If this is for the Archies Place Food Truck… Absolutely stop and get a sandwich when you see this around ghetto valley. I’ve been fortunate enough to eat here 4 or 5 times now and it’s always incredible. Today I had a Mediterranean steak sandwich that was heaven on a caibatta roll. Happy to see the food truck scene growing in Boise and these guys are top notch!

Super Grill – Menu with Prices – 5805 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee

During my Orlando vacation I was craving a mofongo. Did some searching and came across this food truck. It had nice reviews so my hubby and I decided to try it. We went for lunch and the food did not disappoint. The portions are big. I purchased a Jibarito sandwich with steak. It was great and I couldn’t finish it. My husband and I could have shared one order. It’s a big sandwich. We also purchased the mofongo for dinner with steak and onions. It’s a lot of food for one person. This food truck is one of many that were in the lot. I wanted dessert also but this truck didn’t offer it. I did find a flancocho at another truck that hit the spot. Great place great music while you wait and lots of tables that are kept very clean. The wait was about 15 minutes which was great. I was happy with my purchase and would return. No doubt.

Big Daddys Barbeque – Menu with Prices – 2303 W 41st St S, Tulsa

I am a longtime fan of this establishment. I used to go to their store when they were on the Northside and in broken arrow as well. So I was absolutely ecstatic to learn that they were out on the west side now. Their food is absolutely top-notch. And you just plain cannot beat their BBQ baked potatoes. The big Daddy potato and the ghetto potato are my two favorites. They are always very friendly, the service is very prompt, and in case I didn’t mention it before their food is terrific. I always recommend this place to my friends.

Saffron Indian Bar and Grill Menu with Prices 3300 S Vista Ave, Boise

We were visiting boise for vacation and decided to give this place a try as we were craving for indian food that had dosa options in Boise. Being from the bay area, we are used to plenty of good indian food choices and were not expecting much in boise. However, this place turned out to be a big hit. We ordered masala dosa, goat biriyani, mullagawatny soup and paper roast. All of them turned out to be better than our expectations and best part of it was our daughters who don’t eat much asked for more after tasting those dosas. The location, cleanliness, ambience, quality and service were all excellent. The hotel is located inside an upscale hotel in a nice big room with plenty of space. The utensils and food were of high quality and service excellent with quick response to our needs. KK was the one helping us and he made sure we were happy with the experience. We will definitely go back here while visiting Boise. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting indian food in boise

Original Buffalo Wings – Menu with Prices – 2499 Lombard St, San Francisco

I recently realized that I had not had just regular chicken wings in a long time, and I was happy to see these guys as part of a Postmates Party so no delivery fee. I’ve gotta say, it was pretty solidly middle of the road. The wings were just pretty good. My sort of “average” wing comparisons are Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop. Of course, we don’t have those in the city, but by comparison I would say I like their sauces more, but Original Buffalo Wings is definitely a better value. And believe me, value in the city in this day and age is something I do deeply appreciate! I tried a few things, as is tradition with a new place (and delivery order minimums). I got the spicy bbq tenders – not very spicy – the pamasean ranch tenders – a dry rub that was pretty tasty – and the steak sandwich. The steak is a literal steak sandwich, like a steak on bread, not a cheesesteak. That threw me for a loop when ordering because it asked how I wanted my steak done. I said medium, but next time, medium rare as is proper for steak! While mine said it was spicy bbq, again, not spicy. Ranch, carrots, and celery are included, which is awesome. They also have big tenders and don’t go overboard on the breading, which is very refreshing. They also gave me a few bonus tenders. I just can’t with good conscience say it’s 4 stars and the flavors were just okay. I will try again and see how that spicy Hawaiian is. Maybe if I can find the right sauce my qualms will be assuaged.

Kocina Il Forno – Menu with Prices – 905 N Main St, McAllen

This place was such a great find! I don’t ever write reviews, but this place deserves it. We were in town for the night before heading down to the coast and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The food was top notch. Our group was all from larger cities known for their food scene and this place was every bit as good or better as anywhere you could find in Austin or Houston (for half the price). The ceviche appetizer was some of the best any of us had ever had and far outshined the other appetizers. Everyone loved their entrees. The table favorite was the grilled octopus special, but the Arroz de Mariscos was a close second. Don’t forget the deserts as well! The tiramisu chocolate cake was worth making the trip down to the valley in itself. Will definitely make this place a regular stop anytime I’m back in town!

Mena’s Grill – Menu with Prices – 1851 N Greenville Ave #500, Richardson

Don’t order the steak! Overall nice place but the steak was awful. About 1/4″ thick, clearly the kind of thing usually found in a cheap Truck Stop or a Denny’s, not a place this nice. Moving on to why I give this 3 stars however…. While I was waiting for their second try at Medium Rare (steak that thin is hard to get a lower temperature cook like that) I had the chance to taste the other 3 dishes at the table. All the food (other than the steak) had a VERY fresh from scratch taste and feel to it. The decor is very warm and inviting. I will most likely be back, but not my go-to place for Tex Mex as there are other options at same / lower price with much easier parking solutions closer to home. It is a classy place, if you wanna shell out 110$ + tip for a so/so food in a “classy” looking place. I do want to say that the service its self was very prompt, but not on top of customer service. He knew they screwed up the first steak (came out BEYOND WELL, again, ordered Med Rare), I would have checked back to ask how it tasted. At least than 1/4 of what was served to me before calling it quits and still got the joy of paying 18$ for it. Didn’t even ask when I said “no thanks on the to go box, it didn’t taste worthy of taking him” if he could do anything, just gave a look of understanding. Sure, it’s a rant about the steak, but overall this place is more about a scene and atmosphere than food. Save some $$ and visit a Chuys for the quality /price

