I am a frequent customer, I have been there countless times and always had a great experience until today. I came in excited because I had finally filled my reward card for a free item. I showed it to the cashier and she gave me the “cheapest” item for free. I ordered the loco nachos with grilled chicken and a bowl. She told me she was giving me the nachos for free yet still charged me 2.50 for the chicken that was added to the nachos. So then I paid and asked her if I could get another reward card, she said “you’re going to have to come back next week. We dont have any right now” Okay I said that is fine so should I keep my receipt so that I can get credit for this purchase and she said “No we don’t hole punch past purchases” This makes no sense, I would have gotten a hole punch if they had the reward cards but since they didn’t I can no longer get credit for that purchase. That is not my fault. They prepared my food and placed it on the counter and all she said was “here are the nachos” then walked away. Not even a “thank you or have a good day”. This experience really made me feel like never going back at least for a long while.

Sara Lee Outlet – Menu with Prices – 3232 Chelton Cir, Colorado Springs

I love this place !! Great deals and way way cheaper than a grocery store. Now they have an app sara lee . If u download the app u get a free loaf ! they get returns their drivers dont sell on their routes so, everyday they get different items! You do get a free item when u reach whatever the number is for the week on their whiteboard. She said anywhere between 8-12 bucks. Alot of variety there, they have jellys, chips, organic bread alot of neat items I’ve never tried before. Overall I had a great experience and will go back . Very nice girl who said hi upon entering and made sure i had a reward card and knew of the app and that i could get a free bread item for downloading it. Definitely worth the stop by. But as long as ur ok with close to date bread lol …

Alakea Delicatessen – Menu with Prices – 201 S King St, Honolulu

I still like the food a lot here, but have decided to take my business elsewhere… They have a buy 10 get the next free promotion. When you get your punch card, that’s pretty much all it says and that the free meal can be no more than $7.99 in value. First, I went in with my ouch card completed with a coworker and thought that I would pay for her meal and get mine as the free one from the promotion. No, that is not allowed. You can’t buy someone else’s meal and get yours on the promotion. Whatever, so that time I paid for both meals. Then I go in a few days later by myself to claim my free “eleventh” meal and now they’re telling me that there are only two meals that I can choose from that qualify for the “free one”. Again, these rules are not posted anywhere and are not on the punch card. So, I ordered one of the two. Then I go in a few weeks later and I ask for another punch card. Same deal, no additional rules posted anywhere or printed on the card. NOW, only certain meals qualify to be counted on the punch card. Geez, why even bother! Basically, I was brushed off and told, “that’s how it is”. It’s this treatment that bothered me the most. I will be spending my money elsewhere, even if they don’t have a punch card promotion.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 7494 Creedmoor Rd, Raleigh

I eat here once a week for lunch along with many employees in my office. The visit today will be my last. The short guy with thinning black hair is rude. The credit card machine malfunctioned and he mumbled “you broke my machine”. All I did was insert my card like the machine said. It could not read the chip, so it asked my to slide my card. When I slid my card it malfunctioned. He asked me to slide my card again, but slowly. Ok no problem. I slid my card slowly, but the machine asked me to insert my card. I inserted my card and the guy said something under his breath, but I didnt think much of it. Then the machine asked me to slide my card again and I did. It went through this time. As this guy handed me my receipt he said something to the effect of “why dont people understand how to use credit cards” under his breath. When I called him out on it he got quiet and started with his fake smiling.

Trove Coffee Menu with Prices 228 N Samish Way, Bellingham

I was really enthusiastic about this place until yesterday. Until yesterday, every person who took my order was really top-notch in customer service–it was always a pleasure to go there, because it’s a really pretty shop, the coffee is good and the waitstaff was really warm and kind. The woman who took my order yesterday was nice enough, but she refused to punch my Trove card–you know, after you’ve bought 10 coffees or whatever, you get a free coffee. So, I spent $10.95 on a slice of quiche and a coconut water. I can’t order coffee late in the day or the caffeine keeps me up at night. So I hand her the punch-card and she says she can’t punch it because I didn’t order coffee or tea. I spend $10.95, but that’s not worth a punch. That’s a stupid policy. I can understand if I’d bought something for 99 cents, then a rule like that would make sense. But having a blanket rule that no matter how much the patron spends, if they haven’t bought coffee or tea they can’t get a punch toward a free coffee? That’s just idiotic, and bad customer service.

