Cashier at this establishment is rude and very disrespectful. They were being rude to a woman with a hearing and speaking disability.

ive had 2 bad experiences here 1. i fed a homeless man outside and cashier complained to me 2. i was told testosterone boosters are the same as caffeine pills since testosterone doesnt make you stronger (according to dsn) i disagreed i told the other cashier he made fun of me saying i was chubby and out of shape in reality im chubby/muscular i lift weights almost daily but cashier was disrespectful. summary:2 rude hateful cashiers and one ignorant cashier. Go to GNC this place has bad customer service.

I usually leave pretty good reviews of establishments but i’ve never encountered an employee to be so rude to me. i didn’t order anything at first because i was doing homework and it wasn’t until i was about to leave when an employee told me that i should not go there establishment unless i order something. i was going to order a pastry to go after i finished. which i did order. It was basically empty and i’ve never been to an establishment where this was allowed or it was a problem. it was a very disrespectful thing to say and i’ve been a costumer before. the disrespectful attitude was not necessary. I will take my business elsewhere, where it’s not a problem that i do my work first and then order something. no apology was said.

I literally just left this place. First off I walked in and seen a few people at the bar with drinks, and a guy talking to a female. I went over to the bar and waited about 3min for the man who was intially in the corner talking to the lady. He asks me for my id while talking to the lady the whole time. Then i ask for the hookah menu all while he is still having this conversation with the woman(as if me coming in interrupted his vibe). So finally I place my order for a house blend hookah, he walks to the back and has a part of the hookah. Then he stops dead in front of me and finishes his whole conversation. I mean he literally placed the piece of the hookah down put his foot on the back of the bar and just continued to talk. Im a woman of color and I dont know if the conversation was just that important to be that rude and disrespectful to me as a patron or if it had something to do with me being a woman of color that he just didnt want to service but if i could give 0 stars i would.

The people treated me and my son like crap maybe because of my skin color i pay for hot dog and soda and buy some chips. I hint to my son that I should get some nacho cheese on the chips we just purchased from the store the first cashier say flat out no we can not put cheese without saying you will be charge 50 cent .i asked another cashier. She say sure 50 cent I offer money the lady put one drop of cheese On my chip I thought it would be more my son ate the total of three chips then the cheese was gone . I asked The cashier can my ten year old son have so more cheese she say give me more money I say what your manager number this service is horrible She say why because you beg for cheese I said no because I paid you for cheese. I said I’m yelping your Ass right now She said go head bitch I said you a bitch She say yo moma And pick up a chair trying to threaten me saying I’m going to call the police! I say on what ? She looked dumb I started leaving she calls me gay I left and came back made a video If her so I can show the world how this women who should be helping my and my son instead I got a rude disrespectful attitude because of what I’m lost I showed nothing but respect until I was disrespected My son is Hispanic I love the culture and the people I just don’t understand how people love to treat unfairly for no reason I’m not the enemy trumps is. This establishment was disappointing with their food and an older woman who worked in the bar was very rude even before she seated us. My family and I visited for lunch, and all had soup and sandwiches. The broccoli cheddar soup was flavorless and watered down. And my chicken salad sandwich wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. The others had similar meals and said the same reviews on the food. HOWEVER, the gray short-haired woman working behind the main bar counter was RUDE AND COULD NOT CARE LESS how long we waited. She said several snarky comments before we were even seated. There were several tables open and she did not seat us for 15 minutes until she was “good and ready!” And when I had mentioned we were trying to see if my sister had shown up yet, she said in a baby-doll voice “ok, see if your sister is here. I will be behind this counter when your scan is over.” We wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt to see if she was just having a bad day, but she treated all in-coming customers like that. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. The food is so-so but the service was slow and very rude.

