer wanted my business, to which he affirmed.

STONEFIRE Grill – Menu with Prices – 10680 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga

Just left and the girls that helped me were incredibly rude. First I ordered a Caesar salad with my dinner order and they called to ask what type of protein I wanted. I didn’t order any protein on it but when I got there the girl that helped me said “ok so you didn’t indicate which protein you wanted on your salad because it says here on the receipt that you DID want extra meat on the salad so you wanted it. ” I don’t know why anyone would order a Caesar salad with “extra meat” but it said it on the receipt for some reason so I told her to put chicken on it. She responded “ok they’re going to make it right now.” Cool, whatever. The second girl brought the rest of my order up and said “oh they took the ticket attached so I can’t check it but it looks like we have…” then proceeds to look at the food in the bag and do her best guess as to what it “looks like.” Another associate comes by with the first girl and they review the receipt on the computer and come to find out that I didn’t order “extra meat” on my Caesar salad. The first girl then comes up and says “oh sorry I don’t know what happened that added the extra meat. ” so she gave me my order and before I walk away I ask for the receipt that was attached and the second girl goes “well they email you your receipt so you should have it.” The reason I asked is because nobody checked my order according to my receipt to make sure I got everything; I didn’t trust the second girl’s guessing game. I then replied “well I usually get it with my order” because I actually do and the second girl responds “well I don’t know why you would need it because they email it to you.” I told her “I wanted it to check my order since you didn’t and they usually do give it to me but whatever.” I don’t know what’s up with the attitude from the staff and the “extra meat” at this place but I really can’t stand poor customer service. Its not that hard to give someone a piece of paper that you’re likely not going to use. They’re usually pretty good at checking my order with the receipt but today they decided giving me attitude and guessing what I might’ve ordered would suffice.

Summerville Scoops Menu with Prices 2803 Wrightsboro Rd #27, Augusta

Extremely disappointed in how this place is managed. They advertise on instagram that they do birthday parties and not only did I go in person to speak with someone about it, I called, and I left them a message on Instagram. When I came in person the young girl informed me that she was unsure how to go about booking a birthday party so she got my info and told me a manager would call me that afternoon. I was never called. Next, I sent a message on Instagram that was never replied to. Finally, I called one day and the guy who answered told me to call the village deli next door to speak with the owner (I guess they own both). I called the village deli and asked for the owner by name since the previous guy told me who to ask for and the girl who answered snapped back at me “What is this regarding?” so I told her I wanted to book a bday party next door then she tells me they are too busy at the moment for her to take my call so again, she got my info but I never received a call back. I was really excited at the idea of having my daughters birthday party here but I’m just truly disappointed with the management and or ownership of this place. They do have good ice cream which is why I gave the 2 stars but sadly I wont be returning for the simple fact that Im unhappy with this place in general.

Amazing Cake Creations by Christine – Menu with Prices – 5853 Pecan Rd, Ocala

This is not based on the quality of their cakes, as I did not get the chance to place an order. This review is on their customer service. Very unprofessional. I reached out to them via Instagram to get a quote for a cake for a baby shower. Grace responded to me and asked me to send over some examples. I sent them over and was told I would get a quote later that day. I waited 2 days, no response. I sent another message and Grace responded immediately, saying they had a death in the family and that she was very sorry. Understandable, life happens. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted a quote still. I said yes. She sent it over, and the quote was fair. So the next morning (which was on a Friday), I sent a message saying I wanted to place the order and asked how we can get started. Weekend came and went and now here we are, Monday. Nothing. I sent another message asking if I could place the order. Silence. At this point, I needed to know if I need to find a plan b, since the baby shower is now 4 weeks out. When I first contacted them on 5/31, I still had a bit of time. Now it’s 6/10. So I decided to try and text the number they had on their Instagram. What did my text say? Just simply that I wanted to place an order but have not received a response, and if they didn’t want my business, a response would’ve been great. Of course, Grace responded to my text right away. Her response was she replied. I told her that she did not. Her next response? That she forgot to hit send, but it’s probably best not to move forward at this time. That was such a waste of time. I’m sorry, but if I knew I had a potential new customer, I would be following up with them…not have them chase you for their business. Their work is beautiful and I have no doubt the cake would’ve turned out great…but they just lost a customer because their customer service and communication is horrible.