Stone Hot Pizza – Menu with Prices – 3903-S, Fair Ridge Dr, Fairfax

Just had an awful experience with the manager, the middle-aged Iranian guy with the over-grown mustache. He hassled me for trying to use my loyalty reward: a medium 2-topping pizza with purchase of a pizza. First he said it’s for a small cheese pizza, which I showed him was not true. Then he said you cannot combine this with another coupon – I ordered a menu item without any coupon: large 3-topping carry out special. Then he said the reward expired 5-days ago, but his little pin pad monitor on the counter clearly said the reward expires in 5 days on June 1. He was arguing loudly until a family with young kids walked into the empty restaurant. I tried to make him understand that this program keeps customers coming back, and his service and attitude will drive them away. I spent money to get the reward so it’s not completely “free.” He said he had been the manager for 18 years and this Fairfax store always has issues. The only issue is that he doesn’t understand the business or his customers – that’s why he’s still the manager after all these years.

Global Infusion – Menu with Prices – 143 Diamond Ave SE, Grand Rapids

I have been a faithful customer here for 3 years. I visit the shop weekly while my daughter has her dance lesson down the hall. I always purchase a drink. Today, there was a new guy behind the counter. I had a free drink on my punch card. He approached our table , and said if I wasnâ??t buying a drink , we had to leave. I tried to show him my free punch card, and he said he didnâ??t want to see it. He was very rude and insulting. I tried to tell him Iâ??m a faithful customer, but he said we had to leave. I was in total shock. Never before have I been treated so rudely as a customer. I guess I will take my business elsewhere if this is how they treat their customers.

Cabrillo Park Cafe – Menu with Prices – 4949 Stevenson Blvd L, Fremont

FIRST THING TO KNOW IS 3%. I will explain at the end. We came yesterday for a late breakfast and there were a lot of people. We did get seated appropriately and they he manager was nice and accommodating. 1. We waited a while to order. Granted they are busy, I get it. 2. They brought out our food and the waitress said somebody took my order. She offered to replace it with a similar one that was there but to add the one item my order had and the replace order didn’t. I opted for my order because it is really what I wanted. Strike 1 3. She brings out a plate, puts it in front of me then realizes it is not right takes it away. Strike 2 Ok, I appreciate the honesty to admit a mistake was made but this is getting ridiculous. 4. She brings out my order and I say that I ordered the omelette with hash browns and not home fries. She then shows me her receipt saying Home Fries. I would never say home fries because I really do not like big chunks of fried potatoes. Then she says do you want the hash browns? I say never mind. This will do. And I say this because it has been a while and my family is finishing their meal. Strike 3, I’m done. 5. She then brings out hash browns and says we want to make you happy. 6. Now for the 3%. They charge you 3% if you pay by credit card. Hey how is not explained when you walk in and it is not on the menu. So I ask the manager and he shows me this tiny sign below the counter that they charge 3% for credit card purchases. Dude. Bump you prices by 3%. I don’t usually complain but this was not a good experience. The food was just ok. My son got pancakes and they were rubbery. He did not even finish them. But the bacon was crispy and delicious. I give it 2 stars for the service and that they were honest. And seeing an added 3% was like a kick in the nuts because not only did I have a bad experience, now I have to pay more for paying with a card. Aaarrggh. I am frustrated just typing this out.

Rheas Hot Links – Menu with Prices – 201-229 South Oakland Avenue, 204 S Fannin Ave, Tyler

Well today, I went to hot link place for my husband to take to his job. Normally the ladies are great always. But, we have noticed the last 3 visits havnt been that plesant from just (1) employee. But, we will still speak but her attitude us nonchalant. Anyway, today she came to window, didnt speak, and I ordered. Then came back gave me price and I gave her my card. Told her the chip doesn’t work as I handed to her. She looked at me, and still took it. About 5mins later, she comes back and says, my card dont work. Well, 1st of all, it works fine but the reason I told her in advance is for her to do it as credit or without chip usage. Anyway, i told her, I will give her cash. She handed her hand out for my cash, but still had my debit card. I told her to give my card 1st, then I gave her a $50 bill. She took a min and came back with $26 change. I looked at her funny and asked where my receipt she said since I didnt pay with card, I cant get a receipt. I asked how much was it again, she looked at me with a attitude and said, its right. $13 from $50 is $26 and I told her its incorrect and then she shut window on me and started talking to other worker. I bought 14 links, which she gave him the smallest links in there and a strawberry fanta, no ice. Maybe she gaving a bad day. But, lately she has acted this way. Idk way, i haven’t done anything to her and idk her either well. I drove around to front door, went in with food and money. Told the smaller dark lady, who is always sweet and she asked what i bought, told her and still that lady tried to say, 50-13=26, and thats what i gave you. Well, im not dumb, but I know how to count. So instead of arguing, i pulled out my phn to calculator, then she hurried up and said, or yea..I owe you $10. Laid it on counter and walked away. I told my hubby when i took him the food and he tut old me to report it. He said, he was proud of me, cause normally i goes off about my money. But, I have grown alot and tries to be better. She still had a attutude, vut you tried to CHEAT ME, but mad at me. I dont get that. How many people does, she do like this daily that she THINKS, DONT COUNT THEIR MONEY. My husband is bad about not counting his, but I DONT PLAY LIKE THAT. He eats at Rheas at least weekly, and before he had his seizures last yr. He ate 3 times a week faithfully on lunch break of after work. Smh at her.

