This was my favorite place… but I had a very unpleasant experience. We had ordered a double order of dry meat (2bags) and double shrimp witch is $15 and a corn cup total came to $21 and some change cool staff was polite as usual but when they gave me my order the gave me a small plate with 5 psc of meat and 3 shrimp which was clearly not what we had ordered and or payed for. We pointed it out to the young female who gave it to us she stated it was because they had put extra shrimp! REMEMBER IT ONLY HAD 3 SHRIMPS!! No one did anything to fix the issue so I ended up leaving! And now I hate to say they have lost me! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY CHARGE AND KNOW AHAT YOUR GETTING! My guess is that she was probably new but that’s still no excuse for not fixing the problem!

Cluster Busters – Menu with Prices – 3636 Page Blvd, St. Louis

Takes too long to receive your meal and when I finally received my 4 orders 1 was incorrect. We got there at 3:45 and didn’t leave until 5 pm waiting on our food that costed me 100.00. I was told that they were out of lobster tails because a customer earlier that bought five of them at one time. Once she show me my order which was incomplete. I’m missing my sausage for this drip drip platter the cashier then stated to me that’s why he put an extra corn in your plate because of the sausage was not ready it will be another 20 minutes. So just imagine how I was feeling after waiting all this time and was never asked can we replace it with another type of meat instead just put what they wanted to in my order. I stated it to the cashier OK I don’t have 20 more minutes to wait I’ve been here over an hour almost 2 can you all replace it with another meat or just remove the sausage off of my order the cashier then stated no we can’t replace the sausage with another meat because it’s a side so that’s why he gave you an extra corn. I then stated it to the cashier you cannot replace a vegetables for meat and didn’t communicate to me. A lesson for every business your first impression should always be your best impression. So I just told her to refund my order. I will not be supporting any business that can’t communicate with customers about their orders. Some people may settle for less but me myself I work to hard for my money. Always check your orders before leaving the restaurants.

Thai Chai Yo | Bistro Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 4070 N Belt Line Rd #150, Irving

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING LUNCH TIME -Very surprised by the staff and their lack of customer service. I ordered the fried rice with shrimps and craps, and when it arrived i waited to eat because its always nice and Hot(which i loved about this restaurant) but when i opened the box i was disappointed because I was only able to fine 1 shrimp, now i never complain but after paying a little under $20 bucks i expect more than 1 shrimp, so i called and spoke to whoever answered and explained to him what happen, he placed me on hold and came back to the phone to say, the chef told me he put 4 shrimps in my box. I said no there was only 1, we went back and forth for about 1 min. when i told him he was calling me a liar, he stated yes because the chef said he but 4 shrimps in my box. I told him he did not and i cant believe you are arguing with a customer and I will no longer do business at your place of business EVER. AND IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. NOT HAPPY:(

The Sweet Spot – Menu with Prices – 8448 W Central Ave, Wichita

Iâ??ve eaten here on several occasions. The last two times I was disappointed. Previous to this visit the food was delivered room temperature which was unsatisfactory. I gave it another chance this month. Visited on a Tuesday and had called the evening before giving them a heads up there would be 8-10 of us eating lunch on Tuesday at 11:00. When we arrived the waitress greeted me and I stated we had called about a table for 8-10. Apparently the message never got delivered. We were held at the entrance while they set up the tables. There was 1 (ONE) waitress there to serve all the tables that day at the lunch hour. There was a management type person there who did little to assist her. The orders were taken and the food was delivered. I had no issue with the quality of the food. The checks then were brought and there was where a problem came up. The menu stated with the burger I ordered you had a choice of French fries, salad or fruit. I chose the salad. When I got the check there was a charge of $1.75 for a salad. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and she acted perplexed. I told her the menu stated we had three choices and she acted like we didnâ??t. I was not the only one who had the same issue about being charged extra for a salad. She agreed to adjust the check but she didnâ??t take the cost of the salad off she gave a 10% discount on the bill which still gave a 50 cent increase in the cost of the meal. Also when dining at a supposedly â??upscaleâ? restaurant I donâ??t expect to have my ears assaulted by Fox News or another news or sports program on TV. After twice being disappointed in the service I will not be returning. I suggest if you eat there to check you bill to make sure you arenâ??t over charged.

