Very simple the service was lousy and the $68 ribeye that was suppose to be medium rare was raw as flesh! I mean it looked like they literally pulled it out of the refrigerator and put it on my plate ! The odd thing was when I ordered it our waiter felt the need to keep telling me how much it cost he said ” by the way would you like to know how much it cost ” I didn’t really care as long as it was good . He said well I want you to know it’s $68 and it’s only 16oz with the bone I was like OK well for that price point it should be outstanding right ? He said ” oh yes it’s the best !” When I tried it it had no flavor and was like eating my finger! I told the wiater who got an attitude and looked at me like I had four heads ! He never asked if I wanted something else and he never apologized he did ask if I wanted it cooked more I said for $68 your chef should know how to cook a medium rare steak the first time. I never finished the steak in fact I onky took two bites. When we received the bill they took half the price off so I asked the manager why they didn’t just credit the meal because I didn’t eat it he said I ate half the steak. I told him there wasn’t half a steak to begin with and that I only took two bites! The manager and our wiater acted like I was scamming a meal ! This Was The Most Insulting and poor service experience I have ever had at a restaurant that has a reputation for being a classy place. I wouldn’t take a my dog here to eat ! Oh and by the way this large furry dog was seated behind us breathing like it was 90 ! I love dogs but for God’s sake keep them out of my dinning experience!

Fujiya House – Menu with Prices – 1489 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Fredericksburg

I went there and ordered NY steak and shrimp. Steak to be cooked medium rare. When it was plated it looked yellow and pink. I told my friend something wasn’t right. I tried a small bite and it was soar and smelt rancid. The cook told the waitress and when she came to table she said “what do you want me to do about it”. I told her it was bad and I couldn’t eat it. She just looked at me and said again “what do you want me to do about it “. I had to tell her to throw it out and take it off my check. Never did a manager come to table but I could see the waitress talk to him across the room and he just patted her on the back. I pray someone checked the other steak in back and didnt serve anyone else the NY steak. I will never go back and plan on never recommending this place again. Bad steak and bad customer service.

Nick Newton’s and Spinelli’s – Menu with Prices – 211 W Main St, Murfreesboro

Yesterday, I was on the square for a worship night that the Experience church put on. We decided to go to Spinelli’s before hand for dinner at 5:30. I will be fair and acknowledge that they were busy, however we waited an hour with out even being greeted by a server at our table. My friend’s brother finally flagged down a server and she said “we are busy, I’ll get to you when I can.” Half an hour later, we asked for a manager. The manager said “We are busy, but I want y’all to be happy, so you’ll get your meal for free.” We finally, after an hour and a half, got our drinks and put our order in. ANOTHER hour and a half later (3 hours waiting, at this point) some of our party’s food was served. 3 of us were not served. They told my friend’s brother “They have not even started on your Stromboli, do you even want it?” He asked them to just bring him something else that was already cooked. I asked, “What about my pizza?” She said “I don’t know, I’ll go check.” She came back with a piece of pizza for my friend’s brother, and once again I asked about mine and she said “I’ll check on it.” I finally got my pizza at 8:45 (3 hours and 15 min later) and it was wrong. I just had to laugh about it. The server came back to us and told us she quits because the manager yelled at her. Last night was a hot mess. I hope they get better because covering the cost of our meal doesn’t make up for the fact that we missed the event we were there for. I’ve never had such horrible service in my life. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we knew with the event, we would have to wait other places too and we kept thinking surely, after this long, our food is coming.

