I wish I could give this place less than one star. I always believe you rate a place for both their food and their service. I am not giving a bad review for the quality of the food, but for the customer service this time. We came in on a Friday evening around 5:50 pm, still 2 plus hours before closing. They were out of everything, I asked if they made more and I would wait, and they responded “no it’s too close to closing.” I found something else on the menu as a secondary option and as I was finishing up, a lady walks in and ordered what I ordered that was “out” and they offered to make it for her fresh since they were out. I am not one to complain or send food back but I got up and asked the lady why she had told me they don’t make more after they run out and she said “well the manager changed his mind, do you want free food or something?” I proceeded to tell her I did not want free food, that’s it’s the principle of it. She went in the back and loudly mocked me and laughed with the crowd. I have never been disappointed with a chicken salad chick, until now.

Good food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Delivery sucks and their manager is a jerk. Called to complain after order was an hour late (an hour AFTER the initial time promised it would be here, Which was 1.5 hours after placing the order). Called the restaurant 3 times to get help on where the order was…â?he went wrong way.â? â??He is on the wayâ? etc etc etc every excuse in the book. Driver finally called â??Hi. Come out to get your food.â? Other than that being rude for having food delivered, he wasnâ??t even by our apartment. Still had to wait. Asked for a discount and he said he didnâ??t know if they did that. Told us to sign receipt but both said customer copy and had no signature line. I called the restaurant again to ask for a discount for being an hour late and the lady handed the phone to the manager. He kept giving excuses and saying we must have ordered from door dash, which we didnâ??t. We ordered directly from the restaurant. Then I asked for the owners name so I could talk to someone above him. He asked what discount I wanted and kept laughing at me. I pointed out how incredibly rude it was to laugh at an angry customer and he laughed again. Then when I asked for owners name and when he would be in, the manager â??gene?â? Said he didnâ??t know when Loo was going to be there. I asked for the lady that I first spoke to and he said he didnâ??t know her name (yet heâ??s the manager?). He finally told me he would refund me half of the order price and I said ok, but when I told him I was angry that he was laughing and didnâ??t handle the situation well, he said he canâ??t talk to me anymore and handed me back to the lady. She said she would refund full price and they hung up. What a trip with these people. Good food, but man, thereâ??s good food with good service at tons of other places. Go to other places.

Aranda’s Plumbing, Heating and Supply – Menu with Prices – 600 Cortez St #1012, Santa Fe

Don’t use Arandas. They sent out a plumber(simple bathroom sink small leak). He installed a pop up, which was not the problem. Also, it did not match my fixtures. I have brushed nickel; he installed chrome. Later that day I discovered an additional leak, which was due to the installation. They sent out another technician. I told him what the first technician had done and I wanted the new leak fixed. He said that Arandas did not do the previous work..that they don’t install anything like that..that you could see the sloppy caulking and someone had ‘wrenched’ the part. I called and asked them to send out a technician that knew what he was doing, since he apparently did not believe Arandas had done this incorrect work, 3 days before. Long story short, he drove away,without saying anything. I called them again. I was told he had come to pick up the part I needed. He came back with the SAME incorrect part and wanted to remove what the first guy had installed three days before..the same chrome part. I told him to leave. The next day I went in to complain about this service/part. I was told they didn’t have the correct part. I asked that they send someone to put the drain back together, as the sink was unusable, due to the fact that their technician had left parts on the counter, that were needed for the sink to be functional. They refused. I asked for a refund, since the guy had used the wrong part. They refused..in spite of the fact that they have a 30 day guarantee on labor, and I had an unusable sink..rendered so by their technician. I had to hire someone else to clean up their mess. DONT USE ARANDAS.