Tokai Sushi – Menu with Prices – 28267 Newhall Ranch Rd #0986, Santa Clarita

Fresh, fast, and fairly priced. Then, why the three-star review? Curious? Read on. New to the Santa Clarita valley, my husband and I love to venture off and experience what the area has to offer. We were craving Japanese food and this place was on the way home. Why not give it a shot? The parking lot was bustling with crowds of people heading to their dinner or dessert location of choice. We parked close to restaurant and was pleased to know that there are designated parking spaces for restaurant customers. We walked into the restaurant and was welcomed to who seemed to be the manager. He seated us near the sushi bar. Our waitress, Alissa (according to our check), went directly to our table and inquired about our drink order. After giving us our beverages, she gave us a few minutes to skim the menu. After looking through the menu, we ordered a roll and a couple of bento boxes. Since it’s a new place for us, we defaulted with ordering generic items. Immediately after our order was placed, Alissa brought our miso soups to our table. So far, so good! Not even five minutes later, we had our sushi roll on our table. Shortly after, our bento boxes. Amazing! We were enjoying conversation and noticed our drinks were low. Alissa was wandering around the floor when I flagged her down for refills. After that, service just tanked. She was pacing back and forth, not paying any attention to the customers. We were done with our meal and waited quite some time for someone to come by our table. Another waitress handed us some take out boxes and left. Alissa and her were on one of their phones and talking. I mean, isn’t it a routine when someone asks for boxes that they get the check? My husband had his hands up to get their attention, and still nothing. He rested his hands behind his head, and still nothing. It was not until my husband obviously turned his chair and looked back at them, that he got the attention of the dang SUSHI CHEF! He rung the service bell three times to get Alissa’s attention. She rushed to our table, where we were already flustered. We had asked for an extra box and a check. The other waitress handed us the extra box and inquired if we wanted a bag for our to-go boxes. I politely declined while Alissa brought us our check. We were leaving and the sushi chef asked if we wanted a bag and we politely declined. We were practically out the door, and we could already hear Alissa saying, “Excuse me. Excuse me, do you need a bag? Excuse me. Excuse me!” We felt that she would not have had to chase after us if she were paying attention to our table to begin with and continued to walk towards our car. tl;dr The service was poor and could have been better. However, the quality of food and the initial fast service is the only thing to look forward to here.

Hibachi Express Menu with Prices 11770 Haynes Bridge Rd, Alpharetta

I LOVE this casual spot for delicious no-frills hibachi. Great spot for lunch and at very reasonable prices with generous portions. The food is always cooked fresh and comes out hot and delicious. My only complaint is the price on the 2-meat dishes. While you may get the variety of meat, you pay double the price for literally NO increase in the amount of food. If I were to get double the meat portions, then great; however, instead they give you half size meat portions of each, no extra rice or vegetables and the cost is double the single-meat plate, which is what I find to be ridiculous. Again, I have no issue with a slight increase in price for the variety as that is standard, but double is unreasonable and I won’t make that mistake twice. Definitely not worth the money for that portion. BUT, if you’re good with a single-meat hibachi, this is a good casual spot to visit.

Joy of Tokyo – Menu with Prices – 15 Pelham Rd, Greenville

Ordered Shrimp and Steak with Rice with veggies like I usually do this time doing take out didnâ??t receive any shrimp that I payed for. there was hair in my white sauce, then the vegetables were brown as if itâ??s been sitting out all day, called before I came in and told them why I wanted to return the meal, went in to get a refund, manager was very rude stated that I ate the shrimp that I ordered but never got and only gave me $5 back for my meal I paid $10 for. Very unprofessional and rude. I called before I went because I was literally 20mins away and they said they would refund me then when I drove all the way back over there she only wanted to give me $4 then offered a extra dollar only because their were most people starting to approach the restaurant. Would never eat her again.

Pho Que Huong – Menu with Prices – 400 N Greenville Ave Suite 15, Richardson

The chain Pho Que Huong is one of my favorites for Vietnamese food. I have given various locations a try but this location by far is the worst. Yes, I read the reviews but at the time this location was 8 minutes away making it closer than the others. Ultimately, I should’ve just made the drive over to the location on W Park Blvd — clearly the best location & now the only location I will order from. I could’ve taken my $9 elsewhere, McDonald’s would’ve been better than the meal I got. I normally order shrimp fried rice but figured I would go a little different and ordered the combination fried rice. The staff stated it would come with chicken, beef and shrimp — perfect right? Guess again, out of the 3 small shrimp in the order they were all overcooked. I asked the staff if they had different spice levels & they stated no, which was disappointing as the Park location always ask what spice level do I want. Overall, the taste was a bit off and the veggies in the corner they could’ve kept in the kitchen. I was hoping for a stuffed container full of delicious food to last for 2 days but I got the complete opposite. So, if you like Pho Que Huong as much as I do PLEASE go to the W Park Blvd location & don’t waste your time or money here.

