Wow! I didn’t even know this food truck existed, but I was sure glad I found it. I had a few minutes to spare between appointments and was starving, so I decided to walk to a nearby grocery store for a snack when I noticed this little taco truck tucked into the back of a gas station off of Meridian. Of course, I had to stop! And I’m glad I did. I got a pork burrito and it was absolutely STUFFED with tasty goodness: plenty of meat, beans, rice, and fillings to fill me up. The service was fast, too. I had barely put in my order and it was already done! They threw in a couple of portions of their spicy green sauce and I was on my way. I will definitely be back. I’m dying to try their tacos too!

Taqueria La Fondita – Menu with Prices – 3739 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma

I LOVE ME SOME TACOS Once again my Fellow Yelpers you’ve rated this place 4 plus stars and I just had to come and check this place out for myself. Had to feed my inner fat gurl I was craving Tacos!!! This place is located at the corner of 38th Street & Tacoma Avenue it’s a Taco Truck and as long as your not blocking anyone you can park anywhere. As I started to walk up to the truck you can smell the yummy goodness of meat in the air and whats cool is there are food pictures clearly marked with the price of the numbered item that you choose and the prices are very reasonable. I am greeted by Mari who takes my order and Seco in the back of the truck where the magic happens in preparing my order as I am talking to Mari she tells me that there from. JALISCO, MEXICO I had Asada aka grilled beef steak, Carnitas aka fried pork, Pollo Asado aka grilled chicken, Birria aka shredded beef cooked in a mild Chile sauce, Adobada aka pork that is marinated and grilled, the tacos come with your choice of meat, chile, cilantro, onion. I tried all the meats I just mentioned and my favorites are Birria, Carnitas, and Adobada. These tacos are small but have plenty of meat and & are full of flavor I am in heaven the corn tortilla is soft like a bed for my meat, and fixings than I add a little lemon that you can get upon request with grilled onions & serrano chilies, yum. my hubby got the burrito macho which had choice of meat, rice, beans, Jack cheese, queso cotija, tomatoes, cilantro, and onions he loved it and I had a bite it was good too but I more of a Taco kind of girl. I’m loving this place and most definitely I will be coming back for more. Gracias Mari y Seco Ustedes si Tiene una buena mano para sazonar la comida.

MEXICO BONITO CATERING TRUCK – Menu with Prices – 40648 Fremont Blvd #4305, Fremont

Had to check out the new truck. All of the 5 star reviews made me have to try. Since it was my first time of course I got tacos, 4 of them $8. For $8 at a truck I should leave feeling satisfied right? Nope small street tacos, although a very nice presentation with the spiced onions and definitely Resturante quality I did not leave feeling I got an $8 fill. I think should have came with more meat for spending $8 at a truck on 4 tacos. Maybe should have a deal buy 4 get 1 and fill them. Or a 5 taco plate, nice and full of meat. I’m sure reviews would sky rocket and more people would come. At a truck you look for flavor and expect value and fill. Or at least I do or I’ll just go to a sit down. The meats: (best to last) Al pastor: the best meat I tried, cooked well, cut well, nice and spicy and juicy. He does a great job on this meat. I want to try the burrito with pastor but the burrito is $7 + .50 for all adds, cheese, sour cream, and what ever else. Idk Carne Asada: was pretty decent, I just didn’t have much in my taco to really grasp it. Taco should have been full. Chicken: to my surprise this wasn’t that great, and was cold? usually chicken is a go to easy always good and a staple. Honestly I like my chicken burrito filled with chicken so I look for a balance between taste and qty lol. Over all I give this truck 3.5 stars but this time I round down because I spent $8 and walked away hungry ? Am tempted to try that al pastor burrito but prob won’t be in a rush. Hopefully someone posts a pic and a review on how it was.

Grills on Wheels – Menu with Prices – Downtown, Little Rock

Absolutely the best tacos in town. They even have white cheese dip! The other Taco trucks in town I can eat atleast 4 tacos because they are so small but here I could barely eat 2. They cost the same price but are so much bigger. I used to drive to Southwest to Taquera Samantha Taco truck off Geyer Springs for my carna asada tacos, never again. Fast service! Family oriented! Great service! See you gals next week.

