What a refreshing place to set and have a relaxed meal with friends. Located in the terminal of the Glendale air park. This is a family ran restaurant. The owner may be the person that waits your table and cooks your food. The food I was excellent. Burger was cooked just right, juicy and tasty. This was my first trip but my daughter has been there several times. A great place to bring your children to watch the airplanes. There is outside seating and with the weather getting cooler you can sit outside and watch plains coming in, people unloading and loading their planes. The inside of the restaurant as what you can call child friendly. There is a play area where you could…..park your child while you talk with friends. Very relaxed atmosphere. This made a great outing for everyone. I already have my next trip planned. Breakfast with a friend. Great place. If you don’t visit you are missing out on a nice relaxing place to meet friends and have a nice meal.

Pit Stop BBQ – Menu with Prices – 8534 ASHVILLE HWY, Knoxville

Not surprised that this place has yet to be reviewed, it’s a small little joint out in the strawberry plains area of (east) Knoxville. While you might miss the location, the smell of the smoker will definitely catch your attention (probably after you pass it). This is a shame, because this place deserves to be recognized. The owner is very nice, and most importantly, he makes some great BBQ, period. My wife and I have had many of his sides and they’re all great (especially the hush puppies). We even tried one of his brownies on our last visit and now those are staples for us. If you’re passing through, or live in the strawberry plains area, definitely try Pit Stop BBQ, you won’t be disappointed.

Faris hookah lounge and Mediterranean grill – Menu with Prices – 20240 Park Row j, Katy

Visited the Faris hookah lounge with some friends from work without knowing what to expect. It was in a run down shopping mall near some other places that had a taco stand outside and not so great parking. My expectations were not set so high walking in, but I was surprised to see the cleanliness of the inside with what seemed to be a good environment of many people having a relaxing evening out. It took a while for someone to attend to us, but it was soon forgotten with the friendly environment and the kind service. Not to mention that the gyro I ordered, was delicious. I was skeptical to order any food because there is no visible kitchen in a building that seems almost impossible to have a full functioning restaurant style menu , but the food tasted great(I can only hope the kitchen is as clean as the seating area). They had many option for food and drinks, and every item looked great. I was definitely an enjoyable experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing outing with an enjoyable meal.

Bimbo Bakeries USA – Menu with Prices – 1955 Blue Hills Dr NE, Roanoke

Our appointment time was 4pm (2-29-16) yesterday. We showed up around 11am & went to check in with the shipping office just to see if they might be able to work us in early. We were very rudely told to leave & they’d call us when they had a door for us. Then the “very nice” lady told us to park off the property. Well……here we are over 24 hours later & they FINALLY started to load us at 4:38pm today (3-1-16)! They had us sitting at this dock for over 4 hours before loading us! Every time my husband went in to ask when we were getting loaded the “very nice” lady told him “you need to get outta my office, now!” They are nothing but a bunch of lazy good-for-nothing a**holes! Whatever you do don’t haul anything for them! Complete trash running this place! NEVER AGAIN!!!

DUKES Red Lantern – Menu with Prices – 1642 Velp Ave, Green Bay

Great place for all ages of adults. One of the favorite spots to go for my friends and I. And also a great place to meet new friends. Play pool, come to watch a Packers or Badger game or just relax on a night with the good music they always play. Oh yeah the bartenders are pretty cool too!

Neptune’s Park – Menu with Prices – 3001 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach

Great venue to sit and watch some live music. King Neptune’s statue is simply beautiful. It’s also a great meeting spot if you need to meet others. The grass is nice and clean so if you forget to bring lawn chairs you won’t get grass stains on your clothing. The acoustics allow you to hear the music much clearer and louder. There are walkways around the pavilion so you can walk, run, jog, or just walk your four legged friend. There are nice bars/restaurants alongside the park so that is nice. There are also plenty of benches along the sidewalks. I forget how much I love the oceanfront and how close it is to home. I must come more often!

