RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I called in an order of bolani and when I got there more than 20 minutes later it wasn’t ready. The RUDE lady behind the counter was incredulous that I was there to pick it up already when according to her I “just called 5 minutes ago”. I initially didn’t even mind that it wasn’t ready yet until she kept insisting that I just called 5 minutes earlier (I even showed her my phone to show I called 20+ minutes earlier), plus the fact that it hadn’t even been started yet. How do I know? She basically told the cook to start making it and then shut the kitchen door part way so that I couldn’t see that happening. There was 1 party dining already with a half-eaten bolani on their table and as I was talking to this lady, another piping one came out. I thought it was mine but nope, went to their table. My guess is the one that I ordered went to that party instead. I’ve even tried to go there two previous times, but they said their cook wasn’t there to make it. Too bad. Good bolani (haven’t tried anything else), but rude employees, and poorly-runned.

Panaderia Del Sol – Menu with Prices – 5248 CA-2, Los Angeles

Well I got my son’s birthday cake from this Bakery. I had tried them before I don’t know other friends birthday party and I thought they were really delicious . However I ordered a half a sheet it was supposed to be a Mario cake with the printed image I chose. it was $100 which was no not a problem because i knew their cakes were delicious however I asked them to have it ready at 1 I ended up picking it up at 2 I called to confirm that it would be ready and they asked me if I could pick it up at 2:30 and I asked I told them that I had requested her to be ready at 1 but if they needed me to wait 30 minutes that I would so I get there and it is the most ugliest cake I’ve ever seen the picture wasn’t even Center correctly it looked really plain when I told the lady to make sure that it looked colorful and obviously not plain. She promised it be a whole picture covering the cake. But it wasnt. I ended up taking it home because we had paid for it beforehand and I needed the cake for the party. I had to spruce it up at home by adding sprinkles and some of the Mario figurings I had. Never Ever ordering from here again.

Quinnipiac Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1653 Quinnipiac Ave, New Haven

Im so upset right now just ordered a party size bacon and cheese pizza, With hot wings. Pizza was cold, hardly any bacon we thought they forgot to add bacon. Very little of bacon. Tomatoe sauce wasnt cook enough. Party pizza was small not enough for 5 people. Call back to ask for paper plates with in 15 min of ordering when they told me 40 min. Explains why the pizza wasnt well done. Cheese was the only thing melted. Wasted $30.00 on crap.ð???ð???ð???ð??£very expensive not enough food.

Dobo’s Deli The Massage Cafe – Menu with Prices – 19 S San Joaquin St, Stockton

I went in on my lunch break. It was hot as heck in there. There were like 5 people waiting for food. The cook (who was there by herself) doesn’t aknowledge me for 5 minutes, or the two ladies who come in after me, or the third lady after them. The other two ladies were waiting 5 minutes for the cook to even look up and figure out that the order that was sitting on the counter was thiers (a call in). She takes 5 minutes tocheck them out… After about 15-20 minutes of waiting and one other person (the third lady she didn’t aknowledge) walking out, I ask her if my food is ready, and she says she is starting mine next. I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch waiting for food that didn’t even get STARTED. Now I have to wait somewhere else and be late to work…or go hungry. It’s 12:30 in the afternoon. You have to be able to handle the lunch crowd. Im still hungry because I told her not even to bother with the grilled cheese sandwich I ordered. Should i really have to wait 20 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich?

ACE ATLANTA Menu with Prices 4300 Buford Hwy NE Suite 218, Atlanta

I purchased a section and prior to the club becoming over 50% full everything was fine. I was told twice that I would have to share my section. The first guys that they were trying to put in my section didn’t have the money to pay for their bottles. Shortly after I was Told I would Either have to leave my section and go to a high top table or share my section with a party of 7. I had No choice but to share my section. To my surprise it ended up being a party of 17 trying to fit in my section. I went To the bathroom and when I got Back they drank my bottle. They never purchased any bottles either. I complained and complained and nobody did anything. Once the club was over I wasnt Leaving until someone gave me an explanation. Come to find out I wasnt The only person that had this issue. The security became very rude and started pushing us out the door. An altercation ended up happening when they put a woman in a choke hold to carry her out. That’s absolutely unacceptable. Once outside the So called owner began speaking with me but my friend came up to me with someone else that claimed to be the owner on the phone. I will NEVER support this place again and I defintely Don’t recommend anyone else going there.

Been here before, nice place, nice tables, good service. But last night the bartender was rude from the beginning, but just brushed it off and ignored it at first. She gave attitude to most people in my party at different times and even other groups where talking about the rude bartender. She charged for doubles, when he didnt ask for a double pour. He even came back to the table saying he thought he pissed the bartender off by asking for less Sprite since it was in a tall glass. She did ask if we wanted to play by the hour when we were already 10 feet away walking to the table, so we were charged by the hour, when we could have paid an all night fee for more than half the cost. And no discount for ladies night since men played at the table. Just be aware of the underlying charges and attitude.

Roboto Tokyo Grill – Menu with Prices – 3122 Mahan Dr, Tallahassee

I’ve eaten at all of the Robotos locations numerous times and usually the food is great. However, that was not the case tonight. I called in to order the chicken hibachi and was told my food would be ready in 2 minutes. I thought it was a little odd as I assumed they usually cook the food fresh and it definitely takes longer to cook chicken. None the less, I told the woman it would take me a little longer to get there so she said she’d wait 5 minutes and then put the order in. When I got home and opened the box, I noticed the chicken was all diced up and overly covered in pepper. It looked like they had prepared it well in advanced and then just reheated it. It was over cooked, crumbly, sauceless and all I could taste was pepper. The veggies that are usually a balanced mix, was pretty much all cabbage as well. Honestly I ate a few bites and was ready to throw it away. I probably won’t be returning to this location.

