Excellent. The main portion of the building is self-serve but the staff is super friendly & helpful if needed. Express service is available but I don’t know the price. Coin change machine and ATM available on site. Change machine takes bills $1-$20. There is also a slot vending machine for soap & dryer sheets on site. Limited parking behind the building, but plenty of street curbside parking if you don’t mind a short walk. Lots of basket carts & machines. I went on a Tuesday & it wasn’t very busy. The man told me they’re going to open a pizza shop next door. Will definitely come back.

Walmart Bakery Menu with Prices 7251 Arden Rd, Amarillo

Trying to shop at Market Street Georgia Street location is a real challenge. Yesterday I waited for over 45 minutes for a cart I could use and finally simply left in exasperation. The shopping carts are impossible, most are the giant 18 wheeler impression heavy type you can’t see over to push, there are about 225 plus sitting idle no one wants the hassle. Do they think that if you have a massive one you will put more in it? guess again the small ones hold about the same. The medium one is a bit better but still not all that great, about 120 sit idle, others did come in and out, while I was waiting I counted them….I was sitting on an electric cart one of many seldom used, people are mean to you if you do…… Originally there were nice sized smaller carts you could manipulate with a handy tray top, excellent shopping cart and size, there were very few originally, now there appears to be one warped one available, the bag boys told me there is 4 for the whole store. This is insane market ploy, bigger carts do not mean the customer can afford to put more in there…who chose them The Jolly Green Giant ? While I’m here, no one likes the MONOPOLY game, people will try to give you their tickets as you come in the door they are going out…it’s abusive to most if you try to play, you could also weaken your eye site… Rewards complicated program their kidding here ?? impossible to get any benefit actually. And the new Starbucks Coffee bitter expensive and totally a mess, The coffee area before they changed was 100 % better it was even comfortable. . Austin Street Tacos Menu with Prices 536 NW Arizona Ave, Bend

I love food carts and given the opportunity, I’m always going to check them out. I’m a pretty adventurous eater and the food cart scene fills the gap in our town of great restaurants, but a little short on variety. The Podski is the latest food cart pod, six carts, plus a beer hut. The carts offered a pretty great variety of options. We tried two of the six carts, (one was closed) and thought the food was decent, some better than others. I was a little disappointed that there are only 6 beers on tap and there was only one local brewery represented. That said, it was a Worthy IRA, so thumbs up for that one. They also offer wine, beer in cans and I’m guessing Kombucha (although Kombucha is never on my radar). Seating is casual, shared picnic tables. There is some sort of sun shade over the area. I’m not a huge fan of this style of seating, I’m six feet tall and it’s a long drop to the bench. I did like the vibe, great combination of locals, out of towners, lots of kids and a couple of dogs – great by me. I was concerned that parking would be a problem, but not the case. They have a little lot and were found a spot right away on the street. While I’m a fan, I’m not going out of my way to stop by here again.

Taylor Street Coffee & Tea – Menu with Prices – 100 Taylor St Suite A-23, Nashville

You can’t go wrong with Crema beans. The shot in my Cortado was delish, and it will only get better when they replace their decent espresso machine with a heavy duty double group head machine (coming soon). This shop? kiosk? counter? is tucked inside a shared space which is inside another shared space. 100 Taylor is a converted warehouse currently home to numerous businesses, mostly of the artsy fartsy flair. Suite A23 is the main storefront you see in the heart of the building and may confuse you because the space is filled with pottery, flowers, and paintings. Walk in and peek around the door to the ordering counter. The destination will be more obvious when they get bigger and more signage (coming soon). There is a small parking lot adjacent to a larger gravel parking lot, and street parking, all free. The closest/bestest entrance is in the parking lot, not on Taylor. There is a communal couch and benches scattered around the warehouse but the typical visitor will probably be ordering to go and browsing the few retail shops, or looking at the art on display for the monthly art crawl here, or sitting in the parking lot writing a review. This shop will eventually do the rest of the businesses a favor by bringing in foot traffic. Get in before they start getting super busy due to all the condos and businesses just over the tracks (coming soon).

The Micro at Wisconsin State Fair by Benno’s – Menu with Prices – 640 S 84th St, Milwaukee

A great fun family experience for 2 weeks during August in Wisconsin. I live really close to the fair so we usually go multiple times in the year. They run a promotion early on in the summer for tickets buy them then if you plan on going with more than a couple people or multiple times you save a ton of money. Tons of parking in or around the fair 20 bucks is a little pricey anything less than that is probably a pretty decent buy. Parking on site does cost but it saves you the long walk out afterwards. Make sure you bring your appetite plenty of food options are available. From corn on the cob, to Sheboygan sausages, to ants on a stick, to the sloppy Joey which is a kangaroo sloppy joe there is something to please everyone’s taste buds at the fair. Tons of food options and tons of live music are available at the different stages. , we caught some Reggae action watching King Solomon at the tropics at the fair. Cool set up where they actually bring sand in to give you a beach feel. Saw pig racing this year which was fun to watch it was located next to the giant slide which everybody’s got to slide down. The new ferris wheel this year was awesome with an insane light show that could be seen from the whole park. I love the Wisconsin products building I always roll in for some ice cream and a baked potato with all the fixin’s. I also thoroughly enjoy the Expo building where you can walk through and view all the newest infomercials on sale. Really fun time every day at the fair. Make sure you bring plenty of money and have plenty of energy there’s lots to do

