I’m from out of town. I called first and asked.. “is this a full service restaurant?” The person who answered the phone had an attitude and said, *lip smack* “yea”. Me: do you have an online menu? Employee: *lip smack* no! Dumb, but we still decide to go. This is NOT a full service restaurant. It is a freaking grab and go deli!!!! They were out of EVERYTHING on the menu. Wtf. Why couldn’t you say that when I called instead of having an ugly attitude. I have to believe the 2 people giving reviews are either the owners or the employees. No one could like this place that much not w this service. No!!! AND to top it off, the food I did order wasn’t added to my damn bag. Wtf â? nope don’t go here if you’re from out of town looking for good food and service, you will be very dissappointed!!!!

Sake Hibachi & Sushi – Menu with Prices – 209 Tom Hill Sr Blvd, Macon

One of the owners who is typically at the register is very rude and not friendly. Heâ??s the shorter man with thick eyebrows. Anytime me or my boyfriend come in and pick up our order we placed over the phone this guy always sighs and huffs when we come in to pick it up. He acts as though he doesnâ??t want to service us. The last time I came in to pick up my to go order 15 minutes after I placed it, this man acted as though my order didnâ??t exist yet after i told him I just called he walked right to the back and got it and just slid it across the counter to me. If you donâ??t want people to buy food from your restaurant then just put a sign in the door saying so. Even when others come in after me he still has a slight attitude as if customers are bothering him. I do think race plays a major role as well, just like someone left in a previous review. Even though me and my boyfriend are black this employees attitude is way worse towards us. Overall I have heard him speak unfriendly towards others of different race. I will not return here. As for the food itâ??s decent, but there is better food with a friendlier environment.

Momentum Coffee – Menu with Prices – 3555 Rayford Rd #10, Spring

This place is a must EVERY time I come home to visit. The coffee is great and the food is great. Except today….hence the 3 star review. Customer service. I walk in and they have ONE person running the counter, drive thru and producing drinks. I get it’s a Tuesday and business can be slow during midweek and one person running the whole show can slide. I know how it gets, Ive been a barista. So, I’m patient. But, when the poor girl has a line of 5 deep, 2 cars in drive thru, and still has to make drinks for patrons who previously ordered….shes going to need help. What got me heated was while all of this was happening, there are 3 Owners(I sure hope it wasnt), managers or employees sitting in the corner chatting(or having a mtg….frankly, as a customer, dont know, dont care) and seeing their girl starting to drown, do absolutely nothing. Yet, one of the guys in a tie dye shirt just keeps glancing over at the line as it builds, still do…..wait for it…. nothing. He finally decides to make moves and help the poor girl after I was giving him a stare down. Then the dude finally walks up, asks if I’m waiting for drinks or food, I needed to step to the side counter. I told him that I was actually waiting to be helped and he rudely replied, “Well….I’m right here” DONT ever talk to a customer in that manner or tone. Customer Service is what keeps what makes a business thrive. There are plenty of coffee shops around here but Great customer service is what makes customers return for your coffee. That’s why I kept coming back. I hope the next time I’m in town the customer service is better.

Maryâ??s Cuban kitchen and bakery inc – Menu with Prices – 6160 SW State Rd 200 suite 107, Ocala

THEY WILL RUSH YOU OUT! Horrible Service! We called ahead to confirm that breakfast is served all day and they confirmed. Arrived at 2:18 and told that the “Skillets were cleaned and closed for the day”. When I told her we had called and driven all the way from Bushnell after calling to confirm breakfast all day, she copped an attitude saying “what time did you call”? It doesn’t matter what time I called. The photo shows how at 2:30 the woman’s companion had put all the chairs up on the tables even though another several patrons came in. She greeted them saying “to go right?” The food is Delicious, typical Cuban Fare. I will not return due to the rude treatment we received. Please read some of my reviews. It’s RARE for me to post a negative review. Sadly, this one was well deserved. Shame on you counter lady Alieta of Mary’s Cuban Kitchen. I requested the name and phone number of the owners of the Cafe and we plan to call them to share our experience. Please note that the Kitchen staff was VERY nice and after one of us sent the eggs back because they were too runny, actually came out to make sure that they were right the second time. The food is delicious but rushing clients out 40 minutes before closing time is unacceptable. As long as they have counter attendants like Alieta, like I will not return. UPDATE: received a telephone call from restaurant owner who took interest in our experience described above. Said he wants to find out what happened and make it right. I thanked Tom for his courtesy and his interest and assured him that I don’t need anything to make it right because we love the restaurant and the food. I only wanted him to know how guests were being treated close to closing. He was very very apologetic and assured me that he will be following up on this situation. So my recommendation is that because the food and the prices and the actual restaurant are great!…… it is worth giving them a try – but if you have any problems and are being rushed out, please call the restaurant owners and let them know!!!!!!

