Not an Austin Powers bar anymore! I wanted to have my Austin Powers bday party here, so 2 weeks prior I e-mailed, called the manager, and called the bar. I finally got a response back the Mon before the party. I told them about the theme and that I had 44 people coming. I sent them a screenshot of the event. I asked for a little table that I could put my stuff at by the main floor. They wanted $1000, but we settled for $200. When I got there, they didnâ??t know who I was. I had no table, but even if I did, they were about 2 feet wide. Worst of all, they neglected to tell me it wasnâ??t an Austin Powers bar anymore. There were no themed drinks, no bright lights.. they were playing hip hop, and no fembots/Austin/Mini-me.. nothing on a Sat night. There was this woman singing horribly on a microphone for 15 min intervals as well. My friends were ready to shoot themselves. They didnâ??t tell me it wasnâ??t Austin Powers themed because they still wanted all of my people. That is WRONG, misleading, and just broke my heart. The manager apologized and said she had no idea about the party and gave me a few drink tickets and asked the dj to slip in some 60s songs but donâ??t go here. What they did was wrong and itâ??s just like any other dark LA club now. They need to take their website down that promised an Austin Powers bar. Thanks for making me feel like I wasnâ??t important.

Seasoning 63 – Menu with Prices – 2513 Old 63 S #103, Columbia

Good food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Delivery sucks and their manager is a jerk. Called to complain after order was an hour late (an hour AFTER the initial time promised it would be here, Which was 1.5 hours after placing the order). Called the restaurant 3 times to get help on where the order was…â?he went wrong way.â? â??He is on the wayâ? etc etc etc every excuse in the book. Driver finally called â??Hi. Come out to get your food.â? Other than that being rude for having food delivered, he wasnâ??t even by our apartment. Still had to wait. Asked for a discount and he said he didnâ??t know if they did that. Told us to sign receipt but both said customer copy and had no signature line. I called the restaurant again to ask for a discount for being an hour late and the lady handed the phone to the manager. He kept giving excuses and saying we must have ordered from door dash, which we didnâ??t. We ordered directly from the restaurant. Then I asked for the owners name so I could talk to someone above him. He asked what discount I wanted and kept laughing at me. I pointed out how incredibly rude it was to laugh at an angry customer and he laughed again. Then when I asked for owners name and when he would be in, the manager â??gene?â? Said he didnâ??t know when Loo was going to be there. I asked for the lady that I first spoke to and he said he didnâ??t know her name (yet heâ??s the manager?). He finally told me he would refund me half of the order price and I said ok, but when I told him I was angry that he was laughing and didnâ??t handle the situation well, he said he canâ??t talk to me anymore and handed me back to the lady. She said she would refund full price and they hung up. What a trip with these people. Good food, but man, thereâ??s good food with good service at tons of other places. Go to other places.

Coppersmith Tavern and Table – Menu with Prices – 671 Main St, Portland

Once upon a time a friend and I went to a new restaurant called Copper Smith. I have a close friend that works there and he encouraged me to try it out. Even though he wasnâ??t working my friend and I still decided to go anyway. From the moment we walked in we knew immediately that we should turn around. First off the scenery was not towards our generation. I would say it was more for people in late 20s early 30s who like to drink. Then we had the ruddiest waiter Iâ??ve ever encounter. She never asked how are day was, she didnâ??t introduce herself, she didnâ??t even smile. She gave us the menu and walked away. She came back took our orders and never checked on us again. Instead she stayed in the corner making out with her boyfriend. As for the food the first thing that came out of was our appetizer which was mozzarella sticks. They turned out to be pretty good not the best Iâ??ve had but still good. Then our meal came. My friend got a Caesar salad which was ok but I got the clam chowder. The moment she put that in front of my face I almost wanted to gag it smelled absolutely awful. I took a small bite and almost threw up. I got it too go instead and brought it over to my work at the Merry Manor. I had 8 other people smell and tried the chowder which everyone said that it tasted sour and disgusting. I ended up calling the restaurant and speaking with a manger who said heâ??ll get back to me but never did. I asked my friend the next day what was wrong with the chowder and he did tell me that the chowder had gone bad. The fact that that never called me back I was very upset and the fact that they didnâ??t check me food before delivering it to the paying customer made me livid. I will never go back again nor will I send anyone else to try them.

