Horrible! I’ve been going to this store all my life as a grew up in the area. I recently placed an order for a cake for my son’s birthday. To place the order I actually had to go in in person because I was put on hold for over 15 mins. Without anyone helping me. Once there I took almost an hour just to place the order since the girl at the register kept telling me to wait as she rang people up. There were other people at the store stocking and doing something else but not helping. I show up to pick up the cake the next week 1 hour after the scheduled time to pick it up and the girl doesn’t even remember me!!! She’s asking when I place the order and all these stupid questions. Then she tells me “oh yeah I remember, the cake guy is not here yet I don’t think your cake is ready” needless to say I was livid! their “cake guy” had just walked in and told me it was not ready but that he can out something together in 30 mins. Tops. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!! My son’s birthday was in 1 hr. and they left me scrambling last minute for a solution. I am so disappointed with this store and will never reply on them for any services in the future.

Carolina Girl Confections, LLC – Menu with Prices – 304 Knight Valley Cir, Columbia

Shanel is an absolute pleasure to work with! I’ve been searching for a bakery that makes German Chocolate cake since my boyfriend is such a huge fan of them and his birthday is this week. However, I couldn’t find ANYWHERE in Columbia who made them! Fortunately, I stumbled upon Carolina Girl Confections, and Shanel was able to whip up a beautiful, DELICIOUS German chocolate cake with only a 24 hour notice. She sent me an invoice not too long after I called her to order, an email the next day confirming what time I would be stopping by, and a text message about an hour before my time of pick up confirming that my cake was ready. I’m very pleased with how easy it was to communicate with her, as well as get updates on my order! I absolutely recommend Carolina Girl Confections to anyone in need of some spectacular cake.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 4511 Saufley Field Rd, Pensacola

I visited this new store on (12/14/18) around 9pm, when i arrived ,the line was around the building,after sitting there for 20 mins just to order my food. As i went to order.my food the person taking the order was rude over the intercom,and i had to repeat myself 3 timea because she was apparently talking to other employees instead of taking my order,after ordering i sat for another 10 mins watching 3 different cars infront of me leave. So after 15 total.mins i make it to the window. So i go to.pay for my food. There was 2 people on there phones walking around chit-chatting with eachother. So one girl come to the window and tells me its gonna be another 15 mins for my meal(which was suppost to be a 5 piece strip meal) and asked me if that was okay…No it wasnt but after a 10hr shift. I was hungry and just wanted my food. I WILL NEVER go to this store again. I didn’t leave out the drive thur till 10pm. Customer service was rude and i didnt even get what i ordered.i was given a 4 piece spicy mix box not strips. This store needs to fix there drive thur times.and get better employees.

Scooptacular – Menu with Prices – 5150 W Baseline Rd, Laveen Village

So I was a huge Scooptacular fan, my daughter’s first birthday was coming up so my husband and I decided to go to Scooptacular to have them make her cake. When we got there, we were told our cake could be made like the picture we showed and were told we would be getting updates on the cake throughout the week. When we placed the order the guy told us that if we did not like our cake we could get refunded or they would remake it no problem. We paid for the cake and waited all week…no updates. So then I called in and they sent a picture of a cake they made that looked nothing like the cake I had showed them. It seriously looked like something I could make on my own at home. We went into the store and spoke to one of the employees working there. I told them my concern that the cake wasn’t as we wanted and we wanted them to make another cake or get a refund and knowing I was an upset customer he told me “look at it from our point of view” without offering any solutions. Then he proceeded with telling me we were in the wrong and that no one at their store would tell us that they would be able to make the cake the way we asked and continued to blame us until I told him the name of the employee. Even after this, this employee lacked professionalism and customer service and continued to blame us. I was livid, this employee had the audacity to say “I mean will your daughter even remember this cake” like um yes she will when she sees pictures or how about my guests that we’re having at the party. I honestly cannot even begin to explain how upset I am with the lack of empathy and customer service I received.

This location was able to meet and exceed our expectations for catering our sons birthday party. I showed up to pick 50 kids meals and they were so amazing with making sure everything was hot and fresh. They helped load up my vehicle and made sure I had everything needed. Thank you guys for making my sons birthday great with your food and exceptional service. Best location in Columbus GA!

