In town on a layover, wanted to try some local beer with my bf and popped in here. We were checking out the flight menu at the bar and weren’t sure what to do next to order so we walked nearer to where two bartenders were standing. They were having a conversation, my bf said ‘hey guys whats going on’, very politetly. One looked right at my bf and clearly acknowledged his existence, and turned back to the side to keep talking to his coworker. We just stood there and then he looked back at us with a blank stare and didn’t say A THING. I said ‘is this not where we order?’ And he got us our flights without one once of customer service, even though my bf kept saying thank you and was being kind. We discussed afterwards that was the most awkward conversation and customer service interaction wed ever had. We didn’t feel like we did anything out of the ordinary, just trying to order. I approached the bartender a few minutes later and asked if we did something wrong, and he said he was just in the middle of taking care of other customers and he had seen us and was getting to us next. Well that’s chill bro all you had to say was hey guys what’s up? I’ll be with yall in just a second. Not act like we were the most inconvenient part of your day. We work in your industry and get it. And that was awful customer service bros. Never been treated so poorly on the first interaction before.

Mori Teppan Grill – Menu with Prices – 120 W Stocker St, Glendale

Never experienced such a poor customer service ever. My wife and I came for the first time here on a Saturday around 8:30pm. The waiting area was empty, but the dinning was about 60% full. It’s a rather tiny place. As soon as you walk in, there is a bar and a gal on the register who seem to be too busy to acknowledge us. About 3 minutes went by and a thin bold old man with an apron walked into the bar area looked at us but also ignored us. Another 2 or 3 minutes went by and finally the gal on the register looked at us and without a greeting she said two? We repeated yes two. She looked towards the dining area and she said something to the thin bold man, but nothing to us. Another 3 or 4 minutes went by and two guys came in, the thin bold man seem excited and said to them ” Long time no see you”! And started a conversation. I decided to go to the restroom and about 10 minutes when I came out, my wife was still waiting. She looked sad and said… the bold man tap the shoulder of one of the guys and told him to follow him, after he came back and asked me if I have a reservation, I said no, and he just walked away and said nothing. So at that point we just left. Unprofessional, disrespectful, rude behavior will never earn my business.

Kazu Sushi Burrito – Menu with Prices – 6018, 1000 S Ponce De Leon Blvd suite 5, St. Augustine

Before I get into how the food tasted, I need to be clear that, thanks to the (lack of) customer service, I won’t be giving them another try. My office ordered online ahead of time, and sent someone to pick up the food. We asked them to check the list to triple-check that we had everything before leaving. Once back in the office, we realized they had left out a sushi burrito (as well as left off many items from one of the poke bowls). When we called to tell them, they told us we were wrong, and that we had only ordered two burritos. When we told them to look again, they realized they missed an order, and said, “Someone has to come pick it up. We don’t have a delivery person right now.” No sorry, no nothing. I go to pick up the food, and I asked, “Will you be refunding any of this” – giving them the chance to do the right thing – and he looks at me like I have three heads and said, “No. You got your food.” I said, “Okay,” and left. To recap, they forgot one order, messed up another order, accused us of being wrong, and never apologized. It’s unfortunate, because the burrito actually ended up being delicious, but I can’t support that sort of customer interaction. Order at your own risk.

