Extremely disappointed in how this place is managed. They advertise on instagram that they do birthday parties and not only did I go in person to speak with someone about it, I called, and I left them a message on Instagram. When I came in person the young girl informed me that she was unsure how to go about booking a birthday party so she got my info and told me a manager would call me that afternoon. I was never called. Next, I sent a message on Instagram that was never replied to. Finally, I called one day and the guy who answered told me to call the village deli next door to speak with the owner (I guess they own both). I called the village deli and asked for the owner by name since the previous guy told me who to ask for and the girl who answered snapped back at me “What is this regarding?” so I told her I wanted to book a bday party next door then she tells me they are too busy at the moment for her to take my call so again, she got my info but I never received a call back. I was really excited at the idea of having my daughters birthday party here but I’m just truly disappointed with the management and or ownership of this place. They do have good ice cream which is why I gave the 2 stars but sadly I wont be returning for the simple fact that Im unhappy with this place in general.

DO NOT BUY A NESPRESSO! This could NOT get any more comical. Someone from Nespresso finally called me and told them their name was Dennis and to call 1-800-562-1465 and ask for extension 4235. I did. A young girl answered said she did not know who that was and said that extension did not exist. She sounded very, very dumb. I hung up and called back and spoke to Carrie in San Francisco who asked for my Nespresso number which I do not have. She seemed very confused when I asked for Dennis at ext. 4235 and put me on hold. She then came back and said he wasn’t available and could she take a message and then asked what my call was about? What an absolute JOKE of a company. DO NOT BUY A NESPRESSO!

Kravers Seafood Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 2368 Leroy Stevens Rd, Mobile

Food was okay but service was terrible. The two girls working the front talked to my family and I like we were dirt. We had a party of 15 for a surprise birthday gathering… my mom called ahead and they said they donâ??t take reservations but when we get there to let the manager, Abigail, know and she will have them push tables together for us. When we arrived, I let the two girls up front know we were there and they said we had to wait for our entire party to arrive before we could be seated.. even though we knew exactly how many people would be there… After everyone but the birthday boy arrived, I told them we were ready to be seated. They then told me there were no available tables and there would be a wait. Even though I told them 20 minutes before that we were there and ready to be seated. When I asked to speak to Abigail, they wouldnâ??t let me. After another 10 minutes of waiting, my aunt asked the girl up front how long it would be until we were seated… she replied, â??I do not know, would you like to go ask the customers sitting and eating how much longer they will be?â? We weâ??re finally seated after waiting for 45 minutes… needless to say, wonâ??t be back!

Old School Subs & Deli Menu with Prices 55 Sweeten Creek Rd #131, Asheville

If I could give a negative star today, I would. I called at 2:00 pm today to order a sandwich delivery. Nothing fancy, just a sub and some extra potato salad. I work in the medical field and cannot take my lunch “at will” and when I ordered, I was told my order would be ready “shortly”. At 2:46 pm, I called to politely ask where my order was. He told me it was the only order there, and the girl was waiting till she got off and then she would delivery it. When it still hadn’t come,I called back and I got the excuse that the traffic was busy in Biltmore and that she should be there any second. (They are literally 5 min from our office). I asked to speak to a manager. He then went on to say that he was the only one there with some workers and then proceeded to tell me that he knew who I was, I was the dude who called him earlier (I’m a girl). I asked if he was the manager. He wouldn’t answer my question and kept telling me he was the only one there in the shop. Then I asked if he was the owner. He refused to answer me and then hung up on me. I called back and the call went to VM. When the delivery person showed up at 3:00 pm, I told her I didn’t want the order because I ordered it an hour ago and my 30 minute lunch was over and I wanted my money refunded. She told me to keep the order and they would make sure my $$ was refunded. I asked her if she was sure because otherwise I would take them to court. She also confirmed to me that was indeed the owner who I talked to before. She did actually apologize to me but if that is how the owner treats his patrons, I will never go there again. The poor customer service and rudeness I received is unacceptable. I am posting this here and the BBB and anywhere else I find on social media. BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Best Teriyaki – Menu with Prices – 812 72nd St E, Tacoma

