I must admit I can not comment on the quality of food because the employee working chased us out the door before we could enter. With ZERO customers in the restaurant and every parking space open- including neighboring business spots, I was rudely confronted by the young employee and instructed to move my car to another lot, or to park again because it was taking up two spots. Once again, not a single customer at 4PM on a Monday and this employee was adamant to keep it that way. A note to the business owner, your employees should not chase away business before they walk in the door. You just missed out on a large order- burgers for an entire sports team. We will never visit this establishment again. Positive food reviews will not compensate for HORRIBLE customer service. Instead we took our business to an establishment that had TWO placards stating how important an experience is to a customer.

Sourdough and Co Broadway – Menu with Prices – 1601 Broadway # 200, Sacramento

The sourdough bread makes the sandwich! Delicious! Outdoor seating on Broadway is shady & cool. Indoor seating nice & cool too. Parking your vehicle can be a challenge. Parking lot has very limited spots. The parking lot is shared with Noah’s Bagels and Chipotle patrons. Parking in the street is limited. The area can get congested with Willie’s Burgers & Chase Bank next door and being near a very busy intersection- Broadway & 16th /Land Park. Tip: If you live in the neighborhood, walk! Or park down the street and walk. Tip: Take home a hot Sourdough & Co baguette. You can take and bake a baguette at home but why heat up your house during these 100% plus summer days.

Krispy Catch Menu with Prices 2356 SE Green Oaks Blvd Suite 186, Arlington

Very poorly structured establishment, doesnâ??t stay true to their hours and doesnâ??t believe in customer service. Owner doesnâ??t take off foot items if it was cold / disgusting or doesnâ??t meet the quality it should be. There isnâ??t any shift manager on at all times so the employees are left to deal with on their own and owner only cares about profit. Tips are shared between employees, rather than earning from their own table, given unreadable pay for the slow business that he receives. The owners wife works there aswell but she has no care in the world besides stealing employees tables aswell and their tips . The prices are rising because the lack of business, which doesnâ??t correlate if youâ??re trying to gain business . Owner displays openly prejudice and homophobia while working . The amount of verbal abuse seen while he is working towards his employees is unacceptable . This place will be shut down within the next few years. Food is tasting off and seems as if he replaces for a substitute . Stay away from here .

AMC CLASSIC Mill Plain 8 – Menu with Prices – 11700 SE 7th St, Vancouver

I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences here, I would honestly not even be going today if someone hadn’t bought me a gift card. We decided after having our gift certificate for over six months that we should just use them. Today we walked in and were rudely told they weren’t open yet. If you’re not open you should have the back door unlocked for employees, not the front door where customers can walk in. Instead of kindly apologizing, the employee in the front rudely said they weren’t open. At which point, we asked why the door was unlocked and the employee again replied with a snotty tone that it was for employees, and that she was sorry. However, the sorry wasn’t a sorry, the tone was an implied shut up, as if where she said sorry, she meant get out. Even as I’m sitting here, i just watched a family walk in through the unlocked door and come out and speed away. Looks like they were treated the same shitty way, from the same crappy employee we just met. So yeah, never going here again! I don’t even care if someone gets me free tickets. The employees here are rude and incredible inconsiderate. Oh and their popcorn sucks! Better go to regal down the road! Update: it kept getting worse! Literally the only thing on their menu for vegan options is fries, hummus, and popcorn… but wait…. I have to ask for my fries without Parmesan cheese, and my hummus without feta. Get with the times, this is 2019! Broke down seats, dirty bathrooms, bad service, the only good thing was the movie, of course they had nothing to do with that!

Ireneâ??s Donuts Tucson – Menu with Prices – 340 N 4th Ave, Tucson

Cute little private business with an excellent product! Sorry to focus on only the negative here but I’ve been in the food industry for many years and helped open several business so this comes as constructive criticism for the owner. I know how difficult it can be for a small private owner because you want to stick to your guns but you need to LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS and make changes to your business appropriately… they pay your bills. Being prideful will only lose you money and put you out of business.. I’ve seen it before. My biggest and only complaint is about the flow of customers. When you walk in you are brought on a group tour to explain every donut (which while inefficient and time consuming is cute an adds to the small business feel). The problem is that the display case where they show you the donuts is also the counter for transactions so people are standing in the way of the donuts that the employee is trying to describe. The employees awkwardly try to work around and point out donuts that the poor customer trying to pay is standing in front of. It is super cringeworthy. After this I’m promptly helped. The employees were friendly and very nice! However once again people walked in. Maybe 10 people waiting to be helped. The lady (whom I believe to be the owner) brings the large group in front of the display case to tell them about all the wonderful homemade donuts. The problem is now I’m the one paying.. now I have 10 strangers staring at my ass while the owner is describing the big sprinkle donut I’m standing in front of, because she told me this is where I need to go to pay. Even the poor employees looked uncomfortable about the unorganized chaotic and inefficient system put in place. This would have easily been a 5 star visit because the donuts are AMAZING. It’s also a shame because it would be such an easy fix to put up a sign saying “line starts here!” And move the POS to the counter up front so everyone wasn’t in everyone else’s way. Good luck with everything! I’m always rooting for the little guy