i honestly used to come here all the time their food is delicious but i must say, lately the service has been horrible. the girls there waitress and cashier have horrible attitudes. i understand we are human and sometimes we all have those bad days. but if youre going to work in a field in which you need to be a people person and have good customer service skills, you need to be able to put on a happy face when greeting a customer and serving them appropriately. not once did these girls come to our table to see if we needed anything. not once did they ask how our service was or our food. we had to get up 3 times walk to them to get something we needed utensils, a cup and our to go container. it also seemed as if they were rushing us out. when i got up to get a cup she handed me my receipt and total.. uummmm we werent done eating and she wanted me to pay already. they were speaking pretty loud to each other it was obvious they were speaking about us because they were cursing! so unprofessional. i honestly felt horrible because i took a friend with me and on the way i was telling her it was one of my favorite spots. we will not be returning. due to their unprofessional services and how disrespectful they were to us! i hope this review helps them realize they need to be equal to everyone when servicing them. polite and professional. instead of stocking the soda and cleaning out the coffee machine take a few minutes to walk to yiur customers table and ask how their food is. is there anything they need. and if there is something you didnt like about your customers save it until they are out the door. it makes you and the business look horrible.

Worst Walmart ever. There’s never anyone to help you in the pet area even with they page someone. Last weekend I was there, I waited for over TWENTY MINUTES for somebody to come and they never did. Electronics are rude and disrespectful as well. The only place that has friendly staff is the vision center.

Capt’n Dave’s Seafood Market – Menu with Prices – 700 Alma Dr, Plano

I have always loved this place Dave and his Brother in law Rocky are the greatest and the employees are fun and they remember you. Today i went to pick up some seafood and on the door there was a sign handwritten that said ” Bathroom for employees only” i thought this was funny because this to me is not the type of business you would think had a public restroom. Its a seafood counter just like The Plano meat store where you buy what you need and leave. It struck me funny that people would request a bathroom enough that Dave needed a sign. Being a place that i go often and people know me by name and always a funny good time, I walked in and joking said to the woman by the counter, Can I use the bathroom and in the same breath said to the same woman behind the counter, who would come in here and ask for a bathroom? she was smiling and we had a small laugh. From the back i heard someone yelling at me and i thought she was playing along with the joke and i laughed, then she said Laugh all you want but its not funny? what i thought? Then she yelled from the back I hate men like you? again i thought she was kidding so i said, i am not a man but an ugly woman. Shen then replied then i hate ugly women like you!. I turned to the other woman at the counter who is very nice and said is she upset about something? she stated that she was having a bad day. I told he that that was not a way to respond and you could see that she was embarrassed. All the while the the angry woman (Daphne) was still yelling some stuff at me but i could hear what she was saying. I told the nice lady that that was a rude way to treat a good customer and that i am sure Rocky and Dave would not appreciate this type of behavior. First of all I was never speaking to Daphne and she was just angry and rude. I did call back and Daphne answered the phone and told me that I was too aggressive and she does not stand for that?? Get a sense of humor as Captain Daves has always had one and a great people to work with. I spoke with Rocky and explained everything and since Rocky and I always joke around and he knows me as the U-12 guy, he sounded sad and apologized. Rocky is a helpful and happy guy and I enjoy buying from him. I would say if you encounter Daphne, don’t smile or try and be fun and happy or she will go off on you!. Make sure you ask for someone else of she will ruin a great experience and a great seafood store with lots of other fabulous employees

