I love this pharmacy. It provides medication my plan does not pay for. They are attentive, informed, courteous, professional and deliver to your home. The pharmacists are always available if you have questions. I recommend them to all.

Oshtemo Pharmacy and Cafe – Menu with Prices – 635 N 9th St e, Kalamazoo

There is no better pharmacy in the western hemisphere or Kalamazoo! Thank Goodness, no more: “We’re out of stock we’ll have it in about a week.” At Oshtemo Pharmacy, at worst you’ll come back the next morning, but that’s rare. Dr. Phi is not only a caring, highly knowledgeable Pharmacist, but his shop makes you feel like your back in the 60’s where everyone knows your name (just like “Cheers”), he processes then quickly (no more: it’ll be an hour like all chain pharmacies), he’s pleasant, explains anything that needs clarification or if you have questions, his staff is equally professional and courteous. He’s not afraid to contact the provider or insurance company and carefully while filling, examines medications for contraindications and more than once, asked me to contact my physician to measure something after being prescribed a particular med, he’s very safe. On the other side of the shop (just like old Apothecaries) is a small Vietnamese delicatessan – enjoy! If you want a kind, professional, personal and quality oriented pharmacy provider, who knows you by name, explains in detail any issues and is quick and efficient, look no further than Phi (Fee) Nguyen (newyan) at Oshtemo Pharmacy, they even deliver!

Pick ‘n Save – Menu with Prices – 1291 Lombardi Access Rd, Green Bay

this is a review for the pharmacy, I ended up there after the Shopko Pharmacy closed on Military. I had called the Pick’n’Save Pharmacy and spoke to someone who told me that I could not transfer my medication and would have to fill it there that time, and that they were going to fill part of my prescription because I was going to be out of it on Monday. I do not have a vehicle, so I paid for a ride over there. When I got into the pharmacy, I was first met with one employee who looked at me like I was speaking an alien language and had no idea what I was talking about. Then, someone named Donna came to deal with me. I cannot express in words how awful she was. She couldn’t enter my insurance number into the computer correctly, and finally did so after three times, telling me in between attempts that “my insurance must be invalid”, “are you sure you even Have insurance?” etc, and staring at her computer screen with squinted eyes. I asked her several questions, which she just ignored. I asked her where the partial refill of medicine I have been on for years was. She told me that I could not get it until Monday, and that I “stretch out the medication I still have as long as possible, because it may not even be there on Monday” !! Last I checked, Pharmacy technicians/employees do NOT prescribe medication, they fill prescriptions written by DOCTORS who know your medical history, and specific situation as to what medicines you need and how you should take them. I just was absolutely disgusted and so upset because it really felt that she was treating me horribly. I could not believe it, as I had NEVER had that happen at Shopko, which I miss very much, and have Never been treated like that at Any other pharmacy in my life. On a whim, I decided to call the pharmacy on Sunday, (today) after finding out that a bad storm is coming, and see what they said. Imagine my surprise when I was told that my medicine was transferred (which was what I originally wanted to do anyway!) and that, after I called the other pharmacy, everything was fine, and I picked it up with no hassles or rude comments. I do not even write reviews often, but I do not want anyone else to be treated the way I was. I left the store practically in tears of frustration and stress. I will avoid pick n save and Never use their pharmacy again. BE WARNED.

Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits – Menu with Prices – 50312, 4100 University Ave, Des Moines

I love this store but their pharmacy? Not so much. Just today I had to stop at the pharmacy and pick up my mothers heart medication that she needed and the lady working there (very rudely I might add) asked me for my mothers insurance information. I told her my mother was on the phone and would be happy to give her whatever she needed but she very rudely told me that she couldn?t hear my mother and she rolls her eyes at me like she just didn?t want to help me. Not only was I

SW Caribbean Delights – Menu with Prices – 1310 W Daughtery Rd, Lakeland

I called the restaurant BEFORE opening hours to place an order. I don’t live in FL but my mom is a FL resident. Ms. Shelly took my order. She was quite patient with me, very courteous and professional. She didn’t take advantage of my situation by over charging me for the menu items. I’m not sure they even deliver, but since she was understanding of my situation, she accepted to deliver and charged a VERY REASONABLE home delivery fee. In addition to that, my mom said the food was very good quality and very delicious. Quality and quantity, a rare combination. I recommend this place without hesitation!!! Two thumbs way up.