Java Crew Vista – Menu with Prices – 3045 Commercial St SE, Salem

So what customer service do they provide when after you have waited 8 minutes to even order, they then tell you it’s “cash only” because their credit card machine is down? Can you guess? If you guessed a free $3 coffee, you’d be WAY off the mark. No, she provided directions to another Java Crew and one punch on a punch card. YEP, that’s right…total waste of my time and future patronage. UNBELIEVABLE I say!!!! There was no sign saying “cash only”, in the front window…to alert people waiting in the drive thru. UNBELIEVABLE! And the topper? The complete TOPPER? I just got home to email corporate, and spent the time to write them a letter, etc….and when I went to send…their feedback button won’t send! It’s down!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Oh my lord.

Bimbo Bakeries USA – Menu with Prices – 5050 E Evans Ave, Denver

I love these little bakery-adjacent outlet stores. This one will give you a free “loaf of bread” with your first purchase. You will also get a free “loaf of bread” with every $10 spent. In case you’re not getting enough free bread, you will also be given a punch card, which entitles you to TWO free loaves of bread after you spend $40 (“punches” are in 8 – $1, 10 – $2, and 4 – $3 increments so you’re basically guaranteed to get the full value of each purchase recorded on the card). “Loaf of bread” is anything off a rack by the door that, on my visit, had bread, buns (hamburger and hot dog), and english muffins. There’s a huge variety of products available. 3 for $5 Thomas bagels. $2 loaves of good, dense, whole grain & seed bread. $1.50 potato buns. Plus a huge variety of desserts and snack cakes and more breads and buns and flats and granolas and seeds… as well as some non-bakery items like jellies, drinks, takis, condiments, and jerky.

GOYaYa’s Coffee + Crepes Menu with Prices 504 North St, Baton Rouge

Stayed in downtown BR for business with a few colleagues and frequented this joint almost every am for breakfast because their ingredients were fresh and made to order in a timely manner. After 3 days of eating there I picked up one of their punch cards cuz I noticed it on the counter. They never offered it to me which I found to be a bit disappointing. The card has 2 rows of punches. We loaded up the card quickly for a free crepe on the first row so we were able to get a free crepe one morning. Yippee, since we were on a budget. We only had another few days in town and our punch card was almost full on the second row so I figured we would get another free crepe by the end of our stay. Not so. The next day, the guy behind the counter took my card, threw it away and gave me a new one with different punches. It was then I realized the cards have one line for breakfast crepes and one line for lunch crepes. Because I had ordered a lunch crepe every morning and my 2 friends had ordered breakfast crepes, the card was full for a free bfast but not for lunch. I asked why I got a new card, he explained the difference of the punches. That bummed me out because I was in town for only a few more days and was hoping to get that last free crepe. I mean, who doesn’t want that free thing when your card is getting punched? We dine there every morning, they know we are out of town and won’t be around to fill the card with both bfast and lunch and still pull this prank. Really? My go to crepe was the ratatouille without cheese, add chicken. Should be a swap out of protein, in my opinion because they put so much cheese in the original crepe, but they charge an extra $1.50 for the chicken even though there is no cheese. The owner, however, is a great guy so I would continue to go back if I lived in town.

The Dutch Pot Menu with Prices Empire State Plaza, Albany

The food is good, but nothing worth going out of your way for. However, I will never go back to this place. The female owner is incredibly rude. I prepaid for a small item and a drink on GrubHub because I had lost my credit card that day. When I arrived to pick up my order, she said to me in a very nasty tone, “Now did you really need to make a GrubHub order for this?” I explained that I had lost my card and she said, very sarcastically, “Oh, that makes perfect sense.” I was shocked she would be so rude to me over a service that she has CHOSEN to offer at her restaurant. If you didn’t want to accept GrubHub payments, why are you using their service? I spent a lot of money here over the years and it was such a slap in the face to be treated like that. I will make sure I tell everyone about how you treated me.