Orlando’s Snack – Menu with Prices – 11100 Mines Rd, Laredo

Iâ??ve never experienced bad service till I came to Orlandoâ??s snack.. aside from waiting 30 minutes the girl taking the orders was taking them wrong. I was the SECOND customer she made a mistaken on(that I witnessed). When I corrected her she brought the manager over, who insisted she was going to charge me extra because I wasnâ??t specific about my order. My mom commented that they were making to many mistakes and they needed to improve. The manager whoâ??s name is Adriana said she was going to refuse service because she didnâ??t like us commenting on her customer service. When I asked if she was the owner she said yes so to Adrian, PLEASE improve youâ??re service hun.

El Gallito Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 813 Lindsey Ln, Tyler

Be careful! She makes charges that she does not include in her receipt therefore making you think she accidentally didnâ??t give you the right amount of change. I ordered a burrito over the phone, asked for avocado, and she didnâ??t say there was an extra charge for it. I go into the small restaurant and she gives me the total. I read that there was an extra charge for using a credit card, so I decided to pay in cash. She gave me the change and realized she wasnâ??t going to give me a receipt, so I politely asked for the receipt. She gave me the receipt and as I was driving off I realized that the change she gave me back was wrong. So I look at the receipt and sure enough she kept about 34cents. Which isnâ??t a big deal but because I felt like Iâ??m not the only she does this too, I decide to call her and say that she gave me less change than what is on the receipt. Her response was that she charged me 30cents for the avocado. I told her that I wasnâ??t aware there was a charge for the avocado (previously they never charged) and that even if there was a charge, it would always be listed on the receipt. She didnâ??t apologize and said ok. I wonâ??t be back in here. I support local business but not when they are doing things like this.

First Coast Hearing Clinic – Menu with Prices – 1835 Us Hwy 1 S, Ste 121, St. Augustine

I went there last summer (June 2018) because my right hearing aid wasnâ??t working anymore. I couldnâ??t hear anything out of it and I needed it to be fixed, since Iâ??m a college student taking summer classes and itâ??s such a struggle still to hear well, even with hearing aids. They replaced one part on the right hearing aid that allowed me to hear through it again (the receiver and plastic tube that connects to the ear mold). However, they didnâ??t have the right size and it was too big for my ear. It kept falling out. They said they would call when they have a replacement and they made me pay for this piece, that did not even fit perfectly. They never called. Iâ??ve called a couple times and left voice mails. Never a response. I headed back to Germany for a visit, so I didnâ??t have the chance to stop by again. This summer I went back to Germany and went to my old audiologist (I bought these hearing aids in Germany) and they replaced this piece for FREE. I had to pay for it at First Coast Hearing, even though they gave me the wrong size and never called back when they had the right size. Iâ??m sure every business has good and bad days, but I had a negative customer service experience here. I was hoping this could be a place for me to trust here, but sadly it is not.

The Sweet Life Bakeshop – Menu with Prices – 1676 Victory Blvd, Staten Island

This was my first time ordering a professional cake where I felt I spent a big amount of money on a product. The cake was okay. What I didnâ??t like was that I had asked for a raspberry jam and I got some raspberry dry paste in the cake. It make the cake dry and I wasnâ??t very happy with the overall cake. It was gigantic. But for the price and how it tasted I could of made this cake myself I was told by others. Many of my guest didnâ??t even want to eat the cake and I wasnâ??t very pleased with that fact. I felt there was nothing that popped about my cake. When I go to a professional I expect 100 percent. I am a tough critic because I feel things should be made with love and to its fullest potential. The demeanor of the lady who owns the shop at first to me was very stand off ish which I didnâ??t like. But I felt I should give them a chance they are a bakery that was on tv for such amazing cakes but in the end I will be my own baker and I will no longer order from anyone especially if my cake will not be of importance. I felt it should have been way better no offense I felt it was slap together.

Mexican Villa East – Menu with Prices – 1337 E Sunshine St, Springfield

I just finished eating there, and the food was good. The service I received however was not what I expected. I had lunch alone in a booth and there were three surrounding tables. All those tables got checked on 5-6 times, the waiter made sure to have conversation/contact with them, and was super friendly…..I however did not get one ounce of that type of service. I was checked on once when I was pretty much finished with my food and asked if I wanted more water. I politely declined and she brought me my bill. Thatâ??s it. I felt so unwelcome there that it really got to me. I also politely asked for a manager and told her how I was treated compared to every table around me. She was nice about it and apologized and said she wanted anyone and everyone to feel welcome there, however, that was not the case for me. The manager said she would speak with her about it. I hope they treat people like me better. I was going to give it one star but because the manager was nice and the food wasnâ??t terrible I gave it two stars. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did.

