The shop seems quite run down, but that isn’t the worst of their problems. Juice stock is excellent however their mods and atomizers are quite lacking. On top of that, they have products that have been on the shelf for years! Some of them are broken, rusted, just don’t work. There seems to always be people just hanging out in there, and it worries me because a lot of them seem young. Like do you even ID people? Now the worst part is CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are extremely rude, and it’s so bad that if you leave a bad review on google you will just get bashed for it. No one is there to hear you out about your reviews. If you sit there and use a different name and your not in the system oh man you’ll get extremely bashed. Look if you’re not experienced with vaping and don’t care about it, sure go here. However if you are… AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolute trash customer service, hardly decent mod selection, atomizers suck, and their only good thing going is juice.

MAUNA KEA GRILL LLC Menu with Prices 63063 Layton Ave, Bend

Food was good, but was served cold. We were waiting a while, and when we came up to the counter to check on the order, the worker said she called us earlier but “sorry, I don’t have a loud voice.” On one hand, maybe it’s our fault for not hearing her? We were listening rather intently, and found it almost unbelievable that we didn’t hear her considering we weren’t sitting very far. On the other hand, we would have appreciated it if she called our name a second time versus letting our food just sit there. If you know you don’t have a loud voice, either put in extra effort to make sure your customer can hear you, or keep saying their name so their food doesn’t get cold. We’re not ones to complain, being that my girlfriend and I have worked in the service industry and know things don’t go smoothly sometimes. But the burger was way too cold to give a pass, and the cheese on the nachos was already hardened. We hate to leave a negative review for such a petty reason, but it’s simple customer service. I hope, if the worker reads this, that she doesn’t get butthurt or defensive, but instead just makes sure people can hear her next time.

I have to say I have very bad experiences when it comes to customer service at the airport. As a flight attendant I see the worst of the worst. However these employees were amazing! I first came in contact with Anna. I watched her as she talked to each customer welcoming them and being super friendly. I was a little caught off guard and though maybe she’s a happy person. However all three employees were amazing. All cheerful, very helpful, and extremely caring. Beyond any place I have been to. Even outside of the airport. They truly deserve some recognition! This will be the spot I eat for now on when I come to Denver airport! Kudos to QDOBA for hiring some amazing people!

Kansas City Steak Company – Menu with Prices – 5140 Kansas Ave, Kansas City

The absolute world’s worst. I’ve ordered several hundred dollars worth of items from this company in the past 6 months. My first batch of USDA Prime Ribeyes came completely thawed and gray – the packages had been punctured. Blood everywhere. The next batch I received, like other users have stated, were EXTREMELY thin – very difficult to cook rare when they are paper thin. The mushroom tartlets were disgusting. The beef wellington minis were HORRIBLE. The beef was extremely tough and the ratio of beef to puff pastry was like 1 to 1,000. There was a tiny speck of beef in there that had the consistency of gristle. Last week, I got a shipment of 4 filets and 4 twice baked potatoes – I received the package immediately as it was delivered and guess what, ROOM TEMPERATURE. Completely thawed, again blood everywhere because the packaging had separated. But all of this isn’t the worst part of this company – the customer service is the worst that this industry has ever seen. I really don’t know how they aren’t out of business. I called customer service about these issues, and they will argue with you, find some way to try to blame you and completely not take responsibility for any of their products. They will post a response to your review saying “call our 1800 number or email customer service and we will fix the issue”, then as soon as you do that, they argue, tell you that you are in the wrong, say that there is nothing they can do. It is really disgusting what kind of customer service this company has. I’ve heard SEVERAL similar stories to mine. I would go vegan if this was the last place to get steak from. THE PITS.

I am so tired of the grayson location and science highway location. The rules for coupons change daily. Now, the rain check rules are changing. This is a million dollar corporations and you are telling me that you cant hire staff the comprehend their store policies. You, have to always leave stressed out because of unprofessional behavior from the staff. Now I will be calling corporate today and file my formal complaint and lets see were tbis will lead. I dont want a song and dance. I want change in these stores when it come to using coupons. Stop being racist and stop stereotyping. All people are not the same. If I, could give a negative zero I would. I, dont want to hear that the manager changed and we have new people. Train your staff.

