I love this place. Really do. Had many dishes on their menu. I cant get enough of the Mediterranean salad with chicken. Its large and plentiful with chicken. So good. My problem is with pick up orders. When I get the salad, I ask for the Greek dressing to be on the side (so it doesnt saturate the lettuce if I were to keep for leftovers, which I do) I was told it always does. That order came with dressing on the side, so when I ordered again I didnt ask, bc… dressing always came on the side for to go orders.. that didn’t happen. I was very disappointed. But since this place is so good and despite me moving and it’s a ways further, I still come here! So I order again and specifically say please put the dressing on side. Ok no problem. I get to pay and notice I dont see the dressing. I’m given one and I go home. Start to eat and noticed the dressing is all on the bottom of the container. So sad! I wont stop coming here, but please stop it LOL! Get it together

Mas Natural – Menu with Prices – 1905 Central Blvd, Brownsville

Very rude service cashier/server. I asked for a salad to go. She’s making it and pours the dressing over it. I stop her and say I’d like the dressing on the side because the salad will get soggy since I’m not eating it right away. She gives me a look like, “Really!?” Then she says, “I ASKED you if you wanted everything on your salad.” I tell her that yes I want all the salad fixings, but I want the dressing on the side. I explain that at the other location I’ve gotten it on the side without even asking when its an order to go. She tells me “Not here. We always pour it on top.” Then she says, “Next time tell me before I make the salad.”

Buffalo Wild Wings Menu with Prices 3316 Coffee Rd, Bakersfield

Went here for my sons birthday. Left not very happy and probably wont return. First they stuck us outside in a corner away from everyone else. Our server came to our table and got everyone at my table drink orders but mine. He ran off as I tried to get his attention. He returned 10 min later with our drinks and realized he forgot to ask me. (At this point not a big deal) I ordered a side salad expecting to come before my meal. We recieved our meals. I had to remind them about the fries my son ordered and my salad. The server brought the fries and salad 10 min later. The salad had the wrong dressing. I had to wait to see another employee 15min later to tell them about the dressing. The waiter apologized and said he would get me the right dressing. 20 min went by without seeing another employee. By this time I was finished with my meal except my salad. Finally the waiter comes and ask if everything was ok. I explained to him about the situation with the salad and told him that I would not be eating it and would not be paying for it. As for the other food. As everyone knows they are known for their wings. I dont know why, they were dry and over cooked. The carrots and celery looked as if they have been sitting out since Monday. The coleslaw had no flavor. Needless to say this is not a place I would recommend to anyone. Overpriced KFC wings. Good luck if you decide to take the chance. I hope your experience is better then mine.

Perfect Pollo – Menu with Prices – 11503 Tidewater Trail, Fredericksburg

I placed an order for delivery on yelp that was serviced by Grubhub. It took about an hour to receive. My chicken was delicious–hot, tender, very tasty. The black beans were also very good. My salad was ruined because of the way Perfect Pollo packed my order. They put my hot chicken and cold, dressed salad in the same styrofoam box which was then put in a hot bag for delivery. The dressing was on my chicken which didn’t really bother me. My salad was basically cooked by the time it arrived. I was very much looking forward to the salad and it was inedible. I purchased a meal with two sides and it makes for an expensive dinner when you have to throw one of them away. I will definitely go to the restaurant because I loved the chicken, but am hesitant to order delivery again. Very disappointed because healthy delivery options are almost nonexistent in Fredericksburg. Was it just laziness or do they really think this is the best way to pack the salad? Pack the salad separately with dressing on the side and this would be a 5 star review!

Sal’s Famous NY Pizza – Menu with Prices – 732 Eden Way N, Chesapeake

Sal’s in Greenbrier is consistently one of the better locations and our food tonight was no exception. Calzone w pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives for my guy. Chicken parmesan with spaghetti, the included garlic bread and side salad for me. I find the taste of mushrooms to be *insert gag sound* so I didn’t try his, but I’ve had other calzones here that were perfectly good. The chicken parm is adequate enough that I’ve also ordered it several times. (Haha) No, it isn’t THE best but it’s far from the worst. If I had to guess – the chicken comes frozen from the food distributor and the dish includes several thinner cutlets instead of one large whole breast. Either way, I always get at least 2 full meals from one entree. You also choose either spaghetti, penne or linguine for the pasta portion. I’ve only ever gotten the spaghetti. For those of you that care, the noodles are regular size – not thin or angel hair. The sauce is always pretty dang good and is a bit on the chunky tomato side which I love. My only issue was with the side salad. The lettuce was thinly sliced iceberg that you usually get on burgers and subs. That’s never acceptable to me in a salad. I’m not sure if their larger salad entrees offer different lettuces but I’d definitely inquire before ordering one. Also, the oil and vinegar dressing (tonight) was waaaayyyyy off. It was mostly oil with only a tinge of red wine vinegar so as you can imagine it tasted mostly like oil. Yuk! I ended up using some dressing from my fridge which was a bit annoying because I’ve enjoyed their O/V enough in the past that I even paid for an extra dressing tonight. Still not a big enough deal to ruin an otherwise good meal. FYI – all of my experiences here including tonight have been through the Yelp delivery feature on this app. Our food arrived 20 minutes later than the time frame quoted though it’s never been an issue on previous orders. I’ll definitely order again.