The Original Barrio Fiesta of Manila – Menu with Prices – 818 N Pacific Ave & Arden Ave, Glendale

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER. Before I ordered the Kare kare, I asked how many ox tails was included the waiter, I think his name is Jay or jr. We’ll he told me that it came with 2 big ox tails and some tripes and beef briskets. He mentioned if I just want the ox tails instead of the other meats, it would be the same price of $24.00 for large. But when he was explaining it to me, that he’ll put more ox tails, he said it will be extra. So I think he wasn’t telling me the truth. So I ordered our food -crispy binagoongan , kare kare, pinakbet. And rice. When the food finally came, my wife and I were very very disappointed that kare kare didnt have the big ox tails. That he said it would. We didn’t want to complain right there, so I called and ask him why is there only 2 small ox tails. I asked him where is the big ox tails, he said he never said that and he said there’s 2 in pot. He had an attitude bcuz I questioned the food. He then said he will get more ox tails. When he came back he brought over 1 small ox tail in a very tiny, small pala yok. What a joke , I knew his was making fun of me bcuz I complained. He also was asking me if I was good when he brought the small ox tail. I didnt want to make a scene. We as paying customer either Filipino or other ethic background be treated with respect . I was respectful towards him . I paid my hard earned money to eat good Filipino yet I got very very bad customer service and the was not great at all. The reason we went to this location is bcuz the one in north hills was busy. I told my family and friends of my bad experience here. They just lost a good paying customer. This facility needs to learn people skills. I do not recommend this place even if they giving food for free. Oh almost forgot, I called the place to speak with the manager, Jay answered. I ask for manager he said no one available. I asked for managers name. He would not give name. He asked why I wanted to speak to manager I replied I wanted to complain about customer service. He again had an attitude on the phone. So I just hung up on him.. For Jay being in the customer’s eyes. By giving poor customer service gives us Filipinos a bad name.. I even left a 18% tip of bill $64.70. knowing if I didnt he would be talking bad about us shame on you Jay Treating customers poorly. Had to pick 1 star or I can’t post. Zero rating:(!!

URBAN, Restaurante – Menu with Prices – 18505 NW 75th Pl, Hialeah

So my review is a bit mixed, but ill keep it short. The place: A Wynwood in Miami lakes, modern, clean and cute. The food: When we speak of the food itself, just that, the food is great and worth going back for. HOWEVER: The service we received was terrible and the reason why we haven’t returned in the past 2 years, and probably never will. I would like to think the waiter was new, but based on how the night went, I can tell it was the waiter and the management. First we ordered beer, it was HOT, who serves/drinks HOT beer? Upon complaining, they said there was nothing they could do…. ok.. I guess? Then we ordered our food. I ordered a hamburger and my boyfriend said that he wanted a chicken sandwich, which the girl said “oh youd like XYZ sandwich then” and he agreed to her “chicken sandwich” suggestion. We wait for our food about 30-40mins, which is quite a while considering they were simple foods. My burger was great, I had a mushroom and cheese hamburger. This came with waffle fries which were surprisingly great (I dont like waffle fries) and it was all very good with me. My boyfriends “chicken sandwich” ended up being a FISH sandwich, which he cannot eat. We asked our waiter if we could please return it as we had not ordered this sandwich. Instead of comprehending and moving on, she decided to argue with us and tell us that we had given her the wrong name of the dish… like really? we told you the type of food and YOU suggested the name, yet its our fault? really? after arguing with us, she took it back and got his order (all with an attitude). I was almost done with my meal when he received his. AGAIN! she took his order wrong! AGAIN, we ask for it to be returned. This time we did not want to replace our order. Instead we asked to speak to the manager. After arguing with us AGAIN, she ran off to her manager.The manager comes back, and we expected some form of apology, not a free meal nor anything else, just an apology. NOPE, the manager was just as difficult to speak too and didnt take responsibility for the experience nor his employee. In the end, my boyfriend didnt get eat and we were charged for my food and the beers.

Prince Kuhio Cafe – Menu with Prices – 300 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu

The cruise was okay! We had a bad experience with the man in charge (Manager). He was very rude to everyone. He continuously yelled at the passengers during the entire boarding process. The cruise was not so relaxing. It was very very rocky. The shrimp were really good. They didnt have alternatives for vegetarians. Everyone received steak and shrimp. The only thing that made the cruise a enjoyable experience was the firework show and the great service from our waiter.