512 Quantum Sound – Menu with Prices – 512 Paterson Plank Rd, Jersey City

Here’s the scoop. Place is brand new and very nice. Lots of space inside and three levels for a different environment. No parking whatsoever around the area, so you’re better off taking an Uber or following someone for one hour to get their spot. Maybe this is why they’re never “packed”. Unless you’re there for football specials, drinks and food are overly priced. (A wing order will run you $16 and a drink like cranberry vodka will be $13) BUT if you’re there for football specials make sure they charge you the price special. Buckets are usually $20 during games. So that’s a plus. The reason they are getting two stars is for a 15% service charge EVEN AT THE BAR. Regardless of the “party size” which at the bar you obviously can’t sit a big party. 15% mandatory “service charge” at the bar?! Not even in the fanciest of rooftops in NYC. I know they just opened up but that’s no way to make money off your clients. Hookah can only be done in the third level and that’s if it’s open because most days the second and third level are closed. They post a 10% discount for all military, teachers and educators, first responders and law enforcement but it’s posted only IN the BATHROOM and if you fit the category and mention it you’ll get a death stare. Make sure you have ID to prove it to like three different people. The only bartender who knows what he’s doing is Hugo his skills are top notch so if you go make sure you sit at the bar where he is. There is also a girl in regular clothes that goes around and demands that you write a google review while you’re there. (?!) she will literally stand there and watch you open your google account for the review and will ask everyone in your party to do so right then and there or she won’t leave. Disturbing if you’re begging for stars. So I don’t know if I’d trust half these reviews since they are done under hawk eye.

Im almost sure all of these good reviews are because there’s a sign on each table “post a google review and get free refills” DO NOT GO HERE. a lot of young people who cant handle alcohol and starting riots. started off real chill and laid back until the younger crowd started coming in. Worst experience ever. We got a hookah and shortly after bought beer. They only serve wine and beer no shots! We were told if we didn’t buy something else we would be asked to leave. What more do you want us to buy? Mind you the entire left side was empty. and we still had a hookah and beer. next to us was a group of 9 or more with one hookah and no drinks…. nothing was said to them. Later there were guys coming in and out arguing while the manager was locking the door. no one checks you upon entry. you have no way of knowing who is carrying a weapon. the music was nice. hookah was OKAY. one pool table right dab in the middle of the floor that was being used as a seat most of the night. upon paying our tab we were charged an extra $15 for a tip that she did not deserve. if you like looking over your shoulder in fear and being charged an undeserved tip, this is the place for you.

Temecula Olive Oil Company – Menu with Prices – 28653 Old Town Front St, Temecula

I went to the location that’s in the farmers market in LA recently, and had the worst experience ever! The girl with the shoulder length brown hair and big front teeth was so rude to me. I would leave this review at the other store location but they don’t have a yelp page, so I’m leaving it here. I would not recommend going there if they treat all their customers like how I was treated. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but letting people like that work anywhere and let them treat customers badly should not be tolerated with! This is a place I will not ever visit again. This really discourages people like me from trying places like this. I’m fine with getting my oil from Whole Foods.

Palm Court of Guyana – Menu with Prices – 17116 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica

Called the restaurant and placed an order for delivery. Person taking the order said food should be at my place in 20mins since I’m 2 blocks from the restaurant. Called back an hour later after the food still didn’t arrive. A man picks up (the owner or manager) and says the last order he has in the system for me is from March. I asked him if he could inquire with one of waitresses about the order and he says “don’t you think they will lie about taking the order”. I’m stunned!! What does that have anything to do with anything? You have to question the integrity of the people that work for you, for something as simple as taking a phone order? Or maybe that was just an excuse because he felt a customer’s business isn’t important enough to even ask his staff. Then he goes on to tell me they don’t deliver past 8pm on Sundays. Sat here hungry for no reason!! They obviously didn’t care!!! The man didn’t even apologize, just put forth lame excuses… they obviously don’t care about the people that keep places like this in business. DONT EAT HERE!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I’VE SEEN FROM A RESTAURANT!!!

