I went in and ordered a chow fun combination which was ok. My husband ordered a grilled porkchop plate and it was horrible. With my order I had asked for an extra plate so I can put some noodles on it instead of eating from the large plate. The waiter handed me a dirty plate and when I asked for a different one, he told me it wasn’t dirty. I then pointed it out to him and that’s when he grabbed me a different clean plate. He later then asked me how was my food, and I told him that the porkchop was horrible and had a weird taste. He asked what kind of taste, I explained that it has a weird smell as if it was old. He didn’t acknowledge or apologize or even offer a different dish. I had to ask him if we can get something else in replacement for the awful porkchop plate. And when I asked him he said ” oh no we can’t.” This place is horrible, they messed up, they should fix it. Don’t go here

Lillian’s Inc – Menu with Prices – 4711 Forest Dr, Columbia

I was here about six weeks ago, with four friends. There’s a sign at the front that points out “this is not fast food.” No kidding on that! I waited over 45 minutes at lunch, while everyone else at my table was served. I had the incredibly complicated turkey sandwich, not toasted, nothing fancy, just bread, lettuce, mayo, meat. When I asked at the counter, I was told “WE DO NOT DO FAST FOOD!” I explained it was now almost 50 minutes since I ordered (the place had about 7 other people other than our party), and I was told it would be another five minutes. At no time did anyone apologize or acknowledge what had clearly happened: they had forgotten my order, as several people were served who came in quite a bit after we did. When I asked for my money back, since I had to get back to work, the person at the counter rolled her eyes and sighed, like I was yet another jerk who didn’t understand the “magic’ that is Lillian’s She then explained that Easter was “a busy time for them.”

I would like to think it was because I came in 15 min to closing but that shouldnt change the attitude that you have towards the customer. I walked in and the ladies were talking they looked at me and continued talking. Very disrespectful didnt get greeted or anything, so I said excuse me and asked for what I wanted. Then I told her ill buy an orange juice aswell only for the simple fact that I wanted to see the machine working she stated that the machine is off and the juice was premade that defeated the purpose of wanting the juice so I didnt get it, but They have a lil process that’s done to meet customers satisfaction they serve you an ounce or 2 of w.e. smoothie you ordered to taste for perfection incase you want to add anything or change anything but as I get my sample the lady started to pour it in the cup, didnt wait for my opinion. It wasnt as cold as I would have wanted it to be but didnt wanna start anything I just said it was fine. The one moping gets mad because my boots were dirty she told me to stand by the door and the other lady tells me to come over to the cashier to pay and the one mopping gets mad. I just think for a first time experience on a Friday night it should have been a little better.. I’ll come again another time maybe I’ll change my rating but as of now very disappointed

2nd time eating here. My boyfriend’s breakfast plate was terrible, the hash browns were the frozen kind and were barely cooked, no peppers or onions in the dish, it didn’t fill the plate. My burger was ok, fries were cooked ok, but the seasoning was just dumped in one spot. My boyfriend didn’t want to send anything back because it had taken a bit to get the order. The next thing that happened is what made me decide I will never eat here again. Two elderly women came in, they had been in a party of 4 I think, on the patio when we arrived. They had ordered their meal and parts of it never arrived for two of the women. Still yet, they were served plates and then delivered the bill. The 1st woman came in to speak to the cashier and I am assuming was asking to be comped for the missing food. The manager came over and then everything got loud. It became a fight. An honest fight. Everyone eating stopped talking. Raised voices between the worker and customer. These young workers wouldn’t apologize, were defiant, and made these women fight over some damn food they messed up AND DIDNT EVEN START COOKING. When the lady walked outside the “manager” said, just trying to get free fucking food. Fuck that. And they all laugh. Cooks exit the building. Are you kidding me. Then the manager walks over to my boyfriend and I and apologized to us! Unbelievable.

The food is good but the service is actually horrible. I ordered on the phone and came in because I was in a hurry. Not one customer was there and they made me wait 15 minutes longer once I got there for a 10 peice chicken meal. It’s like they didnt want me to place a pickup order, they didnt like that. And the lady was rude. I really wont go anymore because the whole staff is actually VERY RUDE. 100% the rudest establishment I’ve been to. Horrible customer service.