Pizza Scene – Menu with Prices – 2360 W 68th St, Hialeah

Order a special, large pizza eight wings for twenty something dollars. I asked for six garlic knots. Waited over an hour and nothing. I call to find out and they tell me it’s going to be another hour to two hours because they are busy. I told them to cancel my order. They call me back five minutes later to confirm the canceled order. I told them I’m not waiting almost two hours. Then the young lady tells me it was a mistake and it will be leaving the store in few minutes if I still wanted the order. I said OK because the store is literally down the street. The food gets to my house and the order is wrong. I call the store and speak with the young girl who took my order. She tells me She made a mistake But since I wasn’t over charged would I like to place another order. I asked to speak with a manager or higher then her and was told no one was there right now. I told her to never mind. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE…. GO TO THE MIAMI LAKES STORE INSTEAD…. No type of compensation for the time or wrong order. That’s why it get only two stars from me. I never post reviews.

Cake Designs makes the most AMAZING cakes! I have been ordering all of our family birthday cakes from Cake Designs for over 15 years and my experience has been terrific every single time. Whatever theme or design I have asked for, Cake Designs has always come through with a gorgeous cake. The cake artists at Cake Designs are true artists. The cakes they create are absolutely beautiful works of art. At every birthday party, people always ask where the cake came from, because it’s always outstanding! And the Cake Designs cakes are scrumptious. They are so moist and light that we always order a cake that is way too big for the number of people we plan to serve, just so we can keep eating the yummy Cake Designs cake for days to come!!!! The staff at Cake Designs is friendly, helpful and efficient. The cakes we have ordered have always been ready exactly when we asked for them to be ready. And Cake Designs is such a clean environment. They have albums and albums of photos of cakes they have made for every occasion imaginable. It’s fun just to flip through the albums to see the gorgeous cakes they’ve made in the past – it’s great inspiration for your current cake order. Cake Designs is amazing and I highly recommend them for your cake needs!

Mr Sandwich – Menu with Prices – 92 Corporate Park, Irvine

Hands down my favorite sandwich chain. If you use the app to order from the Fountain Valley store, about 25% of the time they’ll tell you that they can’t access the order when you get there because the manager took the “Pad”. Your credit card would have been charged and the app tells you when to pick up the order, but it won’t be ready. It seems like such a lame excuse, but they explain it like that every time. If you order by phone around 12 noon, you’ll have a 50/50 chance that they’ll pick up the phone because they tend to be understaffed and very busy. If they answer and put you on hold, you’ve once again got a 50/50 chance they won’t hang up on you. If your “lunch hour” is tight, go somewhere else. I told you it’s a good sandwich place!

My cousins came here to buy the cake for my niece’s First Birthday party. First of all the cake was overpriced than other bakeries. When we went to pick it up they took like 20 min to take the cake out. The design of the cake was way off and had not even finished it. They were missing a letter on the cake of her name and didn’t even let us know. When we brought that up she said that it was missing a letter because there was not enough room on the cake. They got the color and design of the cake wrong from what they originally wanted. They tried to fix it but just made it a mess on the cake. And when we asked if they could do something about it like get part of the money back or some type of store credit. She said no. And when we would let her know about what was missing or wrong with the cake she would look annoyed by that. So heads up. Worse experience and the sad part is that we got a messed up cake a little girls 1st Birthday party.

Gemini Sushi & Business Lounge – Menu with Prices – 5413 S Staples St, Corpus Christi

