Excellent little deli/cafe inside this office building. I work up the street and routinely come here for lunch. Everything is made with fresh ingredients directly in front of you. The menu is varied with a great selection of lunch and breakfast items including espresso, soups and sandwiches, and wraps. My only issue is that during lunch this place gets busy and there’s a bit of a wait because the only person who preps the items is the business owner and she’s working as fast as she can but I don’t mind because of the quality of the items she delivers. I wish we had something like this in my office building that she ran!

Island Cafe – Menu with Prices – 501 Independence Pkwy # 104, Chesapeake

If you work in this area, this is a prime choice for lunch. The ladies who work here are excellent cooks. They also seemed kind and gracious. I’ve only been here once since I’m rarely ever in this office park for long. For that reason, I can’t provide much info on their menu or daily specials. The day I was there they were offering a Korean BBQ. She described the dish to me in detail and offered me a sample which I declined because I knew I was going to love it, and I did. The beef was flavorful and juicy. It’s served with white rice and a salad with vinegar based dressing. The meal was hot, fresh, and delicious. It was under $10 including the drink. At this place, you order at the counter then get your cup and grab a drink while you wait. The dining area is tiny, approximately 8 tables that seat 2 people. There is no restroom, however, just a short walk down the hallway toward the building’s lobby, there are large, clean restrooms. I was there after the lunch rush around 2:00 so I don’t know if space is an issue during lunch peak. Since it’s in a office park, most customers probably work in the building or an adjacent building and can just go back to their office to eat. If I’m in the area for lunch again I’m definitely going back to see what other specials they offer.

Cornerstone Cafe Menu with Prices 1515 Federal Hwy # B2, Boca Raton

Cornerstone Cafe is a convenient and quality locale for a solid lunch at the office. This venue is located within an office building (on the basement level) however it can be accessed by the general public during regular office hours of 9am to 5pm. When I use to work in the building, this was always a good option ranging from a tasty lunch to quick snack. The menu is bountiful, with a wide array of breakfast and lunch items. Some of the more memorable entrees include things like “The Hungryman” an inexpensive yet delicious breakfast sandwich packed with homestyle potatoes, scrambled eggs and ham. Other worthy selections include the loaded baked potato and chicken parm sandwich. Food is always served fresh so you can expect prime ingredients. If you don’t see an entree you like, feel free to ask them to cook you up something to your exact needs. Daily specials are listed on the sign out front. Prices are reasonable and range from 5 to 10 dollars. Expect things to get busy around noon when most people take their lunch. I would recommend calling in your order ahead of time to beat the rush. They also deliver to the office suite for events. There are multiple small tables around the surrounding lobby which is suitable for dining solo or in small groups. There are also a few seats inside. The friendly service and accommodating owners are what keep this place at its best. Whether it’s good conversation or ways they can improve their meals, everyone behind the counter is always willing to listen. Stop by this place for lunch if you’re in the area and don’t forget to try their world famous banana bread!

Jerry’s Deli – Menu with Prices – 1601 Northwest Expy # 120, Oklahoma City

Jerry’s Deli is a great place to get a bite to eat if you don’t want to leave your office building. They’ll customize your order with no issue. Very friendly staff. Great for breakfast, snack, and lunch!

Megabites Deli – Tacoma – Menu with Prices – 1201 Pacific Ave, Tacoma

Came by for lunch as I was working nearby. Small little sandwich shop at the ground floor of an office building. They do serve coffee, breakfast, lunch and some grab & go items. Most items on the menu looked pretty good, so I decided to get the “California Wrap”, it’s turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and onions with a spicy mayo. Comes with a side of either bag o’ chips or their popular broccoli salad. The wrap was pretty good, served cold, and good sized. Broccoli salad was actually pretty darn tasty, crisp broccoli, nice dressing…get it! Staff was friendly, pricing is pretty good, takes only a few minutes for them to whip up your order. There’s seats inside and tables outside as well. Or you can do like my coworker did when I saw her down there and get her food to-go and eat her lunch at her desk and stink up the area, thanks. We all love the smell of onions in an office setting. Anyways, it’s a good spot to grab some food, catchy name for a sandwich shop, I would definitely come back.