First Watch – 94 Hundred Shea – Now Open! – Menu with Prices – 9325 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale

Thought I would come in to support the new restaurant, I sat at the bar alone (no one else was at the bar), I ordered a salad without dressing and the server brings out the wrong salad with dressing on the side, then when she brings me the right salad, she brings it with the dressing on the salad, for the kicker.. when she finally bring the right salad with the dressing on the side I asked for a box and started to pack to go and under the first part was the original salad with the dressing on haha right how embarrassing to know their staff would do this, so the linemen used the same salad. When asked for a manager that girl goes over to my server and tells her first then goes to the manager’s area which is so unprofessional then the linemen all are staring at me when the manager does arrive. I said look at your staff right now, he apologized I asked if I could pay for my drink and I wanted to leave he said he would remake my salad, but at this point does anyone trust that the staff would not do anything to your food, you would hope that wouldn’t happened especially in Scottsdale. When I went into my hair salon after I told them what happened and the girls said they have ordered there twice and there food has been wrong every time and when they went to pick up the correct order the staff was rude. I will not be coming back to this location and I will be telling everyone I know and also writing on yelp. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and what is sad to remake a salad does not come out of the linemen’s paycheck so why couldn’t they just have done it right in the first place. To my server, if you can’t remember one order please use an ordering pad, it was not busy and I was a party of one! When the staff looks at you like it was my fault when it clearly was the incompetent SERVER who was at fault.

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue – Menu with Prices – 5730 Cottle Rd Ste.120, San Jose

I was really excited to like this place and I did on my first visit but my second visit was a real pain. I’m not sure if it’s just still a little too new and they’re working out the kinks of expediting in the kitchen. We came in to grab food for take out and it seemed like we came just in the nick of time since there was a horde of people after us. My friend and I pretty much got the same meat order – BBQ chicken but mine was a mini and his was the full sized dinner. The base BBQ chicken comes with mac salad and rice but I was able to get the rice swapped out for a green salad at no extra cost which was nice. I got my order soon after and I would have expected that he would have gotten his after too but he didn’t. They got the orders out of around 6 people who ordered after us and were dining in before they even acknowledged that we were still just waiting by the counter. I did make a note of what the orders of the other guests were and while some did order other meats, the BBQ chicken was served up a lot so it wasn’t like they ran out of that. My friend also made no substitutions so they weren’t making some special for him. I’d think that when someone is getting something to go, they have somewhere to go and places to be. They also tend to be standing around taking up room versus people who are dining in and have settled somewhere so I feel like it’s generally in a restaurant’s best interest to get the take away orders out the door first. The food was honestly pretty good. The mac salad could have a little less dressing on it imo. I’m just not impressed with having to wait until they served the entire restaurant before getting to someone with take out orders. The plaza that this place is in has tons of food. Next time I’ll go somewhere else when I need to grab something fast.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – Little Creek Shoppes, 3858 E Little Creek Rd Space 21, Norfolk

Hated it went in with a good mood left without it. I went to order my sandwich and asked for my spinage to be added before it gets toasted [i like the chesse melted on it] to which the lady with the noes ring rolled her eyes i was confused but didnt say anything about it. She walked off and finished another customers sandwhich and when she came and set mine up i mentioned “the spinage will need to be covered cause it will burn” after seeing she placed it on its own side rather then under the cheese she snaps at me saying she knows and they dont ussualy do it this way then picked up all the meat and cheese and flopped them on the spinage side. I have PTSD from a incident in my teen years and at that point her snapping at me made my heart rate increase and i cassualy asked my boyfriend for the car keys to “get my phone” wich was just so i could go outside for a sec to calm my heart rate. Went back in and luckily he was done with her and handed me my cup i went over and was annoyed again seeing no tea of any kind i dont drink soda and reluctantly got viatamin water. Went to sit and eat unhappily i came in excited and happy to eat before going to the garden nearby but left in a less then happy mood i get it was easter and she probbaly didnt want to be there but the way she acts was NOT acceptable and made me not only have a episode but wrened my day.

O’Brien’s Bistro – Menu with Prices – 4350 Bayou Blvd, Pensacola

The outward appearance of this restaurant does not accuratly reflect whats inside. I thought this was a regular run of the mill place to get a quick bite after a long flight, but I was totally wrong. This is a fine dining establishment in every way shape and form. I was wearing shorts and a tshirt and felt under dressed. I sat outside since it was such a nice day out. My waitress brought out some water and some biscuits and butter. These.biscuits. I dont know What blend of herbs and spices they put into these things, but these biscuits! They are an experience in themselves, make sure to ask for them when you go. Aside from the biscuits, I had a salad which, you know, a salad is a salad. Dont get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with it, but at the end of the day a salad is still a salad. With such a wide array of options across the three menus (brunch, lunch, dinner) there is something for everyone, so stop by and checknit for yourself.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 311 S Rosemead Blvd, Pasadena

