This is a great mom & pop shop with the best Apple Fritters around, they do them right, crispy not thick and mushy. They also have really good Sausage Kolaches, large and regular and of course all the great tasty donuts. So much better than the chain shops. We actually live in the center of Dallas and make the thirty minute drive to get our donut fix. They are really friendly and always fix us up with an extra bag of donut holes or donuts to munch on for our drive home. Can’t go wrong here.

Donuts And Ice Cream – Menu with Prices – 2252 Euclid Ave, Ontario

What I’ve appreciated most here, is that even when many other donut shops have long since closed for the day, this place has had a full selection of decently fresh donuts. I’m sure many people have had some experiences trying to find good donuts during the later hours of the day. Many donut shops, (if they are even open), have little selection remaining, and/or donuts that aren’t fresh, or are even stale. But It’s not like that here. They do have nice donuts in general here. They also even threw in several complementary donut holes when I’ve bought a dozen donuts. I’d recommend it, especially for those looking for the sometimes hard-to-find, nice donuts, during the later hours of the day.

Best Donuts – Menu with Prices – 4301 SE 15th St A, Oklahoma City

You don’t call yourself “Best” without expecting some serious shade for if it’s not true. Good news is HOLY HELL. THESE ARE SOME BEST DAMN DONUTS. Each one is dipped or iced to please any perfectionist; they’re beautifully smooth on top. They are GORGEOUS donuts. And they taste like OH MY GOD. The glaze comes off in these beautiful little flakes. The donuts are perfectly chewy yet light and airy. Get a dozen for your office. And maybe a dozen for yourself. Donut holes? Oh please just get yourself a dozen of those, all assorted. Even if I buy the office donuts, I tend to like donut holes better (even though I end up eating the equivalent of six donuts then), and the Bavarian cream ones are so addictive that I suddenly became everyone’s best friend in the office. Definitely one of the Top 3 donut shops across America that I’ve ever had. Eat now, worry about pushups later.

Donut Prince – Menu with Prices – 407 Irving Dr, Burbank

YOU GUYS!!! Mike serves up the BEST donuts in town, and may I add, that his glazed donuts (and donut holes!) are the best I’ve ever had. They honestly seem to melt in your mouth. It’s become a weekend tradition of ours, to head out on a morning walk with the baby and puppy, chat with Mike for a bit, and enjoy his lovely donut creations. When my Mother visits from across the country, she genuinely looks forwarding to visiting the Donut Prince! I must say he also has tasty apple fritters and a variety cake donuts. While I may have a few extra pounds hanging around thanks to this place, it’s more than worth it. I hope you make the effort to stop by. From the outside, admittedly, it’s not the most appealing. But don’t they say – never judge a book by its cover? Give it a whirl; I know you’ll be back ?

Central Donuts & Bakery – Menu with Prices – 9500 Ray White Rd #167, Fort Worth

This was my go-to donut shop when I lived in the area several years ago. They had THE best apple fritters, which are my favorite, and THE best glazed donuts. After I moved away, I held every new donut shop’s apple fritters up against theirs and none ever passed. Theirs have apple filling you can see and taste. The donut itself is on the thinner side and with crispy outer edges. I love getting the different textural bites, some crispy and crunchy and some soft and gooey. The glazed donuts and donut holes are fluffy and just melt in your mouth. They are so light and airy and there is just enough glaze to give it a sweetness without being super sweet. You can’t get glazed donuts like this at just any other donut shops. I also enjoy their chocolate glazed, cinnamon rolls, and cake donuts. Sausage rolls are pretty standard. I was in the area recently and decided to stop in. Walking in, I was very pleased to see the same owners still there. They have always been super friendly and welcoming. I saw the same gentleman I remember working hard in the back making the donuts. You can even see him through an opening in the front. The kids in front of me were fascinated by him doing his work. It was cute. I got my beloved apple fritter and a few others. The fritter looked the same but honestly did not taste the way I remembered. The outer edges were crispy but the inner parts had a slight chew to it. It tasted good so perhaps just a hiccup in the cooking process. The glazed ones looked lighter in color but were just as fluffy and delicious. Still a very solid donut shop in the area!

Ray’s Donut Shop – Menu with Prices – 4805 Canton Rd, Marietta

Stopped in after church to grab a quick snack for me and my sons. Got a couple of sprinkled iced donuts, a donut twist, 4 donut holes, and an apple fritter. The price was something ridiculous like under five bucks. Just to make it worthwhile, I added a toasted blueberry bagel and then tipped generously because of the courtesy shown to us by the staff. The best part though? That first bite of the plain donut twist! Holy donut holes, Batman!!! That had to be one of the best donuts that I’ve ever tasted! The fritter, the bagel, and even the little donut holes were delicious too. My sons loved their sprinkled iced donuts as well. (I did share the apple fritter, donut holes, and blueberry bagel with them… but it was hard… ) Your job now is to go get yourself a donut from Ray’s too!

Honey Donuts – Menu with Prices – 1949 E Centerville Rd # 2, Garland

I can’t believe there are no reviews of this place… probably ‘cuz nobody can pinpoint the name of this establishment. There’s a sign out front that says Donuts Donuts. It used to be a Chinese restaurant years ago. The space is huge for a donut shop. In any case, this is THE BEST donut shop in South Garland. I’ve tried a bunch, but this place is tops. Very sweet Asian couple run the place. Everything is good… I particularly like the apple fritters and kolaches. The icing/toppings they use are so much better quality than the other raggedy donut shops in Garland. They always throw in extra stuff on my orders.