The Crab Barrack Menu with Prices 9417 Parkway E, Birmingham

This was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed my shrimp basket! There were 8 jumbo shrimp that were fried golden brown with a generous portion of “Cajun” fries. I’m not really sure what made them Cajun because they just tastes like regular rally’s French fries. I had so many fries that I could not eat them all but I guess this was a good problem to have. Food wise , the shrimp was amazing and exceeded my expectations! The fries were hot and fresh. Also , I really enjoyed the cocktail sauce. It had a little bit of a sweet backdrop which is different from most cocktail sauces I’ve ever had. That’s the good . Now the ugly. Unfortunately, I don’t like this old O’charley’s building! I felt like I was waking right back into a restaurant that has been closed for over 10+ years! It smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in the door. This is a big fat no,no for me! Despite the smoke smell I encountered, the hostesses were cordial , gave me a menu and directed me to the bar area to place my to-go order. Cool! As I entered the bar area, I noticed how greasy the floor felt as I was walking so this was a little bit of a hazard. There were only a few ppl in the bar area but I felt like it took a little long to place my order. However, once I placed my order , I didn’t have to wait long on my food. There is a no refund policy , so it’s highly recommended that you check your order before leaving. Makes sense to me. Overall, I enjoyed my food and felt like I got my money’s worth . As I already stated, the portion sizes were great! Lastly , Erica and Sydney were really nice to interact with.

Mariscos El Prieto – Menu with Prices – 3031 Main St, Chula Vista

So this is my 3rd time here the first two experiences where pleasant! But today 8/03/19 welp NOT so great! Fuji’s Grill & Sushi – Menu with Prices – 305 SE Chkalov Dr # 105, Vancouver

So let me start off by saying the food was great and service was as well. I am a VerizonUp member and was given a local offer for this restaurant. The coupon stated free dinner entree with purchase of a dinner entree of equal or greater price. Discount will not exceed $12. I got Steak and Shrimp my fiancée whom is vegan got the tofu and veggies, we both also ordered two sushi rolls as well. So when I shown the server the coupon once we finished our meal, it came as a huge shock to be told, and I quote ?oh that has to be used with combos only? and when I asked for clarification on what exactly a combo means to them I was told that tofu and vegetables are not considered a combo. Due to this incident I will not be returning back here. The coupon did not say anything like such and I meet all of the criteria for said coupon. Luckily had the funds to cover the bill with or without the coupon. Just bad business practice for sure and if I felt up to it I would have pressed the issue more but didn?t. Would hate for other VerizonUp members to encounter the same issue.

Kincaid’s Hamburgers – Menu with Prices – 4825 Overton Ridge Blvd Suite 328, Fort Worth

First let me say that I am not giving Kincaid’s 2 stars because of the food. The food is great! The BLT is delicious, the burgers are flavorful, and the fries are crisped to perfection. I also want to note that the manager and staff were all perfectly pleasant and very helpful. However, despite the tasty food and welcoming staff, I have to give 2 stars because of an issue we had with pricing. My boyfriend ordered a bacon hamburger and asked for double meat. The price of a bacon CHEESEburger is $8.50. So here lies problem number one. They don’t offer a bacon hamburger at a slightly lower price since you aren’t buying the cheese. This normally wouldn’t bother me much but then we ran into problem number 2. He asked for a second patty added on thinking he would be charged maybe $2-$3 dollars extra. The cashier never stated the price of the extra patty. When I got my receipt, I noticed the price of his burger went from $8.50 to $14.70. Yes that is correct. $6.20 for an EXTRA PATTY. I spoke with the manager about this to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. Turns out, people have been making the same complaint for years and the owners have yet to do anything about it. She was very respectful and apologetic and I told her I knew it wasn’t her fault but $6 for an extra patty is absolutely absurd. I’m hoping that this review can hopefully refresh the idea of fixing the prices at this establishment.

STONEFIRE Grill – Menu with Prices – 10680 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga

Just left and the girls that helped me were incredibly rude. First I ordered a Caesar salad with my dinner order and they called to ask what type of protein I wanted. I didn’t order any protein on it but when I got there the girl that helped me said “ok so you didn’t indicate which protein you wanted on your salad because it says here on the receipt that you DID want extra meat on the salad so you wanted it. ” I don’t know why anyone would order a Caesar salad with “extra meat” but it said it on the receipt for some reason so I told her to put chicken on it. She responded “ok they’re going to make it right now.” Cool, whatever. The second girl brought the rest of my order up and said “oh they took the ticket attached so I can’t check it but it looks like we have…” then proceeds to look at the food in the bag and do her best guess as to what it “looks like.” Another associate comes by with the first girl and they review the receipt on the computer and come to find out that I didn’t order “extra meat” on my Caesar salad. The first girl then comes up and says “oh sorry I don’t know what happened that added the extra meat. ” so she gave me my order and before I walk away I ask for the receipt that was attached and the second girl goes “well they email you your receipt so you should have it.” The reason I asked is because nobody checked my order according to my receipt to make sure I got everything; I didn’t trust the second girl’s guessing game. I then replied “well I usually get it with my order” because I actually do and the second girl responds “well I don’t know why you would need it because they email it to you.” I told her “I wanted it to check my order since you didn’t and they usually do give it to me but whatever.” I don’t know what’s up with the attitude from the staff and the “extra meat” at this place but I really can’t stand poor customer service. Its not that hard to give someone a piece of paper that you’re likely not going to use. They’re usually pretty good at checking my order with the receipt but today they decided giving me attitude and guessing what I might’ve ordered would suffice.
