I know some people may think you can’t get me some food inside of a gas station but me I am open-minded and I always take a chance if I see something that looks yummy. This joints fried chicken is delicious. Their name does not lie. Krispy and Krunchy and tender and moist as well. If you haven’t tried it yet I am giving you the two ‘s up to do it. Customer service is top notch as well. Will not disappoint.

Krispy Krunchy Chicken – Menu with Prices – 1302 N Broadway Ave, Wichita

I stumbled on a review for this place and have had it bookmarked since it’s pretty close to my house. since I was working from home today it was a great excuse to pop in at lunch. Yes, Krispy Krunchy Chicken is indeed located inside a Gas Station. Parking is a bit tight as … it’s a gas station. However there were 4 or 5 people already ahead of me and another guy who had called his order in ahead of time. Popular place … considering it’s … in a gas station. I parked next to the spot dedicated to putting air in your tires since that was the only place left. As soon as you open the doors you see the fried food display. Chicken, biscuits, onion rings, potatoes .. it all looked good. The weird thing is that it didn’t smell like chicken inside. KFC always smells like KFC doesn’t it? Anyway, I quickly looked at the menu and ordered the two dark meat chicken meal which consisted of two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. I added a small order of potato wedges because I felt like choosing a veggie option would be wise. My order came up pretty quick and before I knew it, I was back in the car and on my way home to see for myself if they truly lived up to the KFC comparison. Potato wedges: Really good. Perfectly cooked and a small would have been enough to share with someone else for sure. Biscuit: OMG Yum! These babies are delicious. Buttery, soft pillows of heaven in your mouth. Get a dozen .. eat them all. Chicken: I must say, it totally lived up to its name “Krispy”. Both pieces were Krispy and not greasy. But more importantly, they were KRISPY. However … the flavor was lacking for me. The Kernel has this undeniably deliciously seasoned skin that you can’t find anywhere else. So if Krispy would spice it up a bit, I think they’d hand a HUGE winning product. Overall the chicken was good and the customer service is friendly and fast. I enjoyed the biscuit the most of would come back for a bag of those any day. It’s worth a try for sure.

Krispy Crunchy Chicken – Menu with Prices – 1475 Dover Rd, Clarksville

It’s inside the Sudden Service gas station/convenience store. I read an article on USA Today about this chain, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, with over 2000 locations over the U.S., mainly in gas stations or convenience stores. It is surprisingly good, with a crisp, yet light and flaky skin. I could just barely make out the cajun seasoning. It’s not very spicy at all. For a quick fried chicken fix, I’m coming back here. I like Popeye’s, but it’s waaayyy farther from me.

Krispy Krunchy Chicken – Menu with Prices – 10736 E Jefferson Ave, Detroit

To prepare for our family reunion, held at Belle Isle this past July, we secret shopped several restaurants looking for fried chicken consistently hot and fresh, seasoned properly, and reasonably priced. Who would have thought a fried chicken spot in a gas station would meet the challenge. Krispy Krunchy Chicken (Jefferson), right outside Belle Isle provided excellent on time service and all 150 pieces of chicken taste like they came out the fryer at the same time. Had several locals ask where we got it from and the chicken was gone before the ribs! Needless to say I would use them again!

Krispy Krunchy Chicken – Menu with Prices – 597 15th St, Oakland

Date: 6/26/2019 Time: 11:15 AM 66° Partly sunny I met the owner of this Krispy Krunchy Chicken. He handed me a menu and told me the soft opening would be in another half an hour so. Unfortunately, I could not wait as I had other business to tend to. This afternoon around 4PM I went in to order from the menu the items I wanted to try – the 2-pc. dark meat and the 5-pc. shrimp. Both items include a honey biscuit. Small side dish (jambalaya, red beans & rice, mac ‘n cheese or mashed potato & gravy) is $2.00 extra. I wanted the red beans & rice; they sold out. Okay, jambalaya, please. It’s cooking right now. The wait time is 20 minutes. No problem; I will have two mash & gravy. The order is to go. There is no place to sit and dine in, unless one chooses to stand at the two counter tops by the windows. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is fast food for takeouts to go. Specialties: fried chicken (choice of dark meat, mixed or white meat), fried shrimp, fried fish, wings (choice with bone or boneless), side dishes mentioned above and French fries. They also have fried chicken sandwiches. The wait time for my order was about 20 minutes. A few customers after me received their food order before me. I don’t do a straight up tripping and create a scene. Not my style and/or character to raise hell in a newly opened business. The employees knew I was waiting for a while and they were profusely apologizing for the delay. No worries. They were kind enough to comp me with a fried chicken drumstick, one extra piece of fried shrimp and a third piece of fried chicken with the two piece chicken meal. The cashier did not charge me extra for the two small containers of mash & gravy. I believe it was an aim to please gesture. I like that and it pays to be pleasant and nice. It was no big deal that they forgot to ask me if I needed some sauce to go with the shrimp. I had leftover cocktail sauce from another outing in my fridge at home. The fried chicken drumstick was “krispy/krunchy”, but a tad salty. I peeled off the battered fried crust and the chicken infused with a seasoning itself was moist and delicious. At this time, I am leaving this place a three star rating. The actual rating is 3.5 stars. Krispy Krunchy Chicken has to grow on me. Thus, pending another two visits in the future to this fast food place might result in a four star rating. Finally, they are opened everyday from 10 AM to 10 PM. The neighborhood is sketchy in the evening, so take precautionary measures when in the area. Parking is also problematic during the day. From my perspective, Krispy Krunchy Chicken is another convenient place for federal, state and city employees working nearby to get a quick lunch.