Valentino’s – Menu with Prices – 4451 N 26th St, Lincoln

Dont think I’ll ever order at this location again. Was told 45 minutes ordered at 7:58PM and called at 9:14PM to check on order guy told me any second it should show up at any second. Got the pizza at 9:40PM. Asked the delivery guy what took so long and he said there was 4 other deliveries. Okay I get that he had 4 other pizzas to deliver but no one can pick up a phone and tell us they are going to be late. On top of that pizza was cold. Called and talked to manager and he gave me 25% off and wouldn’t own up to mistakes that were made. Also never did get a sincere apology or I hope you will still order with us. I normally dont write reviews but just so people know their food might be late and cold.

Palm Court of Guyana – Menu with Prices – 17116 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica

Called the restaurant and placed an order for delivery. Person taking the order said food should be at my place in 20mins since I’m 2 blocks from the restaurant. Called back an hour later after the food still didn’t arrive. A man picks up (the owner or manager) and says the last order he has in the system for me is from March. I asked him if he could inquire with one of waitresses about the order and he says “don’t you think they will lie about taking the order”. I’m stunned!! What does that have anything to do with anything? You have to question the integrity of the people that work for you, for something as simple as taking a phone order? Or maybe that was just an excuse because he felt a customer’s business isn’t important enough to even ask his staff. Then he goes on to tell me they don’t deliver past 8pm on Sundays. Sat here hungry for no reason!! They obviously didn’t care!!! The man didn’t even apologize, just put forth lame excuses… they obviously don’t care about the people that keep places like this in business. DONT EAT HERE!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I’VE SEEN FROM A RESTAURANT!!!

Fuego 360° – Menu with Prices – 131 N McKinley St, Corona

Worst food!!! Terrible service!!! Employees with no manners. Restaurant closes at 9pm and they were cleaning the kitchen at 7:30pm, mopping the floors in the dining area while we were eating at 8pm. Walked out and saw two cars waiting for the two employees working there so apparently the rush to close was because their ride was waiting. Stay away from this place. I’ve had better chicken at road side joint in LA, let alone a decent place that specializes in rotisserie chicken. Chicken tasted like it was sitting in the oven for a while. Stay away from this place. I’m surprised at other reviews that are giving this place raving reviews. This place is a joke.

Selva Negra Restaurant Miami – Menu with Prices – 2025 W Flagler St, Miami

I usually refer this place as one of the few Nicaraguan places in Miami, to people when they visit town because there’s no many Nicaraguan restaurants near Miami Beach area. I go myself once in a while and despite the food not being great I get a very nice experience in service with Nubia as she’s a great server and takes good care of me. In fact if she’s not there I already know in shouldn’t have high expectations about the service. The food and quality for service is not very authentic for a Nicaraguan place. The food takes too long and is not really fresh sometimes I’d much rather tell people about some take out places in which food is being cooked Right there and you don’t have to pay extra or a percentage for gratuity for such bad service and inconsistency in the quality of the food that is a little overpriced for what we call fritanga in Nicaragua. I was there last night. We have to go in and ask them if they were still open at 9:30pm because the “OPEN” sign was off and most lights were off. They said they were open, so we proceed to get off the car and grab a table. As usual I have my dog with me and my little baby and couple of friends. Some guy who I never seen before who I supposed was the manager on duty said the people who own the place and people who come to the restaurant might not like dogs. I told him I have brought my dog before while owner was there and explained to him I have the documents for service and he just kept saying he didn’t know and he needed to make a call to ask because obviously he doesn’t really know if they take pets or not. He Made a quick call and came back to me and said “I’m sorry yes, the owners don’t like dogs” So I guess last night when they were trying to shut down the place which is supposed to be open they decided to refuse service because the owners don’t like dogs even they have let me in with my dog before. Ok you call it whatever you like but I call it unprofessional and Inconsistent. Way below the standard of service of any establishment. One day you accept a dog and another day you refuse a dog that happen to be a service animal as well because “the owner doesn’t like dogs” today and by coincidence you are trying to close because there’s not people in the restaurant. I said “No worries” and walked out. I went to next place with good food and enjoyed friendly faces with better attitude who are aware of the law and didn’t refuse service because didn’t feel like working. I’m in same industry as well and feel bad for the owners who don’t take their time to train their employees on service and basic standards to keep their places in business. That explains why they were empty and trying to shut the place around 9pm For bad service and discriminatory treatment I would’ve stayed in the touristy area in south beach but even they know better and are aware of and train their employees to understand the needs of customers with service animals The only entity allowed to decide if an animal is truly a service dog is a judge in a courtroom. Refusing service and/or being rude to a service Dog and handler is not only unprofessional behavior, but it is illegal at both state and federal levels. Google it people! That’s why I definitely like dogs better than most people. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed of this place. I’m not coming back here or referring people to have a bad experience.