Gentle Grill – Menu with Prices – 43053 Margarita Rd ste 105 b, Temecula

So, just ordered a bunch of Togo food cause I have company in town and wanted to show them this great local vegan place. Pick up my food, drive back home, open our Nachos appetizer… it’s literally chips, meat, cheese, and some black beans. I called and explained it to the girl she said “yeah, sorry, it got busy, they must’ve forgotten. I’m not sure what you want me to do.” Sis. I’ve been a general manager of a small restaurant before… you don’t tell people it got busy, not sure what to tell you. Bad form. Won’t make this mistake again 10/6: So, I’m a dummy and I tried again. I called and ordered the chicken sandwich with a salad. I got home and there was no dressing and a hair in the box. I called and told the girl what happened and that this kind of thing had happened before and she was SUPER nice and told me my next sandwich would be comped. I called later that week to order my sandwich and the girl that answered the phone was the same girl from the nacho debacle. Her name is Valerie. I explained to her that I had a comped sandwich and that I’d like to order a sandwich. Her response was “yeah, I don’t know anything about that”. I said “okay, well do you want my phone number to check? The lady said she made a note”…. she’s super put out and over it already and kept going back and forth with me, eventually telling me “I mean, I’d need an order in order to put your phone number in”. I said “okay… well can I order the sandwich then?” She said alright. So I order and then I asked her if the comped sandwich was in there… she said “oh i don’t know, do you still want to order?” I said no thanks and asked for her name and when the manager would be in. She was much nicer after that but I was done. I called a few times and left messages for the owner. No response. I would love to support local vegan business, but man… if Valerie answers the phone, I don’t even bother. I won’t go back because of it. Oh well. Good luck ya’ll.

Nespresso Boutique – Menu with Prices – 301 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica

DO NOT BUY A NESPRESSO! This could NOT get any more comical. Someone from Nespresso finally called me and told them their name was Dennis and to call 1-800-562-1465 and ask for extension 4235. I did. A young girl answered said she did not know who that was and said that extension did not exist. She sounded very, very dumb. I hung up and called back and spoke to Carrie in San Francisco who asked for my Nespresso number which I do not have. She seemed very confused when I asked for Dennis at ext. 4235 and put me on hold. She then came back and said he wasn’t available and could she take a message and then asked what my call was about? What an absolute JOKE of a company. DO NOT BUY A NESPRESSO!

Rosen Centre Hotel – Menu with Prices – 9840 International Dr, Orlando

First and last time staying at the Rosen Centre. Billing issues, terrible service, lots of runaround (service and literally) Overall Ratings: 10/10 Cleanliness: place was spotless 8/10 View: liked that I could see the ferris wheel outside my window 6/10 Amenities: no microwave, cheap towels 3/10 Food: fruit flies all over dried apricots at breakfast buffet 2/10 Customer Service: valet service overcharge, poor communication with mail, service not very friendly Amenities: Stay was business related so I did not engage in much of the amenities. The room lacked a microwave and there were no water bottles upon check-in. Coffee maker with complimentary coffee packets without any water to actually make coffee is pointless. Towels were cheap, white towels that looked and felt like they came from the dollar store. The hallways the first 2 of 4 days smelled like cigarettes/weed and are dimly lit with low ceilings. Food: Tried the breakfast buffet with my boyfriend. Good assortment of breakfast type foods. However the bowl of dried apricots was covered in fruit flies. The server checked in with us every 5 minutes, excessive. The check had a mandatory 18% gratuity. A forced 18% tip on a buffet for 2. We literally got our own food and only had water. Absolute nonsense. Customer Service: – Check in: Front desk seemed neutral, not like people in the service industry. They saw the room reservation for 2 and assumed two beds. I should have corrected her and asked for 1 but I was in a rush. She did ask if I wanted to be on a higher or lower floor level. – Mail: I dialed 0 from my room and asked if they could notify me by phone or text message when they received the package I was expecting. I was told the business center handled the mail and was currently closed. I asked if she could leave them a message. She told me she was at one of the affiliated hotels so she could not do that, instead gave me the email to the business center and told me I could email them and ask. I emailed. The response the next morning was to contact a different email/number. The man who answered at the business center tells me the concierge service handles the mail, not the business center. I ask for the number to the concierge’s and he gives me an ext. #, not asking if I had something to write it down and not waiting. I asked him to repeat twice then start to read it back to him, but he hangs up partway through. I call back and find out it’s not a phone number, he doesn’t know their phone number, then transfers me to the font desk, they never pick up, I leave a message with my name and room number with my request. No response. At that point I’ feel I should have stayed at a cheap hotel with a front desk who handled everything with zero run-around. – Valet: The stay was for 3 nights. My boyfriend stayed for 1 night with his car. Drove in Friday evening left early morning the next day. Last day of my stay and I receive a bill for 5 nights of valet service. When I went to dispute my bill front desk told me I had to go to valet to do it. There was no apology and the girl asked me 3 times and again after they adjusted my bill if we told them he was checking out the car. Yes, yes, yes, and yes. Even if we didn’t tell them, the car is not here, it never came back and was never coming back so what did it matter asking other than to irritate me? The bill should be changed regardless. Then I asked for the updated bill, which they told me they couldn’t print out there but I had to go to the front desk for. Never had to physically walk back and forth so much for a hotel’s screw up. Long story short, I’ve had better service at an extended stay hotel. Never coming back to the Rosen Centre or any of its affiliated institutions.

