Was there earlier this afternoon while awaiting the bus to pick up my daughter. I asked the gentleman before making my order, if the tax would apply if I used my card. He didn’t answer but continued to make the 10 piece order. I asked him again if there would be tax charged before he made the order, and after he packed the chicken, he told me he would be charging me tax. Keep in mind this was no specific order, the chicken was premade and under the heat lamp. I told him no thank you, I don’t want the order if there would be tax for using my card, especially if it would be $10 straight if I paid in cash. The gentleman banged on the window to get my attention and then told me he would not charge tax. Once I got back in the store, I gave him my card and he then said he would in fact charge me tax. I told him that wasn’t what we agreed on, then he refused to give me my card. This went on for over 20 minutes, even calling the police because he refused to give me my card, and the other patrons either had stories where he did this before or they wanted to know why my card wasn’t given back to me. I even signed the receipt just to get my card back because he swiped my card when I specifically said I no longer wanted the order. So I wouldn’t be late to get my daughter, or later, as I was already 20 minutes late, I considered canceling my card and getting a new one. After 40 minutes of this, he finally gave me my card back and said he was giving it since I was running late, as if he was doing me a favor when he was the problem. I will still be contacting everyone necessary to make sure this is the last time this practice is done at this location. How dare you hold someone’s card hostage and charge them what they dont agree on paying. First and last time in this establishment.

Dont think I’ll ever order at this location again. Was told 45 minutes ordered at 7:58PM and called at 9:14PM to check on order guy told me any second it should show up at any second. Got the pizza at 9:40PM. Asked the delivery guy what took so long and he said there was 4 other deliveries. Okay I get that he had 4 other pizzas to deliver but no one can pick up a phone and tell us they are going to be late. On top of that pizza was cold. Called and talked to manager and he gave me 25% off and wouldn’t own up to mistakes that were made. Also never did get a sincere apology or I hope you will still order with us. I normally dont write reviews but just so people know their food might be late and cold.

Well today, I went to hot link place for my husband to take to his job. Normally the ladies are great always. But, we have noticed the last 3 visits havnt been that plesant from just (1) employee. But, we will still speak but her attitude us nonchalant. Anyway, today she came to window, didnt speak, and I ordered. Then came back gave me price and I gave her my card. Told her the chip doesn’t work as I handed to her. She looked at me, and still took it. About 5mins later, she comes back and says, my card dont work. Well, 1st of all, it works fine but the reason I told her in advance is for her to do it as credit or without chip usage. Anyway, i told her, I will give her cash. She handed her hand out for my cash, but still had my debit card. I told her to give my card 1st, then I gave her a $50 bill. She took a min and came back with $26 change. I looked at her funny and asked where my receipt she said since I didnt pay with card, I cant get a receipt. I asked how much was it again, she looked at me with a attitude and said, its right. $13 from $50 is $26 and I told her its incorrect and then she shut window on me and started talking to other worker. I bought 14 links, which she gave him the smallest links in there and a strawberry fanta, no ice. Maybe she gaving a bad day. But, lately she has acted this way. Idk way, i haven’t done anything to her and idk her either well. I drove around to front door, went in with food and money. Told the smaller dark lady, who is always sweet and she asked what i bought, told her and still that lady tried to say, 50-13=26, and thats what i gave you. Well, im not dumb, but I know how to count. So instead of arguing, i pulled out my phn to calculator, then she hurried up and said, or yea..I owe you $10. Laid it on counter and walked away. I told my hubby when i took him the food and he tut old me to report it. He said, he was proud of me, cause normally i goes off about my money. But, I have grown alot and tries to be better. She still had a attutude, vut you tried to CHEAT ME, but mad at me. I dont get that. How many people does, she do like this daily that she THINKS, DONT COUNT THEIR MONEY. My husband is bad about not counting his, but I DONT PLAY LIKE THAT. He eats at Rheas at least weekly, and before he had his seizures last yr. He ate 3 times a week faithfully on lunch break of after work. Smh at her.

So we just came to Grovers for lunch. We have always enjoyed the food until today. While eating a chicken finger I found a long black hair in my food. .which is now in my mouth! I took it up to the counter on my plate and was offered another plate! Nothing else was done. When I asked to speak to the manager, a man told me he wasnt really the manager but what could he do to help. I explained the situation and he said he was sorry but didnt his wife ask if she could cook me something else. No she did not but sorry if I dont feel like eating anything else now, as I am sick to my stomach from having someone elses hair in my mouth! He said well you seem hostile and I said yes because I paid $30 for food I couldn’t eat. He said I don’t know what to do, this has only happened like 2 times before. I told him a partial refund or a voucher for future use. He said I would love to buy you dinner but I don’r have any cards or anything to give you. So basically I have to take his word that IF I go back I MIGHT get my dinner replaced. (He could’ve written it on a freaking napkin!) I wish I had paid with my credit card because I would’ve disputed the charge! I even said you can look at the camera and see me pull it out of mouth and he said they don’t really work! Good thing there are plenty of other places to eat. They are good but if this is how they deal with sanitary issues…nope I would rather not take the chance!

