These guys pack in the health without compromising any flavor! I love the smoothies here!! But even more than the smoothies, I love their food! I order pre-made meals once a week so that I can make sure I’m hitting all my macros during the week. Before my first order, I was able to sit down and discuss likes, dislikes, allergies, intolerances according to my food preference and then I sent macro counts per meal in an email and wa-la, I have personal chef! The food is really good, fresh, organic and clean so I feel good about what I’m putting in my body and the bonus part of everything is that the meals are totally reasonably priced!!! I’ve been ordering food for just over a month now and it’s really great and that I don’t have to worry about what I’m going to eat for the week. I highly recommend Muscle Maker, they are awesome!!

The Chef Case – Menu with Prices – 600 E 2nd St, Dayton

If you’re at the 2nd Street Market, you have to stop and order at The Chef Case. The food is amazing. I’m a big fan of deli sandwiches and this place is head and shoulders above any place else I’ve tried in Dayton (and I have quite a few favorite delis). Everything is made fresh and your sandwich is made to order (Chef Joe is right there creating your order as you watch). I had the Italian and all I can say is WOW! It literally carpet-bombed my mouth with flavor. Not to mention I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. The portions are gargantuan. There are also a variety of deli salads available. My friend and I shared one (I don’t remember which one she ordered) and it was amazing. I was actually taken aback by how complex the flavors were. Typically, as a matter of personal preference, I am not a fan of deli salads. But if they were all like this, I definitely would have a change of heart. I plan on ordering a deli salad side every time I visit The Chef Case. They also offer unique, freshly made beverages. Definitely try one when you order. My favorite thing about The Chef Case is that the food is all fresh, locally grown, and organic. And it absolutely makes a difference. The high quality of the ingredients very much add to the experience. Any chef worth his/her weight uses only the finest and freshest ingredients. Chef Joe is no exception to this rule. The Chef case isn’t your typical stop-and-stuff-your-face deli counter. It is more than just fantastic food, it is an experience. This is the food that people who know quality food eat. I will definitely frequent The Chef Case. And as an added bonus, it is located at the 2nd Street Market so you can shop for your organic produce and meats while you are there (or in my case on of the giant 2ft. pretzels). I offer only one warning: you will never be satisfied making your own sandwiches ever again.

Verde Juice Bar – Menu with Prices – 887 Westminster Ave, Winnipeg

We love clean eating. For families looking for fresh, clean drinks, snacks or meals that are nutrient-dense and contain fiber, antioxidants and vitamins, Verde is excellent. We didn’t expect it to be so affordable given the high quality, organic ingredients — the espresso isn’t even a fraction of the cost of chain-cafes. Our kids loved the tasty smoothies. My hubby and I wanted to recover from holiday excess so we ordered juices with ingredient shots known to ignite fat loss and kick-start metabolism. LOL — so far so good! I don’t know if they have gift certificates but this is definitely a gift I would give friends and family.

Three Leaves Foods – Menu with Prices – 2484 W 3rd St, Santa Rosa

I was referred to Three Leaves Foods by a friend. At first we thought we would just try one week of meals, and only pick up now and then. But, we cannot imagine passing up this wonderful food service, now that we have tried it, and, especially considering the fair price they charge. It has already saved us money, in addition to being the healthiest yummiest food EVER. We have enjoyed all of the 3 weeks since joining, and hope to never miss a week, although, we only have to order on the weeks we want to. I have digestive and chronic pain issues, along with other health problems. I have not been consistently preparing meals, let alone healthy meals. My Husband works more than full-time, and is my caregiver. He is a great cook, but can only do so much with what little time he has left after his other daily chores, etc. Because of these facts, we were eating processed foods, fast food, and restaurant food most of the time. Until we discovered Three Leaves, that is! Now, I look forward to each weeks new menu. I do not feel so overwhelmed planning my weeks meals. I only need to prepare a few meals per week, while being able to get several meals from the Three Leaves weekly offerings, and use other things they include to stretch my groceries. We have not eaten out once since starting the service. Three Leaves Foods is a Brother & Sister team of amazing Chefs. Together they prepare fresh and healthy foods, varying the menu each week. On Thursdays, my hubby, or myself, pick up our yummy dishes for the week ahead, while returning the empty jars from the previous week. Gourmet, healthy, fresh, and gluten free, heat and eat meals that taste better than any restaurant. NOTE: They are a CSK (community supported kitchen), that sources fresh organic seasonal foods locally. Nothing compares! When we stop in to pick up our order (easy to do each week, online) we have also picked up some delicious homemade Kombucha. We both love all of the food, and I am feeling improved health. I also have a wicked sweet tooth, and must add that the paleo desserts are to die for! Oh, and the sauces and soups are incredibly fresh and amazing. We never want to go back to our old way of eating!