Sweet Donuts – Menu with Prices – 800 E Arapaho Rd #112a, Richardson

I was up early and it would be hours until lunch so I needed something to tie me over until lunch. This place was on my way and I stopped to check it out. It’s a donut hole-in-the-wall place as most mom and pop donut shops are. The guy behind the counter is stoic. It was relatively late and there wasn’t a huge selection. Normally I get a buttermilk (cake) donut, but it looked like they were out. I instead, got two glazed donuts. The donuts themselves were pretty good. Average to above average. The icing was still moist, enough that it didn’t fall off when you bit into the donut, but not so moist that it stuck to everything (other than the donut). I could have used the donut just fried a little more to make it more crisp, but that’s getting a little nit-picky. At $.65 each, that’s $1.41 out the door for two glazed donuts. Yes, I got three free donut holes, but that’s a relatively expensive donut. I can get cake donuts at other places for $.75 and I think that’s verging into the high side. Glazed donuts should be closer to $.50. I know what you’re thinking, “What’s $.15, dude?” It’s not that it’s just $.15, it’s that it’s 30% more than what I would expect to pay. I probably won’t come back here when there are better donut places with a better selection for better prices that are nearby.

Maple Leaf Donuts – Menu with Prices – 6469 Almaden Expy, San Jose

Loveeeee this place! I order door dash from here maybe 3 times a week because the Vietnamese coffee paired with some donut holes OR the cinnamon roll is just the absolute best way to start the morning ? This one time they ran out of one of the donuts I ordered and I quickly got a call from a lady from their shop and based off of that short call, I was even more sold to loving this place because she was the sweetest person ever! and really talked to you as if you were her family ? She threw in extra donut holes in my order and gave me any different donut of my choosing. Amazing warm service and donuts that make you NEED to have more than just one!

Donut Delight – Menu with Prices – 225 E Amherst Dr, Tyler

I was craving some donuts here in Tyler, and this spot had the best reviews on yelp. My consensus? Friendly service, good variety of donuts, but on the sweeter/oily side on the donut spectrum. There’s a good amount of parking, especially when you go early in the day. They share parking in a plaza with a bunch of other shops/stores, so don’t worry about getting a spot here…even during peak times. Donut Delight is a tiny shop that seems to have a lot of local support. They sell donuts as well as breakfast tacos (which all have meat), kolaches and beverages. I enjoyed the donut holes, but they were on the soft side and left that oily aftertaste. I think I’ve been spoiled by Round Rock Donuts and my favorite donut shop in Austin. BUT their blueberry and old-fashioned donuts are pretty good. They bag all your donuts up for you, and service is with a sweet smile. Support your local businesses! It seems like Donut Palace is the chain to go to here in Tyler, but I’m all for supporting the stand-alones.

Krispy Donuts – Menu with Prices – 3403 Louetta Rd Ste E, Spring

Hooray! I get to be the first person to leave a review on this establishment. I happened to stumble upon this place while driving home. The owners of the donut shop are the sweetest human beings I’ve ever met. They were so happy and welcoming. I ordered a glazed donut, a chocolate glazed donut, and a sausage/egg/cheese croissant. They even warm up your croissant for you if you want. This has to be a new donut shop because I don’t see how there aren’t any reviews already made. The donuts were like a hybrid of Krispy Crème and Shipley’s donuts in my opinion. I took a bite into one of the donuts and the interior was as soft as a cloud. The one thing I truly appreciated from their donuts was that it was not overly sweet like most of the big chain donut shops. I highly recommend those who are close to give this mom and pop shop a try. I love and a huge supporter of mom and pop shops.

DONUT QUEEN – Menu with Prices – W Park Blvd #112, Plano

Typical Asian (pretty sure Korean) owned donut shop that provides fresh donuts at a reasonable price. They also have some specialties (cronuts) and do customized donuts (name spelt donuts). We actually sat down at one of the two tables available to enjoy our donuts this past time. The lady working later then brought us two chocolate and two strawberry frosted donut holes in a bowl for free to us and said we should have told her we were staying as she would have given us a plate instead. She also told us which of the two coffee pots were fresher when we ordered coffee. One had just been brewed. Super nice. I also often find a couple of free donut holes in my to go bag each time I visit. Will definitely be back!

Sara Donuts – Menu with Prices – 9760 Medlock Bridge Rd, Duluth

A donut’s donut. There was a period in my life where donuts were my all time favorite food. Yeast, cake, jelly filled, maple bar. You name it, chances are, I’ve eaten it. But these donuts. Oh man. These donuts are quite simply perfection. If you’re a YEASTy BOI, you’ll love their raised donuts. They are so delightfully light, it’s like you’re biting into a sweet cloud. I think it’s like $1 for a bag of donut holes (my go too), and maybe a $1 for a sugar coated braid. Get these. You will not regret it. My only wish is that there’s a Sara Donuts in Atlanta, but I guess if I ever need motivation to visit the parental units, I know you’ll be there waiting for me.