Customer service is very rude. Went threw drive thru and was told to pull around since i wasnt ready within her asking me what i wanted and i tried to ask a minute to look at the menu and was told no we have a line pull around. The first time i went they closed a hour early and was inside socializing and said they were closed, second time i went they were out of burger had only chicken nuggets this was my third and last time going if they dont want my money every time ive gone else were and will for now on all their staff have been rude when ive tried to order.Ive never had to give a review before but this is ridiculous and should have something done about it.

Richmond Hotel and Tavern – Menu with Prices – 172 King St, London

I WARN YOU DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! At some point me and a friend needed a hotel to stay at so we decided to stay at the tavern. I wasnt sure who to talk to for a room so i asked the gentleman down stairs. He took our money for one weeks stay and gave each of us a room key. During the night i had to go to the washroom. It was small, dark a dismall, to my horror when looking into the waste basket nearest the toilet … USED SYRINGES IN PLAIN SIGHT! I ran from there to my room again… the nights sleep was ok aside from the music pounding my body… The next morning we woke up to some old man creep pounding at our door. Turns out this was the REAL hotel manager. He basically told us to get our shit and get out. We quickly gathered together our things but not before we went downstairs to confront the original man who turned out to be the bartender. He refused to give me back any of the money claiming that i was being stupid. We ran up to our now unlocked hotel room. My friend couldnt find her cell phone. I told her to look under the pillows and sure enough there it was. She knew she left it on the desk and i saw it there too. Once we retrieved the phone and hotel management caught eye of this he started getting more verbally violent. Shooing us out with swear words calling us name’s as we packed in a hurry When we finally escaped the establishment we ran and couldnt have run fast enough!!! I warn you! Dont drink here. Dont stay here and dont support this place The one night i tried was like a scene out of some horror movie!!keep safe!!!

El Gallito Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 813 Lindsey Ln, Tyler

Be careful! She makes charges that she does not include in her receipt therefore making you think she accidentally didnâ??t give you the right amount of change. I ordered a burrito over the phone, asked for avocado, and she didnâ??t say there was an extra charge for it. I go into the small restaurant and she gives me the total. I read that there was an extra charge for using a credit card, so I decided to pay in cash. She gave me the change and realized she wasnâ??t going to give me a receipt, so I politely asked for the receipt. She gave me the receipt and as I was driving off I realized that the change she gave me back was wrong. So I look at the receipt and sure enough she kept about 34cents. Which isnâ??t a big deal but because I felt like Iâ??m not the only she does this too, I decide to call her and say that she gave me less change than what is on the receipt. Her response was that she charged me 30cents for the avocado. I told her that I wasnâ??t aware there was a charge for the avocado (previously they never charged) and that even if there was a charge, it would always be listed on the receipt. She didnâ??t apologize and said ok. I wonâ??t be back in here. I support local business but not when they are doing things like this.

Wow, never coming back and telling all my friends the same! Ordered a falafel panini and lady started making a spicy chicken panini….. no biggie, just went with it. She asked me what side I wanted…I asked if it came with a side …. she said no but would give me one anyway, which I was kinda stoked about . Got to the register and told guy what I had. He asked what side I had … told him hummus but not to charge me as it was given. He looked at me cockeyed and rang it up with the side. I reminded him that side was given to just ask her as she was right there…. HE did and she said NO, lol……. waaaaaat? Ok, no biggie…… then this young SUPER PUNK KID grabs the box and boisterously says WE DONT GIVE ANYTHING AWAY FOR FREE! Told him to keep the side (was ready to dive over the counter at this point!) HE took my sandwich out with his Bare hands , put it in a box . I was sure to tell that jackass that I have been a Chef for longer than he was alive!!!! Which is true…. for a restaurant that does 6.5 million in sales a year. Was starving and at a hotel on Sunday with limited options, no car ….ect. FYI…… Panini SUCKED!!!!!! Too bad u can’t give negative starz

St. Stephen Catholic Church – Menu with Prices – 5115 Second Avenue, Pittsburgh

I do like when Adam and Dan do the mass.the deacon is nice. But as far as help the church doesn’t. They hire someone that assaults a woman , 2 people that are in the school that cook that are drug addicts. I have asked for help maybe 2 or 3 times for my daughter for tuition and Christmas this year and was told ST. VINCENT DE PAUL only helps the ones that get their help throughout the year . My daughter didn’t have anything for Christmas until I went up to ST.ROSALIA OFFICE because my daughter graduated grade school there 2 years ago. Now I don’t live in Greenfield but they gave my daughter a few gifts from an anonymous person of to whom I am so thankful and gave the office a card for them. Someone helped me out a few times at St. Stephen but I won’t say.