Proscenium Cafe & Market Menu with Prices 1170 Peachtree St NE # 150, Atlanta

Tucked in the corner on the first floor of the proscenium office building. Very clean and surprisingly spacious. Open seating and bright natural light surrounds the cafe. Some very lovely Korean ladies seem to run the place and are so courteous to all customers. I especially love that they have random Korean snacks on the counter. Prices are very reasonable. I picked up breakfast here before heading to meetings. A bowl of oatmeal (came with brown sugar and raisins), can of la croix, hot tea, and a chobani yogurt ran me $7. That’s pretty reasonable given anything at the hotel would’ve been well over $15 and nowhere near as healthy. Lunch time seems to be popular as well where they offer a special of the day (like bibimbop or udon). Plus there’s a build your own salad bar (many items to select from) and a pay-per-weight hot food bar. Pretty impressed for an office building cafe to have so many selections. I’d gladly come back again and grab another meal. Hopefully lunch next time.

Chicken Salad Chick – Menu with Prices – 1310 Westover Terrace #107, Greensboro

Our office absolutely loves the food at Chicken Salad Chicks, which the main reason we continue to use them for staff events. But in saying that after today, I do not know if we will. We have had several experiences in the past of bad customer service, orders not being complete etc. Today I placed an online order at 11:00 to be picked up at 12:30. I arrived at 12:35, are order was ready except for the gallons of tea. I expressed I hated that and wished they had let me know as we had a staff meeting I needed to get back to. I was told it was their lunch time couldn’t I see that. I said well I apologized that they were busy, but we had placed our order and if there were any issues I just wished I had had a heads up but I would happily wait for them to fix and finish our order as I had already prepaid online. I was started but the rudeness. Once back in the office our order was again not complete and there were several items missing. Very frustrating as we had already paid for these items. The food is always amazing, the service not so much which can overshadow and make the whole experience unpleasant.

New Harvest Deli / Frank’s Deli – Menu with Prices – 200 E Robinson St 2nd Floor, Orlando

Quiet little cafe within a busy office building downtown. Friendly staff, fresh made food, delicious breakfast. View of Lake Eola from the window seats. I tried the egg and cheese with spinach and roasted peppers and was impressed. The Ciabata bread it came on was so fresh. If you want to get away from the busy restaurants and noise of downtown come here. Close to courthouse for jurors and close to many offices in the central business district.

Parkers PGH Catering – Menu with Prices – 600 Brookline Blvd, Pittsburgh

Parker’s has exceeded my expectations when it comes to originality of brunch style sandwiches, plus their soups and Mac n cheese are delicious! Whoever is coming up with the menu is genius! And the way they name their menu items after iconic characters in movies is epic! Everything in the shop is clean and bright, service is awesome (EVERY person in the place interacts with us including the cooks), and they make sure you enjoyed your food every time. I’ve only been in one time when another customer was disappointed with a wait time (however it was a busy Saturday and it was obvious they were backed up…honestly in my opinion if you see a place is busy..assume it’s because the food is great…and EXPECT to wait for good quality food) but the owner quickly came out and offered them free items and coupons for the “inconvenience”. Overall this place is amazing. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

Across from the Kelly Blue Book building. If you see Pokenoya then your in the right business plaza. Parking is plenty. There are a couple seating outside & several on the inside with a self serve condiment section. The menu board is super old school & they have to-go menus too. This deli joint looks a lil run-down on the inside but definitely has it’s own character & coziness factor to it. Hole in the wall spot = hidden gem = tasty food. -:::- SERVICE -:::- Love mom & pop shops! The lady is very welcoming & super adorable! She even remembered my order from my 1st visit when I checked them out for the 2nd time. She definitely knows her regular patrons well & converses with them as well, when time permits. I come here after lunch rush and always order to-go so the wait is minimal. -:::- FOOD / MENU -:::- These sammies/subs are massive, tasty & of great quality. Super generous portions on the protein & avocado unlike other sandwich-chain locations. Definitely a great place for breakfast & lunch. Also, not a heavy dent to the wallet. They even have lunch specials on certain sammies – a super good deal! There’s more items I would like to try. So I’ll definitely be returning. Only con is I do wish they offer soup though! #2 Italian Cold Cuts [4.0/5.0] #20 Avo, Roast beef, Turkey & Ham [5.0/5.0] #25 Pastarmi, Cheese & Avo [4.5/5.0] Warning: it can get to be a bit messy meal especially sammies with the shredded lettuce. Just writing this review makes me crave for their sammies! -:::- NOTES -:::- (1) No restrooms here (2) Cash only (3) Egg salad sandwich comes w/ celery. Rangeâ??s Diner – Menu with Prices – Located inside truck-all depot, 12232 156 St NW, Edmonton

