Never disappointed at the Keg chain always good service and service. Have been to quite a few in this chain and will return again

ink! Coffee Cadence – Menu with Prices – 1920 17th St, Denver

Ok coffee shop for a chain: nothing special, but nothing negative either. They only have one size for iced drinks, which is weird. I usually stick with 12 oz coffee because I don’t like all the extra milk, so was disappointed to hear 20 oz was my only option. Fortunately they accommodated my request to not fill the glass to the top with milk. They also gave me a fourth shot of espresso for free, since I ordered three but the machine pours in doubles regardless. Customer service alone was five stars. The space isn’t super cozy and it lacks a bit of character, but that’s expected with a chain I suppose. There’s ample seating, including on the patio, and free Wifi (I think).

Suarez Restuarant – Menu with Prices – 7333, 4800 McPherson Rd, Laredo

The restaurant was busy. We each ordered a different plate and we were NOT disappointed. The Mexican food was delicious. I am looking forward to return and order enchiladas. Even though there was ONLY one waitress she gave us good service considering how busy the restaurant was. I hope the restaurant hires a 2nd waitress. . One will not be disappointed in eating at this restaurant.

Miss Donuts – Menu with Prices – 658 W Holt Blvd # A, Ontario

Well I just came from Miss Doughnut’s and after a very one star experience with a well known chain that just opened up in Upland yesterday, I have to say the local Miss Doughnuts gets 5 stars. There jelly doughnut, which was the last one of the day, was filled with oozing raspberry and fresh and light. Then I made myself a sampler plate of Chocolate..Coconut..Apple-fritter and glaze and was extremely satisfied. I didnt catch his name, but I believe he was the owner who was very friendly and thanks for the free maple bar. The story is, we should all purchase from our local business owner, rather than a chain..thus putting more tax dollars into our city, and not lining the pockets of chain stores. Oh yes and the prices are excellent!

piesanos pies and pints – Menu with Prices – 2701 SW 42nd St, Ocala

3-4 stars as they give much effort. Guess it’s a local chain with a couple locations in Gainesville. Decor is nicer than not and you can dine at the bar or grab something to go from the dedicated pick up area. I had a gluten free pizza which came in a pan. The normal pizzas around me looked great and I was salivating to taste the charcoal flavor which wasn’t fully present for my pizza. The bartender explained they do the pans to prevent cross contamination, which makes sense, but if I return, I’m going to see if they can remove it from the pan. I didn’t love the wine selection but was quieted with a decent Chardonnay. Oh the joy of my visit was the 10* saxophone player randomly in the parking lot!!! He was so full of light, joy and positivity. He said God instructed him to this location and hopes to build a church with musical instruments one day. Hearing his music was beyond uplifting and I’d return to Paesano’s merely to hear this gentle – man play.

Sushi Maki House – Menu with Prices – 645 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga

My parents live in the area of this restaurant (which was formerly a noodle house). Having become weary of the usual national chain fast-food options in the area, I decided to try Sushi Maki House for a quick lunch. I ordered two kinds of sushi: spicy crab and spicy scallop, as well as assorted tempura. The service was excellent: the chef was friendly and helpful. The sushi was tasty and the portions were just right. I tend not to prefer a larger sushi roll because they are difficult to eat without making a huge mess. I will definitely return to this new neighbourhood favourite.

Baseline Burgers – Menu with Prices – 25578 E Baseline St, San Bernardino

I used to come to this place with my dad after Sunday mass for years as a little girl. It’s hard to miss, as it’s in a little strip mall of red painted wood exterior buildings that look very “barn” like…not to mention the giant plastic chicken outside the feed and tack shop across the parking lot! It was always a memorable experience. As time went on we simply drifted off from going there and I hadn’t been back for years. Honestly, I was a bit afraid to return and have all those memories dashed by bad food or bad service, but happily even after so long away the service remains friendly and attentive and the food is good, especially breakfast foods. On weekends they get especially busy, but they continue to have a group of regulars (myself and family included) that enjoy their food any day we can make it in since its well priced. If you’re looking for good prices, good food and service, and something more homey than a chain restaurant, come here.

Sticks & Stems Cigar Lounge LLC – Menu with Prices – 267 Stonecrossing Dr suite a, Clarksville

Very disappointed. Drove over after a morning of shooting to have a cigar because their website said they opened at 10. Arrive to find the sign on the door to say 12-8. Okay. So we go to Waffle House and we return at 12:07. Still locked! With no sign. No lights. No notification that they had adjusted hours for New Years Eve. Very disappointed. And a sign on the door saying you have to be 21yrs old to enter. Also not on the website. That would have been disastrous if we had brought our 18yr old son who is a new cigar aficionado. Overall, a terrible disappointment and we will not be returning.

Flame Broiler, Bakersfield Menu with Prices 12918 Brimhall Rd Suite 200, Bakersfield

They just lost a daily or even twice a day customer today! This is my first time to come inside Flame Broiler as I usually order by the drive thru. I ordered a small and regular tofu bowl and had to RETURN my order since it was BURNT. Before this, when I was paying earlier after the cashier opened the window, there was this disgusting burnt smell that came out. I was hoping that it wasn’t the food that I ordered. After this, I went to another fast food restaurant and while waiting for my order there, I decided to check the food. The food was BURNT!! The smell was so nasty! My family was hungry, waiting for their food, and I received BURNT FOOD?!! So, I had to come back inside this fastfood chain but the Manager was gone already. The staff in the kitchen were just looking at me and they knew why I came back. They were not even apologetic!! One staff member was looking at me with a gesture that looked as if she would say, “So what?” You just lost a customer!! The cashier was apologetic but not the people in the kitchen!! The cook does not respect the customer. Extremely RUDE!!! Even they would not taste the food he cooked!! I’m very disappointed.

Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder – Menu with Prices – 20 Buffalo Thunder Trail, Santa Fe

I have been a Hilton DIAMOND MEMBER (highest loyalty) since 1999, twenty years. I have travelled all over North America and Europe and stayed at countless Hilton Hotels, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton Resorts, Embassy Suites and all the other many wonderful hotels in the Hilton chain. I can say without a doubt in my mind that the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder Resort is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in Hilton or any other chain. The employees at the front desk were absolutely rude. It took over TWO HOURS just to check into a suitable room. The first room was overlooking a courtyard where there was an active dog show going on and the dogs were barking (huge Afgans). Their pens were right below our balcony. When I called the front desk I was criticized and I quote: â??Whatâ??s the matter? You donâ??t like little puppies?â? Then we were given a second room and when we opened the door there were people already occupying the room. When we went back down to the front desk and asked for another room I was again insulted by the head administrator who said she thought I was happy when I checked in almost two hours earlier and accused me of being a â??fakeâ?, that I was â??fake happyâ?. Well it took over two hours just to get our room after all the insults. On top of that we had to carry our own luggage around from room to room because there was not a bellman available in the resort. At checkout I requested they refund my honors points and they said they would, but when I called two days later they refused to do it, so they lied to me. Luckily I made them write it down on my receipt and the Hilton Diamond Loyalty Guest Services forced them to return my points. I love the Hilton chain, and this is not about Hilton. It is about rude employees who donâ??t care about their customers and are incompetent and rude. I would avoid this resort at all costs.

Döner USA #2 – Menu with Prices – 2907 N Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs

I appreciate the owners’ attention to the freshness of the food, and the little things offered during our dining experience. This is a diner, with limited seating, a serviceable atmosphere but some shortcomings. Food: 4 – Good and fresh, and better flavor than any fast food middle eastern chain. Ambiance: 3 – Smaller space, TV going, not the nicest but pretty clean Service: 4 – Very attentive to our table Value: 3 – I was disappointed that the picture of the chicken kabob showed a whole chicken breast on the skewer, which I hoped was the case, as I was hungry. Alas, only about a cup of cubed chicken, which while very tasty was ultimately unsatisfying. Noticed the same for other entrees – smallish portions of protein. STILL, for $10 it was a reasonable price for dinner. OVERALL 3.5 STARS for a decent plate of food with friendly service, in a “nothing fancy” location and atmosphere.

BBQ Chicken – Menu with Prices – 56 Whitney Ave, New Haven

New Haven is definitely stepping up it’s Korean fried chicken game with BBQ Chicken! I’ve previously heard about it as a popular Korean chain and am pretty thrilled at its location choice. +CHEESELING (4.5/5): Korean fried chicken is definitely a breed on its own (compared to American fried chicken). While I can’t speak for authenticity, I definitely enjoyed this take. It’s pretty crispy and there isn’t a thick batter. The cheeseling denotes the cheesy powder on the chicken, which reminds me of Kraft mac & cheese powder (not a bad thing!). It can be a bit much if this is the only thing you’re eating though. (This only comes in boneless by the way!) +KIMCHI FRIED RICE (5/5): This was a large portion, and was pretty tasty! I appreciated how the kimchi still had a crunchiness. The egg yoke was oozy and perfect on top of the not-too-spicy and spicy-enough fried rice. -SOY GARLIC (3/5): This was okay. It wasn’t memorable and to be honest, I was a little disappointed. It wasn’t really well coated and the sauce was a little too thick a texture for me (maybe this is normal and I’m just not used to it). I have to admit having it was a good break from the cheeseling though. While the food was good, the service isn’t quite on par. I’m used to eating pickled radish with my Korean fried chicken (love that acidity), but that’s not automatic here so be sure to ask if you’re hoping for that. It’s also just hard to get attention of the staff, whether it is to get water or the check. We also got one dish way ahead of the other, while our fried chicken sat on the counter for way too long (and wasn’t as hot when we got it). Perhaps they just need more staff. Overall, the food was quite tasty and I would return for cheeseling, which I haven’t had anywhere else before. I would also recommend coming in when you’re not in a rush!

Hungry Howie’s Pizza Menu with Prices 3395 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor

This was my first time trying Hungry Howie’s and I had a great experience. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and as other reviews reiterate, the customer service here is fantastic. The workers were very pleasant and quick to serve right as I walked in the door. In terms of taste, I think you get more than you pay for. I ordered a medium well done pie. The pizza felt somewhere in between a Little Caesar’s and Chuck e Cheese pizza in all the best ways possible. This is definitely a go to option if you’re looking for a reliable fast food slice that gives you a bang for your buck. The cheese was nice and caramelized and where this chain shines is definitely their sauce; it is the true star in the pizza box. The cheese is on the lighter side and the crust is closer to loaf style without being too doughy like Little Caesar’s. While I have had better chain restaurant pizzas, between service and flavor, I have no complaints and only good things to say. This is perhaps the best dollar/slice to flavor ratio around. Try this location out and see for yourself!