I just want to write a review regarding their customer service here, which is beyond horrible. The lady who works up at the front and takes the customer orders and claims to be the manager. I don’t understand how she is the manager due to her unprofessional attitude. I called to complain and she answered and she stated she was the manager and she didn’t take my complain seriously and was also rude to me. I simply wanted to complain about the service they provided my family with. I really don’t know how they can run a business being so rude and unprofessional. Time and time again, I give them the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I will no longer go back and support a business that treats their customers so rudely. I would urge customers not to come because they would be treated like they don’t matter and there are also other good food spots in the area. I’m not the first to complain nor the last but I simply write here on yelp so my voice could be heard. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was necessary. I hope they take the measures that are necessary to create a better atmosphere for their customers.

The only reason I am giving it a 2 star was the service and being clean. We went there several times a week since they opened. Loved the food except the wheat pancakes. This one morning changed it, have not been there in way over a month. Received our breakfast I had long dark hair in my eggs. I told the server to take them away as soon as she set them down. Her hair was flinging all over the place, and into my food. My husband finished eating we went to pay I told the young lady to remove mine as I send it back, and the issue. Her answer was. “Oh that could happen sometimes”. I said not if that lady that waited on us had her hair pulled up and back like the rest of the girls. Left and never went back.

Worst restaurant experience ever! I was there this evening with my husband and friends couple. Evening started out okay until we started to hear very loud noise coming from the kitchen. The noise was from someone throwing the steel grill pans and the noise lasted for more than five minutes. We asked a waiter why there’s so much noise and he said they were washing the dishes. Even after we asked the loud noise continued. As we paid for our dinner we asked to see a manager. The waiter named Eric comes and I asked if he was the manager and he said no and told me the manager wasn’t available. He proceeded to tell me he was the head waiter and asked what was the problem. I asked what time was the closing because We thought they were hurry to leave however it was two hours before the closing. As I was explaining the situation he walked off. Called him back and his attitude was very confrontational. Finally the manager shows up and was somewhat apologetic with the our experience. As we were having a conversation with the manager, wiaiter ERIC started to make gestures with hands raising up, pointing fingers and so on in as the manager was facing us. He even wanted to physically fight us, but backed down when my husband walked up to him. We asked the manager how he was going to discipline the Eric and didn’t said a word. Never had a worst experience at any restaurant ever. I highly NOT recommend this place and by the way food was the mediocre as well. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT EAT HERE !!! No respect for children or adults. They’re very racist they talk to us any kind of way. I was called a BITCH in front of my family by one of the waitresses because i asked her for a cup for my daughter apple juice. The lady was in her phone and refused to help. I went to the manager and i advised the manager (BEN) of the lady not wanting to give me a cup for the juice they provided. He stated that the host will provide me a cup which she did. After i told the manager she came to my table and started calling me a bitch and putting her fingers in my face. The manager could only apologize for the waitress behavior. The whole time eating with my family the lady just stared at my family and rolled her eyes. The manager DID NOTHING. BTW THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING

Nothing Bundt Cakes – Menu with Prices – 678 St George Square Ct, Winston-Salem

I ordered the little bundt cakes to take to a birthday lunch. These only come in groups of 12 which was not an issue but I only needed 6 for the birthday lunch. When picking them up, I asked if the order could somehow be divided into two boxes. I offered to pay for an extra box when I made the request at the counter. The nice lady at the check out told me she would have to ask. I was not sure if she was new or ?? She came from the back area of the store with another lady that i am guessing is the manager. She told me NO. I repeated my request to the lady hoping she did not understand that I just wanted a box or some type container to put half of the order into since they would ultimately be going to two locations. She repeated, NO adding that they do not make it a practice to give or sale extra boxes. I was a little shocked and surprised with this response. I dont consider this very good customer service. Sorry to have to say, I will not be going back — no matter how good the little bundt cakes taste. Maybe this is a little harsh but I am a firm believer in customer service and doing whatever necessary to make a customer happy. Nothing Bundt Cakes fell short!