Bagelicious – Menu with Prices – 1255 Johnson Ferry Rd, Marietta

Upon entering the building with my girlfriend, the smell of the store smells like a dead fish with inattentive employees that stared at us for 5 minutes before taking our order. We ordered a drink and a bagel and the employee told me to help myself to the drink while they made my girlfriends bagel. Upon pulling out my credit card and making it obvious that i was going to pay with card, I opened my drink and took a sip. After taking a sip, the employee said to me “we don’t take plastic” and told us that we had to pay for the already opened drink and bagel with cash. Upon realizing we had no cash, they referred us to a sketchy atm in the back. Keep in mind there is NO sign ANYWHERE saying cash only. The atm has a 3 dollar fee that is unavoidable. So, we decided to not pay an extra 3 dollars into this literal scam and we decided to leave. The employees attempted to chase us out of the restaurant saying i had already opened the drink to which my girlfriend replied “you guys didn’t disclose that they only accept cash” to which the employee reacted negatively with irritation. Then, the owner of the store followed us out of the store threatening us with her phone attempting to get our tag and report us when they were literally trying to SCAM us out of 3 dollars to avoid a card fee. Extremely unprofessional restaurant, will never go there ever again. Employees we’re seemingly threatening and all seem to be in on tricking customers into spending an extra 3 dollars on every atm transaction. Never again.

Nicely’s Jamaican Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 301 W 4th St, Wilmington

It’s a hole in the wall, on a corner, in the hood. Clean establishment that’s painted with the JA flag colors so you can’t miss it. I didn’t have high expectations of finding a Caribbean spot in boring, plain Delaware, BUTTTT this jerk chicken is very high on my list of favorite jerk chicken spots. The employee (maybe owner?) was so kind and he definitely gave me that “at home” feeling that I like to get when going to Caribbean spots. The food was excellent. I had jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage and plantain. And that hot sauce that he put on the jerk chicken was so savory. This place is on point and its a large portion for the money. Can’t go wrong.

The Choppin’ Block – Menu with Prices – 2212 Madison St, Clarksville

We were visiting from out of town and had a waiter recommend this place. It was 15 minutes out of our way, but we drove to pick up a couple of steaks any way because of all the great reviews. When we walked in the service was phenomenal and the associate was very helpful. She wrapped up 2 dry aged filets for us, and we were on our way. When we got to the register the young woman let us know that it was a possibility that the credit card machine may not work and that we may have to go to the ATM to get cash. I told her that we would be happy to do that if the owner would take care of the ATM surcharge. The associate called the owner, and the owner said absolutely NOT. My experience with this establishment was not with the associates, but with the owner. The credit card machine was down and obviously that was my fault and not the owners. In my opinion, as a business owner myself, I would rather break even and keep my customer happy vs pissing off a customer. I’m sure this is not normal, but in this case I would have done anything to keep a customer happy. I will slaughter and dry age my own cow before I ever enter this establishment again. Thanks a lot to the terrible business owner!!!

Jimmyz Original Hibachi House – Menu with Prices – 6108 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach

As a Fellow employee here, I will tell you guys now DO NOT ORDER from this business.! This place isn’t not up to DHEC standards by a LONG Shot, they leave chicken on a counter at night to thaw. They don’t even use gloves to prepare your food. The Yum Yum sauce comes out of a TRASH CAN.!! The Mangers are rude they will yell at you while you are infront of customers. They will tell the customer they are wrong and refuse to make the right food. The Manger Freddie Threw a plate of Sushi at me on 5/25/19, all because the believes that the customer IS NOT always right. And he felt I should go let her know and give her back the food he place his bare hands on. So I wore Sushi and White sauce for the rest of shift. Due to a mangers immaturity. You are constantly reminded everyday how stupid you are because you don’t know everything like the 4 people who been there more than a year. You got a Owner who can’t even take the time out to call the employees when something serious is going on in the store. You got a owner who will fire a damn good worker, all because the MANgER treats the employees like shit and talk to us like we are dogs.. and think we are post to put up with it.! All around Disgusted with the business and the management. Lesson learned

Breaking Wave Coffee – Menu with Prices – 1310 Main St, Sarasota

I usually leave pretty good reviews of establishments but i’ve never encountered an employee to be so rude to me. i didn’t order anything at first because i was doing homework and it wasn’t until i was about to leave when an employee told me that i should not go there establishment unless i order something. i was going to order a pastry to go after i finished. which i did order. It was basically empty and i’ve never been to an establishment where this was allowed or it was a problem. it was a very disrespectful thing to say and i’ve been a costumer before. the disrespectful attitude was not necessary. I will take my business elsewhere, where it’s not a problem that i do my work first and then order something. no apology was said.