We’ve been here before and was good. Went to watch the 1st preseason cowboys game and sat at the bar, WHAT A MISTAKE… The bartender handed us menus and one smelled like it was puked in and looked like it was run over by a tank… We ordered drinks and decided to share a sampler plate.. While sitting there, we kept getting whifs of puke. We sat at the end of the bar by the outside door. It seemed when the door was opened, the horrible smell got worse.. We couldn’t even eat…. We paid, left and will not be back…. The food was overfried. The service was HORRIBLE. How can a bartender fill up a glass of soda, and then walk away without giving us the glass… If I hadn’t have asked, it still may be sitting there….

Cookies & Cupcake by Design – Menu with Prices – 419 Metro Ave, Evansville

I ordered cookies for Christmas for my family there. I am enclosing the picture of the cookies I thought I was getting and the other picture is of the cookies they received. After almost a month of dodging me and making excuses as why the cookies looked like they were decorated by a 5 year old, I was told it was because of the pillows used in packing. That is just not true. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Buyer beware…I was offered a $10 credit, because the cookies taste wasn’t affected. $70 for cookies that weren’t even decorated close to right? Shame on this owner for not trying to fix the messed up order. Never again for me. I even had our local Cookies By Design agree with me and apologize to say how they were an embarrassing product and would never have been sent out like that here in Texas. I see I’m not the first one to have this problem with them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

So I am very upset about the service here tonight. My best friend and I usually come here to eat our vegan meals because their food is decent, but tonight is the last time. When we first came in the restaurant, they were busy, which is understandable. We waited at a dirty table for 20 minutes while they were working on other orders. When we finally got seated, we waited an extra 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The male worker came over and took our orders. As he brought out our drinks he slammed it on the table and did not even look at us. After that we ordered our vegan meals. I ordered my meal with vegan beef and brown rice. When the meals came out, my best friend tasted my meal and said it was real beef, which IT WAS REAL BEEF. After I specifically explained to the young man(he also asked us what type of meat we wanted) that I want it as SOY BEEF, he placed the order as real beef. I was pretty annoyed at this because that is not what I ordered and I do NOT eat meat. He came back with a new entre five minutes later. As I began to eat it I realized the cooks just replated my meal and switched out the meat, so it still had pieces of real beef left in there. I was aggravated so we just paid them their money with NO TIP because they did NOT deserve it and decided to leave. As we were leaving the lady rudely rushed after us and said excuse me ladies are you forgetting something? We looked at her and she opened our bill and said whereâ??s our tip? She was so disgustingly rude and this situation was very embarrassing because the entire restaurant became quiet and everyone was staring at us. I turned back to her and stated that they messed up on my order and was very rude, so they didnâ??t deserve a tip. I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again. That was so rude and unprofessional. We understand that accidents happen, but they did not even care enough to make me a new plate or even apologize, but were so quick to ask for a tip. They need new workers with better attitudes and are aware of what they are doing. DO NOT go here, especially if you have special dietary needs because they DO NOT CARE! We learned our lesson and now they just lost valuable customers.

Chick-fil-A – Menu with Prices – 1863 Plaudit Pl, Lexington

The food and service is always good a Chick-fil-A. Very consistent across the franchise. My issue with this restaurant was the playplace. First of all it had a smell, a not pleasant smell, that made it hard to stay in there for longer than a few minutes. Second, it was pretty dirty. My toddler played in the toddler area and she came out with black hands and socks, and this was at 11:30, so it’s not like it had had a bunch of kids in it already that day making it dirty.

DO BETTER JAKE’S!! We go to Jake’s regularly and that’s the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review. Usually the food is good for bar food. The drinks not so much. Tonight I got the worst customer service I’ve ever received there. The servers are usually ok despite it being busy. This time it started off ok. Evidently they got some kind of new ordering technology but our waiter’s (Ryne) phone wasn’t working. So he took our order verbally by memory. Unfortunately he got it wrong and when we mentioned something about it he tried to put the blame on us. Then came back, interrupted our meal and asked for us to plate 10 of the wings from the order he messed up so he could go throw them away before giving us the new wings. He had an attitude with us when we told him we felt that was ridiculous then we asked to speak to a manager (David) who kept the same horrible energy and said “we don’t give handouts here but this time we will let you keep the wings.” We were very offended by the condescending way he spoke to us. THEN we get the bill and they STILL overcharged us for the mistake they made. Meanwhile sent a completely different waiter to deal with us who didn’t know what was going on. He did fix the bill after we pointed it out. And my husband still left a tip against my wishes! Very disappointed by the way this was handled. Maybe they are used to dealing with the college crowd that way but it was unacceptable.

