J Brooks Coffee Roasters – Menu with Prices – 2099 Thomas Rd #16, Memphis

These folks get it! I received my shipment of Morning Mercy this afternoon. There was a mishap in packaging and I received the incorrect product. They responded to my email within an hour( and it was after business hours). Not only did the offer a quick solution but they did it in the most awesome, light hearted and professional way possible. I already loved the product but now I love the company/people! Keep up the awesome work!!

About The Coffee – Menu with Prices – 3160 Terrace St, Kansas City

ATC is an amazing place for anyone who is curious about any and all things coffee. There is a whole room full of coffee gadgets, brew equipment, accessories, and a wall of demo equipment that the staff is more than happy to show you. It’s basically a really inviting, hands-on retail space. It’s not a coffee shop, but they do love to offer you a cup of coffee when you walk in the door. They want you serve you a cup that you will enjoy, so they ask questions about what qualities of a coffee you enjoy. If they don’t have an answer to your coffee questions (which would be surprising), they are more than happy to figure it out with you. Very unpretentious and comfortable. They also do free demos. It’s nice to have free education in an age where everything seems to have a price tag.

GEO Pressed Juice & Wellness – Menu with Prices – 8126 Floyd St, Overland Park

The owner was so kind and very passionate about his products. Adam was very educated and informed me about all the benefits of the juice blends. It was really difficult to make just once choice because all the combinations of fresh ingredients are all just too good to be true. Had unique recipes that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The bottles are packaged well, they appear small at first but don’t let your eye fool you, they’re a solid 8 or 16 oz servings which is plenty when you have high quality ingredients. They also offer wellness plans for detox or just to amp up your body’s over all health. Another rare aspect is they offer a delivery service as well with some of these plans. I got the tetrahedron and it tasted amazing. Super excited to re-visit and hopefully they expand to others regions soon.

Krazy Pizza and Wings – Menu with Prices – 956 Broadway, Brooklyn

Terrible experience. Generally fast delivery, but when they forgot to send us utensils, they took 30 minutes to send them over after lying about the time it would take to get them over here (we live 5 minutes away). It took a lot of probing on the phone to get the manager to answer any questions. He would just pretend he didn’t understand me in that “let’s pretend I don’t understand English” sort of way (that just doesn’t work with me). “Again: I asked you “when did he leave?” “he is on his way” “stop answering other questions. Answer: when did he leave” “2 minutes ago” “I called 20 minutes ago about this… !!!” When the utensils arrived they were covered in dirt and wet (soaked straw packages with black stuff on them). Do not eat here unless you like diseases.

Crab Shack on the James – Menu with Prices – 7601 River Rd, Newport News

My sister and I were planning to have our nieceâ??s bridal shower here, but Nicki, a manager, was incredibly dismissive and rude and would/could not answer questions such as â??What kind of wines do you serve?â? so we changed the venue (the invitations had already been sent.) She said weâ??d be charged a $10 per person seating fee on top of the food and drink, that we could use a serving tray stand for the gifts and while we could bring in cupcakes, we could not have a table for them and weâ??d have to provide our own plates and napkins. Really?! Clearly Nicki did not want our business, which she will never have again. So disappointing!. From Nickiâ??s sister, Leah Hionis, who is also a manager:. Thank you for the FALSE review. Have a great day.. My response:. Leah L Hionis: This is most certainly NOT a false review. Your sister, Nicki, either could not or would not answer my questions, was rude and abrupt, told me I was being difficult and then passed me off to Taylor, a lovely young woman who was incredibly professional and helpful. When my sister met with Nicki, she never made eye contact nor did she stand up to greet her. Nicki told my sister that the food we wanted to serve would not be ready when we arrived, as Taylor told me, but would be started only when our guests arrived. I could continue, but Iâ??m sure you get the picture. My sister and I have never dealt with anyone in business so, rude, condescending and dismissive. Frankly, Iâ??m surprised that the restaurant remains open considering this is how you treat your customers.

French Quarter – Menu with Prices – 8657 Perry Hwy, Erie

I had a few drinks here one Tuesday, and the service and prices were excellent. The patrons were mostly decent folks, but after I left a friend of mine had to answer a few awkward questions about why she was hanging out with someone dressed the way I was dressed. Let me answer for her: Buddy, I came straight from work, and I leave my nice shoes there so they don’t get road salt on them. Is it weird for a guy to get a beer wearing a suit and muck boots? Is it? It is not.

Truck’s Chicken ‘n Fish – Menu with Prices – 604 Red Cross St, Wilmington

The customer service was great. She took time to explain and answer any questions without hesitation. It was a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was amazing. We had cake, drumettes and a fish sandwich. I would have pictures but my food was so good I couldn’t put it down long enough to take any lol. Go try it once, you will keep going back!

