Growing up in Wichita Kansas I always had eaten Godfather’s Pizza religiously and it’s the best pizza in the world, ordered my first pizza from here today and did not meet my expectations for what spending $25 on a pizza should be. I calmly explain to management that I was purchasing the franchise taste and that I did not believe I received that the owner himself handled this for me and literally blew my mind with such a amazing customer service that not only did he refund my money he also made me the correct Pizza which met every expectation I ever had of Godfather’s Pizza. Anyone on here rating this place less than 4 stars is upset and just being mean because this place reminded me of my childhood eating Godfather’s Pizza. And in Dallas Texas as big as we are here, the owner treated me and everyone I saw him deal with with the epitome of perfect customer service. Absolutely the best pizza and customer service in Dallas, PERIOD!!!! I encourage anyone and everyone to realize that Godfather’s Pizza, and especially this place and the owner of this place, is worth every extra Penny you spend.

Steve’s Villa Capri – Menu with Prices – 10412 Mastin St, Overland Park

I was leaving my dentist’s office at 2:15 today, when I noticed Villa Capri Pizza across the street. The old Villa Capri off Metcalf was our favorite pizza joint from childhood into adulthood, so I was sad when it closed a few years ago. With my mouth watering, I quickly googled the number and called to order a pizza. A man answered and said they were closed, but would reopen at 4. Crestfallen, I said ‘okay, thanks anyway’. He must have heard the disappointment in my voice, because he graciously allowed me to place an order. That man was the owner Steve Scudiero, and as I sit here in my car eating the ‘pizza of my dreams’, I can’t let this pass without acknowledging it. As a business owner myself, I probably should write reviews about other businesses, but I never do. Today I am making an exception, because he placed customer service ahead of his own agenda and everyone should know that Steve’s Villa Capri at 104th and Mastin is still the BEST DARNED PIZZA IN THE CITY!

i Fratelli Pizza Richardson – Menu with Prices – 226 W Campbell Rd, Richardson

This is good pizza. Good thin crust, good ingredients. When I used to work in Irving, we would have their Las Colinas office cater and deliver to our office at least once or twice a quarter. And I got a taste of variety of what they have! All of it is good! Service here isn’t bad. It’s not a dine in restaurant, although they have a table or two to sit outside but now it’s too cold to do that. Luckily, the pizza here tastes like their other restaurants. You got to love consistency. If you like a thin crust pizza, you need to give these guys a shot. For Dallas pizza, this may be in my top five or 10 places to get pizza. It’s not greasy, has the right amount of ingredients, and it’s good tasting. Spend a few extra dollars and get a good pizza.

Godfather’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 3301 O St, Lincoln

I’ve always been a Godfathers fan since I was little living in Omaha, and I’m so thankful to have a location in Lincoln that lives up to the standards! Sometimes finding them online can be a hassle, but when I call I have someone friendly and willing to help. The delivery is always timely, pizza is always delicious, and I’m always happy! They even ensure when I order a pizza half vegetarian and half with meat, that the vegetarian slices don’t have any remnants of the meat. My go to pizza delivery every time!

Wall Street Slice – Menu with Prices – 753 Wall St, Winnipeg

Let’s put it this way , any other pizza owner in town better get a ladder and even then you can’t touch this Level . To say this amazing array of amazing “food” I say that rather than say pizza , because to generalize each ingredients individual quality level , which is none less than the best would be a sad over site . With the first bite you can tell you made the right choice for pizza , and super friendly people who still believe customer service is paramount. This was my second time . I’ve had the pepperoni, the “White out” “Sierra Bravo” and the “T-bird” and have now an internal argument for next time trying to decide which one to get . Because you only have so much room in youre stomach , and once you’ve tried most of them you wish you had room for them all! Fair price . Quick efficient staff , and you can have a beer with your slice . A whole pie is around the 30$ mark , but worth every penny. No one who loves pizza shall be disappointed . This is Dan and I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Marco’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 13807 Landstar Blvd Suite 130, Orlando

My family always enjoyed Marco’s Pizza on Hunters Creek. They have good service and good pizza in a reasonable price. On fathers’ day, we went to the new location On Land star. We came there to use our coupon that we received in the mail and to enjoy some delicious pizza after a long day of fun. The coupon said 10 wings and extra-large Pizza with one topping for 16.99. While we’re eating our pizza, we realized they gave us a large instead of an X-large pizza size as it says on the coupon. I went to the front and told them about the mistake. The manager apologized and offered to cook an additional pizza extra large. She even offered to add the wings as well. I told her we wouldn’t eat any more now. She gave me a paper note with her signature to come back any time and claim the food for free. I came back few days later and she was up to her promise. That was very nice of her. This is what I call courtesy and good customer service. The good attitude coupled with a respectful matter. This is the way to gain the customer. Now we will always go there and spend our money. Thank you manager Zaitthy.