Take my debit card, saids it’s declined for $10.22 then takes my cash $10.22. I leave, 5 minutes later they charge my card — somehow — call them and they have to have proof from 5 minutes ago, which I don’t have because they gave me a card declined slip and receipt for cash. #blacklisted

Big D’s BarbQue – Menu with Prices – 101 Common St, Shreveport

I am all for mom and pop stores and restautants. I was in shreveport for work and wanted to try this place for some good bbq. The location is a little sketchy, i decided to still go in and give it a try. When i walked in, i was greated by a really nice lady and older gentleman. However, i wasnt sure if i had walked into someones house or was it a restaurant. The place was a bit crowded and dirty. The gentlemen was also seated in a large armchair with a tv and a bunch of things around him smoking a cigarette. The cigarette smell of cigarettes hits you so bad when you walk in. The lady reminded me it was a restaurant when she pointed where the menu was. I ordered the bbq dinner that came with ribs, potato salad and beans. I asked if they take card and the gentleman told me yes. However, he could not get his card machine to take my amex or visa card. No it was not declining for not having insufficient funds, it kept giving error codes on his machine screen.The total for the meal was $14 which was decent, however i only had like $5 cash on me and was a bit out of the way to go get cash and come back. The gentleman did offer for me to take the food and come back the next day to pay him. I had to kindly decline because i was not sure if i did want to come back to this enviroment. When i left, i wasnt sure if i should have been relieved or bummed out. I really was looking forward to trying their food and the sweet potato pie i spotted on my way out smelled so heavenly, but then again i wasnt sure if my food would have tasted like cigarettes by how strong the cigarette smell was in the little restaurant. So i guess ill give this place 2 stars since the service was pleasant, but the fact that the machine was not reading my cards and the restaraunt needs a good deep cleaning and needs to be cigarette free.

Tortas Sinaloa – Menu with Prices – 2252 S Euclid Ave, Ontario

Wanted to try something new, came here and was greeted rather unprofessionally. Told me to take a seat and order from a filthy laminated menu. Decided to get a “Cancún” Tortas approximate of a size of a BK Whopper for $7.75 and a beverage for $6 that never came. The sandwich was below average at best on taste and mediocre on presentation. However the “server” did came and asked me if all was ok, but I think it was just a routine formality or fake courtesy, yet in reality I didn’t think she gave a flying f-ck. Then came time to pay at the cashier, and she wanted to charge me $14, until I told her that she never brought me the refreshment. So altogether the bill came at $9.25 for just the sorry excuse of a Tortas because they charge $.89 cents for using a card, in which it wasn’t disclosed nor posted anywhere visible at the store. I came in as a happy, hungry customer. But leaving this damn establishment with a bad taste in my mouth. Should have just gone to Arby’s instead. As my Mexican friends taught me: “este lugar vale pura corneta”

â??â?My daughter Jazmine worked at Kumori Sushi & Teppanyaki (1424 E Ridge Rd #1, McAllen, TX 78503) for a couple of months this week being her last she was serving at this restaurant. An incident happened last night July 1st 2019, because of hard work doing the best she could serving tables to earn money for college . These nice people ended up giving her a $50 tip with a really nice note. She told the general manager the one that is in charge of the store Javier Sanchez, that if he could cash out her tip. He told her that he was busy that he would do it later, she reminded him two more times a total of three times. at the end of the shift he had forgotten and was blaming her for not reminding him at the end to cash out her tip. He said that there was nothing that he could have done that the card was not charged the tip so she could not get her $50 tip. This is stealing, I say that because I talked to him and I gave him the opportunity to make things right. I told him that it was his fault as a general manager of the store and employee does not have to remind him more than one time to cash out her tip. He should have done it the first time. And I asked him are you going to make it right and he asked me “sir how can” I said pay it out of your pocket being your mistake. He said that he was going to make some phone calls to see what he can do, and he never called me back I never received the call. My daughter crying to me saying that was my biggest tip and I earned it and he doesn’t want to give me my money.â?â?
