Found this little gem this morning, on my way to work. A tiny little joint, inside of a strip mall, in the parking lot of a RED DOTS. “What the F is a RED DOTS?” you ask? No clue There’s not a whole lot to say…..Two sweet little ladies grabbed me 3 of the best kolaches on Earth, threw them in the microwave for me, and while they heated, grabbed me half a dozen donut holes, fo phree. I paid the almost $0 tab, grabbed a couple French’s mustard packets and was on my way in a flash. Great, quick, delicious! WHAMMY

Best Donuts – Menu with Prices – 4301 SE 15th St A, Oklahoma City

You don’t call yourself “Best” without expecting some serious shade for if it’s not true. Good news is HOLY HELL. THESE ARE SOME BEST DAMN DONUTS. Each one is dipped or iced to please any perfectionist; they’re beautifully smooth on top. They are GORGEOUS donuts. And they taste like OH MY GOD. The glaze comes off in these beautiful little flakes. The donuts are perfectly chewy yet light and airy. Get a dozen for your office. And maybe a dozen for yourself. Donut holes? Oh please just get yourself a dozen of those, all assorted. Even if I buy the office donuts, I tend to like donut holes better (even though I end up eating the equivalent of six donuts then), and the Bavarian cream ones are so addictive that I suddenly became everyone’s best friend in the office. Definitely one of the Top 3 donut shops across America that I’ve ever had. Eat now, worry about pushups later.

Bon Ton Doughnuts – Menu with Prices – 1225 Belt Line Rd #14, Garland

I have been going to Bon Ton Doughnuts since I was a little kid. While I have grown up and lived other places, bon ton is still my favorite doughnut shop. My go-to’s are the chocolate cake sprinkle and a dozen donut holes but everything is pretty good. Definitely get a kolache if you love them and try the frosted sprinkle donut holes if you want something different. ?

Ray’s Donut Shop – Menu with Prices – 4805 Canton Rd, Marietta

Stopped in after church to grab a quick snack for me and my sons. Got a couple of sprinkled iced donuts, a donut twist, 4 donut holes, and an apple fritter. The price was something ridiculous like under five bucks. Just to make it worthwhile, I added a toasted blueberry bagel and then tipped generously because of the courtesy shown to us by the staff. The best part though? That first bite of the plain donut twist! Holy donut holes, Batman!!! That had to be one of the best donuts that I’ve ever tasted! The fritter, the bagel, and even the little donut holes were delicious too. My sons loved their sprinkled iced donuts as well. (I did share the apple fritter, donut holes, and blueberry bagel with them… but it was hard… ) Your job now is to go get yourself a donut from Ray’s too!

Beltline Donuts – Menu with Prices – 615 S Belt Line Rd, Irving

I’m a professional donut delivery man (aka a salesman). I stopped off here on my way to a customer that I’d screwed something up for. That’s right, these were dreaded penance donuts I was picking up. Despite my dread, I have to say this a fantastic little donut shop. The service was fast and friendly. I came a little late in the day and they were sold out of glaze, so they gave me a discount on a dozen mixed! And, they gave me this delicious heated up cream cheese streusel thing for FREE! I expect to get donut holes (entitlement), but this was above and beyond. To be fair though, they did have a small argument behind the counter over it, which just made me feel even more special, maybe even desired? No, definitely not desired. This isn’t a destination spot by any means, but if you’re in the area definitely stop by. It was clean, the donuts seemed great and fresh. It had a great neighborhood feel to it. I will definitely be back.

Custer Donut – Menu with Prices – 11477 Custer Rd, Frisco

This shop is located on Custer and El Dorado, which should be easy to access when they finish the construction on Custer Rd, but right now it’s messy to pull in. Thankfully, it was worth it. First up, prices. $7.50 for a dozen chocolate $6.50 for a dozen plain I don’t know how this compares to other donut places in the area, since I just moved here, but my dozen came out to $10, I assume because I got several specialty donuts. I am not sure what the individual up charge is per donut. I thought that was a little steep and was happy when the woman helping us noticed my daughter eyeing donut holes and gave her a bag, free of charge. The interior is unadorned, typical donut shop. They have drinks such as juice and milk for sale. I haven’t had a cake donut, but the raised are fantastic. They are light and airy with just the right amount of chew and glaze. It definitely exceeded my expectations and warranted some return visits.

Walker Donut – Menu with Prices – 7390 S Walker Ave, Oklahoma City

They are very friendly. They have a good variety and give you donut holes with your dozen. (I’ve only bought dozen, not individual) I like that they have cheese pig in the blanket small or large or jalapeno cheese (a [pork?] sausage with cheese bits throughout wrapped in soft donut-like breading). They also have breakfast sandwhiches. I haven’t tried those yet.