Update: The CEO reached out to Jayson yesterday and apologized for the behavior of his staff & management/customer service team. He informed him that they received an email from another customer present during the exchange that claimed Jayson’s dog was “clearly not a service dog” and that’s why Tim was “put in a tough spot”. While I find this excuse irritating, seeing as how this means his staff was trusting a random stranger’s alleged expertise on what a service animal should look like and, thereby, dismissing the claims of the person who this behavior actually affects (not all service dogs are golden retrievers, contrary to popular belief), I am happy to report that he says there will be discussion with HR about ensuring employees are aware of ADA requirements, and action taken to remedy the handling of service animals in the future at Western Bagel locations. I truly hope these promises will come to fruition and that substantial adjustments are made. Jayson has gone out of his way to prove himself as legitimate, which is well beyond what is legally required of him– please ensure no one else has to ever go through what he has moving forward. I also hope staff members will take this as a lesson learned and do some research prior to making potentially illegal and damning claims that could cost the company thousands in legal fees and fines. I thank the CEO for calling Jayson personally to handle this situation and for actually listening to him. His humility and professionalism truly shone through when it was needed most. The owner Tim and staff members (specifically Jose and Jackie) are discriminatory against people with disabilities!!! My boyfriend (an ex-US Army Ranger & disabled veteran) and I came here for breakfast on Sunday and brought our service dog with us. Upon entering we were quickly asked for papers to PROVE his dog is a service dog, and then the employee, Jose, proceeded to ask us to leave because we refused to provide such papers (we know our rights). This practice is extremely irritating, causes him IMMENSE emotional distress (especially when in such a crowded space as it draws unwanted attention to his disability) and is also AGAINST THE LAW!The Americans with Disabilities Act states that when it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task. When Jayson called to make the complaint the owner had the audacity to imply that he was lying and said that others “thought” he was lying too. If Tim had been smart about this, he would have taken a minute or two to google the name of the person he was speaking with and found out that he was, in fact, NOT LYING! He would have found that he has been an active part of the veteran community, a PTSD activist, and trained with his dog Meisha at Shelter to Soldier in San Diego. Seeing as how this is a fineable offense (up to $50,000), I highly recommend you train your employees better to not only KNOW the law, but also know that when speaking to people with a potential disability, they need to be conscious of the way they are doing so. The treatment Tim and his employees displayed was extremely insensitive and unprofessional. The least you could do is apologize when you and your staff mess up!!! At this point, your behavior is beyond reprehensible.

If I could give this zero starts I would. We went out for my friends 21st birthday and we were the only ones there. The bartender Jennifer served us with attitude then was so disrespectful to the point where we felt that we had to leave. She was on her phone the entire time and drinking the drinks behind the bar. Then when we left she took it upon herself to scream out the window sarcastically calling us ?sweetie? and telling my friend on her 21st birthday to come back when she ?actually turns 21.? Not only did she ruin my best friends night but she made a huge scene. I have never been so disrespectfully treated by an employee of an establishment and in any other establishment, behaviour like that would result in dismissal from the job immediately. If you are thinking about going here, think again.

Certo’s Gourmet Foods & Caterers – Menu with Prices – 27 Seguine Ave, Staten Island

This place is a JOKE!!! For starters no matter what time of day u go in there the line for the deli counter is nearly out the door, because they clearly don’t have enough help!! Secondly they are RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!! Soon as u walk in there’s usually a woman at the catering counter who must be one of the owners and she sits there all done up with makeup and jewelry that’s clearly not called for in such a venue. She sits there like The Belladonna with a puss on her face and a less than friendly attitude! I once ordered a tray of riceballs for the holidays from her and by the time I was through I wanted to tell her to shove the riceballs up her RUDE UGLY ASS! She totally turned me off by how RUDE she was. Their cold cuts are no different from what u would expect to get at any deli or supermarket, the only difference is they’re priced about 30% higher because the owners of this place think that it’s some high end establishment. U can get better specialty items with a huge selection at LaBella Market place where the staff is much friendlier and the prices are significantly lower! Bottom line Certo’s SUX!!! Don’t waste your time or money on these arrogant, RUDE nasty bastards!!

Yet again subway, you disappoint me. I thought maybe I would have a better experience at a different location but this one is just as bad as the 86th street( next to Jc penny’s ) and Indiana ave. Not only was Indian woman rude to the elderly that was in front of me, but she was rude to my mother as well. Then I when it came time to pay, she overcharged me, ( I believe she was trying to overcharge my mother) for my mother foot long; for 2 6″ sandwiches ( all tuna by the way) and then charged me for my sandwich. I don’t know what’s going on with subway but they really need to hire better people. I typically let a lot go, but being rude toward the elderly is something I don’t tolerate. Respect isn’t that hard