Seasoning 63 – Menu with Prices – 2513 Old 63 S #103, Columbia

Good food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Delivery sucks and their manager is a jerk. Called to complain after order was an hour late (an hour AFTER the initial time promised it would be here, Which was 1.5 hours after placing the order). Called the restaurant 3 times to get help on where the order was…â?he went wrong way.â? â??He is on the wayâ? etc etc etc every excuse in the book. Driver finally called â??Hi. Come out to get your food.â? Other than that being rude for having food delivered, he wasnâ??t even by our apartment. Still had to wait. Asked for a discount and he said he didnâ??t know if they did that. Told us to sign receipt but both said customer copy and had no signature line. I called the restaurant again to ask for a discount for being an hour late and the lady handed the phone to the manager. He kept giving excuses and saying we must have ordered from door dash, which we didnâ??t. We ordered directly from the restaurant. Then I asked for the owners name so I could talk to someone above him. He asked what discount I wanted and kept laughing at me. I pointed out how incredibly rude it was to laugh at an angry customer and he laughed again. Then when I asked for owners name and when he would be in, the manager â??gene?â? Said he didnâ??t know when Loo was going to be there. I asked for the lady that I first spoke to and he said he didnâ??t know her name (yet heâ??s the manager?). He finally told me he would refund me half of the order price and I said ok, but when I told him I was angry that he was laughing and didnâ??t handle the situation well, he said he canâ??t talk to me anymore and handed me back to the lady. She said she would refund full price and they hung up. What a trip with these people. Good food, but man, thereâ??s good food with good service at tons of other places. Go to other places.

Le Boudoir Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 3301 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa

Talk about bad customer service and a worse Manager?s attitude. Made a reservation over the phone with the Manager for Saturday evening only to show up and find the restaurant closed. Called Sunday morning ( they were open for brunch) and spoke to ( the same manager I made the reservation with) and when I asked what happened all he said was yes we closed for dinner. No explanation, no sorry about that. When I asked why didn?t you at least call me and let me know? No response. So I said well you give me no choice but to write a bad review. His response to that was ? Write a bad review, I don?t care?. What an attitude. And now that I look back at other reviews I see this has happened to other people on other days. Be careful if you plan on going there; they might not be open.

Mariscolandia – Menu with Prices – 115 N McKinley St Ste 101, Corona

Overall my first experience with this restaurant was not as pleasant as expected. I first heard about this restaurant from a friend and I was engrossed into trying this restaurant. When I first entered the restaurant the employees greeted us and I felt welcomed by it. In the beginning they had good service but after we had ordered our food thatâ??s when the tables turned. Their were at least 10 people maybe less in the restaurant when we ordered our food. I had hoped they would continue their good customer service but I was wrong. I had to wait 45 minutes for my food. I was angry and disappointed because not only their were less than 10 people in the restaurant but the employees were completely slacking during their job. I was about to leave but the food came after those 45 minutes. As soon as my food came they told me the tortillas would be out right away. They never came out. I just wanted to leave but I was hungry so I gave them a second chance. My meat, rice, and beans were somewhat cold so I ate for a little. I called them over to ask for a box and the bill. I also mentioned that I never got my tortillas. I didnâ??t give them a tip either. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Pressed Juicery – Menu with Prices – 40756 Winchester Rd Space 206, Temecula

I was so excited when this was opening because I love going to sprouts and buying their Pressed Juice products. The only problem was the employees. That’s why I gave it a three star review. I waited in line for the freeze which I should add-since the employees won’t inform you-that you need to go to the left side of the store for the freeze and the right side of the store for the pressed juice products. The girl came out of the back to help a family when I was waiting in line. She should of asked who was next but instead helped out the family when I’ve been waiting for the same thing they wanted longer than the family that walked in. The problem was when I did inform them that I was waiting for the ice cream the girl gave me an attitude problem. After I dealt with the attitude problem from the young girl working there. Her coworker informed me there’s two different lines. How would a new customer that’s never been in there know how the lines work when the employees themselves don’t communicate with you but give attitude to the situation? There should be signs inside the store or…pressed Juicery employees should communicate so another situation like this could be prevented. The two employees there had two annoyed family’s with the situation at hand. The employees didn’t even apologize to me or the other family about there rudeness. And told us about the two different lines once we were paying definitely won’t be going back there if those employees give me attitude every time I go in. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

Siempre Natural ‘North 10th’ – Menu with Prices – 7501 N 10th St #60, McAllen

My review is not about the place or food, I love every single thing on the menu, I’m a regular and all is yummy, affordable and a little healthier than any other fast food place, the problem is when is not “fast”… And that falls on the employees, training etc. On average I always get a fast service, but not today, I just went and this guy Cristian on 10th St location is the laziest person I have ever seen! He takes his time on the meaningless things like 2 mins to put his gloves, phone rings and he took off the gloves again, then he put them back on, another minute then 10 mins to get a sandwich with only 1 ingredient, slooooow moves, slooooow steps, I understand he is maybe a rookie but his attitude was beyond lazy, even cynical, cause he kept laughing to himself while he knew he was being the slowest he would be and he was aware I was waiting for a long time already. There was another customer before me and he took like 20mins with her 2 sandwiches, salad and soups. My son called me, he was worried that I was taking too long to come back, he even asked “is there a big line?” I’m not exaggerating guys. Owners please train your people to take 5 mins at most with every order, every item on your menu is almost ready, it really should not be longer than that. McDonald’s policy is 2 mins per order and they have to do more steps… I’ll change my review when I’m sure the owners read this.
