I was excited to have Woods coffee, as it was my favorite from Belli Guam a few years back. We trekked through Bellevue Square to find it, and it was a terrible experience. The line was quite long to order, and even longer to wait for drinks–never a good sign. We ordered two double-shot lattes for over ten bucks. Ouch. Then the waiting started. We waited about 15 minutes before the barista called my name. I went to get the drinks, and she said that the machine was broken and she could make something other than a latte. “I could pull the shots, but they’ll taste bad.” Or, she offered, we could have a refund. I said a refund would be fine, as I didn’t want a frozen drink. She said, “Go wait in line again to get the refund from the cashier.” I asked if there was another way to get a refund without waiting online again. She said unsympathetically, “Sorry.” So I waited in line again for another 10-15 minutes. That was three days ago and still no refund posted to my credit card. The entire operation seemed terrible, with little or no customer sense about it. We left and went to Starbucks. No more Woods for me, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for you, either.

85C Bakery Cafe – Katy – Menu with Prices – 23330 Grand Cir Blvd Ste 100, Katy

This place needs improvements on customer service. I came only to order sea salt coffee so I waited in the Cake and Drinks only line. Not one cashier looked up to see if there was anyone at the Cake and Drink line to take my order. There were 2 at the time and 3rd cashier came to help out and I thought she was going to call for the next guest at the drink line. But I was wrong. All they said was â??I can help the next guest in lineâ? and looked at the pastry line. 6 customers have been helped while I was still waiting in line. I even checked to see which person I would be standing behind if I decided to wait at the pastry line and I would have been called next from pastry line over the drink line. I didnâ??t want to be rude but by that time I had to speak up. Cashier apologized but something should be done to improve customer service or get rid of the Cake and Drink line if you are not going to service anyone waiting there. After all and done I thought I was going to enjoy my sea salt coffee but it was not that strong. It tasted watery. The sea salt coffee at 85 degree bakery location next to Ranch 99 was way better.

The Teahouse Tapioca & Tea – Galleria Location – Menu with Prices – 5085 Westheimer Rd, Houston

I loved Teahouse and have been to multiple locations across Houston without any issues. Here I got a green tea and to my absolute disgust, there was a black hair in it, and I didn’t realize until I almost finished the drink since it sunk to the bottom. When I went back to talk to the manager they didn’t seem to take the issue too seriously and made me wait 15 minutes for a refund because taking other orders seemed to be more important. I asked to get my other drink refunded as well since my sister didn’t drink hers after being disgusted with the hair in mine, but they just seemed not to understand. The girl at the counter also did not seem to understand my question about if the jelly was vegetarian when I was placing my order. In short, only come here if you want terrible customer service and a hair in your drink ? Also, as a disclaimer this was not a scam I made up to get a refund. I don’t enjoy walking miles back through the galleria and waiting for a $4 refund, it’s just sad how disgusting it was and the minimal compensation and understanding I was given. After reading other reviews of this place I realized this wasn’t even a first for this location.

The worst customer Service I’ve dealt with in a long time. So it was at about 715 this evening when my brother, my fiancee and I entered the establishment for the 1.00 tacos. I ordered 7 chicken tacos and a queso and jalapeno tamal and to wash it down an agua de pina. After waiting a solid ten minutes to get are food they finally called our number? After taking a bite from the smaller than average tamal my fiancee realized that it was pork and not what she ordered. Then After having to return the already bittin tamal and waiting an additional 10 minutes they finally brought out tamal #2 we thought forsure it would be the correct item but we were wrong! So now its been at least 20 minutes and we realize it was now a chicken tamal, still not what she ordered. After questioning why it was still the wrong tamal we were made to wait a good 3 to 5 minutes of stares and clueless looks. The cashier decides to come all the way to the table to ask what the problem was!?!?!?!? As if she was clueless to what was happening! Lol She didnt really offer any solution to the situation except t ok take the half eaten tamal alway and offer a “free” drink.i mentioned to her that that was not the proper offer considering all the wasted time and the ridiculousness of a free drink when there was sti a paid tamal unaccounted for. After a lil bickering back and fourth she financially stormed away while mumbling some that had the word refund under her breath like she had just been sent to her room! It still took an additional 10 minutes before we had to ask again about the refund before she finally got permission to give us a refund. Now its not about the 2.35 we got back rudely its about the lack of customer service and the lack of experience with customers. Id probably go back because i like some of there juices but it definitely won’t be this location. Btw she said her name started with a V. But i have a feeling she lied about that considering how immaturely she handled the problem.

Nekter Juice Bar – Menu with Prices – 5005 W 119th St #28, Overland Park

I came for the grand opening on Saturday June 1st. As you could expect, the line was extremely long because they were giving out $1 drinks! I decided I would wait in the line, and within about 30 minutes I was at the register. The cashier was extremely fun and even with how slammed they were she was super helpful on what to get, and made sure you ordered what you wanted. I tried a fusion drink which is a combo of juice and ice, the one I got was called Lean Green. After ordering I waited another 15-20 minutes and finally got my drink. I was actually not too fond of what I chose, but I am probably going to come in another time to try something else as they had alot of yummy looking choices!