Squeeze Juice Works – Menu with Prices – 18 22nd St S, St. Petersburg

I’ve had 2 bad experiences there so I will never go back. I am very health conscious and vegan, but both times I went into this establishment, I was harrassed by an employee for being vegan. One young man wanted to argue with me about eating meat but I told the manager who was shocked to hear the things this employee said to me. So the other day, I went there thinking i’d give it another chance, but unfortunately I had a similar poor experience. Not ever going in there again, especially since there are so many other amazing juice bars like The Bodega on Central in St. Petersburg. I just hope that the owner realizes that customer service includes being kind to customers, regardless of their beliefs, and to train her employees to know this. As for the items sold there I would have to say they are way overpriced for what you’re getting and not worth more than 1/2 the price. Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired, too.

Fresh Italian Pasta – Menu with Prices – 4 Central Terminal Area, Jamaica

This restaurant gets a one star because my omelette was actually good. I will admit it was crowded and there was an overwhelming amount of orders. However the employees continued to dismiss me for over 40 minutes as I tried to inform them my number was skipped. One employee stated to me that it was a lot of orders and everyone was waiting. When I finally got her attention, I told her what number I was she said she did not have that order, and did not know what it was. I explained that I received a notification my order was ready, however when I asked her she stated I had to wait. With attitude stated I need your receipt.I explained that I joined the line to pay after she informed me I had to wait and when she checked the kiosk she saw my order. She explained someone took the omelette because she made it… I was standing there the whole time she made a mistake and clicked on the kiosk she had served my meal. She then went on to make my meal and did not apologize and also did not include what I originally ordered which included home fries. I literally never write reviews but I just need this establishment to teach their employees some customer service. There is a lot of stress and anxiety which many experience with traveling, getting food should not be add on to that. Employees should be trained on how to speak to people. I did not raise my voice or say anything out of line. The employee disregarded me was extremely disrespectful. I also believe the time management of creating meal given that all customers at this establishment are on schedule to fly need to be revised and more efficient.

I Love Juice Bar Wilmington – Menu with Prices – 1407 Barclay Pointe Blvd, Wilmington

I really try to be fair when I write reviews that are less than favorable. I will typically hold off and visit again to see if it was just one day or employee that was off before. Additionally, I make sure to take note of the details so the establishment can address things if they feel the need. So let me begin… I’m visiting family for a couple weeks while deciding if UNCW is for me. I was thrilled that this plaza is just a few feet from my families beautiful apartment complex. Each day I’ve spent time walking around, talking to people and checking out different places. I enjoy a healthier lifestyle and was excited to try out the Juice Bar since I had never been to one. The first time I visited was 3/13 right before lunch time. There were 3 female employees and 1 male employee. When I walked in two female employees said hi to me and asked me if I was ready to order. I explained I wasn’t and said I needed to look over their menu first. The one female employee said ok and to let her know if I had any questions. The menu is overhead to the register and I noticed a few paper copies on the counter area. The chalkboard style menu overhead is a little challenging to read which could have been due to the angle and lighting but overall it was ok. I’m not personally too concerned with pricing and I know that with items that are made to order and have great ingredients they will run a little more than your average “fast food” menu. I do think the pricing structure could be more transparent though when I think of the full customer experience (also, to be fair I was a marketing major and assistant at a small health foods store at home). I stepped to the counter, grabbed a paper menu, stepped back to check out their products located in the pre-prepped area. Small selection but still some fun options. I decided I would try out 3 menu items and a treat to go from the pre-prepped cooler. I returned to the counter and at this time the manager and the male employee were in heavy discussion about the morning and it appeared she was prepping him for the afternoon. One employee was near the back area cleaning some equipment and the other employee was working on a food item – which I assumed was already ordered. To be fair I had been taking my time and was not in a rush. The male employee was speaking very loudly and several times I heard him refer to something from their conversation “as s#!t” and laugh a little seemingly to get approval from the manager. The manager just kept talking, and laughed a bit, and then looked at me and said “oh, are you ready to order now?”. I smiled and said yes, and she turned around to the female employee in the far back and told her to go help the customer. In my opinion this manager and her male coworker were not engaged in business tasks while the other two employees quietly were. I then overheard the manager saying she was “ready to just get out of there” and told the other employee that she needed to wrap up because the owners don’t want to waste money with people going over their hours. Again, not something customers should hear, but also that employee was working away and pretty quickly too yet the manager continued chatting with the male employee. I make my order, the young woman asks the manager and male employee for assistance with the three items and they just stand there looking at her. The male says “you can do it, I’m talking to Tamar right now,” and you can see the defeat on the young employees face and body language. It’s always a pet peeve of mine to have employees blatantly shut down someone else who is tasked with making the customer happy and those employees aren’t doing anything particularly important at the time. I caught eyes with the younger employee and just gave an encouraging smile. Once she completed each of the three items the manager snapped them up and brought them to me smiling and telling me to enjoy. To be honest, it didn’