Kung Fu Tea – Menu with Prices – 7504 W 119th St, Overland Park

Poor service. I have been multiple times and while I like the tea, the friendliness and overall customer service is severely lacking. There is one gal in all the times I have visited, that has been friendly and professional. However- every other employee I have encountered is unprofessional (on their personal cell phones every time), uncommunicative or rude. They also donâ??t seem to know their product. I asked a few questions about ingredients (due to food allergyâ??s) and the answers given were not correct once I looked up the ingredient info myself. Having employees that understand customer service and good work ethic would serve this shop well.

The Lash Lounge Menu with Prices 1911 Aldrich St #140, Austin

Highly recommend Lash Lounge for all of your lash needs! I’ve been getting lash extensions for years, and I switched over to Lash Lounge about six months ago and couldn’t be happier! I enrolled in their subscription service and it makes it so convenient and easy to book and pay for my appointments. All of the lash gals are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all of your questions about the process, their products, lash care, etc. They’ll ask you questions about the look you’re going for and will make recommendations on lash length/fullness based on the style you want. I always wake up from my fills feeling refreshed and beautiful! I have standing appointments with Chyna every other Saturday and she always does such an amazing job! You’ll definitely be in good hands with her or any of the other girls at this location.

New Belgium Brewing Company – Menu with Prices – 500 Linden St, Fort Collins

A Family Review: This was our first experience in a Brewery with our kids. We traveled with our kids from Maryland and of course, as big fans of Fat Tire and in my case a huge fan of Voodoo Ranger we had to visit the New Belgium Brewing Company. Wow! It was an amazing experience for the whole family. Of course my kids cannot drink alcohol. Duh! But my super curious science amateur 5 year old learned everything about the chemistry process to make Mom and Dad’s favorite beer. He tasted the barley seeds, smelled the hops just picked up from the vines, and saw the mechanical process of bottling. Which he found amazing, he thought it was a big maze. We rode the big slide at the end. Afterwards we enjoyed playing all the outdoor games they have available through the property for the guests to share. And we ate some tacos in their Antojitos del Sureste food-truck. (the red salsa is on fayaaaaa) Parents Review: Fantastic. The beer tasting experience was amazing. The costumer service was excellent. Shout to our Tour Guide, Favorite Bartender, and soon to be owner of a piece of this wonderful company José. Thank you for being so kind and answering our geeky questions as our child’s geeky questions. Thank you for telling us more about the beautiful things NBBC does for the Fort Collins community, their Human Resource, and the environment. Now we have an even better reason to consume your product. I hope your Star Wars beer comes soon . Five stars for José! We loved it and hopefully we can comeback with friends. José had us try many different beers but he was always encouraging for us to keep hydrated, he made us drink water. In conclusion, if you are traveling with your family this is your Go-to brewery. Favorite New Beer that you have to try according to the expertise of our Correa’s palate: Form the Sour Surprise collection: “Oscar” (It’s aged in Blackberry Whiskey Barrels) INSTA @elizpics @vipkid.armywife

The Human Bean Eugene – Menu with Prices – 3645 W 11th Ave, Eugene

*Updating* I was running errands with my daughter today when she asked for HB. She loooves their frozen hot chocolate. I decided to say yes and over to the drive thru we went. The girls working were so friendly and the service was perfect. The drinks as always were delicious. I decided it was time to update my review and add a star. My one bad phone call experience shouldn’t overshadow all the quality in person experiences I’ve had.* I’m torn on this review. While the drinks are tasty and the service at the window is typically friendly, the unprofessional phone experience I just had was a turn off. I called to ask questions about their cups. Are they compostable? Can I bring my own reusable cup? Etc. I didn’t get all that far in the call. It rang several times and then was answered with an annoyed “Hi.” I waited a few seconds for her to say something else but she didn’t. So I asked if I had the correct number and she said “Oh, ya. Sorry.” I asked about the plastic being compostabland had to wait while she asked someone else. The answer I got was “No.” I didn’t even bother with my follow up questions I just said thanks and hung up. I know I’m being picky but at your place of employment you should be professional all the time, in person or on the phone. I opted out of the coffee.

The Crown: Royal Coffee Lab & Tasting Room – Menu with Prices – 2523 Broadway, Oakland

As a “self-proclaimed” coffee snob, I’m so impressed with this place, I can hardly stand it. While traveling, we’re always in search of a GREAT 3rd wave coffee purveyor. This place shot to the top of my list. We’ve been a number of times (we live 2 hours away) on practically every trip we make to the Bay Area. I’ve enjoyed a number of lattes, espresso’s (they offer an espresso “flight”) and cold brews. Each visit comes complete with great service and a coffee education (if you so inquire). These folks don’t just serve up some of the finest roasts I’ve ever tasted, they are “highly” educated about the process and freely share their expertise. I’m told that their “main” business is as an importer / supplier to many of the 3rd wave roasters throughout Northern California, and they’ve been in the coffee biz for many years. I have yet to take advantage of the many educational offerings they have, both for coffee professionals or just folks (like myself) looking to get more educated on the subject of GREAT coffee and how to make it, drink it and enjoy it. They don’t sell roasted beans, to the public, however, they will make you a cup of some of the best coffee you’ve ever tasted.