Let me start by saying I’m vehemently ashamed of the customer service displayed by the employees 9/8/19. I was excited to try this establishment’s food after seeing my friend post their own meal on Snapchat. As I first came in the cashier ignored me as I stood in front of the menu ready to order so I went to her and asked to order 20 piece meal with fries and a drink she wrote it down gave me my change and said it’ll be 30-35 minutes” I went to my car to wait it was 4:15 I sat till 4:35 And went back and sat down in the store. Customer after customer orders were being handed out and at 5:15 exactly a hour after my order was placed I asked the cashier did she have a order ready for Larry. She went to their kitchen door looked and said no!!! But if I can hold on she will see something” which I kindly obliged no to and I’ll take a refund in which I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and ate within 15 mins….I’m highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and carelessness exhibited, if this is how you treat paying customers there won’t be good fortune in the future.. Terrible to say the least..

Sweet Daze Dessert Bar – Menu with Prices – 3356, 581 W Campbell Rd #127, Richardson

I went today for their 2nd birthday celebration which started at 12pm. I arrived a few minutes early and noticed there were people already outside waiting to get in so I got in line as well. Their special for today was $2 drinks + free cake pop for first 50 people. I was probably about the 4th group of orders and there were several people in line after me. I ordered the Strawberry Tea (unsweet tea) + Red Velvet Cheesecake Bar. I found a seat & waited…and waited…and waited. Granted, there were several people that had ordered at this time & waiting but after seeing someone that ordered a few orders after me get their drink, I got up to ask about my order. Don’t think they are really equipped to handle a crowd. She informed me that they were about to make my drink so I sat back down. I then saw another lady that ordered right after me go ask about hers because she had been waiting a while as well. My drink + cheesecake bar were finally ready. I had to ask for the free cake pop. All in all, great tasting desserts/treats & drink was pretty good while a bit sweet with the strawberry flavoring added. I would have given a 5 star rating but I just hate seeing people after me get their items/similar items as I ordered and I’m still waiting for mine. I didn’t leave store until a bit after 12:30. Quite a while to wait for a cheesecake bar & cake pop that are already made & just have to make a drink.

Taqueria La Suprema – Menu with Prices – 1591 E Date St #4237, San Bernardino

I changed my review because I have given this place a couple more trie. Now I recommend if you want food to go, to call and place your order over the phone. The wait is still ridiculous if you go in person. I do find that they take a while to make the food but it is authentic Mexican food and it’s nice and hot when you get it. We have tried their caldo de res (it taste just like my mommas) super good, also the Chile relleno and the rice is delicious. Oh and by the way I have not seen the cashier that was rude to me the first time ? the new cashier is very friendly and she is super professional. This is the old review, but I did only order the juice and it was in person… So I was excited to see that this Mexican restaurant sells natural juices. I couldn’t wait to come try them. I haven’t been feeling well and I’ve been craving fresh veggies since i ate way too many tamales for Christmas and eating poorly this month. I came yesterday 01/01/18 and well they were busy so I waited about 25 minutes for my “vampiro” juice (to go). Ok so I get it they were busy, but I came again today, for another vampiro to go, kids are waiting in the car with Dad. I waited over 25 minutes, when the cashier finally gave me my drink. I told her that it wasn’t fair that I waited over 24 minutes and that I was upset. She was a very loud blonde girl, instead of apologizing she said “anyway today it’s the last day we are selling the juices and I’m taking the signs off, have a nice day” (she said it super loud and sarcastically) so I got even louder and said “oh ok so I should never come back again”. I was so mad, she could have just apologized but nope she decided to get loud and ghetto with me. No thank you.

Will probably NEVER frequent this establishment again. I ordered a smoothie (throw stuff in a blender, how hard can that be?). I pulled up the loyalty app and gave them the QR code to scan. Guess what? They DON’T HAVE A SCANNER!!!! So after a hassle of how to get my rewards (cashier told me she could give me the receipt and I could “scan” it my self) I paid almost $9. OK, not a big deal. Then while I was standing there, the cashier says it will be about 10-12 minutes to make that. There was no line indicating it was a “rush”, but whatever. I said, oh ok. I’m sorry cancel my order I don’t have time to wait. The cashier then disappears into the back, and comes back with an explanation that all these orders came in before I got there. I said I didn’t really care what the reason was, I just didn’t have the time to wait. She said “well it will be at least 5 minutes”. Again I said fine, refund my money and I’ll be on my way. She then proceeded to tell me it would take at least 5 minutes for a refund. So now I ask for the manager, she says that info came from the manager. Fine, give me my money and I’ll be gone. Finally said, I don’t have time to argue, so keep my money, I’ll dispute later on my credit card and left the store. This is my 2nd trip to that store. The first one was for lunch with a couple of friends. 20 minutes to get our Acai bowls. If I could rate zero stars I would? Poorly run place, poor customer service and it’s not any better than anywhere else. I would stick with Tropical Smoothie Cafe or Jamba Juice!