TelNet-Rx Pharmacy – Farmacia – Drug Store – Anaheim Store Menu with Prices 2129 E Ball Rd, Anaheim

I have found a pharmacy with professional & friendly staffs to handle all my prescriptions. They provided me with the best care above and beyond. The service was very fast. I didn’t have to wait for hours to get my meds like other pharmacies. Beautiful pharmacy in town that I would recommend everyone to come and check it out. You wouldn’t be disappointed. I have transferred all my prescriptions from CVS to over here due to great customer services and friendly staffs. I will have all my family members prescriptions to be transferred over here. I have found my pharmacy where I would not hesitate to call or come for help with my prescriptions or OTC recommendations or even immunizations.

Duane Reade – Menu with Prices – 320 W 145th St, New York

The customer service at this establishment has gone down hill. The management team as well as the staff need to be well aware that customers have the opportunity to go to any pharmacy in NYC and therefore they should value their customers and treat them with much more respect. My personal experience took place on Sunday 09/10/2019 when I was in the pharmacy line by 4:55 to pick up a prescription for a diabetic family member. By 4:57 I was advised that the female cashier at the pharmacy was “closed” after taking the female customer who was in front of me in line. I asked why this was and stated that it was not even 5pm yet (the time the pharmacy is set to close) I was told by an associate by the name of Tiana “Yeah but it will be 5pm by time she finishes with her” (her being the customer who was in front of me in the pick up line. With this being said I was denied the opportunity to pick up the needed prescription and though I could have arrived a bit early I assumed since pharmacy does not close u til 5pm that anyone in line deserved to be waited on until the clock hit 5pm I had previously picked up a few prescriptions of my own from this location but after seeing how the staff acts and carries out customer service I have moved all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, I will have my family members do the same and I truly encourage anyone reading this to also transfer their medication as well. I personally would like to thank Tiana who was present at the pharmacy at the time of the above mentioned event and Duane Reade for this experience which showed me to value my self as a customer and to take my business elsewhere where it will be valued and appreciated. Thank you!

Longs Drugs – Menu with Prices – 1620 N School St, Honolulu

This is just in regards to their Pharmacy. I normally have a decent experience here but this has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Pharmacy, so much that it’s making me want to transfer over to Walgreens across the street, maybe even Times or make the drive to Walmart. First of all, either staffing was really bad today and people called out or their Pharmacist is such a b-word that they can’t pay anyone enough to work with her. I called my doctor at 8pm after hours to call in a prescription for antibiotics for the 2nd worse earache I’ve ever had! And for anyone who’s had an earache, when it’s bad, it’s all bad. he literally hung up the phone with me and called the Pharmacy, spoke to the Pharmacist and put the order in. I was advised by my doctor to call 10 minutes after hanging up with him to check how long it would be before I’m able to pick it up. I forgot and called an hour later, and what do you know?! Was put on hold for over 5 minutes, and I apparently was “asked” to hold and then just thrown on hold, not even given an opportunity to politely respond or even if I was okay with holding. After I hold for the next 5 minutes, I ask about my prescription, give them all my info and the “nice” lady on the phone tells me there’s no prescription waiting to be filled for me. She then goes on to say that I can check back within an hour…how does that help me?! I call my doctor back, and just to remind you it’s after hours, he tells me that he called them immediately after hanging up with me but said to go down and get it because he’ll call them again. He calls them again, and just his luck, he’s put on hold, unable to reach anyone completely and eventually has to e-fax the prescription. So basically, they’ve provided the poorest customer service to both myself AND my doctor. I do as I’m advised to do by my doctor and go into the pharmacy to check, walked in and surprise, surprise (not really) there was ONE person running the entire pharmacy operation. Got up to the counter, gave the lady my info and apparently the Pharmacist is the one who’s ringing people up, filling prescriptions and taking calls. Turns out, I have to wait another 30-40 minutes for my medication. I can understand how it feels to be so overwhelmed by your job duties that you forget about customer service BUT that’s an issue you should take up with your upper management and not take it out on the customer. Long story short, I’m not one to write poor reviews because I understand the daily struggles when it comes to customer service but this was just unacceptable. So, if you’re thinking about filling or refilling a prescription and are hoping for a decent customer service experience, do yourself a favor, walk to the other end of the shopping center and pick them up from Times, drive to Walgreens across the street or maybe even Walmart if you have the gas but whatever you do, DO NOT FILL THEM AT THIS PHARMACY. That is all. Note: This terrible experience/encounter with Longs Pharmacy at Kamehameha Shopping Center happened back in early May 2017. Not entirely sure if service has improved since.