I read an article on a site claiming Krispy Krunchy Chicken was the best fried chicken chain. I noticed there was a KKC in a Shell gas station convenience store near where I live. Since I have a fondness for Brother’s convenience store fried chicken in NOLA I decided to check this place out. It’s pretty delicious. The woman working behind the counter was super friendly. I got two pieces of dark meat fried chicken, it comes with a biscuit and she offered a sauce. The chicken has a great crispy crust that has a nice cajun seasoning on it. The meat is super tender with a little bit of cajun seasoning flavor. The biscuit is coated with honey so it’s delightfully sweet but not overly sweet. I didn’t get sides this time but will be back to check those out soon.

Krispy Krunchy Chicken/Super Express Menu with Prices 1237 Gordon Hwy, Augusta

Ambience. B. Service. A Food. A- Price. A This special chicken is part of this Super Express convenience store on fort Gordon highway. Located 1237 Gordon Hwy across from Capri Lounge/ Executive Inn. Clean convenience store open fall 2017. The Krispy Krunchy Chicken franchise is an interesting concept offering good crispy fried lightly spicy chicken in this location. Very clean. Bright lights. Friendly service. The guy behind counter offered me a breast chicken tender which was very moist and crunchy. This was not spicy. However, I ordered 2 thighs and thought the crunch was great and meat was moist. The biscuit was nice a crunchy I the outside and moist inside. I liked to add extra honey if they had any. Too bad they didn’t have available all side. Only one jambalaya, fries and several mashed potatoes. I was wanting to try the dirty rice and the fried rice balls which they didn’t have….sigh. Wonder if there’s just not enough foot traffic and business to build up this franchise. I would go back for lunch in afternoon in future or go around 4:30- 5:30 when hopefully they just fried for the evening. Nice crunchy and hot! I’m a fan right now for the chicken and biscuit! Mmm!

This is a Cajun style fried chicken joint located inside the 99 Ranch Supermarket good court that recently opened. I tried the fried chicken skewer. 1 for $1.29 or 2 for $1. The seasoning was good. It was kind of krispy, somewhat krunchy. The skewer had white meat, not dark. It was likely a chicken tender. The was no skin. They put a diced onion inbetween each chicken piece on the skewer which was a nice surprise. You couldn’t see it because it was also battered with the chicken. I liked it. The next time I’m inside 99 Ranch I’ll try another menu item.

Customer Service Sucks! I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender along with CA and FO. Our waitress had gotten a plate to take the tenders that I pulled apart to have them refry NO MAMA! First of all my hands have been on them and that is in NO WAY SANITARY! So the manager comes over to explain to me that it is NOT a CHICKEN TENDER BUT A CHICKEN TENDER LOIN! Well it’s WET AND RAW tasting. Now if that wasn’t the kicker I had given one of the tenders to the CA to taste it and the manager was going to charge him for my whole RAW MEAL! You know if people are not happy with there jobs that they can’t give AWESOME customer service STAY HOME! No one picked your PROFESSION! Ordered a hamburger so let’s see how this is. It is a NO GO! I asked for WELL DONE! NOT MEDIUM WELL! This was not a good experience for my first time.

krispy krunchy chicken – Menu with Prices – Tallahassee

This is hands down the best fried chicken in town. It’s in a gas station, and has a weird little drive through, but it’s quick and doesn’t disappoint! I usually get the mixed chicken 3 or 4 piece which is plenty for one. It comes with a honey biscuit, which is usually hit or miss – when fresh, they’re amazing… but if they’ve been sitting out for a while they can get a little hard. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because their sides aren’t great and the biscuits are inconsistent. The chicken is always 5/5 and I’ve always had friendly fast service! Would recommend for your quick fried chicken fix.

Skinnerâ??s – Menu with Prices – 919 Randolph Ave, St Paul

Had the Monday night special-8 pieces of fried chicken and a large one topping pizza for $18.95. What a deal! The chicken is crispy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. Pizza is homemade, and you can add an extra topping if you like for a bit more money. Delicious! Where else can you get a meal like that for under $20.00!? It doesn’t hurt that the folks there are so nice either! Dine-in or take-out. ð???ð???ð???

Southern Grill – Menu with Prices – 1118 Celebrity Cir #D315, Myrtle Beach

No way to sugarcoat this disaster. This was a last minute decision because Margaritaville had over an hour wait. We ordered 2 steak and cheese, one plain burger and 2 chicken nuggets kid meals. We waited over an hour to get the food. Fries were cold food was crap served on paper plates from Walmart. There was no dipping options for the chicken tender kids meals and the drink machines were broke giving very limited drink choices at by the bottle price. Food didn’t all come out together and the last meal given to us was a kids meal. Another customer complained and the response was given loud and clear from behind the register “go to McDonald’s next time!” Utter crap food and even worse customer service! AVOID!!
