Hi folks. We visited the hall for a 70th birthday party. The Bartender was awesome. Talked with him a couple of times during the night. Made you feel very comfortable, The Host Staff who handled the food were so incredibly nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a hall to rent. The catered food was awesome. The Gals who helped cater it were even better. I had a good time. But it would of been better if the folks renting the hall had hired a band or something. But it was still a great night. HAPPY 70th Mario.

Harpo’s Lounge Menu with Prices 2864 Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta

I have been here a few times since they have been opened. I mostly come on Fridays when the band, ATL DreamVision, is here. They are a pretty good band and showcase their talents all across the town. When the band is not here there is a Old School night going on. The music is Old School R&B and the drinks are pretty cheap. They are good when there is a good bartender. The lady bartender sucks!!! I don’t even know why they even hired her or pay her because she didn’t even know how to make a Shirley Temple, and that’s a pretty basic drink!!! The bathrooms are really nice here too. I like that they have a door to each stall in the bathroom for added privacy. This club hasn’t been opened but for a few months so they are still trying to gain a crowd. Before this club there was another club here and there was a fatal altercation which forced them to close and this business came to be. I enjoy myself when I come here so I can see myself coming more often.

WHOS Gluten Free – Menu with Prices – 80 Mallory Ave, Jersey City

My mom was diagnosed with celiac in the ice age. Okay, maybe not the ice age, but she was diagnosed by Dr. Haas. Anyway, I told her I was taking her to a gluten free cafe and she got SO excited. When I looked up the distance, I could have sworn it said only 2 miles away and we were like, oh, no big deal, we’ll walk… well, 4 miles later we finally got to Whos Gluten Free. Opps. The staff at Whos Gluten Free is Fantastic. We walked in at 3:30 and the staff informed us the kitchen was closed because they close at 4. Oh. They had some broccoli soup still. We bought a whole bunch of goodies and the soup. The soup was delicious, nice and hot and with gluten free croutons! The goodies. Let’s forget about the gluten free part for a second. That nutella sandwich cookie. wholy Whos! (Yeah, I went there). That cookie was amazing. This is also the FIRST time in my LIFE I could share my desserts with my mom. Everything we got was so good. It didn’t even taste gluten free! The staff was so friendly, nice and accommodating. My mom can’t wait to go back! She already has her next “to try” items picked out. She wanted to go back the next day, but she said she would settle for at least a few days. And not to worry, next time we plan to be there bright and early, and not right before closing time.

Julia-n-LeChef Catering and Event Services – Menu with Prices – 426 1st Ave NW, Cedar Rapids

We just had our Valentine’s Gala at the National Czech & Slovak Museum a week ago, and hired Julia-n-LeChef for the first time to cater for us. I was very impressed with the way how the owner handled all my questions and help me with the menu. The food were delicious and everyone that attended our event were very happy with the food. Brandy was very professional and very easy to work with. The Price is very good for the food they serve. I am recommending this company to hire them for any events. Thank you again so much for your help! Will hire them again in my future events.

Nourish Catering and Dingfelders’s Delicatessen – Menu with Prices – 1318 E Pine St, Seattle

What an awesome caterer! Nourish Foods catered an event for our office and EVERYONE kept raving about the food! I have to be honest. Nourish Foods was by far, the best food of the two-day event that our office hosted, and we had tried different catering businesses and dined at well-known restaurants during. But Nourish was memorable for good reason. Though they are based in Seattle, they were able to cater our event in Bellevue and first impression – staff was incredibly friendly. There were four employees helping us during a happy hour reception we threw on the rooftop of a building. Throughout the evening, they not only cleared tables quickly and cleaned up messes on tables, but were socializing with everyone, making sure all was having a nice time. Food was presented beautifully. The spread was so that you could help yourself to unlimited amounts of food, but the employees would also come out to where everyone was, to help pass out bites and such, in addition to cleaning up. And the best part – the food was sooo good! It really put the other caterers and restaurants we worked with for our big event/conference to shame. They had roasted vegetables, hummus and pita, beef and turkey sliders, caprese salad, etc… It was hard to not get seconds! Nourish was an awesome way to end our first day of the conference! Seriously. If you are looking for a caterer for your event – I cannot recommend Nourish Foods enough. They are absolutely a delight to work with, have friendly and efficient staff and food was a hit! Thank you, Nourish!

