I used to enjoy their atmosphere and food but recently Chuys in El Paso kicked out several American Patriots for their Patriotic spirit so I will never visit Chuys again. And the people they kicked out weren’t white either. And I’m a Mexican American so I’m not being racist.

Free Play Arcade – Richardson – Menu with Prices – 1730 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson

It was all fun and games (literally) until the racist bartender had to start bothering us. My brother in law, who is African American, was waiting in line at the bar for a beer and asked the bartender with a beard (didn’t get his name unfortunately, but he has a major problem with anyone not white) freaked out on him when my BIL asked the name of a beer. One of the girl bartenders tried to tell him he’s just simply asking for the name of the beer, and he called the cops???? Clearly racist and clearly an issue especially in this day and age. My cousin in law, who is also African American, waited in line for a drink and food at the bar, as he continued to take everyone else’s order besides her. Nice job, racist piece of shit. Hope they find someone else to bartend for them. I have to applaud the women who were bartending though, they did an amazing job compared to that dick bag.

El Paso Mexican Grill Shreveport – Menu with Prices – 7515 Youree Dr, Shreveport

I was searching for somewhere new to dine and discovered El Paso Mexican Grill. The atmosphere and the people are great. Right off the bat I was offered alcohol lol (I don’t drink)! They have about 100 items on the menu! However, my waiter was so nice and accommodating, he picked for me the perfect dish according to my dietary restrictions. I had #42, the Pollo Asado and sopapillas for dessert. Everything was great. I have pictures but I kept forgetting to snap the food BEFORE I would start eating. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them for lunch or dinner.

Betterday Coffee – Menu with Prices – 905 W Alameda St, Santa Fe

My name is Crystal Nieto. I am Native American born and raised in New Mexico. I’ve been working at the Betterday for over 2 years. Even after all this time I still love my job. But the reason I decided to write today was because of the recent accusations against my boss being racist. My boss is NOT RACIST! If he was I would not be working there. I’ve experienced many jobs where I actually had to deal with racism. At one point I was told not to speak my language to my fellow co-worker who was also Native. The betterday is the first job I’ve ever had that I haven’t had to deal with any type of racism towards me which is why I appreciate this job very much. My boss has always treated me and my beliefs with respect. Not once has it ever crossed my mind that he was racist. I’ve never felt discriminated or shamed for being who I am. So I would deeply appreciate it if everyone would stop accusing my boss and the rest of the staff of racism. Black, brown, or white it doesn’t matter what color you are, you are all welcomed to stop by anytime. Thank you

Magoffin Home State Historic Site – Menu with Prices – 1120 Magoffin Ave, El Paso

As much as the architectural beauty of the Magoffin Home, the value this attraction brings is compounded because it is a crash course into the history of the city of El Paso. The visitor center, located opposite to the home, is where to get the tour tickets. The property is managed by the Texas Historical Commission. Tours are on every hour. There is a short video which should be watched before embarking on the tour. The construction of the property happened before the arrival of railroad to El Paso. The design and construction of the house is impressive and provides a lot of historic insights.A special shout out to the charming lady who was my tour guide, she made the visit all the more memorable with her patient explanations and thorough chronicling of the historical significance of Magoffin family and Magoffin Home. She explained that the family members had served in American Civil War and the World War along with other wars. Apologies I missed out on her name.

American Legion Post #38 – Menu with Prices – 1857 Jackson St, Fort Myers

If youre a New England Patriots fan this is the place to be! We enjoyed our first game there recently. They have great drinks specials, buckets of beer at a reasonable price, The food was on hit! During the football games they do raffles, football pools and lots of entertainment. Safe place to take the kids and everyone is friendly! Definitely plan on being there superbowl Sunday!

Taco El Chilango Menu with Prices 1716-1728 14th St N, Arlington

This is as close to traditional Mexican street tacos as you’ll find in this area! I rarely give a five star review but here it is. I’m Mexican-American so I have pretty high standards for Mexican food. The meat here is very flavorful, and they don’t skimp on the fillers and tortillas. The servings are pretty big; last time I got four tacos but I was full after just three. The carne asada and chicken tacos were especially food. It’s a food truck so most people take it to-go, but you can eat there at the truck if you want. They also have Mexican sodas on offer. The guys who run the truck are super friendly too, and don’t worry they speak English and there are also menus in English and Spanish. Cash only.