So first let me say that the food is amazing. The fried rice is absolutely phenomenal, however I want to share something else about this place that makes them truly great. So I called in today, New Year’s Eve, at 3:30 pm. I didn’t expect them to be open but a girl answered and said said the restaurant was open until 8:00 pm. I had to work late but I drove an hour to get here and arrived at 6:30 with my three year old son. Yes, The food is that amazing. The lights were turned off, door was locked, but they were still inside. I frantically knocked on the door and Conny walked over, I explained my predicament from outside with my young son in tow, and when I showed her on my phone that I had indeed called at 3:30, they opened the door, turned back on the Kitchen after it had already been cleaned off for the night and took my huge to go order. I just want to say how absolutely phenomenal and selfless it was of them to do this for me, considering the girl that answered that originally answered the phone was mistaken and had already left for the night and it was New Year’s Eve. This is honestly the single nicest customer service oriented experience I have ever had in this state since being stationed here in 2009. THANK YOU TONY, CONNY, and ALEX, you have a grateful customer for life!!!!

Denise is AMAZING! My daughter had her birthday party here today and it was fantastic. She chose the pizza for her party and it was very yummy. All of the kids (and adults!) had so much fun making our own little pizzas and decorating a birthday cake. Such a neat idea for a party. Plus the studio is super cute and Denise was awesome and answered all of our random questions! We will definitely be back!

Villa Del Rey Cocina Mexicana – Menu with Prices – 720 Schillinger Rd S, Mobile

Seriously the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to and I eat out to Mexican restaurants weekly. My sister tried this place first and told me how great it was so I planned my daughter’s party here on a short notice! I called about 30 minutes before we got there and asked them to reserve a table for a party. We had no wait time and made it there in timeIt was amazing our waiter was on point! Never had to wait on a refill kept our glasses filled and checked on us. Food was brought out quickly and correct. The food was great! My husband had a few margaritas and they were good and at a great price when we went. even for a party of 12 he did an amazing job and me and my sister left a large tip! Made my daughter feel so special for her birthday they genuinely was excited for her being her birthday and talked with her making her feel like the only girl in the room and she ate it up. She is a sassy 8 year old now. I would recommend this place over any others that I’ve been to! Very nice and clean comfortable setting. They even have a special candle for the birthday girl that was like fireworks or something my daughter was thrilled to say the least everyone in the restaurant loved the candle they used for her! Thanks again for making my daughter’s day so special! We will be returning very soon!!

NEVER COME HERE. The staff is SOOO rude. Walked in, no one said hi or welcomed me. The people in front of me asked lots of questions and she had a terrible attitude the whole time, seriously made my experience miserable. She did not smile once, so extremely rude, if you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to find a new one. I ordered a to-go chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles. Every time I’ve ordered this, it comes with just chicken and noodles, like I ordered. This time I received my Togo order and there was barely any chicken, noodles with veggies and rice. Not what I ordered at all. And it has never came like that either. I called back and the same girl with the terrible attitude answered argued with me on the phone and basically blamed it all on me and I ordered it wrong…. what the he**? I asked to speak to a manager and she said “There isn’t one here.” So I asked when they would be in and she said she couldn’t give me that information. I asked for the managers name so I could call back and speak with him/ her. She also told me she couldn’t give me their name. So I finally asked if she could write down my information and have a manager call me, she said “Sure” “what’s the name” and I asked if she needed my number and she said no. How is a manager going to call me without having my number? Interesting! A few days later and I have yet to receive a phone call. Yogis grill is the worst company and I will never be giving them business again, hire employees that LIKE THEIR JOB! I hope this place shuts down, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Evergreens Salad Menu with Prices 10503 NE 4th St, Bellevue

I honestly love their salads. They’re delicious. They have healthy ingredients that taste great. So why the 2 stars? Because they have ripped me off twice now and their customer service is lacking. Monday night I ordered online for take away. I was jet lagged and wanted something easy but healthy. I ordered double chicken. Got home to find they didn’t put a single piece of chicken on my salad. I was pretty annoyed, so when I received the survey email I filled it out and asked for a response. Didn’t hear from them. Called the store and left a message. No return call. Sent a FB message. Nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. I wanted some money back. Several days later, I get a response and a small coupon. I decided to use it and order the same thing. This time when I picked it up, I checked my salad in the store. Guess what. Zero chicken. The girl tried to tell me it was on there. I asked where and she told me she didn’t know because she didn’t make the chicken. I sat there and dug through it, but nothing. Another girl came over and was more pleasant and gave me the chicken.