Thai Star BBQ – Menu with Prices – 3848 McKinley St M, Corona

This thai place is definitely the worst Thai Food place I have ever been too. Their service is garbage, while also still being able to maintain definitely the worst Pad Thai any human has been able to conjure up. It tastes like they took Heinz Ketchup and Mixed it with vinegar, gargled it in the back of their throats and spit it onto some noodles that were boiled in sink water. And not to mention the delicious two for one! Thats right folks if you order the Pad Thai you get another side of soup! But dont worry about clutter from bulky packaging they just pour it into the bag with your pad thai! Or maybe thats just the watery sauce trying to escape the putrid smell of this dish. Rude ladies made fun of my fiancée behind the counter because their opinion matters working at a Thai Food hole in the wall, BUT its okay because the cashier was delightful and shes your Jesus Christ in this Thai Disaster. The only reason I am making this review is too make sure no one ever orders this pad thai or even thinks twice about visiting but if you want good customer service then the cashier is definitely a plus one. Fix your restaurant and your workers attitudes and above all your PAD THAI.

So my mother tells me she wants a fish plate. So I google this place and see they have a website and online ordering. I had to past on the way dropping off my worker and needed to past it coming back home. So I place a order. When i get there i didn’t like the fact that they ask for my driver’s license and credit card that I use to place the order than began to copy information off of them. Total violation of consumer safety because anyone can get that information because they leave it sitting in the open. Next they give me my food I open it up and say this doesn’t look like the picture. I thought you get to pieces of fish she said no you order one and it said that so I open the site and it dosen’t say but at the very bottom you can choose a quantity. She then said it’s a really big piece of fish I said well my dosen’t look like that. She chuckles and looks down the girl next to me said it didn’t look like the picture. So the girl calls the girl in charge an I explain the situation to her and ask can she meet me halfway and try to make the situation right. She tells me no that’s what I order. So after giving me this miserable piece of fish no customer service at all she then begans to ask me for my drivers license and credit card again. Really, I tell her no then leave the store. I bring it to my mother and she said it wasn’t season well and wasn’t what she was expecting. Especially when you have been waiting and had your mouth set on something then you get that. It would have been worth it for me to go the extra 10 mins to one of the other fish places because I would’ve gotten better customer service, more food 2 pieces of fish, fries, shrimp, and hush puppies for the same price. If this isn’t fish and bait I dont know what is. False advertising and poor customer service I really wanted my money back but I didn’t think I could make it to another place in time to bring my mother the food. So to people reading this I’m not going to tell you what to do but you see the pictures.

The people that works there are different from our first time there which is 6 months ago,we came back yesterday and it was so bad.We waited long time to get our water and even the time we needed to see the menu to order.As we ordered i said mine would be mild and my husband wants spicy like hot spicy bc usually thai place would ask you what type or level u want the man said we have to tell them bc they dont actually do that but weve been there and most of thai place does that it will also show on the menu.The food look so diff how it was cooked of course the taste as well did not say anything so for me to at least make it better ordered boba taro.i i said can i pls have some taro he said what kind of taro?? I said taro boba smoothie,were the only customer there we can hear the blender running long time my taro is so liquid already and he gave it to me said sorry no tapioca i said sir sorry this is not how it supposed to look and color is supposed to be purple its white and just liquid he said maybe its the weather thats why its diff smh,we left we paid everything.The insult is the worst part when you have been eating and drinking that from diff places and color and taste is very different and still you will hear lies and excuses.We are so polite to explain and i cook too I understand that some place might make it diff but theres not even a lil near of how that food supposed to be like that or the drink

What i need to say about this Bar is that at a random decision was made last night to ask me and my friends to leave . so the weekend before we where hanging out with no problem. So the reason why we where asked to leave is because we are bikers that are in the upper age of 50 and we where told up we couldn’t be in there because we had a vest on . and too top that off i dont drink alcohol and one other member is sober also . we stick too ourselves my friends where there long before i got there and they yes they do drink . they spent there money and they where having a good time .and just so you know . bikers dont look for trubble . 9 times out of 10 its a regular civilian that causes trouble we avoid it . this is a clear sign of discrimination based on how you look . if I walked in there with plain clothes would that change who i am i am a biker and i love my life this is discrimination at its best this is not a kool bar dont get kicked out because your wearing the wrong team color