Fresh Smoothies & Cafe – Menu with Prices – 2450 Creston Ave, The Bronx

I would like to think it was because I came in 15 min to closing but that shouldnt change the attitude that you have towards the customer. I walked in and the ladies were talking they looked at me and continued talking. Very disrespectful didnt get greeted or anything, so I said excuse me and asked for what I wanted. Then I told her ill buy an orange juice aswell only for the simple fact that I wanted to see the machine working she stated that the machine is off and the juice was premade that defeated the purpose of wanting the juice so I didnt get it, but They have a lil process that’s done to meet customers satisfaction they serve you an ounce or 2 of w.e. smoothie you ordered to taste for perfection incase you want to add anything or change anything but as I get my sample the lady started to pour it in the cup, didnt wait for my opinion. It wasnt as cold as I would have wanted it to be but didnt wanna start anything I just said it was fine. The one moping gets mad because my boots were dirty she told me to stand by the door and the other lady tells me to come over to the cashier to pay and the one mopping gets mad. I just think for a first time experience on a Friday night it should have been a little better.. I’ll come again another time maybe I’ll change my rating but as of now very disappointed

Mekong Market – Menu with Prices – 747 Main St, Worcester

This is considered to be one of the most popular Vietnamese grocery store in Worcester. This grocery store has gone through many changes throughout the years. They used to be located a block away from here in a tiny store back in the 1980’s. In the 90’s they expanded the store and grew their operations into another building. The grocery store has a airport hangar type of feeling similar to going to BJ’s or Costco. You can find almost every type of Southeast Asian food here, from fresh banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) to frozen boxes of imported squid. They also have a fresh fish market in the back. They will even descale the fish for you unlike most fish markets. This place also sell various types of Asian cookware and other household needs. Parking here can be a challenge since they have a tiny off street parking lot. The parking lot is situated at a 20 degree angle so you might want to be careful of runaway shopping carts hitting your car. Street parking is also hard to find here since you are in downtown Worcester. Overall I prefer to shop here than at the other two popular Vietnamese grocery stores in Worcester since this place has a off street parking lot.

Hidden House Coffee – Menu with Prices – 511 E Santa Ana Blvd, Santa Ana

I’ve visited this place a few times on my way home from Santa Ana and it never fails to disappoint! Up until today, I haven’t really spent time studying here or anything but decided on this place once T found out that they also had this location (with the first one being in Costa Mesa I believe?). The outside of the coffee shop is adorned in red bricks and it looks very nondescript. Coming from the Grand Exit off the 5 Freeway, I saw “coffee” painted on the side of a building and I know that I’m at Hidden House. There’s lots of street parking so you just need to circle around a bit before finding it. There are two entrances to HHC, one is through a clear garage door (when open) and the other is through their door. On a hot day in the summer, it looks like they tend to keep the garage door closed to make sure that the AC doesn’t escape. When you walk in, you there is the coffee bar in the middle with bar seating facing the baristas in the center. On the other end of the coffee shop, there’s a larger clear garage door as well that leads out to their patio seating. The whole area feels SUPER spacious since the ceilings are high and there’s plenty of seating available. Inside the coffee shop, there’s probably about ~30 seats available. The outdoor section is just as spacious as the indoor section with trees providing shade from the sunlight so you can enjoy the breeze without the heat. The great thing is that there’s a TON of natural lightning because they use the clear garage doors and have a few windows that allow the whole area to feel super spacious. I usually order their iced caffe latte (I feel like I’m only in Santa Ana when it’s 100 degrees out) and it’s a very mild and not extremely bitter coffee taste so it’s pretty good. We also ordered the Spinach and Feta Pastry and after they toasted it, it was SPECTACULAR. T ordered the Hot Matcha Latte and it was creamy and delicious with good matcha flavor. Shout out to the barista who made it because the design on it was A1 amazing. Super clean latte art! If you like to study at coffee shops – this place isn’t a bad place to consider! Lots of bar seating with individual tables lining the walls. If you don’t need too much space, it’s perfect since the bar seating isn’t too cramped. Most of the times I’ve been here, there’s always been a few seats open. 5/5 would come again!