Easy To Go Taco Stand – Menu with Prices – 2344 Southmost Rd, Brownsville

One star! Yea really, it was that bad. This place has gone down hill. Haven’t been there in two years. Wife wanted flautas so we called to order. She asked for them to be cooked not hard and not soft, the lady says “media’s” and we said yes. I showed up at the restaurant and no one came out I was ringing the bell several times, and nothing. Finally I had to have my wife call on the phone to let them know that I was at the front counter. Anyways flautas we’re ready, and I paid and left. I got home and what a surprise. These flautas were so Over cooked in what looked like some nasty ass oil because of the color of the flautas. They were so over cooked we couldn’t eat them. Ate two and said no, this is not even edible. The lettuce and tomatoe was swimming in room temperature water. HAVE YOU PEOPLE EVER HEARD OF A SALAD SPINNER? It is a very simple device that would solve this issue. When I called to speak to someone I told her what had happened and she tried to tell me that they were cooked “medias” I advised they were cooked to death that they were not medias. I also told her about the amount of water in the lettuce and she said it must of been the juice from the cueritos, I said no I know what cuerito juice is and I know what water is and this is water. He offered no apologies to me, didn’t offer to replace my food, didn’t offer to refund, pretty much she just didn’t give a s**t. I told her I wanted to speak with the owner. She told me she was not there but that she comes every night to close the box and collect the money. I told her we’ll have he call me I would like to speak to her. She said ok and hung up. Didn’t bother to ask my name or number. Oh and by the way I never got a phone call. So I guess the attitude of the owner and infects into the business, nonetheless I will never go back. And P.S. we threw the food away. Pics to prove I just can’t make this up.

Insomnia Cookies – Menu with Prices – 2905 Howard St, Kalamazoo

DO NOT..and I repeat..DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE! They used to be so good. Always had great experiences during the Fall. But oh my god. After waiting 3 HOURS for my order tonight, I’m deeply upset and saddened. First off, my tracker NEVER UPDATED! So I never even knew when the order left the store. An hour after placing my order (placed around 9:40 PM) I look at the tracker and see that there was an issue and I had to call. So I called and they said they got the wrong phone number. I put an 8 in place of a 5 by accident so I didn’t get upset. Mistakes happen and I totally took fault for that. The second time I was waiting in the lobby of my res hall and saw the car pull up. But the driver never walked to the door OR called me. So I call again and the manager told me that the driver said they called me but they never did. At this point I was upset because 1. Obviously the driver never called me and 2. I SAW THE DRIVER PULL UP AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO GET OUT OF THE CAR TO SEE IF I WAS AT THE FRONT DOOR! Isn’t a delivery place supposed to call when the customer doesn’t come to the door AFTER they walk up to it? Hm so I thought hey lucky number 3, right? Nope. I waited another 30 minutes and at this point it’s after midnight and I’m exhausted because I was wasting my time for this stupid order to arrive. So I decided to just cancel the order and get my money back. I appreciate Sean, the online help support chat worker, and whoever answered my call for the refund. They were pleasant and felt terrible for me. I appreciate the coupons they gave me. But this store needs to get their act together with their drivers. If my supposed driver is new then they shouldn’t be driving by themselves. And whoever taught them to call the customer before you go up to the door and drive away when there’s no answer needs to find a non-delivery job. Thanks for wasting my time for 3 hours. Especially since I have a morning shift at my own work the next day! Next time I’ll be ordering, if possible, at 7 pm if the orders are going to take this long

Horrible place! First of all I don’t ever leave a negative review because who has time for that. Every time I have had a birthday party for my son I have come here and ordered a cake. I have never had a problem until this Thursday. I went in and ordered his cake 3 weeks ago. My mother picked up the cake and they said they had no order for his cake. I paid in advance and I gave her the receipt and order form and all they could say was that they did not have his cake or order. The girl told my mom she could choose to take one of the cakes from the display and showed her 2 options. One of the cakes had ROTTEN Strawberries on top and my mom pointed it out but decided to take the other cake because what is a BIRTHDAY PARTY WITHOUT A CAKE?! They didn’t give her the money back for not having our cake and offered to give her a gelatin like that was going to solve everything! As my mom was leaving she heard the women tell the girl to take off the rotten strawberries and put a different one on! Plus later on after the kids had the cake 2 of them threw up and at this point I’m pissed! We threw the NASTY cake away! So my husband called to complain and spoke to the manager and this woman had the nerve to say if you want the money back you have to return half the cake! NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! Will be calling the health department because that is NOT ok! BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY ANY CAKE FROM HERE!