Guys & Dolls Billiard – Menu with Prices – 1519 Williamson Rd NE, Roanoke

The bar guys & dolls does not have reliable customer service or respect for customers; they also do not give a receipt for small purchases, there is a certain customer or that is allowed to sit at the bar, use the the back bar and anytime he wants, while sitting at the parchment a customer named ****** ***** he was called out by the manager by name after entering the billiard, he began to remark what? Then suddenly started a conversation not referring to anyone. (In his own words) i don’t want to be called by (his name) unless (he) is having some occurrence with his *****, he then seen me looking at him from the wording of his sudden conversation and lack of manners. He stated what the ***** are you staring at and walked by staring me down and then walking away asking me if i want trouble telling me “he” the right man for it, then continued walking to the back and entering behind the bar, he returns still on the same conversation staring me down and cornering me in my chair WHAT THE ***** DID YOU SAY WHAT THE ***** DID YOU SAY then starring me down with his fist doubled up at me. I didnt say anything but who are you? ****** is around 300 pounds i am 189 pounds He walked away and sat down eating MCDonalds, that is unprofessional and spying, i got up and left throwing my coffee in the trash and filed a police report, he drives away in a mercedes. The manager who is the regular did nothing but sit there and play cards at a billiard table designed for customers and wouldn’t call the police in my defense, i am no longer a customer for: Guy & Dolls Billiards I would also like a letter from you why you would allow a customer to be treated in a manner that would bring that kind of harm to me and why the manager would not call the police or offer to break up the fight she started after a letter of apology i would conclude never to business with you again.

Telliniâ??s – Menu with Prices – 1515 Perimeter Pkwy NW, Huntsville

I typically love tellini’s however, this last visit made me very skeptical. They got my order completely wrong. When I brought their attention to the situation the manager came to the window, she asked what the problem was and I proceeded to tell her everything wrong with my order. She had a very rude tone and manner, as she asked for my entire order back so she could check it. She “informed” me i was wrong that was the correct order. I was missing one meal completely, I ordered chili which she said they didnt even have that night. So I fed up with the situation, just gave up and left. I really wish they would get in better staff!! Because I’m extremely upset. Like I said TYPICALLY I LOVE THEM!

D J Coffee Shop – Menu with Prices – 265 E 40th St, San Bernardino

I came here pretty much every week to get my breakfast. I even had this number saved on my contacts list because I frequent here so often. They have some delicious breakfast burritos and Country Fried stake and eggs. Recently, the service has been terrible here. One time I made an order through the phone and noticed my burrito had the hashbrowns out, so I let them know I wanted the hashbrowns inside the burrito. The guy who is kind of tall and middle eastern looking with short hair looked at me and asked me why I did not specify that. Normally I do not have to specify to have the hashbrowns in, they just ask me and I say yes. He acted like I was being an inconvenience and they made me wait about 5 minutes before giving me the burrito, without salsa. Again, I asked if I could have salsa. They looked at me annoyed again. Another time they forgot about my order, however the lady (I havent seen her there in a while) told me to just hang on for 5 minutes and gave me a discount on the burrito. I was happy that they considered my disappoint me, and helped me out. Today I ordered a breakfast burrito and the same middle eastern looking guy with short hair told me my order would come out soon. It had passed 25+ minutes and I had a feeling something was wrong because I know their average take out times. Workers saw me standing there waiting, but never asked me anything, so I went up to the counter again and asked a Caucasian guy with blonde short hair and medium height. He actually went to the kitchen and looked for my order which I appreciated. However he came back and looked confused and asked me if I had really made an order (seriously…) . Great. the middle eastern man made me wait 20+ minutes like a fool and passed me several times, but he could not be bothered to look and see the status of my order. Completely disregarded me. I left furious and disappointed that I was not getting my breakfast burrito and that I had stood there watching all the delicious food pass me for 20 minutes standing there like a fool. I am extremely upset because the food here is great and I always recommend this to people around the San Bernardino area. I will stay away from here due to the way they disregard a frequent customer. If their food was mediocre then I would rate this place a 1. But personally for me, I am tired of having bad service here. A place like McDonalds treats random people better. Very Disappointed.

The Chicken Barn – Menu with Prices – 2601 Oakdale Rd # S, Modesto

The food is good but the service is actually horrible. I ordered on the phone and came in because I was in a hurry. Not one customer was there and they made me wait 15 minutes longer once I got there for a 10 peice chicken meal. It’s like they didnt want me to place a pickup order, they didnt like that. And the lady was rude. I really wont go anymore because the whole staff is actually VERY RUDE. 100% the rudest establishment I’ve been to. Horrible customer service.