Indiana State Museum – Menu with Prices – 650 W Washington St, Indianapolis

I love the IMAX. We go quite often to both 3D and 2D. This is the place to watch a movie. Now when buying tix it’s competitive to get middle of the theater seating. I have actually sit in both areas and really don’t notice a huge difference. But I have friends and family that won’t go unless they get in the middle. One of the things I love is that the theater serve alcohol. I think a relaxing glass of wine just makes the experience that much better. They have a parking garage below and I have never had trouble finding a spot. Inside the seats are spacious and reclining, truly a great opportunity to lay back and enjoy the movie. Inside I thought the temperature was awesome but my wife was chilly. So if you’re prone to being cold bring a jacket. After the movie exit out the back door and enjoy the canal for a stroll.

Aero Plains Brewing – Menu with Prices – 117 N Handley St, Wichita

I walked into a Wichita beer store to find Aero Plains beer cans available for sale. I knew I had to check out the brewery after looking at their flavors and beer flavors. Aero Plains is a lovely little brewery with a good variety of dark and light beers to choose from. The establishment is clean and has enough good seating to make it a good place to meet up. PROS: -The airplane theme makes me SO happy! The Aero Plains logo is adorable, the airplane decor is really eye-catching, and the plane theme seems to fit in pretty well with the Wichita scene in general. I’m an aviation enthuasist, and I was a happy camper here. -The flight boards are tiny little airplanes. The flight boards have seen some better days in their lifetimes, but they’re still adorably adorable. The staff writes the ID number of each beer on the board next to each flight glass, so you can reference the beer with one of the beer paper listings or the giant beer board on the wall. -There’s a decent amount of things to do with your friends. There are darts, outdoor and indoor seating, a foosball table, board games you can borrow, and more. 4-person tables aren’t particularly huge for gaming purposes, but if they’re slow, two tables could be easily pushed together for larger board games and groups. -Lots of art from local artists is posted around the place. Some of it is airplane-themed, but some of it isn’t. Aero Plains Brewing definitely has done a good job with decorating the place. It has a bit of an industrial, friendly open feel to it. -The staff at the front table was friendly. They were tolerant with me taking too long to order, and they were happy to answer questions. They weren’t overly talkative to us, but they did greet some customers by name, so it seems they likely know some of the repeat customers. Staff got through the line of customers relatively quickly. CONS: -The beers aren’t anything super-duper amazing. They have good light beers – which taste a bit like indescript light beers – and they have good dark beers – which taste a bit like indescript dark beers. Nothing, at least of their current menu, stands out as amazingly “unique”. The beers are good – don’t get me wrong. You’ll probably come away with a favorite out of their options. But there isn’t anything super unique on their list to make you go “woah. I’ve never had anything like this before!” During our tastings, a common statement from the group was “Hmm, This reminds me of [beer name here]…..”. -I’m meh on the table chairs. Their wood isn’t the most comfortable, and they cut into my thighs annoyingly after awhile. It’d be hard to sit in these chairs for long time periods if I was staying here for awhile with friends.

Kc’s Nashville Nights Menu with Prices 88 W Wilbeth Rd, Akron

Came here a few weekends ago to meet some friends, we’ve always heard about it, but it’s a little off the beaten path for us so we have never committed to coming, It’s a smaller bar, but very fun, the bartenders are fast, prices are normal if not a little cheaper than anywhere else you go, and the atmosphere was great. I met several “regulars” and they were super nice. We will definitely go back to see another band and hang out!

Fiesta Patio – Menu with Prices – 1 Ballpark Plaza, El Paso

I grew up watching the Diablos at Dudley Field and later at Cohen stadium, now taking my kids to Southwes University Park. It’s a beautiful place to watch a game. We have sat all over the park AMD never had a bad seat. The Fiesta patio is a great place to watch the game. Went with my son and girlfriend. My son played catch with Chico, got a foul ball, and was given a rally towel from another fan. We had perfect seats for the fireworks that followed the game. You cam see from the photos it was a night my son will never forget. Looking forward to the 2019 season and seeing the remodle of the Fiesta Patio.

Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau – Menu with Prices – 200 N Phillips Ave #102, Sioux Falls

We just came back from five days in Sioux Falls. We loved the bike trail, the Sculpture Walk, the Butterfly House and adjacent park, lunch at Minerva’s, cocktails at Krav’n, Radiance Day Spa, downtown shopping and Great Falls (of course). We are thankful for all the friendly people who made our trip so much fun. We traveled from three different states to meet in Sioux Falls as a family and would highly recommend it to other travelers!

Viajero Cantina – Menu with Prices – 1661 Bloor St W, Toronto

This is the hidden jewel of the neighborhood. We came here after a nice long walk through the park for the cherry blossoms, and to stroll through the zoo. We wanted a small, cute place to enjoy an afternoon meal that was low key but flavorful and unique, and this place did not disappoint. We had a pitcher of delicious white sangria, with dried apple chips on the glas, served in a nice large carafe. We started off with a sampler platter, some guacamole and chips, and a few enchiladas and tacos. We all shared everything while we sat in plush, comfortable lounge chairs. We brought our one year old, and even though they did not have high chairs, we were able to sit him in his car seat in one of the chairs. He actually ate everything- the guacamole, the enchiladas, the sampler plate- he tried everything and loved it! I think the duck enchiladas were my favorite item. I highly recommend getting the sampler platter to share so you can try all the different small plates they offer. Their bar was gorgeous, and the vibe was funky, relaxed, and cool. A perfect place for a date, an in-between-meal snack spot, or just to chill with a drink solo. I will definitely be coming back here again!

HK Kitchen & Draft House – Menu with Prices – 3599 E Tremont Ave, The Bronx

I Hate Having To Write Such A Negative Review, But I Will Be Honest. I Really Liked This Place And The Environment Before All Of The Silliness Started. Not sure what’s happening with this place after 12am but something is very wrong here. They’re always promoting the kitchen now being open until 1am and the place closing at 4am. On Sat. 7-13-2019 I decided to come here after getting off work and had friends headed over there for a good time. When getting there with come co-workers at 1220am The Security Guard runs to the door like “Oh nah, we closed for the night bro”. Another staff member of the place walked up to me asking me “what happened?”. I said “apparently y’all are closed at 1220am today”. (I took this incident as maybe something happened and they were being responsible as a business) Fri. 7-19-2019 – I came here again where the kitchen was open until 1am which is great. I Immediately noticed the interior of this place has the halogen lighting too bright for some unknown reason. At 2am the bartender shouts out last call (Here we goooo again). This placed was closed at around 230am. Sat. 7-20-2019 – Decided to give this place it’s last chance in hopes the integrity of their business would remain important to them. Came here around 1230am with a couple of friends, one taking a 30-40 minute drive from White Plains NY to come hang out. Once again the place was oddly lighted and the kitchen was open until 1am. At 125am the bartender started approaching(in a rushing manner) everyone one by one quickly saying last call. I then kindly asked “What Time Do You Guys Close?, Because on Your Website and Instagram y’all claim to close at 4am” The Bartender responded “it depends, today we’re closing early because it ain’t to busy”. I Responded “I was here yesterday and last week. It was the samething and worse last week”. The bartender being stuck and unable to obviously explain and treat me like a person experiencing this mess for the 1st time apparently there was no legitimate answer except it’s kinda slow. Shortly after They started increasing the lighting to an annoyingly bright setting (In other words,We Wanna Go Home So Get The Fu*k Out). I quickly requested the check where I again wasted the time of some friends with the nonsense of this place. Literally the staff was running through the entire place cleaning up and removing everything surrounding the bar as over 25 customers sat around the bar; Not Cool. The only reason this place is keeping a 2 Star Rating is because in the afternoon this place has shown to be promising. Sorry Guys Y’all Really Buried Yourselves With The INCONSISTENT Behavior. Beautiful Place, Poor Integrity. I will continue to drive out to White Plains NY with friends where I know their locations will not close at random unexpected times.