Thien An Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 13518 Harbor Blvd A6, Garden Grove

Food was average, the spring roll wrap are a bit too tiny to do decent wrap. Price is a bit over priced for the portions given. Water are water bottles for 1$ each. 2017 and this restaurant stills charges for water lol. I had to give them a one star. I see a recent notify by food inspector for this place and already feel skeptical to go in. But my family insist on trying it still. Throughout the meals when it times for the soup. The bowls they brought were dirty, filthy, unwashed and been used. Told the worker and got a weird look and swap it. Too me if that can happen, anything can happen for careless act throughout the kitchen. So do beware eating here with small portion, huge cost, and dirty unwashed plate for you to eat off from. They need better maintenance and not serve dirty unwash plate to customer! Will I ever come here again? No. I will not. April-11-2019 They claim the old owner retired and has a new owner running the place, without any compensation of my bad experience here, overpaid food, and dirty plates/bowls- flies flying around; they claim they got better with there services? Really now? And they would constantly message me to take my review off. Hmm..? Lol if this is a new owner for the location, they should change the name. But FYI to everyone that eats here, they had food inspectors checking up on them and they do not score well. My reviews will be final. Eat here with cautious because I honestly don’t think they change owners.

Texas Steak Express – Lubbock North – Menu with Prices – 606 W Loop 289, Lubbock

Wow, the customer service I just received was actualy hurtful. i called up for delivery and was placed on immediate hold for 5 minutes, before ordering not an anectotal five minutes, but a -my phone shows length of calls -actual five minutes. This is typical with steak express and i usually let it go but due to the way i was treated, i’m gonna go ahead and put that out there too. then I placed my order and after i reminded them that on a previous order they had left off two orders of rolls and i was promised a free desert the next time i ordered. now further detail on that.. when they messed up my order on the previous order i was cool and told em they didnt have to send a driver out, and the guy promised me a free desert on my next order. so Natasha looked at the notes and said it was noted i could have the rolls on the next order. I replied can you please check my history and see if thats the decision you wanna go with. I order lots with them steaks and such, 75 dollar tickets i thought this info would help my cause but i swear i feel it put them in combat mode. she checked with her manager dani of which… she just laid the phone down and i heard the entire conversation and it wasnt flattering..and came back telling me, i checked, thats the decision… i asked to speak to dani and when dani came to the phone i reminded that night i was cool and didnt request the driver come back and everything was thankful and nice and now that im calling in the item promised, with an order i was told it wasnt the case. the response was very cold that dani noted it up and that wasnt the case. i then asked dani to look and ask if my history was visible and dani said yes however that was the decision. i informed Dani they had just lost my business. also note this was the first time i ever asked them to correct an order although other things have been messed up in the past. i had never looked at thier rating here because its delivery, i usually like to check in and rate, but… it looks like others get the same treatment.. such a shame, i’ll miss having steak delivered, but i wont be called a liar or treated this way.

Burger Boys – Menu with Prices – 2400 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville

Went here after reading the good reviews on here, I have to say without a shadow of a doubt this was the worst hamburger I have ever had. while he was getting our hamburger ready, I saw he took them from underneath a pan on the grill, I asked him if those were fresh burgers, he replied absolutely. they were not fresh, ordered 2 burgers and needed to wash down with a drink they were so dry. I told him it was our first time here, why on earth would somebody not put their best foot forward to impress, all to pawn off dried up hamburgers and lose a new customer for life. he was very friendly food was just horrible, no flavor and dry as hell, I also think he dipped the fries in water also- soggy as hell, he didnt put the fries in the fryer till after he had completed the burgers???? seems out of order to me-lol would not recommend, at least he got rid of to horrible burgers and fries-wow