Mikoto Express – Menu with Prices – 1400 Walter Reed Rd, Fayetteville

Long time customer, even worked there over a decade ago. Went there today and the steak taste like it was rotten. I couldn’t bare the taste without gagging and approached them to make it right, but instead the manager told me that there was nothing he could do. I just feel like even though this may have been a bad steak, they let this one incident ruin the business I give to them. I am a Real Estate Agent and have introduced this location to others etc. But now, I will refer no one. The meal I had today was disgusting and the manager Alex could care less and made it clear. #BadService #MikotoExpress

Cafe at 6300 – Menu with Prices – 6300 Collins Ave, Miami Beach

Was not given a pleasant experience at this cafe. I had 2 eggs and coffee from what I saw on the menu cost 6$ and for some strange reason the recipe that came after my meal said 15$, my meal was not altered at all I think I got less then what the 6$ meal cost but was forced to pay 15$. I was not served in a plate but in a to go box and after I asked why I was being charged so much he responded with “you pay what I charge you ” in a very uncomfortable way. The owner threw receipts at me to show me who paid because he make them from what he said. This place is not a place locals need to spend money at. Please review it for yourself if your a local.

Chick-fil-A – Menu with Prices – 9900 Southpoint Pkwy, Fredericksburg

I stopped here for dinner on my way from work after working in a busy hospital all day and very tired and sick I might add. I purchased meals for my family and the 8 piece nugget that I ordered for myself was surprisingly over cooked. I called and spoke with a manager named Steven and asked if I had eaten the nuggets? I said if I eaten the nuggets I wouldn’t be calling in to complain. He told me that he would replace the nuggets but not the fries. I’m not sure who wants a half of meal when they ordered a whole meal. I asked for another manager. Mike then comes to the phone to tell me that it’s their company policy only to replace what went wrong. Where actually the entire meal went wrong if I can’t eat my meal at the time I ordered. I can’t believe that this happened at a Chick fil a. If this is the policy than the cooperate office should come up with a more customer service friendly policy. The reputation that Chick fil A used to have is no longer, this restaurant is starting to become as subpar as the others.

Fresh Smoothies & Cafe – Menu with Prices – 2450 Creston Ave, The Bronx

I would like to think it was because I came in 15 min to closing but that shouldnt change the attitude that you have towards the customer. I walked in and the ladies were talking they looked at me and continued talking. Very disrespectful didnt get greeted or anything, so I said excuse me and asked for what I wanted. Then I told her ill buy an orange juice aswell only for the simple fact that I wanted to see the machine working she stated that the machine is off and the juice was premade that defeated the purpose of wanting the juice so I didnt get it, but They have a lil process that’s done to meet customers satisfaction they serve you an ounce or 2 of w.e. smoothie you ordered to taste for perfection incase you want to add anything or change anything but as I get my sample the lady started to pour it in the cup, didnt wait for my opinion. It wasnt as cold as I would have wanted it to be but didnt wanna start anything I just said it was fine. The one moping gets mad because my boots were dirty she told me to stand by the door and the other lady tells me to come over to the cashier to pay and the one mopping gets mad. I just think for a first time experience on a Friday night it should have been a little better.. I’ll come again another time maybe I’ll change my rating but as of now very disappointed

Red Lobster – Menu with Prices – 163 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids

We went early Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was very stuffy. I requested if they could turn down the air, they seated us in a section by ourselves and adjusted the temperature. A few minutes later another couple was seated by us and complained about the fans blowing so a different manager told them she would turn the fans down or off. Our waitress was taking our order at the time and asked if the manager had told the new couple she would turn up the air and I said(the look on my face was why our waitress asked since the manager was very quiet and respectful to the new couples concern) yes, our waitress then left to speak with the manager and explained that I was not happy about the temp and the humidity, so the manager came over and asked us if it would be ok to move us to a different location which had multiple fans blowing and was much better for temp and humidity, easier to breathe. We were very pleased with the new seats and as usual service was AWESOME. But when we went to pay for our meal the manager gave us a discount for asking us to move which was not necessary but was greatly appreciated.