Dewey’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 131 Jasper St, Dayton

If someone would like to do a case study on amazing customer service, they should come here to Dewey’s Pizza. I ordered an 11 inch pizza, half bbq chicken and half porky fig. About 10-15 min after ordering they brought out my pizza and right away and the waiter apologized saying the cook forgot the cheese crumbles on my pizza. Rather than throwing it away, they gave it to the table for free and said we could snack on this while the new pizza was being made. 10 minutes later, the “correctly” cooked pizza made its away out. I put “correctly” in quotes because they probably could have just thrown cheese crumbles at the end and I wouldn’t have noticed. Definitely speaks to their high quality standards and integrity! When I asked for the checks the waiter said there was no charge FOR BOTH PIZZAS and apologized again for the mess up. It’s been a super long time since I’ve had exceptional customer service like this. Overall the pizza itself is solid, 4/5 stars, the quality control is 5/5, and the customer service is 6/5 stars (no not a typo). I was just visiting for a business trip, but Dewey’s is now my favorite pizza chain. Next time I’m in the area, you can bet your pizza I’m definitely coming back here!

Liberty Giant Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1419 Hilltop Dr # E, Chula Vista

4 1/2 Stars?!?! Are you serious? Or did the company buy their ratings? I just came from here and it wasn’t good at all. I would’ve gave them 1 star, but they are very very nice people. My parents told me that if you don’t have anything good to say then don’t say it at all, but I’m doing this for my Yelp people who don’t want to get ripped off. Where do I start?!?! First, I must have BAD LUCK finding a good pizza place in Chula Vista. Chula Vista should be called Sh*tty Pizza. I moved here 2 years ago and haven’t found a good one since Golden Hill Luigi’s Pizzeria. Well, I ordered over the phone for pick up and the owner (male) told me it’ll be ready in 25 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes and a lady (owner) asked me if I was going to pay cash or credit. I told her debit, and she told me that her husband left for a few minutes and he will be back soon because she doesn’t know how to work the machine. Fine… I can wait for a few minutes. 20 minutes later he arrives, and apologizes. I accept both apologies, but mind that my pizza (vegetarian) has been sitting there on the counter for the last 35 minutes because they said it took then 10 minutes to make. Well, the lady owner said that I will like their pizza and that’s her favorite pizza. I took it home for my wife and I to enjoy and it was disappointing. The bread wasn’t good and the veggies were canned (please see picture). Also, there’s a lot of crust and the tomato sauce is bland. Come on it shouldn’t be hard to make quality pizza. Just use good tomato sauce, fresh bread, and fresh veggies and/or meats. Lastly, I felt they did me wrong over the phone because when I asked for a medium veggie pizza they told me it would be $15.99, which had 4 toppings (onions, mushrooms, olives, and green pepper). When I arrived I saw the same medium pizza posted on their wall with 3 toppings for $11.99. A considerate or successful pizza owner would’ve directed me to buy the 3 topping and add an additional, but I guess business must be rough. It’s unethical to do that because customers are the ones to keep businesses open. It’s sad to see Styrofoam pizza tasting companies stay long in business while making mediocre pizzas. Had the ratings been more accurate here and had been a 3 or 2 stars then I wouldn’t have gone. Where do they get their 4 1/2 star rating?!?! The owners are wonderful peoole and receive 5 star rating, but pizza a 1 star. I gave them 2 stars because they were nice.

Saverio’s Pizzeria Menu with Prices 530 E Benson Blvd, Anchorage

There Number Two on my Favorite Pizza joint to take my Family. This owner knows his way to bring a very good and delicious pizza. My kids order the Lasagna and it was cooked well and just the right amount of sauce and flavor. I’ve ordered many time for pick up I wish they had delivery service. But that’s ok trust me Anchorage you won’t be disappointed. They load up on there toppings on a pie they have made me happy. Time to time I Do like Moose’s T-Pizza and Bear T-Pizza. All these three Pizza Joints have in common is they don’t have a delivery service and I Believe all there dough is very soft Good tasting sauce. Very clean Dine in Lobby Friendly Service just like the other two joints I’ve liked and been. FYI, who wants Scilly’s or Pizza H. Or Dominos, these three places are way to Greasy in their pies.! That’s just awful! But try Saverio’s Pizza just once and you will fall in love! They know what a customer wants and they got 10 Stars in my opinion. Oh yeah only if they had beer too, that would be Awesome!