We came here for my birthday dinner and it was be worst ever! I know this is a new place but if you want to be successful get your business in order. We made a reservation at 7pm. Our table was ready and waitress came to take our drink order immediately. Our group consisted of 5 people and I kid you not, they brought us our drinks one at a time. It literally took them like one hour to bring us all of our drinks. Like who wants to spend their birthday without a drink in my hand? This was how our whole night was with ordering drinks. It take like 30 mins per drink. To add on top of it, sometimes the drinks we ordered were t ready. The mix for example wasn’t ready. We when asked we were told they had just opened and it wasn’t prepared yet. Hmm… I mean I’m sure the owners know their people need time prior to opening to prepare. Even for beer! They didn’t have cold beers because they had just gotten their delivery. I know that isn’t their fault but there are chilled mugs they could have put it in. Then, don’t get me started on the food. We ordered our food and we didn’t eat until 9:30pm. Mind you, we got there at 7pm. We were so hungry by this point. And remember how I described how we got our drinks. That’s also how we got our food. One plate of sushi at a time. It was horrible. We did ask our waitress about the stat of our order and she said they were just too backed up. She went to ask the chef and I heard the chef saying she was just making the tickets as they came in. But we ordered our food all at the same-time so….WTF? I can’t lie the food was good but the wait was so freaking long. We didn’t want to eat until all our plates were on our table and damn by then it was room temperature. No one ever came to apologize for the wait or ask how it was going so after we ate we left. Like come on, I’m not gonna stay there to celebrate my birthday with this low-quality service. So if yelp allowed one-star, I would have given it to them. Dear owner if you invite me again I’ll really have to think about it. Because I wouldn’t want another horrible experience. Especially on someone birthday. Best food adventures my friends.

Rosati’s Pizza Menu with Prices 210 Doug Baker Blvd Suite 100, Birmingham

Our first experience with Rosati’s about a week ago, my daughter and I ordered a white pizza online at 5:26, estimated time to pick up was 25-30 minutes. We ran an errand next door at Hollywood Feed and then my daughter went in a few minutes before the 30 minute mark while I waited in the car with our dog. At 6:01 she got notification that the pizza was ready. When she let them know, she was told it would be ten more minutes. At 6:13 she still had no pizza. At nearly 50 minutes now, I am livid. I have to leave the dog in the car and go inside to trade places with my daughter who has anxiety and is about to have a panic attack. When I say, “forget the pizza, I just want my money back,” they have to get a manager. I wait. Two people answer phones and take orders from other customers…while I WAIT. They try to tell me my pizza is ready. I tell them I don’t want the pizza I want my money back. I’m told to lower my voice. I remind them that it’s been almost an HOUR now. Manager finally comes with pizza and tells me I can have it, and he will refund my money. I take the refund and leave the pizza. My phone says 6:24 when I get back to the car. If you want to open a new ANYTHING now days you need to be doing it better than everybody else, especially a pizza joint when there are literally five within a one mile radius. Also, I don’t need someone who is still in high school trying to tell me how to act when I have had ZERO customer service. I don’t care how good the food is, no one should have to wait an hour for one pizza. We wound up at Vocelli’s across the street. Shoulda gone there to begin with.

Kirt’s Homeade Ice Cream – Menu with Prices – 622 Albemarle Square, Charlottesville

We like getting ice cream cones here, but what I’m surprised so few reviews mention is their ice cream cakes. There is no better birthday cake for a group of young kids. The cake will totally vanish before your eyes, with no wasted food at all. Massive pieces of cake miraculously disappear from tiny kids’ plates, leaving nothing for the parents to finish. “Best cake ever” and “tastes even better than it looks” are the unsolicited comments we get from the kids every time. My only quibble is that for the last cake we ordered, we requested dark chocolate with m&ms, and I think we ended up with a standard chocolate cake with no m&ms at all…but it all got eaten anyway. So you may want to doublecheck your order before leaving the store to avoid minor disappointments. Remember to take your cake out of the freezer about a half hour before you plan to serve it (at normal room temperature, that is) or you’ll have quite a time cutting your slices. We made that mistake once, but never again!

La Azteca Bakery – Menu with Prices – 1938 Portage Street, Kalamazoo

I would not recommend this bakery to anyone. They lack of professionalism. I ordered my Sonâ??s birthday cake within 2 days in advance for an specific day and time. When I went to pick it up, the cake was not ready, but even worse they told me that they had not started it yet. The worst part is that when I asked the lady at the register for a reason she responded in a so rude tone to me that they simply donâ??t have it ready, and thereâ??s nothing she could do about it. She even said to me â?? if is not ready, is not ready! Not an apology at all ð??± For a cake that almost cost me $70.00 plus my time and trust. Really?? ð??¡ I tried to contact the owner and he did never replied. They donâ??t care about costumer satisfaction at all. Iâ??m giving them one star, because the system doesnâ??t allow me to do less then that. So disappointed with this place ð??? Not to mention that is the second time that it happens.