Shelia’s Grinder Shop – Menu with Prices – 204 Westport Rd, Kansas City

Hey, anyone out there remember when Mario’s in Westport closed their doors and you thought you’d never be able to have another meatball grinder….ever again? Well Sheila’s Grinder Shop recently brightened the mood in Westport by a factor of 10! Sheila Shields had been a several decades loyal employee at Mario’s; the chances are good it was Sheila’s smiling face behind the counter on at least some of your trips to the old Mario’s location. Sheila, after some soul searching, realized that a Good Grinder is hard to replace. And it is Sheila who made Hubby & me VERY HAPPY by giving the old space at 204 Westport Road a new coat of paint and bringing back the real, authentic Meatball Grinder, as well as the yummy ones with Italian Sausage and even an all cheese version. Also available is the pasta salad that I’ve been known to get a hankering for in the middle of the night. (Yes, it’s that good) And there will be a few other rotating menu items for anyone who gets tired of Grinders & pasta salad (unlikely). Hubby & I talked to Sheila when she wasn’t busy taking care of other customers and she said that other than maybe changing a few pictures she plans to keep the small seating area just about the same laid back neighborhood joint, walk-up window and seat yourself space that Mario’s had become in the past few years. Which should suit the clientele just fine. For the record I ordered a Sausage and Hubby got a Meatball. Both were stuffed with wonderful tomato sauce, lots of melty cheese and the Italian rolls had that perfect grinder crunch. Sheila’s Grinder Shop is a great place to grab a tasty lunch and I’m so happy to pass the word: Grinders and pasta salad are once again available on Westport Road.

Tableside Gourmet – Menu with Prices – 1634, 7725 E Sheridan St, Scottsdale

We hired Kevin to cater a company dinner at my boss’ home, where we had some out of town associates and executives attending. As you can imagine, that presented some challenges but Kevin was responsive and flexible with our many changes, even up to 2 days before our event! His menu was so difficult to choose from because of all the amazing dishes. The night of the event, Kevin arrived on time with an assistant, which we were not expecting, but who was absolutely wonderful! Kevin and Amanda helped serve drinks all night; from Amanda behind the bar pouring wine to helping fill water and tea glasses during dinner (which was outside on the patio) and even serving coffee afterward to those sitting outside around the fire. The food was outstanding, as Kevin will tell you himself! ? And they made my job easier when I found Amanda washing all the dishes and cleaning the kitchen. I will love her for life! Bottom line, the food was phenomenal, the (unexpected) service Amanda provided was exceptional, both Kevin and Amanda were so personable and easy-going….and we could not have been more pleased with the evening. I hired a different personal chef for the following evening for another dinner party at this same home, but with a different group of associates, so I have something to compare Tableside Gourmet to and I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt, we will always choose Kevin for future events!

The Local Pantry – Menu with Prices – 2715 Buford Hwy #1000, Duluth

Our company just tried Fancy Pantry to cater our Management lunch. We had a field greens salad that was fantastic. I am not sure what as all in it, but it had pears or apples, sweet potato crunch things, romaine and greens, and cranberries. Very tasty combination.Lunch was Herb Encrusted chicken and flank steak. Both were well prepared and delicious. Meat was very tender. Grilled potatoes and vegetables were served for sides. Desserts were peanut butter pie and key lime pie. I only tried the peanut butter pie, and loved it, but my teammates said both were excellent. As catered lunches go, this was one of my favorites. Good enough that I am considering hiring these folks for my son’s rehearsal dinner. It was really good.

M’s 4300 Bar & Grill – Menu with Prices – 4300 Culver Rd, Rochester

I went to see The All Inn Band on a Saturday night, no cover charge. I have also been there before to eat. The food was good and drinks reasonable. When we approached the bar for our first drinks, the bartender was in front if us and we waited for her to finish texting on her phone before she acknowledged us, not very professional. When there is a band the tables from the band area are added to the other tables, it makes it difficult to walk around, very crowded.