Fiesta Margarita – Menu with Prices – 179 Mall Cir Dr, Murfreesboro

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 3 years now. Now thereâ??s a new owner. Yesterday I called first to see what time they close and I was told 10 and it says 10 on there website. I get there and Iâ??m told they close at 9. So I tried to rush and get my order in they were closing in a few minutes. When I got my food out; my queso dip was cold. And my food order came out wrong. It wasnâ??t what I ordered at all and had bacon on it and I donâ??t eat pork. I tried to send it back and my server let me know that the owner said. I can either eat it or leave. I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years and Iâ??ve never heard of that. Whenever we close, we take care of the last customers until they are done. We just canâ??t let anyone else inside. But youâ??re never rude to the customer and say either eat it or leave. The table next to me, all white people, let me add. They got everything they ordered and as they denied me all I wanted them to do was fix my order because I didnâ??t eat pork or ask for pork, but the table of white people ask for more things after they closed and got everything they asked from the owner. She was nice to them but mean to me and my sister, we are black. It seemed like she stereotyped us. I do work in the tv industry and my sister is a nurse and we always tip good. Donâ??t go here. The new owners suck.

Heavenly Cakes by Dawn – Menu with Prices – 6141 Evans St, Omaha

There was a miscommunication on the design of our cake. My husband picked it up and didnâ??t know what it was supposed to look like. When he got it home, we realized it was wrong. With only 2 hours before the party, we called them and they said to bring it back to be fixed! Although they made a mistake, they were so gracious in correcting it, and I can tell they really care about making sure their customers are satisfied. The cake turned out perfect and, of course, was delicious!

9th Street Nook Menu with Prices 206 N 9th St, Boise

Wanted to really like this place. Walked in with a friend, there were about 5 other people drinking. We sat at the table, which is really close to the bar. We waited for the bartender to acknowledge us, we learned we needed to be three feet closer for this to happen. Apparently that was too far away for him to see us (sarcasm. We ordered 2 beers as 7 people walked in the door. We sat back down as he began to take their orders instead of fulfilling out. They were a bit unruly and asked several drink related questions. After 5 minutes of this, he began making their drinks. We realized since they were a bigger party, they were more important so we left. We told him we were leaving since he was too busy to get our drinks, he said “okay”. This is a few blocks from my house and I wanted to dig it. I was bummed.

D’event Cake & Supplies – Menu with Prices – 3101 Pablo Kisel Blvd b2, Brownsville

If you want to pay for what you didnâ??t order and get terrible customer service this is your place to go. I went on a Wednesday to order a birthday cake for Friday, and the worker told me that I could take the one on the fridge. I then asked her the day it was made and she told me “on Monday”. I told her I wouldnâ??t want a 5 day old cake on Friday. Then she told me they could make a fresh one by Friday. I specifically asked her to put â??Happy Birthday ___â?, she said that it wasnâ??t a problem, she even wrote it the receipt, which I still have. She was eager to charge me so she asked me to pay right there and then. I go Friday to pick up the cake and she quickly came to the door and gave it to me. I placed it on my van and left. I get home and see that itâ??s missing the wording, so I called the owner. I told her the situation and this is the senseless excuse she gave me â??well, you ordered it by Friday and my husband was so busy running errands that I didnâ??t have time do itâ?. I told her that that was not my problem, that I had ordered in advanced. I stated that I was not wanting a refund or anything, I just wanted to let her know of the situation. Just out of curiosity, I asked her if the cake was the one she made on Monday. She rudely insisted that she was not going to refund the money and that there was nothing wrong with the cake that it was â??just missing wordingâ?. Of course, this lady was missing my point and she never apologized.

Kandikakes Bakery – Menu with Prices – Spring

HOLI cow! Kandice went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered a cake for my sisters Holi themed engagement party, and I had no idea what I wanted since the few holi cakes on google werenâ??t what I liked. When it came time, we didnâ??t even want to cut the cake it was so beautiful! So many compliments on the design and the taste. Will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend!!