Adline Hot Wings Express – Menu with Prices – 2736 James Rd, Memphis

This is the third time we’ve waited over an hour for a call in order. The first time, I arrived after calling in an order. I waited. I asked the young lady after seeing a few people place orders and get their food before me to check for my order. She said it hadn’t come up. Come to find out, our order was sitting in the window the entire time. I asked the original cashier (who is always sweet) to check and she came and pointed it out to the girl who’d taken her place. Total wait was about 45 to 50 minutes. On one occasion, I called in and I placed an order for my mother and her coworkers for their lunch. She came from downtown and waited an hour after her arrival (not counting commute time) before they had the order ready. I had to call them to make sure they put it in during the call and the girl told me they don’t cook until you arrive and pay which means it’s pointless to call in. Today my mom called in at 12:30, went to the restaurant and paid and waited. At 1:30 she was told that her order would be ten more minutes when she asked for a refund. The young lady walked off as my mother was talking to her explaining that she’d already waited entirely too long. This is the worst place when it comes to customer service. You come in and the girls are rolling their eyes and frowning every time I go and the one nice girl isn’t there. They don’t greet you or say hey I’ll be with you in a moment. It’s just horrible. Today was the final straw.

I ordered food through GrubHub and called the restaurant to make sure my Mongolian beef was extra spicy. The lady that answered the phone couldn’t understand what I was calling about and after a few minutes of explaining it to her over and over she got it. Then not more than 10 minutes later the lady from the restaurant called back told me my food was ready but she was not giving it to the driver because she did not know how she was getting paid she said the driver didn’t pay her I didn’t pay her she wasn’t letting the food leave the restaurant so I called Grubhub back told them the situation they put me on hold called the restaurant to explain to the lady that GrubHub pays them the lady from Grubhub said that the restaurant understood the payment situation and my order was given to the driver and would be at my house within 10 to 15 minutes. Then within another 10 minutes I got a text and an email saying that my order was canceled so I called Grubhub back The lady that answered this time I explained to her what was going on she looked at the notes to confirm that the previous lady that help me from Grubhub talk to the restaurant and said my order was on its way so she called the restaurant back to find out what the deal was. After being placed on hold she came back on the line and told me that the restaurant canceled my order because she did not understand how she was getting paid so why would they make a deal with the food delivery service without fully understanding how they get compensated for their order.

**UPDATE 6/28/19** The shitty response I expected from a shitty hotel. I still can’t believe my husband and I paid $200 to stay in this piece of dump on a Saturday night. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but ended up checking out after just 1 night. Everything from check in to our room was awful. We arrived at 5:10pm and the clueless lady at the front desk told us they were completely booked and our room was not ready. When we asked her when it would be ready she told us she doesn’t know that it could be 30 minutes or an hour. She took down our number and told us she would call us when our room was ready. My husband and I went upstairs and he was so upset he said he wanted to come talk to the lady about our room not being ready. To our surprise we went back downstairs and asked another front desk lady, Lauren about our room. She told us our room had been ready and checked us in. We went upstairs to our ‘non smoking’ room on the 15th floor which turned out to be a smoking room they tried to cover up with cleaning products and spray. We called downstairs and they checked us into another room on the 7th floor. This room was better but never mind that the hotel is old, smelly and dingy. We even had blood stain on our lamp shade and spots on the wallpaper in the bathroom. Visitors beware DON’T stay in this piece of dump! The service is nonexistent and the building is very poorly maintained. Take yourself across the river to Margaritaville instead. I feel like we got completely ripped off by this super shitty place. STAY AWAY!!!

Church’s Chicken – Menu with Prices – 4154 W Congress St, Lafayette

Worst service ever! Ordered a 20 pc legs and thighs in the drive thru…they told me to pull into a spot because they were waiting on legs to cook. 25 minutes later, still no order. I called and they said they were going in order and they were still waiting on legs. Another 10 minutes and I saw others that pulled in to wait for their order a good 10 minutes after me got their order. I called again and they were still waiting on legs! I was very upset, tried to explain that they weren’t going in order…especially when I could see that the dining room customers were getting their orders quickly. Then the one I was talking to on the phone hung up on me! I went inside to get my money back and the manager (Kelsey) didn’t apologize…could barely talk to me. I saw on their order screen that my order had been up there for 35 minutes! I will not be going back to this location again!

Customer service is very rude. Went threw drive thru and was told to pull around since i wasnt ready within her asking me what i wanted and i tried to ask a minute to look at the menu and was told no we have a line pull around. The first time i went they closed a hour early and was inside socializing and said they were closed, second time i went they were out of burger had only chicken nuggets this was my third and last time going if they dont want my money every time ive gone else were and will for now on all their staff have been rude when ive tried to order.Ive never had to give a review before but this is ridiculous and should have something done about it.

Undisputed Craft House – Menu with Prices – 1881 Saul Kleinfeld Dr, El Paso

I had read about this place so i was anxious to check it out. I finally did last night…was kinda disappointed. I was given a beer menu that was January’s….then another one for February. Im guessing the beers keep changing because they didnt have the one I picked for January’s menu. Had a young girl that wasnt too helpful in helping me in picking the beers. I asked her what i mostly drank and wanted to see was similar to my choices…she had no answer. She wasnt rude, but not helpful… When I walked in I noticed that the place was too lit. Thought it was bar not a Barnes n Nobles. The crowd seemed pretty chill and the music playing had variety which was a plus. Not a bad place but was expecting a lottle more.