Archetype Coffee Little Bohemia – Menu with Prices – 1419 S 13th St Suite 101, Omaha

OK WHOA. I’ve been a fan of the Archetype Blackstone for a number of years, and there are so many little things I appreciated; like them being dog friendly and having wifi and a little patio…etc. but the little Bohemia location really is amazing inside and blows Blackstone out of the water! Not only is is full of light (windows on 3 sides of the building vs only 1 in Blackstone), but it’s spacious and you can work or chat without overpowering the person next you. I love a good cozy coffee shop- but the parking in Blackstone is becoming annoying and it sucks when I meet someone to work and there isn’t a table for us. Little Bohemia has gorgeous natural light, tons of space, the same menu, light pastries and snacks, and really really pretty architecture. Since this street is not overly populated, there is lots of street parking and they also have their own lot. The patio here is also in the works and looks amazing (big!). My only ask is this- I like coffee, but sometimes dont want coffee/macha/chai aka caffeine. It would be nice for them to have something else available to drink (kombucha?, italian soda, tea juice? hot chocolate/cider in the winter months?) Maybe they’ll add something like this to the menu soon. Until then, still good. Visit them soon!

Chimera Golf Club – Menu with Prices – 901 Olivia Pkwy, Henderson

Now that I’ve played several courses in town I can say this is one of my favorites so far. The course is well maintained, carts include GPS, and the rates aren’t outrageous for locals during the week. Located in the Tuscany community near Lake Las Vegas. The course has all of the Lake Las Vegas area scenery. The parking lot offers plenty of parking and a short walk to the clubhouse. Inside of the clubhouse there is a restaurant with snacks and drinks as well as a full menu. As I mentioned, the course if well maintained. I’ve never had an issue with grass being too high or torn up tee boxes. When they were punching the greens I was told ahead of time when I called to book my tee time. Golf carts come with the GPS which I’m finding is not found at all courses, even those charging more. I’m talking to you Legacy. I love having this in the cart instead of having to use a phone. The GPS doesn’t just offer golf assistance, it also acts as big brother which can be annoying. Warnings appear about where to drive the cart and informing you of local laws. Overall, it’s worth it to have the GPS assistance. During the week, mid-morning the course hasn’t been too crowded. I’ve been told that weekends can be slow when they are more crowded. Playing at off times like after 10:00 on hot days has offered discounted rates too. Overall, a great local course. This will continue to be one of my top options when heading out to golf.

The Doris Building Menu with Prices 930 Broad St, Augusta

Talk about a downtown building being multi-functional and in a prime location. Just to the left of the Book Tavern, you will find this place. Just standing outside, you realize it has an amazing covered patio area in the front. But looking in through the glass, you see a carpeted area that seats 200+, a stage, and a full sound/light system. There is a foyer on the other side of this large space, inside, that can be entered via the JB White’s building. It has a single restroom for use and a open space for any ideas one may have. This building proves its versatility on a regular basis. It hosts a local church on Sunday’s and occasional during the week, it was the home base for Mahogany Lounge for a number of years, it served as the Troubadour Stage for Arts in the Heart (the only indoor stage I might add), and it is used for trainings, birthday parties, and wedding receptions. With parking provided via the Broad Street medians, there is plenty to choose from. And if you are having an event during the hours New Moon Cafe is open, it is right next door for your convenience. I have been told there are some spaces upstairs that are available for workspace, something to keep in mind as well. Overall, the nostalgia of this historical building has been preserved. The brick walls remain exposed and down the hallway you can even see a old barn door. It is what you would imagine in a downtown building, but with relevant function. *Insider’s Tip -Twice a year the Handmade Fair takes place here. It begins outfront on the patio, goes through the large space, into the foyer, and actually curves around into the JB White’s building beside the Book Tavern. Admission is free so come try to “window shop”, though I am sure you will leave with something in your hand.

Simonet’s Bar – Menu with Prices – 925 Main St, Green Bay

I bet if you said, “hey let’s go to Simonets,” most people would ask, “Where’s Simonets?” It’s not easy to find as there’s no sign for it on the street side of the building. The parking lot is in the back behind the Plant People store. The bar is HUGE! All the TVs gives it a sports bar feel and there are plenty of seats circling around the curvy bar. There are a ton of arcade and bar games to play and it looks like there’s space to have an event there with tables and chairs. I’m a big fan of their beer selection on tap and bottle. Lots of craft beers and plenty of local GB and WI beers to choose from. I’m almost regretting that I’m writing this review, because I want to keep it a hidden gem so no one else knows about it…so only share this with cool people. ?

Dragon Express / Pho Vietnam Express – Menu with Prices – 678 E St, Chula Vista

I was looking for pho in the area and came across this place. The reviews all seem so great so I decided to give it a try. All everyone sayd about this place is that its in a run down ghetto place. Thats definitely not the case. I ordered orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, y eggrolls, and large pho. My total came out to $35 a bit more than what i usually pay at my regular pho place. It was good but it wasnt the best like everyone says. Rice kinda tasted like it had been cooked since the morning and just sitting under heat. Orange chicken was ehh. The egg rolls where good. The pho was a big portion but it wasnt all that tasty it was missing lots of flavor. I was extremely disappointed since I was sick and pho was the only thing I was craving. I dont think i will be giving this place a second chance. I’ll most likely stick to my original pho place even if its a bit further.