My co-workers and I have eaten here quite a few times. I believe today makes #4 or #5…not exactly sure, however I will say that it will be the last, at least for me for quite a while, which really stinks, because the food is delicious. Be warned about the VAL-PAK coupon that expires on 8.31.19. You CANNOT use it online, even though the Coupon DOES NOT state that, ANYWHERE. We ordered online today, and wanted to use the coupon. The online ordering system does not ask or essentially allow for any coupons at all. I took the coupon and the credit card used to the store when picking up our order. The two young people behind the counter “couldn’t help me” and “didn’t know what to tell me” when I asked about possibly just simply getting a refund and the re-processing the order in the store in order to get the discount. This was our conversation after the young lady told me you can’t use it online as I went on to explain that the coupon doesn’t state that. I had the coupon in my hand! While I’m waiting on this young lady to contact her manager via phone, I decided to order something else. I asked the young man if I could do that and he said yes. I told him what I wanted and he said ok. He just stood there and stared at me. I said, while pointing at the register, “Are you going to ring that up?” Again, he said yes….and just stood there and stared at me. He never placed this additional order. Just stared. Dumbfounded. Needless to say, I got frustrated and said never mind. Clearly he couldn’t handle such a simple request. The young lady took some information and the Manager called my co-worker whose card we used. The Manager told her…in so many words…”I don’t know what to tell you” and “NO, you cannot get refunded for the coupon you tried to use.” Hmmmm…Okay. Cool. So, Mr. Manager of the Molly store in Greenbrier…Don’t print coupons without explicitly stating no online ordering. And maybe you should think twice about leaving your employees alone in your store without your supervision. While the young lady seemed to attempt to handle the situation (she even offered me free food in lieu of a discount), the young man was a person who absolutely should never be in a customer service situation. Ever. And quite frankly neither should you, Mr. Manager. But good luck with the new business!

Dont think I’ll ever order at this location again. Was told 45 minutes ordered at 7:58PM and called at 9:14PM to check on order guy told me any second it should show up at any second. Got the pizza at 9:40PM. Asked the delivery guy what took so long and he said there was 4 other deliveries. Okay I get that he had 4 other pizzas to deliver but no one can pick up a phone and tell us they are going to be late. On top of that pizza was cold. Called and talked to manager and he gave me 25% off and wouldn’t own up to mistakes that were made. Also never did get a sincere apology or I hope you will still order with us. I normally dont write reviews but just so people know their food might be late and cold.

I called them to place an order, I asked if they have the fritanga BOWL, they said yes. I was so excited to get it. I got there and they gave me a fritanga WRAP. I asked if they have a bowl and the lady then tells me she doesn’t know what that is and that it’s the only thing fritanga that they have. I said I saw it online that they have a bowl she still didn’t understand, she then told me that I should have looked at the ingredients before I ordered it, I saw the item on their Facebook page and they told me that they had the BOWL available. I then asked for a manager, which she had a hard time understanding then asked me, “well what to you want me to do for you” with an obvious attitude. She finally got me a manager because you could clearly see I was upset, but I wasn’t an irate customer. The manager came and with an attitude asked me, “well what do you want me to do for you” before we even spoke. I told her that online I saw this fritanga BOWL and she told me that they were different owners with the same name, which is understandable but I told her that I asked the person over the phone twice if they have the fritanga BOWL to which the person said yes, her response to me saying that was, “they don’t understand the difference between a bowl or a wrap and don’t know what a bowl is”. What?! I even asked them in Spanish?! How many other ways should I have asked? That’s not even the worst part, as she is getting me my money back a customer asked the manager what had happened, she processed to tell him what was going on. What kind of professionalism is that? I tried to make it to where I wasn’t making a scene, I never wanted my bad experience to taint anyone else’s in the restaurant but she went out of her way to make me the bad guy to another customer, and showed her lack of professionalism. The service was so bad! I’ll never be going back here again. These people just don’t care about you, they just want to take your money and get you out the door.