CVS Pharmacy – Menu with Prices – 13896 SW 56th St, Miami

I hate writing bad reviews but my experience was really bad. Please go somewhere else if you need your medication ASAP. I called in my prescription yesterday early afternoon, and they confirmed it would be ready later. I came to the pharmacy before they closed and it turns out they had closed early… I went today and supposedly my prescription was never called in although I got a “welcome to text” message from them. They told me it would be about an hour. Ok, mistakes happen, whatever. But I came back and they don’t even have my prescription in stock. Now I am waiting at another CVS, where I was told and hour but it has been 2 hours and my prescription is still not ready. I’ve missed 2 doses because of the disorganization. Maybe it’s not even their fault, and they’re understaffed because everyone seems so annoyed and stressed. If you need your medications ASAP, please go somewhere else. I wish my I had went to Publix where I’ve never had an issue.

Saint Agnes Medical Center – Menu with Prices – 1303 E Herndon Ave, Fresno

My experience here was worse than the one I had at Community in downtown Fresno. I had issues there too but it definitely made me appreciate them more after the garbage at St Agnes. No sense of urgency. My water breaks, husband and I rush to the hospital, tell them I’m in labor (contractions are 5 minutes apart), they say, “okay we’ll be right with you”. And have me sit there and wait for almost 10 minutes. Fucking for real? Glad the babies head wasn’t poking out or anything, just sit there and take your time. Comparison: At Community, they weighed me and hooked up an iv asap and checked dilation – 0 waiting time, they were urgent. Have to ask for water 3 times in a half hour time span because no one seems to care enough to get it. This sort of thing happened throughout my stay, where they would either tell me that they were going to do something (perform tests, get food, medication, etc), and they either didn’t come back, or took a long time (1+ hour) to come back. After delivering, they said they had a room for me and would be back “shortly” to take me. About 2 hours later, they came in (only because my mother stepped outside to ask where a restroom was). So they likely forgot about me. Comparison: After delivering at Community, they wheeled me to a room less than 20 minutes later. They tell me that my ob is at the hospital on-call and he will be right up to deliver me. 5 minutes later, some random dude never met before comes in to deliver me. They ask how I plan to feed baby. Breast and formula. Now they spend 10 minutes on scare tactics. Pretty much my baby is more likely to get fat, sick and die if I don’t breastfeed. When I eventually ask for formula (they don’t allow you to use your own), I get another 5 minute scare tactic speech. Comparison: Told Community the same thing with my first pregnancy and they were fine with it. Delivered at night. They originally tell me I will be able to leave the following night. The following night comes, and now I can’t leave until the next morning. 10am next day, they say they will get the discharge stuff ready. 1pm rolls around and I ask what the hold up is. Like I want to waste another fucking day here. Finally leave at 2pm. Comparison: When Community told me I could leave the following day, I did actually leave. No issues. There was one nice nurse that was actually attentive and seemed to care. And the food was good. But I pretty much never want to go back here again.