Texas Steak Express – Lubbock North – Menu with Prices – 606 W Loop 289, Lubbock

Wow, the customer service I just received was actualy hurtful. i called up for delivery and was placed on immediate hold for 5 minutes, before ordering not an anectotal five minutes, but a -my phone shows length of calls -actual five minutes. This is typical with steak express and i usually let it go but due to the way i was treated, i’m gonna go ahead and put that out there too. then I placed my order and after i reminded them that on a previous order they had left off two orders of rolls and i was promised a free desert the next time i ordered. now further detail on that.. when they messed up my order on the previous order i was cool and told em they didnt have to send a driver out, and the guy promised me a free desert on my next order. so Natasha looked at the notes and said it was noted i could have the rolls on the next order. I replied can you please check my history and see if thats the decision you wanna go with. I order lots with them steaks and such, 75 dollar tickets i thought this info would help my cause but i swear i feel it put them in combat mode. she checked with her manager dani of which… she just laid the phone down and i heard the entire conversation and it wasnt flattering..and came back telling me, i checked, thats the decision… i asked to speak to dani and when dani came to the phone i reminded that night i was cool and didnt request the driver come back and everything was thankful and nice and now that im calling in the item promised, with an order i was told it wasnt the case. the response was very cold that dani noted it up and that wasnt the case. i then asked dani to look and ask if my history was visible and dani said yes however that was the decision. i informed Dani they had just lost my business. also note this was the first time i ever asked them to correct an order although other things have been messed up in the past. i had never looked at thier rating here because its delivery, i usually like to check in and rate, but… it looks like others get the same treatment.. such a shame, i’ll miss having steak delivered, but i wont be called a liar or treated this way.

Pavoli Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1677 Forum Pl, West Palm Beach

I wish I could give 0 stars for them. Terrible customer service. I called to make an order for margerita pizza which you can never go wrong with and the reason I ordered marguerita is to actually avoid any mistakes with the order I got sent a caprese pizza. They said thatâ??s their marguerita and I was asked if I actually red the menu. I said I just wanted cheese pizza. I was asked if I touched the pizza I asked yes 1 piece they said sorry then youâ??ll need to make another order. I said why were you gonna take it back ?! The lady said yes. When was that right ?! In any place they never take the wrong order.. and they never interrogate you about the order. Terrible customer service.. never ordering from them again.

Sweetz Brew – Menu with Prices – 835 N Gilbert Rd Suite 101, Gilbert

I am really bummed to write this, but I went in for the first time last night, and had horrible service. I took one of my girls in to get some macarons, and we also picked up two scrunchies. They were super cute! The issue was with the poor customer service, regarding the macaron pricing. The sign said $2.50 and $5. Naturally I assumed the $2.50 was for a small one, and the $5 was for the large. However, the counter girl charged me $6.47 for one large, and tried to tell me that the $1.47 was tax. I was like “there is almost $1.50 of tax on a $5 cookie? That’s a 30% tax rate.” And she said “well I don’t know.” Another girl came up, and was very unfriendly and immediately interrupted my conversation with the counter girl. She looked at the sign, and said “they have never been $5, this sign is just wrong.” Both of them were standoffish, and abrasive, and the whole conversation left a bad taste in my mouth. If they had been friendly and nicely said “oh sorry, the sign is wrong!” I would have laughed it off, but they were so rude and kept cutting me off. Next time I want cookies, I will drive father to go straight to Decadent Macaron. I’m bummed since it’s so close, and I was hoping to find a new coffeeshop I loved, but sadly this wasn’t it.

Bar C Metal Roofing Suppliers – Menu with Prices – 1745 Woodson Dr, Santa Fe

We looked all over town to find a particular item and Bar C had it in stock. Gail was so helpful and knowledgable and had a great customer rapport, even though she was very busy, she took the time to be cordial and helpful. 5 Star Products and Customer interaction.