Tacos El Morro Food Truck – Menu with Prices – 757 S 900 W, Salt Lake City

I have tried Tocos El Morro 4 or 5 times at their truck during the farmers markets up in bountiful, so I have not tried them out when they are stationed over in their permanent location, so I am not sure if that would make a difference. I have tried the Pollo, Carne, Carnitas burritos and tacos. I did not care for their carnitas which is normally my favorite dish and though the flavor was okay the meat was too dry and crispy, and made me feel sick afterward the 2 times I had it. I could barely eat the Carne and it had a really strong beefy flavor and not a good one. I got it one time in a burrito and I only ate a few bites and threw it out. The chicken is by far the best thing and it is very tasty, I have also gotten the spicy chicken which tastes about the same but is even better. Their tortillas are very tasty as are their beans and rice, and everything appears to be pretty fresh. I also like that they have the big coolers of topping and let you pick out what you want, and also that each entrée comes with a drink and the price is very fair. my one complaint about this location is that he only does tacos and burritos when he is here and I don’t see why he couldn’t load up his other stuff when he has plenty of space, guess ill just have to go down to the regular location if I want to try other stuff.

Taqueria Los Pinos – Menu with Prices – or3316 a E 14th, 1348 Richmond Ave, Des Moines

I stumbled on this food truck by accident ! Great food and prices at this truck ! I had two chicken tacos, side of beans, tortillas and a jaritos mandarin soda. The tacos were 3 bite size and served on corn tortillas. The tacos came with sauces. The chicken had good flavor ! I liked the grilled onion on the tacos. The beans were my favorite part of the meal ! I got a good size side of beans. Great flavor and delicious ! Authentic Mexican food truck! Definitely a good stop for lunch in Des Moines!

La Costa Taqueria – Menu with Prices – 116 128th St SE, Everett

* CASH ONLY * surprisingly this little food truck has some bomb ass authentic street tacos. all of their meats are very flavorful & crazy good, but the carne asada & al pastor are my faves! you seriously can’t beat their cheap prices either; $1.50 per taco & they’re not skimpy on meat, toppings, or sauce. #winning! as for the burritos, it was pretty good. it’s big & full — filled with lots of meat, rice, beans, & sour cream. nachos are really good also & it’s a good size to split between 2-3 people. so far, these are the only ones i tried, but i’ll definitely be back to try their sopes & tortas. check this food truck out if you want to satisfy your mexican food cravings. its quick, cheap, & tasty!

King Taco # 29 – Menu with Prices – 115-117 E Broadway, Glendale

I was born to eat tacos. I especially love King Taco and was super happy to discover there’s a location in Glendale! FOOD: I’ve been to a few King Tacos and usually stick with just the tacos – chicharron, asada, and al pastor all the way! The tacos are on the smaller side, but I find 3 tacos fill me up just fine. However, I have been known to say that on a hungry day, I could go for all 9 cuts of meat. The tacos come topped with cilantro and onion and definitely get some red sauce (spicy!) and green sauce (not spicy!) on the side. For 6 tacos, I paid just under $12, so the value for money here is awesome! In terms of other food options, the sopes are pretty good, and though while I’ve never tried it, my friend loved the burrito. The nachos are good when you’re in the mood for them – the cheese that they use is the liquid nacho cheese, not shredded cheese, which doesn’t always do it for me. Deducting 1 star because the asada meat was just a tad dry and I wish they would use real cheese instead of the liquid nacho cheese. AMBIANCE: Bright, clean, and ample seating. The indoors are decorated with signs depicting the history of King Taco. Service was friendly and fast. It’s a great spot to grab a quick lunch and continue to go about your day – it’s not really a sit-down type of place, rather you place your order, wait for your number to be called, and then chow down. PARKING: Free parking for 90 minutes in the Glendale Exchange parking lot, which is plenty of time to chow at King Taco. Overall, I think King Taco is pretty delicious and great value for money. Looking forward to my next feast!

Moocho Burrito – Menu with Prices – 200 W Erwin St, Tyler

I was close by at lunch time and thought I’d give it try. I had the vegetable burrito with a side of rice and beans. The menu had a variety of burritos, tacos, tortas, enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. My order was came out within a few minutes. My burrito was a mix of beans, rice, cheese, spinach, onions, tomatoes, and avocado. It was grilled like a panini sandwich. It was very fresh and tasty! I enjoyed the sides of rice and refried beans. The taste reminded me of a really good street taco truck, fresh ingredients made fresh. They served breakfast and lunch. Nice atmosphere, very friendly, I would go back again if I was in the area.