Village Sweet Menu with Prices 5872 Washington Blvd, Arlington

About a month ago, I ordered 30 snowflake cookies to give out as favors at my daughter’s bday party. I was supposed to pick them up on Saturday. They left a message that I didn’t receive the prior Sunday bc I had damaged my phone. In the message they said they emailed me, but I never received an email at all. The message also said that I needed to confirm by Thursday. I didn’t hear this message until Saturday, when I got a new phone. They didn’t make my cookies bc they said I didn’t confirm. I went in and ordered those cookies and filled out a form a month prior. Isn’t that confirmation enough?!?! If that is not enough confirmation then they need to take a deposit or something. When I made that order I was under the impression that my cookies would be made for the date I said I needed them by. Then they were unable to rectify the situation for me. I was left scrambling at that last minute to come up with a favor for my daughter’s party. It was beyond disappointing. It is too bad bc I have ordered cookies from them before and they were cute and tasty.

NEVER COME HERE. The staff is SOOO rude. Walked in, no one said hi or welcomed me. The people in front of me asked lots of questions and she had a terrible attitude the whole time, seriously made my experience miserable. She did not smile once, so extremely rude, if you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to find a new one. I ordered a to-go chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles. Every time I’ve ordered this, it comes with just chicken and noodles, like I ordered. This time I received my Togo order and there was barely any chicken, noodles with veggies and rice. Not what I ordered at all. And it has never came like that either. I called back and the same girl with the terrible attitude answered argued with me on the phone and basically blamed it all on me and I ordered it wrong…. what the he**? I asked to speak to a manager and she said “There isn’t one here.” So I asked when they would be in and she said she couldn’t give me that information. I asked for the managers name so I could call back and speak with him/ her. She also told me she couldn’t give me their name. So I finally asked if she could write down my information and have a manager call me, she said “Sure” “what’s the name” and I asked if she needed my number and she said no. How is a manager going to call me without having my number? Interesting! A few days later and I have yet to receive a phone call. Yogis grill is the worst company and I will never be giving them business again, hire employees that LIKE THEIR JOB! I hope this place shuts down, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Best Buy – Headquarters – Menu with Prices – 7601 Penn Ave S, Minneapolis

Two days ago I ordered the new AirPods pro from Best Buy online, and it said they WOULD be delivered by the 31st which is today. It did not say should, or that they might, it said that they would be delivered by today, and I even got a confirmation email that also stated that they would be delivered by today, the 31st. I waited all day for them, and then I received an email with the tracking number so I looked that up and it said that they would not be sent for another four days. I decided to contact Best Buy through online chat to see if I could get some sort of compensation for the delay. Upon explaining the situation to the first rep, they told me that the AirPods are in high demand, and that?s why they were delayed, and then they promptly ended the chat before I could respond. I then had the exact same experience two more times, but the last representative told me that they could give me a five dollar in store credit, but then they also ended the chat with me before I could respond. At this point I decided to call and actually talk to a rep. I called in, explained the situation, told them that I had already chatted with three different people, and that each of them had disconnected from me. She then told me that my order was delayed due to high demand. I told her that I understand that, but the website and my confirmation email both said that I guaranteed would have them by today. She then told me that there isn?t anything that she could do, and I told her that I?m just trying to get some kind of compensation. She said that they could not compensate me in any way. I told her that the rep I had chatted with before I called had offered me a five dollar in store credit, but she said that she was looking at the transcripts and didn?t see anything about that, and that they could not compensate me in any way. At this point I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said that they would just tell me the same thing, and that she didn?t want to waste my time. I said that I would still like to talk to a manager. She said that she would put me on hold for a minute and then get me connected to the next available manager. She then put me on hold for ten minutes, picked back up (I heard chatter on the other end of the line), and then she hung up on me without saying a word. When I called back again, the answering machine said it was after hours and I would have to call back tomorrow. In summary, I chatted with three different online reps and each of them disconnected from me (by the way, when the rep disconnects from you, it automatically closes the chat window, not giving you any chance to save any information) and then I talked on the phone with a rep who ended up hanging up on me rather than connecting me to their manager. All I was seeking was some form of compensation for the delayed delivery time