Fresh Smoothies & Cafe – Menu with Prices – 2450 Creston Ave, The Bronx

I would like to think it was because I came in 15 min to closing but that shouldnt change the attitude that you have towards the customer. I walked in and the ladies were talking they looked at me and continued talking. Very disrespectful didnt get greeted or anything, so I said excuse me and asked for what I wanted. Then I told her ill buy an orange juice aswell only for the simple fact that I wanted to see the machine working she stated that the machine is off and the juice was premade that defeated the purpose of wanting the juice so I didnt get it, but They have a lil process that’s done to meet customers satisfaction they serve you an ounce or 2 of w.e. smoothie you ordered to taste for perfection incase you want to add anything or change anything but as I get my sample the lady started to pour it in the cup, didnt wait for my opinion. It wasnt as cold as I would have wanted it to be but didnt wanna start anything I just said it was fine. The one moping gets mad because my boots were dirty she told me to stand by the door and the other lady tells me to come over to the cashier to pay and the one mopping gets mad. I just think for a first time experience on a Friday night it should have been a little better.. I’ll come again another time maybe I’ll change my rating but as of now very disappointed

Vino Del Lago – Menu with Prices – 25 Via Brianza Suite 100, Henderson

In an attempt to support my local community I have frequented his business. I actually like the decor and a singer there, Habaka, has really touched my ears and heart. Habaka was not singing for a while because she was on tour in Italy. I didn’t come in during that time and then for a while after I was traveling and got out of the habit of coming in. Seeing Habaka’s updates in Instagram I came in again two weeks ago. The waitress, Melissa, said to me, “I haven’t seen you for so long!” My reply was, “That’s because Habaka wasn’t here.” When she said it I was in mid sentence speaking to my husband. She didn’t say anything else and I just continued the conversation with him. I return again tonight and sit down in front of the same waitress. I asked her for a particular beer that they apparently don’t sell any longer. I was like, “What happened?” She said no one was drinking it. Okay. I also asked for Prosecco. They didn’t have that. I finally ordered a small champagne and cranberry juice. I also ordered almonds and other items for my husband. I had more interaction with her this time because I actually enjoyed being served by her the last time I was there. I would not have sat down at the bar in front of her if I thought she and I had issues. I went outside to speak with another customer that I am friendly with. We were in the middle of a conversation when I was approached by the management/owner, Teri. She told me not to be rude to the waitress. I was incredibly confused because I had just placed my order and ran outside to talk to someone else. I was trying to figure out what happened and she continued to tell me I can’t do this because she doesn’t pay them enough. I’m just thinking, “What is she talking about?” Finally she told me that the LAST time I was there I was rude to the waitress. Insert the above conversation about Habaka. I asked her how is that being rude? Seriously! The owner would not allow me to speak and did not approach the situation professionally. I asked her if I could actually tell her the conversation (seriously, it was two sentences). She would have been better off asking me to step to the side so that we could speak. I would have preferred if she asked me about my last visit. Instead she told me what happened when she wasn’t even there. She could have compared notes with what she heard from the waitress. Was it the same conversation? Or did she just take her word for it without evaluating whether or not a customers reply is in fact “rude”. I am never rude. I was to the point in that moment but there was nothing else to say. This was why I had not been in. Nonetheless, customers around us started trailing off because she was being so loud. I told her that her tone and the fact that she would not listening to me were unprofessional. She still continued on saying how she had had me there to sell my beauty products before. I said, “Yes, and I have visited your business many times and I’ve never been rude.” She wouldn’t listen to me. She kept repeating that she doesn’t pay her enough to be treated “that way”. I couldn’t tolerate the drama anymore so I walked in and got my husband. We paid the bill and left. Never again will I come here. It was hard enough dragging my husband here anyway. He has not wanted to come here for months and I force him to do so. I begged him to come with me because I will not sit in a drinking establishment alone. Perhaps the fact that she doesn’t pay her waitress enough is why she isn’t happy and thinks people are rude. I can’t say. I know this much. Many people have complained about management here and I’ve tried to overlook it and still support. Last December I mentioned to Teri about how much I liked one of her waitresses. She didn’t s