Three Legged Tacos Taqueria – Menu with Prices – 7210 N California Ave, Chicago

We had some of their tacos from their food truck at Begyle Brewing. I had all three of their tacos, a vegan, a chicken and a skirt steak. I found the vegan to be spiciest. It has a great combo of flavors and textures. They all did. But I feel the need to mention the vegan in particular. It was fantastic and while the chicken and steak were great too, if I ordered from here again, I’d probably just order the vegan. They were that good. The chicken is labeled as spicy, and it was. But I thought the vegan was a bit spicier. The steak was flavorful and has a bit of creamy goodness. Glad I ate that one last.

El Super Burrito & Lupita’s – Menu with Prices – 3300 Johnson Ave NW, Cedar Rapids

Taste Oh kay so this use to be my all time favorite restraunt. I’d tell everyone try this place, they have the best tacos and most authentic food in Cedar Rapids. It’s pretty affordable and worth the price. But oh my goodness, I’ve been so disappointed my most recent visits. The beans seam so instant now, the steak tacos, that I can’t even say the word, with out drooling lmao but they are smaller. It’s minies and that totally freaking sucks! I have to order double the tacos. Im very disappointed. Plus Ive never ordered my tacos with lettuce or tomato, they loaded it down with way to much this time. I’m not even going to lie, I’ll treat myself to my tacos every single chance I get. But dude these last 3 visits, I kind feel a huge let down. Totally broken hearted. Free tacos and some beanier beans would make up for it though Lol

Los Chilangos Menu with Prices 14008 NE 8th St, Bellevue

Taqueria Los Chilangos is a solid food truck, serving Mexican favorites. Its truck is located at the Shell gas station at the intersection of 8th and 140th, where they’re open all day. I came here to grab some quick dinner for my boyfriend and me, as I was in the area for a meeting and spotted Taqueria Los Chilangos’ truck. I ordered five tacos, two with carnitas, two with al pastor and one with chupa cabras. For also checking in on Yelp I got free chips and salsa. On a Tuesday around 7pm, there were quite a few people waiting out in the cold for the goods. Of all the tacos, I actually thought the chupa cabras was the best. It’s not something I’d normally choose with street tacos, as it’s a combination of carne asada and chorizo, but I definitely recommend trying it. I’ve never seen this meat option at other taquerias, which is what intrigued me the most. I’m glad it ended up being a favorite. The al pastor tacos were also good, especially with the pineapple on top, which I think all al pastor tacos should have! But the carnitas, which is usually my go-to protein of choice with street tacos, was sadly, disappointing. Meat was very dry; therefore, it was bland. Stick with the chupa cabras and al pastor meats. In addition to tacos, the menu has a lot to offer, including breakfast served all day! (One of these days I’m gonna get a breakfast burrito.) They also have two different salsas that you can choose from, as well as various flavors of Jarritos. There isn’t seating outside of the truck – only a standing table, so not sure if when the weather fares better are when the seats bust out. At least you can park here and eat your grub in your car, which I noticed a few patrons doing. No shame.

Academy Minimarket – Menu with Prices – 515 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem

Tacos, tacos, tacos! Being new to Winston, I’ve been in the hunt for good tacos. I have tried a few places in and around town and off of Waughtown Road, but these are the BEST tacos I have found in Winston. The place is quaint. It’s a mini mart with a taco truck in the parking lot. At first, I wasn’t sure if the truck was open or not, but the friendly lady at the truck assured me it was. Let me be clear – This is not a restaurant and there are not any places to sit. You will get your food in a nicely packed to-go box and bag and have to haul it off somewhere to eat. (Note: I was so excited that I ate my tacos in my car in the parking lot.) I paid for my food inside the store and went out to the truck in the parking lot with my receipt to place my order. An order of 4 tacos runs about $6. I had the carnitas, barbacoa, and asada tacos and they were GREAT! Double tortillas warmed on the grill with fantastic meats, topped with onions and cilantro. My to-go box even had a little salad with cucumber, lettuces, limes and a spicy avocado salsa. I cannot wait to head back here for more TACOS!