Sarussi Cafeteria and Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 3678 W 12th Ave, Hialeah

I called them to place an order, I asked if they have the fritanga BOWL, they said yes. I was so excited to get it. I got there and they gave me a fritanga WRAP. I asked if they have a bowl and the lady then tells me she doesn’t know what that is and that it’s the only thing fritanga that they have. I said I saw it online that they have a bowl she still didn’t understand, she then told me that I should have looked at the ingredients before I ordered it, I saw the item on their Facebook page and they told me that they had the BOWL available. I then asked for a manager, which she had a hard time understanding then asked me, “well what to you want me to do for you” with an obvious attitude. She finally got me a manager because you could clearly see I was upset, but I wasn’t an irate customer. The manager came and with an attitude asked me, “well what do you want me to do for you” before we even spoke. I told her that online I saw this fritanga BOWL and she told me that they were different owners with the same name, which is understandable but I told her that I asked the person over the phone twice if they have the fritanga BOWL to which the person said yes, her response to me saying that was, “they don’t understand the difference between a bowl or a wrap and don’t know what a bowl is”. What?! I even asked them in Spanish?! How many other ways should I have asked? That’s not even the worst part, as she is getting me my money back a customer asked the manager what had happened, she processed to tell him what was going on. What kind of professionalism is that? I tried to make it to where I wasn’t making a scene, I never wanted my bad experience to taint anyone else’s in the restaurant but she went out of her way to make me the bad guy to another customer, and showed her lack of professionalism. The service was so bad! I’ll never be going back here again. These people just don’t care about you, they just want to take your money and get you out the door.

Chapala Restaurant Bar & Grill – Menu with Prices – 1542 W Holt Ave, Ontario

ok, to start off this place was horrible. i give it 1 star cus of the music. we get there & tell them were a group of 15 & they give us a table of 12. then we get our drinks & the fountain drinks are watered down & the mixed drinks taste like if they’ve been sitting for a while, you can even tell they were watered down LMAO thats how bad it was. we order our food & the waitress gets half of the orders wrong so while half of our party is eating, the other half is waiting for their plate. the food was nasty af anyways & the utensils were dirty. we would ask for stuff & either it was never brought to our table or it was taken to us mid-way through our meal. after a while of listening to the great music, security comes & asks if we can leave cus “there’s other ppl waiting”. that was embarassing & that made us look really bad. there were other groups that were there before us & nobody told them anything & we felt that it was disrespectful that they only came torwads us so we ask to speak to the manager as to why we were being asked to leave but the manager NEVER came. after security comes, there were 4 other waitresses that came to bug. (keep in mind, half of us still have our plates on the table) then as this is all escalating, we can hear the waitresses telling each other “they’re not leaving yet” “go tell security again” which isn’t proper at all, especially since we were able to hear them & see them constantly pointing at our table, like if theyre going to be doing that then they should atleast be more slick. then we got desert & the cheesecakes were frozen. never again are we going back. & to top it off, one of the managers was kissing ass as we were walking out saying if we don’t leave a bad review that he’ll give all of us free dinner next time we go back. & since the security came to our table, everyone kept staring at us. also, before we got to the restaurant, we knew we were a big group so we called twice in advance to ask if we can make a reservation & they said that they dont do reservations. they didnt give us a table that fit all 15 of us so we all end up sitting on a 12 seater squished. the security said they needed the table cus “there were ppl waiting” while a waiter told us “someone reserved the table” bu wen we called they said they don’t do reservations so wen we confronted the waiter about that he switched his excuse to “oh it’s cus they purchased a bottle” & we jus got a bucket of beer so we told him & then he switched it again to “well we need the table cus it’s reserved for the family of our special guest” which was jesus mendoza. if that was the case then, they should’ve never sat us down at that table to begin with. but he used all the excuses he could & they didn’t make sense cus he would say one thing & then say another. then as were leaving, we tell one of the managers that were leaving so they can stop bitching over the table, he tells us that hes sorry but we were just so frustrated we weren’t convinced that he was truly sorry, especially since we asked to speak with him & he never came to our table. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, VERY UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL.