Aqueous Vapor – Columbia – Menu with Prices – 601 Business Loop 70 E, Columbia

I’ve known the owner Kevin for a very long time now, like back when we were crazy irresponsible college kids without a hope, prayer, or even a plan, so when I heard that he’d opened his own Aqueous franchise I had to go check it out. I walked in half expecting a fire, landslide, or some other calamity at any minute, what I was greeted with was something entirely unexpected and all-in-all inspiring. The staff immediately greeted me and offered their expertise should I have any questions, and when I did they knew the answers, spot on correct, off the top of their heads. The selection of flavors put their competition down the street to shame, the store was clean, organized, well lit, and clutter free. The rewards program might even be the only consumer incentive program that I actually use on a regular basis, and their pricing competes with even the largest online entities! To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement, a top notch venue with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff, well done Kevin, and well done to your staff, you guys will be a Columbia staple for years to come! NCH Baker Hospital Downtown – Menu with Prices – 350 7th St N, Naples

I was in the Hospital for 9 days. This Hospital should be investigated. It appears there is no supervision of the staff or the Doctors. So everyone runs amock. The Doctors don’t show up, the CNAs.look at you like they hate your guts, all the staff do things on their time and only what they want to do, not what you want. I wanted to see the Surgeon who performed the surgery due to concerns about the swelling in my leg. The last 4 days I was there, I never saw the Surgeon. On the day of discharge, I begged to see the Surgeon and he never showed up. He left it for the House Doctor to handle whom I truly believe had a devious mind. Each day he would come in to see me, he would stay with me for less than a minute and rush out. As did the Surgeon’s Assistant. She was rush rush and wouldn’t answer any questions about the surgery. I needed the house Doctor, Omar, on the last day to help me sign Insurance forms and get my cardiac medicine straightened out. And to find out about After care. One of the antibiotics they gave me caused acute renal failure so they took me off 80 % of my cardiac medication. And didn’t supplemnet with other medication. As I was beong discharged, I asked the house doctor to address this issue because of elevated blood pressure. I had only one cardiac medication left I could take which was a calcium channel blocker. So Omar outsmarted me by prescribing another Calcium Channel Blocker. And when I went it the Pharmacy to fill it, I was told I could only take one of those and not both together. And, of course he made a shambles of the Insurance forms I needed filled out and faxed before I left the Hospital. The Insurance Company had been faxing these forms over and again for five days. So the Nurse had to stand by the fax machine and grab them as they came out and bring them to Omar to fill out. But he left for a meeting and returned in the afternoon sour faced when asked to fill them out. If it wasn’t for the Nurse on Duty, I truly believe Omar would have skipped out and went home without signing the forms. But the most horrendous part of my experience was dealing with the Case Manager, Jean. I have never met an individual so stupid, so lazy and so insensitive in my lifetime. He screwed up everything he did. I was suppose to get crutches and I needed them very badly. It was up to Jean to arrange this for me. He had 2 days notice and on the day of discharge I started reminding him to order the crutches for me. Needless to say, I never received the crutches. I was suppose to be referred for Aftercare in the home with a Company called Americana. But he never made the referral. So no Aftercare. I had to attend an Infusion clinic for antibiotices daily for 6 weeks. And he insisted the only place I could go to was next door to the hospital and have it covered under my Insurance. Otherwise I would need to pay $500.00 a day to ge elsewhere. The problem was this would be a 6 hour daily round trip from my home each day. So I had to find an Infusion Clinic on my own which I did that was closer to my home. But he didn’t send them any records. So I had to provide them with the names and mgs of the 2 antibiotics. And they had to take 3 x-rays of my chest to determine the type and location of the pic line. I asked for a copy of my medical and surgery reports to take with me when I return home to another State. Jean had me sign one form. Nope. Wrong form. He had me sign another form. But wouldn’t release the records to me. Jean stated they will be sent to me on a CD Disk in about a week. I doubt I will ever receive them. So on the day of discharge with no Surgeon to advise me of Aftercare of my knee and relying on Omar and Jean for everything, it was like I was in a twilight zone. But I finally got out alive, with renal failure, uncontrolled blood pressure, and no idea how to manage my knee. I was able to secure Crutches the next day at the Infusion Clinic. But the pain on the day of discharge was unbearable and I think dangerous to bear