Tim Hortons – Menu with Prices – 16039 97 St NW, Edmonton

I am reviewing here, because the one attached to the petro-can on 80 ST isn’t an option and I know the owners own both. We went there yesterday because we were going to do lotto at the petro and then grab coffee. The line was only 2 people long when I got in. They had only 1 person taking orders and then filling those orders at the same time. I was literally in line for 10 minutes before getting any help. Secondly, I ordered only coffee… COFFEE… Tim Horton’s is a coffee place… and they ran out of coffee and I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to make more. Ok… you sell coffee… your main business is coffee… how… HOW? do you run out of coffee. I know I wasn’t the only displeased customer because another patron was waiting on coffee, sandwich and wedges… and he got approached 2 times about these wedges that they no longer had either, and then they decided to finally refund him for the wedges. Once they started that he asked for his coffee and they told him again (he ordered right after us and we just got our coffees) that they were out, so he was furious and asked for them to refund everything. Anyways, I will go back here, its super close to my home, but I really think they should invest in better training and the ability to not run out of the one thing they are known for… coffee.

Im giving it two stars because i actually never made it into the bar which was super disappointing due to the bouncers picking and choosing who got to go in, it was a super cold night, i was standing in line with my boyfriend he was dressed in a nice outfit and i was dressed in a really pretty top and leggings so if there is a dress code we definitely didnt go against it, there was 3 people in front of us, and about 15 behind us, all male with the exception of two other woman, the club was pretty full so there was a bit of a wait, the one girl and other girl started talking and turns out they were both partying alone, we waited over 15 minutes before the bouncer who was very good looking started to let someone in, now all the other clubs usually follow the line but not this guy he started complimenting the one of the girls and then went “you know what you can come inside” and she then asked if the other girl could come with her he sighed a bit and said yes and let them skip the line leaving the about 6 of us who had been waiting a lot longer outside still waiting. That was a bit disappointing, i get wanting to fill the club with pretty girls but when you are out clubbing in the winter here (this was a while ago and as im just joining yelp) in -30 weather the people who have been waiting the longest should be getting in first, we have money to spend, well after standing outside for over 15 minutes and watching the bouncer let a girl skip all of us cuz she was cute and making us all wait i turned to my boyfriend and said “i dont wanna spend money at a place where they pick and chose who gets in based on who the bouncer thinks is hot because i know we arent getting in” im really pretty but im also not stick thin, and i have a boyfriend so i knew damn well they werent gonna choose us to skip the line, it looked like a fun place, the type of music i like, im sure i would have really enjoyed it there, but instead we went down to O2’s had some pizza bread, an amazing drink they created for me and played pool. I have never been back, although my favourite place shut down so i might have to attempt coming here again but no promises i will.

The Seafood Spot – Menu with Prices – 219 W Antrim Dr suite c, Greenville

I’m giving them 3 stars because their customer service is decent. But I wouldn’t waste my money going there again. For one, it’s extremely packed and I had to park in another parking lot and walk to the place. For two, I said 30 minutes JUST IN LINE, then after we finally ordered we waited ANOTHER 25 minutes for our food while others who ordered after us were getting their food before us. We waited patiently for another 10 minutes then had to go up to the counter (they still had a line out the door) to ask what’s taking so long. THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED ON OURS YET. Okay so since we got up to ask, someone took our seat so we had to stand for ANOTHER 10 minutes waiting on our food. We got 3 clusters of garlic snow crab legs. The presentation was beautiful. It looked so delicious. I was rushing to get back to the house at this point but I was so starving so I opened up my plate of crab legs and start eating one of my clusters and ITS FROZEN SOLID!!!!!!!!!!!!! On top of it being frozen it’s extremely salty (yes I know they come from salt water but I’ve never had crab legs that salty in my life) it was disgusting. BUUUTTTT when I called them and explained my situation , they replaced my entire meal the next day. That time at least it wasn’t frozen , but still salty as all get out. This time I got it without the garlic because I thought that’s what made it salty , but without the garlic butter it was actually worse. I appreciated them replacing my order and making it right, I wasn’t upset at all which I probably should’ve been because I waited so long for frozen crab legs. I will never waste my money going there again, the prices are as outrageous as a 5 star restaurant but their food taste like s*** . If I hadn’t got to experience how kind and helpful their management was, I would give it ZERO stars. Although this place is very popular and a lot of people love it, it’s just not for me .

Wells Street Popcorn – Menu with Prices – 2804 N Clark St, Chicago

So disappointed. I was craving some delicious popcorn so I decided to go to Wells Street Popcorn. This was a Saturday afternoon Approx. 5:28pm. I walked up to the door to find a hand written sign saying “be back in 5 minutes see you soon” I really wanted popcorn so I waited….and waited….and waited. After ten minutes I was about to give up then I saw some one in the back so I knocked on the door really hard. A young man came up to the front and opened the door. He said oh someone will be with you shortly I’m the cook and returned to the back. So I waited a few more minutes. Finally a young lady came from the back and said can I help you. No sorry for the wait or anything. She actually acted like she was annoyed that I was there. I did actually purchase two items but what a terrible experience. I understand that sometimes things happen and okay you need to close for a few minutes but not even an apology…sorry for the wait. Absolutely terrible. I will never go back!