Rozmarino Pizza & Subs – Menu with Prices – 490 Lincoln St, Worcester

#36 on the Worcester Pizza Quest It has been a long long time since the last pizza quest (First child delayed a lot of pizza eating). Who cares Robyn Z let’s get to the pizza review! I made the call and the person answering the phone was friendly and professional sounding. He did not sound too busy, was very welcoming, and a pleasant experience for a phone order. I ordered a large cheese and small mushroom. I have the address and a GPS but drove around a bit trying to locate the restaurant. This was once called Pizza Tower but now is called Ronzio’s. It is located in the Lincoln plaza in the upper section of the strip mall with a big bright sign. The walk-in displayed a domino’s pizza style counter in front. The place was clean and well taken care of. The person at the counter was a young guy who greeted me with happy, fun, and grateful manner. It made me feel I made the right choice for taking the time to order pizza from them. The pizza was ready when I arrived so I was able to leave quickly. I had good feelings about the pizzas. Plopped the pizza box on the dining room table and was ready to eat some pizza. We happily opened the pizza box and did not get a lot of the pizza smell that usually comes with a pizza. The overall experience of the pizza ordering processes was great so the expectation of a good pizza was high. Then we took the first bite! The pizza lacked any real flavor. The sauce was very blah and did not seem to hold a lot of spices or tomato flavor. The cheese was nothing special, no real flavor coming from that. The crust was super soft and very blah. Sadly this pizza was a blah pizza. We ate the cheese pizza and did not touch the mushroom pizza. The customer service is great but did not help the pizza flavor and was below most of the pizzas that we have been tried. Maybe this was an off day. Some day in the future we will try it again just to make sure the pizza was as bad as the one we purchased. Worcester has dozens and dozens of pizza restaurants and few have stopped us from eating cold pizza the next day. With this pizza we just sadly had to put it in the trash. I wanted to like this place but I would not recommend the pizza. Hopefully some day in the future I will re-review the restaurant.

Bobby?s Hot & Cheesy – Menu with Prices – 2071 Colonial Ave SW, Roanoke

Four Stars for Bobby’s. The restaurant is fun to sit in and chat with TV’s and large bar table-top style seating. It’s clean and sleek with an 80’s pizza shop spin. It’s also adjoined with Bubblecake Cupcake Shop, which is a dessert bonus. Five Stars for being one of the only Roanoke restaurants, which always has a highly respectable IPA on Draft besides Fresh Squeezed or Get Bent IPA. Keep it up. Four stars for the food. The pizza crust and bread is home made and is unique and delicious. The chop salad is super and pairs well with a small pizza. It’s a chic joint so some people complain about the Raleigh-prices at a pizza shop in Roanoke…but a unique food experience is worth it. Sharing a large salad and small pizza is a good way to cost-control. The owner is there a ton for quality control and does a good job with customer service. A Quick, easy, unique and quality experience is at Bobby’s.

One Guys Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1101 University Ave, Lubbock

I am not from Lubbock. My daughter and I had eaten at One Guy from Italy the night before and it was so good we decided we would pick it up to go to take with us on our drive back to Dallas since there is literally nothing in between the Lubbock and the DFW area. (Just a FYI: I believe these two places are owned by different people and that this is the original location). We ordered our food to go for three people (two house calzones and one veggie calzones). They told us our food would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later to pick it up our food which was still hot and ready to go. We were taking ours food to go so they packed up marinara sauce, ranch and parmesan cheese to go too. The portions you receive are large, plenty to eat for one meal. Two of our calzones put together would be at least the size of a medium pizza. The place was busy with college students, families and people eating alone, but we didn’t have to wait in line. We were supposed to eat our food half way home but it was way to good to wait. (BTW the parking isn’t great, but it’s worth it to find a parking spot for this place and go inside)! Instead of eating 1/2 way to Dallas, we sat in the car and ate all or food or at least 1/2 our calzones. So if you’re looking for an AMAZING place to eat out or to take your food to go, this is the right place for you. That is if you like pizza or calzones or anything else on the menu. Also, I paid $21 for our order.

Michael?s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 857 E Warner Rd suite 101, Gilbert

This place was great until the last month or so. I wasn’t sure what happened. The pizza was the best in the area, they had good deals that made their prices competitive with nearby places, and the customer service was top notch. I was ordering from this place at least once a week. I found out Michaels Pizza has a new owner who started the same time I noticed a decline. The pizza doesn’t taste very good anymore. It is generic and bland now and the toppings don’t taste as good. Maybe they are lower quality. The new owner got rid of any deals available online, so the price went up and quality went down. The customer service isn’t anywhere near what is it was before. They never remember to bring dressing if I order it. The people on the phone are rude. The drivers aren’t friendly like before. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying anymore food from Michael’s Pizza.