This place need to hire a new manager. I get here at 930(online shows closes at 11pm) I see a line of 5 people waiting for orders. I stand waiting at register for at least 15 mins. Now while im waiting to just get my order taken. I see who I presume is the manager on duty (guy in blue shirt) he is walking back and forth mumbling to himself. Knocking down paper and trays. Complaining that its too busy and saying (dont these people know we close at 10) Does this guys really not want business. Or maybe he just didnt want to work or he doesn’t like his job. I got a sense that the rest of the staff seemed afraid that this manager was going to snap at any second. Now I’m still waiting and this manager calls my name. He says all I have is this(points finger at what’s left in chicken.) Ask if I want that or want what I ordered? Um of course I want what I ordered. This is now another 20 mins after I ordered. He is saying it’s going to be another 20 mins , since they have to make it. I said I’ll wait. He then tells me to go wait outside, because the lobby is closed. Why leave when other customers are still sitting and eating. By the way there are 2 other customers after me. And he wants us all to leave because the lobby is closed. No I dont thinks so. This guys is being such a tool. He is still complaining that all day they had 5 customers and now the customers wont stop coming in. Doesn’t he know that it’s a good thing to be busy and make money. Still the other staff looks unsure on what to do . Not wanting this manager to go crazy. This guys still wont shut up, this whole time complaining and in a bad mood. Still waiting Still waiting Still waiting It’s now 50 mins after is showed up and my orders done , the manager dissapeared for about 15-20mins. He Comes out when I’m leaving and looks around still complaining. The other worker is at least apologetic about wait. By the the signs still says open and there still taking drive thru orders. And the lady after me is still waiting too. This is a long review because I had time to write this since im waited 50 mins because this manager doesn’t know how to manage. Tip to owner of store. Get rid of this guy. He makes customers not want to come back. I will drive the other way next time just to avoid his attitude and wait

Yamasaki Teriyaki – Menu with Prices – 9 Dixwell Ave, New Haven

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Yamasaki Teriyaki as an option on Snackpass. I think we just found our new favorite quick, delicious, and cheap Asian-fusion place in New Haven! The restaurant itself is clean and spacious, and the servers and chefs are all so friendly. We ordered the Chicken Bento (with comes with chicken teriyaki over a bed of rice, a side salad with citrus Asian dressing, 3 pieces of gyoza, and 3 California roll sushis) and the Chicken Teriyaki Plus (with comes with chicken teriyaki, a choice of lo mein/fried rice/regular rice) a side salad with citrus Asian dressing, and your choice of hot & sour soup or miso. First of all, the portions are MASSIVE. For under eight dollars, you can get dish that could probably last you 2 meals. Second, the chicken teriyaki is of high quality, and the meat is tender and flavorful. The chicken strips are quite meaty, and they are all well seasoned with teriyaki sauce. The rice under the chicken teriyaki is incredibly soft and pillowy, kind of gummy, which is my favorite kind of rice! We ordered the chicken bento with vegetable lo mein, which was so savory and substantial. The gyoza in the chicken bento box could have been a little more flavorful, but the outside wonton skin was crispy! California roll was standard, and a nice touch. Finally, I have to mention that the dressing on the side salad is one of my new favorites – so tangy and creamy. In addition, I didn’t expect the salad leaves to be so fresh, which was definitely a nice surprise. I will definitely be coming back again!

Athena Express – Menu with Prices – 2133 Kaliste Saloom Rd, Lafayette

Best Greek food in Lafayette hands down! You’d be surprised, but this is the best gas station food I have ever eaten! It is my go to when I’m not feeling something fried. It’s very fresh and the employees are sure to pile your plate with food. I always order the Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side. I feel like they drench it in too much dressing, so I like to do it myself. The portions are big enough to eat for two meals. Which I usually do that. If you’re looking for good Greek food then this is the place to go!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back!

Faialense Sport Club – Menu with Prices – 1121 Cambridge St, Cambridge

Good food and good crowd. Seafood is fresh. And the atmosphere was amazing. We got to know and got talking to the people who were sitting right next to us. They even shared with us their homemade desserts. It was such a fun atmosphere. It felt really nice to be welcomed and be part of a community. It was definitely a different experience. The food was also fresh and the drinks were good too. The only thing is when we come back, we have to go early so that by the time our food arrives, we arent so hungry and almost past our hunger. But this is not their fault. They arent restaurant style/type. We knew this but we had to try it. We should have gone there right when they open. What I noticed is that the people cooking are great at what they do but they dont treat the ticket orders as how restaurants do. We notice that maybe due to the small kitchen, they fire up one dish at a time. So we noticed all of the fish steak dish coming out for the entire dining room, then comes next the shrimp dish etc. Then the steak…so the food for our table didnt come out all at the same time and we all didnt eat at the same time. But thats okay, we decided to share it as family style instead so we can all eat and have something. Next time, we know what to expect. The best thing about this place is that you have that table for the entire night! No one is rushing you to leave! Quite a concept for american diners isn’t it? We’ll be back!