The Map Room – Menu with Prices – 416 3rd St SE #8401, Cedar Rapids

First day in Iowa. Hungry for a burger. And I love, love, maps. I was between the havana (I’m cuban) or the el Paso (my wife new mexican and green chile is a thing). Waitress suggested I get the havana and the fries at el Paso (green chile, queso fresco). It was the best of both worlds. Chile was a little hot but still tourist grade. Which in iowa is probably right. The pork in the havana was smoked pulled. And totally amazing. The sandwich had all the right ingredients, swiss, yellow mustard, nice pickles. And the bun was upside down. Weirdly good. The bottom line, this place was so good I’m back for an aged cruzan rum drink. And they also carry the blackstrap. I should mention that service at lunch and at the bar this evening was outstanding. My cedar rapids spot.

??c H??ng Giò Ch? – Menu with Prices – 13880 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove

Genealogy has never been an interest of mine. All I know is that I’m European-American. (Mostly English, Irish, Scottish and Finnish. Maybe a few more ishes that I’ve never been informed about. Basically, your general mutt.) Being called white or Caucasian is CLEARLY racist in today’s snowflake world, so repeat after me: European-American. Anyhoo, that makes my daughter 50% European-American. The other half consists of 37.5% Vietnamese-American and 12.5% Chinese-Vietnamese-American. My point: I’m trying to teach her that rice is boring!! But, it’s a constant struggle when my wife feels the need to include rice in every meal the Princess eats. And it doesn’t help when Princess is a stubborn and picky eater. One of her standard go-to dishes is Cha lua. Sometimes she prefers it al a carte, sans rice. (There’s still hope!!) Cha lua is a type of Vietnamese sausage, made from pork and wrapped in banana leaves. Personally, not a favorite, but Princess deigns to eat it, so I’m happy. At least it’s not rice! (Just lost the Vietnamese community’s vote for Yelper of the Year!) It’s reminiscent of spam, which I’m also not particularly fond of. (Just lost Hawaii!! I’m on a roll!!) My wife tells me this place is famous around this intersection for it’s cha lua, and it’s known as far away as Little Saigon, which is the next intersection. They sell variations of it, I believe. We come here for one thing, and one thing only: cha lua, the original. I think. At least it’s not rice!

Pinball Jones – Menu with Prices – 107 Linden St, Fort Collins

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Went to the location on Elizabeth to hang out and they were having one of their open mic “comedy nights.” Most if it consisted of white men telling Black jokes and looking for ways to “enhance” them. As a Black woman, I found this extremely inappropriate, and what made it even worse was that none of the staff saw it appropriate to stop this behavior. I left the space after letting the staff know that this was unacceptable and completely racist. One of the managers tried to follow me out, and proceeded to tell me that they’re not racist, they’re just buzzed and bantering with the audience – as if that makes it okay. 100% would not recommended to anyone, and especially people of color in Fort Collins.

Tim Hortons – Menu with Prices – 100 Auburn Meadows Drive Southeast, Calgary

Racist place ever!! A person how I have been trying to help to get a job, went and applied there. They told him that, he would get hire. 2 weeks after, we go and asked about what happen with the job. What a surprised, he got denied due being latino. The supervisor said to him: “You did not get a job because, you are latino and speak spanish.” My friend who has been living here for 13 years, got denied because his race. It is incredible how racist Tim Hortons is, it is ashamed this chain is Canadian. I would never ever buy in here or any other Tim’s.

Belching Beaver Brewery Oceanside – Menu with Prices – 1334 Rocky Point Dr, Oceanside

Nice atmosphere. Dog friendly. Good company. My views here are just mine today. Very IPA driven. I do like some of their products available at the store and I’ll take a couple cans home. Hop Highway and American Denim both take a little metallic. OK but in San Diego county there is a lot better even within a few miles. Lizard tastes a bit like medicine. I’ll come back for another 4. Mexican Chocolate is more like their bold crazy style. You have to visit a BB location if you like stouts and the like. They do things others don’t with chocolate and peanut butter. If you like to try things, try them all. So read the 5 star reviews and see if they are your thing. I am not ready to live I. A 5 or bad review world. Average experience today. I’ll be back. One big plus at BB is the wide range of flavors.

El Caracol Mexican Grill – Menu with Prices – 1431 Garner Station Blvd, Raleigh

I ate here yesterday accompanied by my girlfriend. It was our first visit. Happy to say this is a good authentic Mexican restaurant with authentic Mexican dishes. We were greeted by a nice young lady and our waitress was very polite and checked on us a good amount of times. I had the Shrimp Fajitas- which were very flavorful and my girlfriend has Coconut Shrimp that she really enjoyed. Bathrooms are nice, the tables and floors were clean. I can always enjoy eating my Mexican food in a comfortable and clean environment. 5 Stars from me!