Huge portions, great prices, good service! This little restaurant does not stand out as you drive by but I’ve been driving past it daily and finally gave it a try. My office coworkers LOVE this place! It is located in a blue building through a little hallway with a few tables inside. It looks like it is family run business. Since our group is quite large, we have been calling to pre-order so our food will be ready when we arrive since we have limited time for our lunch hour. I had the meat pie which had some ground beef in between the pita bread and was oozing with cheese, onions and tomatos. There wasn’t alot of meat but the size of it was big and for an extra $2, you can add donair meat. The grilled cheese is crazy, the thickness of the cheese inside is thicker than the bread itself which is not usual bread slice, it looks like a loaf size! The chicken finger pieces were large and came on a giant plate of fries, sure get your money’s worth here! Some people in my group shared an item or else had to get a doggie bag. Great place, we will all be going back to try all the different menu items. Keep in mind the business hours though, they are not open very late.

Denio’s Farmers Market & Swap Meet – Menu with Prices – 1551 Vineyard Rd, Roseville

Thank you, Denio’s staff, for writing your comment, supporting my points on my first review. You, yourself, said it that I, myself not you, decided to quit your market and I, myself not you, said no for returning, which is the only accurate thing in your comment. I decided to quit after almost 4 years of working there in which I have never gotten any notice, written or verbal, from you that my behavior “towards customers, fellow vendors, and staff was completely unacceptable and inappropriate”!!! I am just now learning it from you on Yelp. By the way, needless to say, that most of my customers in your market are still contacting me, still my friends, and still buying from me. Same thing for fellow vendors, you can verify it yourself. You know why I decided to quit your market, but you lack the courage to saying it. You ripped me off twice under your so-called “Late Fees”, $67.50, and ignored all my calls and begging to the office to help me pay my rent  on time by any means except leaving my spot and merchandise unattended during the market hours and go physically to the rental office, stay in a line, and pay in person while my merchandise is being vandalized and stollen. By the way, the only hours your rental office is open are after the customers are in the market and hours before they leave the market. I offered to give you my credit card to charge me every month, you rejected it. I offered to pay you by sending a check, you rejected it. I offerd to pay on the phone, rejected it. I suggested on you to extend your rental office hours so I can pay before the people come to the market or after they leave, you guys rejected it. I asked you to offer any other alternative for leaving my spot unattended and go physically to the office risking a big loss of steeling my displayed merchandise, you insisted on your only, primitive, method of paying in person during the market hours. The reason why I would not accept to return recently? You ignoring to address my real issue above. Here is, copy and paste, my email asking to return if you address my real issue, your reply totally ignoring it, and my reply not accepting to return. My email: ” Hi, If the space P51 is available for weekly rent, I am interested in considering it. I rented this space for selling fruit trees from 2014 – Early 2018. The only reason I quit was because I, with all my respect, struggled in adhering to your rent payment policy.  As a single vendor and business operator with no helpers, I couldn’t leave my space and fruit trees unattended for almost a full hour to walk physically to the rental office and wait in a line to pay my rent. Every time I did, I took severe damage of stolen and damaged trees. The only time to pay my rent was during my business hours. I hope things have changed. I am open to ANY method of paying my rent other than walking physically to the rental office during the market hours. If nothing changed, please disregard my email. Thank you for your understanding, Maher Ziadeh” Your reply: ” Good afternoon Maher, If you’d like to come out on a Friday and meet with our team we are open to that.  Couple things that we need to go over with you when you come out, paying on time and your professionalism here at the market.  We are available every Friday between 8am-4:30pm. Thank you,” My reply: ” Never mind. I thought that things could be worked out with you guys. Professionalism is 2-way. In my entire life, I have never been late on one payment. But when you set up your policies to trap people in the so-called “late fee”, don’t lecture me to pay my dues on time. Thank you so much for your humbleness” I listed the facts and will leave it to the people, whom I respect their intelligence, to decide who is professional and who is not,  who is disgruntled and who is not, who is telling the truth and who is not. If you can’t tolerate a different opinion about your performance and you allow yourself, because

Thatâ??s a Wrap – Menu with Prices – 3533 Fountain Ln, Myrtle Beach

I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and if you’ve seen my snap chat pics since they opened, you’ll know why! Fresh, delicious, high-quality food with very fast service. Tomato basil soup with tortellini is very rich and flavorful, and I’m addicted to the pesto chicken panini. Chris delivers in record speed to our office several times a week, and our breakfasts and lunches never disappoint!