Pilaski’s Donuts Menu with Prices 4201 W Green Oaks Blvd #400, Arlington

I love this donut shop but my kids love it even more. They have the best donut holes ever; not because it’s a donut hole, but because of the way they’re decorated. Sorry I don’t have any pics, but I believe there is a pic of these donut holes which are decorated to depict characters such as Elmo,Frogs, the movie “Frozen”, etc.. The service here is great and so is there coffee. That’s right, plain ol’ coffee, with cream & sugar of course!

Sweetwater’s Donut Mill – Menu with Prices – 3333 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo

Today is our youngest kiddos bday and our hotelâ??s â??continental breakfastâ? left much to be desired. While this stop was already on our list (thank you trip advisor) as our family has a thing for donuts…we popped in earlier than planned! So glad we did! The shop is a super cute shop with just a ton of variety and options! They had massive cinnamon rolls and donuts, muffins, a huge variety of regular donuts from glazed to peanut butter jelly to grasshopper. They also have a variety of donut holes (powdered sugar, sprinkles, red velvet) by the dozen or two dozen. They have coffee as well as a variety of other beverages you can buy. There are a handful of tables and a countertop area you can sit at! The staff was super friendly and helpful and patient with our questions and decision making process! We ended up with a massive cinnamon roll and two dozen donut holes with some milk for dunking. We take our donut eating seriously! The pricing was a little higher than donuts at a grocery store, but they were sooo much better! We liked the cinnamon roll, but we all felt it could use a little more frosting. We had no complaints about the donuts! They were all soo good! We ate so much we were stuffed! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back!

Cosmic Donuts – Menu with Prices – 3514 Roberts Cut Off Rd, Fort Worth

This was my first time here and I’m very pleased I picked this place. I went in at about 5am and they were super nice and ready to help. I ordered a dozen assorted donuts (he even asked if I wanted cake donuts or not), a dozen mini kolaches (straight out of the oven), glazed donut holes, a breakfast burrito, and an eclaire. My total was only $21.50 after tax (with a free donut coupon). The best prices I’ve seen around here. The eclaire was freshly filled and he put it in a togo box (versus a bag) so that it wouldn’t get smushed and the toppings wouldn’t come off. They have plenty of options, both savory and sweet, and even offer a small lunch menu. I would definitely recommend this place and I’m definitely going again. P.S. Sundays are always their new donut days and they are creative.

Friendly Donut House – Menu with Prices – 856 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson

We stopped by this place on our way to Boulder City. I am always excited to try a new donut place and see if they are any good. The display looked pretty full and good when we got there. We picked up a couple donuts, apple fritter and donut holes. Starting with the donut holes, they were pretty dry and dense. They did not look all that great so not really surprised there. The blueberry cake donut was also pretty dense with a firm crust. The flavor was ok but not nearly as light as I prefer. The maple bar was very good. Super light texture inside and the glaze was good. We had a twisted donut that was pretty dry with not much flavor. The apple fritter was giant and so I was excited for that. Again it was dry with little apples inside and not much flavor. Overall I am a bit disappointed with this place. I was excited to try it but was not impressed. Maybe if you go early in the morning it will be better.

DONUT QUEEN – Menu with Prices – W Park Blvd #112, Plano

Typical Asian (pretty sure Korean) owned donut shop that provides fresh donuts at a reasonable price. They also have some specialties (cronuts) and do customized donuts (name spelt donuts). We actually sat down at one of the two tables available to enjoy our donuts this past time. The lady working later then brought us two chocolate and two strawberry frosted donut holes in a bowl for free to us and said we should have told her we were staying as she would have given us a plate instead. She also told us which of the two coffee pots were fresher when we ordered coffee. One had just been brewed. Super nice. I also often find a couple of free donut holes in my to go bag each time I visit. Will definitely be back!

Tyler’s Donut House – Menu with Prices – 11108 Evergreen Way # D, Everett

I stopped in here this morning purely based on the Yelp reviews. Apparently I’ve never had a fresh donut before. Wow! Tyler’s may lack some ambience, but I went there for the donuts, not the atmosphere. They had a wide selection, including a few I’ve never seen before. Individual donut prices are a bit more than other places, but if you pick up a half dozen or a dozen, they give you a price break which totally makes it worth it. Even my kids noticed a difference- and they’ll eat anything! Their donuts were light and airy when they needed to be, and that perfect donut density on the others that we chose. We’ll certainly be back!