Well today, I went to hot link place for my husband to take to his job. Normally the ladies are great always. But, we have noticed the last 3 visits havnt been that plesant from just (1) employee. But, we will still speak but her attitude us nonchalant. Anyway, today she came to window, didnt speak, and I ordered. Then came back gave me price and I gave her my card. Told her the chip doesn’t work as I handed to her. She looked at me, and still took it. About 5mins later, she comes back and says, my card dont work. Well, 1st of all, it works fine but the reason I told her in advance is for her to do it as credit or without chip usage. Anyway, i told her, I will give her cash. She handed her hand out for my cash, but still had my debit card. I told her to give my card 1st, then I gave her a $50 bill. She took a min and came back with $26 change. I looked at her funny and asked where my receipt she said since I didnt pay with card, I cant get a receipt. I asked how much was it again, she looked at me with a attitude and said, its right. $13 from $50 is $26 and I told her its incorrect and then she shut window on me and started talking to other worker. I bought 14 links, which she gave him the smallest links in there and a strawberry fanta, no ice. Maybe she gaving a bad day. But, lately she has acted this way. Idk way, i haven’t done anything to her and idk her either well. I drove around to front door, went in with food and money. Told the smaller dark lady, who is always sweet and she asked what i bought, told her and still that lady tried to say, 50-13=26, and thats what i gave you. Well, im not dumb, but I know how to count. So instead of arguing, i pulled out my phn to calculator, then she hurried up and said, or yea..I owe you $10. Laid it on counter and walked away. I told my hubby when i took him the food and he tut old me to report it. He said, he was proud of me, cause normally i goes off about my money. But, I have grown alot and tries to be better. She still had a attutude, vut you tried to CHEAT ME, but mad at me. I dont get that. How many people does, she do like this daily that she THINKS, DONT COUNT THEIR MONEY. My husband is bad about not counting his, but I DONT PLAY LIKE THAT. He eats at Rheas at least weekly, and before he had his seizures last yr. He ate 3 times a week faithfully on lunch break of after work. Smh at her.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER. Before I ordered the Kare kare, I asked how many ox tails was included the waiter, I think his name is Jay or jr. We’ll he told me that it came with 2 big ox tails and some tripes and beef briskets. He mentioned if I just want the ox tails instead of the other meats, it would be the same price of $24.00 for large. But when he was explaining it to me, that he’ll put more ox tails, he said it will be extra. So I think he wasn’t telling me the truth. So I ordered our food -crispy binagoongan , kare kare, pinakbet. And rice. When the food finally came, my wife and I were very very disappointed that kare kare didnt have the big ox tails. That he said it would. We didn’t want to complain right there, so I called and ask him why is there only 2 small ox tails. I asked him where is the big ox tails, he said he never said that and he said there’s 2 in pot. He had an attitude bcuz I questioned the food. He then said he will get more ox tails. When he came back he brought over 1 small ox tail in a very tiny, small pala yok. What a joke , I knew his was making fun of me bcuz I complained. He also was asking me if I was good when he brought the small ox tail. I didnt want to make a scene. We as paying customer either Filipino or other ethic background be treated with respect . I was respectful towards him . I paid my hard earned money to eat good Filipino yet I got very very bad customer service and the was not great at all. The reason we went to this location is bcuz the one in north hills was busy. I told my family and friends of my bad experience here. They just lost a good paying customer. This facility needs to learn people skills. I do not recommend this place even if they giving food for free. Oh almost forgot, I called the place to speak with the manager, Jay answered. I ask for manager he said no one available. I asked for managers name. He would not give name. He asked why I wanted to speak to manager I replied I wanted to complain about customer service. He again had an attitude on the phone. So I just hung up on him.. For Jay being in the customer’s eyes. By giving poor customer service gives us Filipinos a bad name.. I even left a 18% tip of bill $64.70. knowing if I didnt he would be talking bad about us shame on you Jay Treating customers poorly. Had to pick 1 star or I can’t post. Zero rating:(!!