Taco Ranchero – Menu with Prices – 212 W Houston Ave, Fullerton

I found this place on Yelp and have been waiting to try it – I’ve been at the Holiday Inn Express around the corner since Sunday and saw that they are off Sunday and Monday. I’ve been waiting patiently for Tuesday night to roll around so I could finally hit them up! The guys that run this truck seem super cool, it’s literally right outside 2J’s bar. I wasn’t even hungry but I just had to get the 3 tacos for $5 – what a great deal. I picked asada, chicken and chorizo – my basic food groups. Haha. The hot meat was a match made in heaven with the doubled up corn tortillas. You could tell they were fresh – they weren’t crumbly and were perfectly moist. The condiments are up to you to throw on – grab them in the little window. I just like onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime on mine. The steak was moist and perfectly seasoned. Some places tend to make theirs too salty but this one was just right! The chicken was also equally as delicious. The meat just crumbles in your mouth. The chorizo was probably my favorite of the 3! It looked chunky but it was actually super crumbly and had just a perfect amount of seasoning. It was a perfect late night snack in an easy to find street corner. Seems like they move around town a bit so give them a call before you head out looking for them. Keep up the awesome food and great value guys!

Red Cow MSP Airport – Menu with Prices – 4300 Glumack Dr, St Paul

I don’t usually have high expectations for airport food but this place looked good for breakfast while flying through MSP. It’s in a little area made to look like a food truck alley. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and my friend got the basic breakfast. Our food didn’t take long to come out and I was happily impressed! The sandwich was huge, and definitely could be shared. The bread was perfectly toasted and buttery, with creamy scrambled eggs and melted cheese. It comes with a side of fruit which was actually delicious and perfectly ripe! I was really happy with that, since there’s usually at least one fruit that’s not ripe. I noticed halfway through that my sandwich didn’t have ham on it so I asked our server about it. Shortly after, they brought out the grilled ham, apologized, and told me I could get a free treat from the pastry truck! I was so surprised and grateful. Service was decent, we had to wait a bit for our checks, but nothing too bad. If you’re in a hurry, get your food to go. I would absolutely go back for that breakfast sandwich again.

Que Chevere! – Menu with Prices – 6-98 N 12th St, McAllen

As I said in my review for Nuri food truck, the food truck park offered nothing new and innovative when it first started. If you want to start a business and sell your product well, you better offer the public something no one else is. Now the food truck park finally has 2 unique trucks and this is one of them. The food is amazing! I got an arepa with beef, beans and plantains. When I saw plantains on the menu I was sooooo excited! It seems no one in the valley makes dishes with plantains. Being from Miami, plantains were everywhere and I miss them. This is the only place in the valley that offers me a taste of home. After my first bite I was sold. To me, this is comfort food. The meat was seasoned to absolute perfection with the correct spices and the sweet plantain complimented the other savory flavors wonderfully. The carne pastelito was delicious as well. Nice and crispy with full flavored tender meat on the inside. This place offers delicious and authentic Venezuelan food. If you’re going to the food truck park and want to try something new and different, check out this Venezuelan treasure and Nuri. You can’t go wrong with either one.

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls Menu with Prices 201 E Pratt St, Baltimore

This place is lobster roll heaven! I found Mason’s while searching on Yelp because I’m almost ALWAYS looking for a good lobster roll during the summer months. After reading almost all of the reviews, I decided to stop here during my visit to Maryland. As others have stated- this place is hard to find! Just follow the signs for Uno Pizza because Masons is right next to it! The lobster roll was everything I had hoped for! Tender and juicy meat with a sliver of mayo, and neatly placed on a toasted garlic bun- GET IN MY BELLY! Wow- it was absolutely amazing! Honestly- if they weren’t $15 a piece, I probably would’ve ordered another one. Yup they are $15 but SO worth it! You get your monies worth here, so treat yo self! The lady that took my order was great! After I ordered my food, she insisted that I go sit down & she offered to bring my food to the table. Once served, she made sure I enjoyed my food and thanked me for coming! This place is apart of the harbor so parking is scarce. You can sit outside or inside with the A/C which I did. I’ll definitely be back!!

Around The Table Kosher Menu with Prices Parking Lot, 702 N 22nd St, Allentown

Typically every Spring/Summer our business development hosts Food Truck Fridays, and Around the Table Catering has always had a food truck for the event. Today i finally made the decision to try them out, and ordered a falafel sandwich. Was a little confused when i first sat down to eat it, cause it had a little bit of sauerkraut and grilled eggplant, which as far as i can remember isn’t traditional, so i started out skeptical. After picking off the odd ingredients, i took a large bit of my sandwich and was immediately reminded how great falafel was, since i hadn’t had this kind of sandwich in years on a trip to NYC, and was so happy i ordered it. The falafel itself was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The sauce was well seasoned and not overpowering, i could really taste everything going on. My lunch hunger was definitely satisfied, and will be enjoying this food truck all summer.