Main Squeeze Juice Co. Menu with Prices 9659 Antioch Rd Suite 100, Baton Rouge

This is goodness! This is also the best location for me since I workout in this area! Brett was so wonderful explaining the organic choices I can choose from and no dairy products! I was able to sample and able to take my time looking at the menu. Brett was awesome explaining about all the different smoothies, bowls, and cold-pressed juices to choose from. The owner Eric let me take a video and explained how they juice the kale – everything is organic and fresh. Everything is made right on the premises! You can even mid your own smoothie by pedaling in their Main Squeeze bike! I love the organic sitting area and this place is super clean!!! They also have a rewards program -right up my alley since I will be a regular customer here! So pumped this place is here and looking forward trying more yummy items on the menu!!!!

Good Eats Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 1116 Coolidge St Suite F, Lafayette

Good Eats Kitchen has had an extremely positive impact on my life and health. I’ve been eating their meals consistently for the last 2 months and my body can tell the difference. I’ve lost weight and toned up, I perform better in my workouts and I feel better overall throughout the day. I never finish a meal and still feel hungry. The portions are filling and every meal is delicious! Not to mention I save hours each week from not having to grocery shop/meal prep or stress about what to eat for the week. They are constantly adding in new menu items, too, which is great because you never feel like you’re eating the same thing all the time.

Clean Juice – Menu with Prices – 11670 Parkside Dr, Knoxville

Clean Juice is the latest juice bar to open in the Farragut/Turkey Creek area. It features 100% organic fruits/veggies. The selections are organized by their purported health benefits or some other title. For example, the drink that I ordered was called, “The Immunity One.” Other selections are: “The Detoxifying One”; “The Glow One”; “The Energy One.” I’m not a fan of the naming system because it forces me to read each drink to determine what is in them. So, if I wanted a “beet juice,” I might have to read them all to figure out which one to order. My juice took a little while to make and I could see that they really took care in doing it well. As a result, the juice was excellent. It had great flavor and, hopefully, boosted my immunity to all the colds going around! In addition to juices, Clean Juice also serves Acai bowls, smoothies, avocado toast, and oats bowls (fancy oatmeal). I’ve had Acai bowls in other places. But, I haven’t seen this in Knoxville before. Anyway, the food looks healthy and good. But, I didn’t order food items on this visit. Overall, it seems like a good option for juice/smoothies/healthy stuff. But, it’s not cheap. My 16 oz. juice was $10. Now, I understand that organic produce costs more. But, in reality, there is a small demographic that may be willing to pay $10 for a cup of juice. So, it will be interesting to see if Clean Juice can pull in enough business. They have a great location near Publix, Orange Theory and Neighborhood Barre. So, maybe the rush of people from these fitness places will help. As for me, I’ll be an occasional customer — particularly if I feel a cold coming on!

The Welcome Table – Menu with Prices – 1500 Eastridge Rd, Richmond

The staff of The Welcome Table puts the meaning of being â??Hospitable back into the Hospitality businessâ?!!! The healthy cooking style of the Caribbean infused meals, and traditional foods made healthy, using only fresh vegetables, meats and seafood is wonderfully prepared and presented by Master Chef Gordon â??Gâ? Russell, and his trainee chefs. This gives the feel of a personal touch adding to the warm â??Sunday Dinnerâ? family feel ambience that has come to be known and associated with the appropriately named â??The Welcome Table â??!

SOHO Juice Co. – Menu with Prices – 2200 4th St N, St. Petersburg

This is the best açaí bowl in St. Pete and I have tried my fair share! They are the most quality ingredients you can find and they do not add ice to their mix, fruit only!!! The portions are either 16 or 24oz for bowls but they also have smoothies and now food items as well! They have granolas, “peanut butter cups”, donuts and cupcakes! All of which are super healthy, all natural, quality ingredients you can trust and feel good about putting into your body. I like to eat my bowls for a kick start breakfast, light lunch or on the go snack. I never feel bad about eating them if it’s a snack because the ingredients are so good for me and keep my energy levels up! The fresh fruit or seeds or drizzles you can get on top are always so ripe and delicious. I recommend this super food store to anyone, not just the health conscious peeps! I am by no means a calorie counter, hard core gym goer, I just enjoy quality food that taste delicious and that’s what this is!

NrGize Lifestyle Cafe – Menu with Prices – 10055 NW 41st St, Miami

Nrgize is located inside the LA Fitness. It’s very convenient. They have a lot of healthy options. They make fruit smoothies, mega smoothies, and beneficial blends. The smoothies are available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. They have the calories listed next to each size which is great if you want to keep track of calorie intake. Another reason why I love Nrgize is that they have prepared meals that you can buy to take or you can have them heat it up for you and eat it there. Each meal has calorie, carbs, and protein listed. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I’m definitely appreciative of Nrgize for days when I’m exhausted after a workout and need some protein or for days when I don’t feel like cooking when I get home.

The Santa Clara Juicery – Menu with Prices – 1912 N Main St, Dayton

Just a few minutes from downtown, the Santa Clara Juicery is definitely a place to check out. It’s smoothies and bowls are very reasonably priced, so delicious, and enough to fill you up for breakfast or lunch. I love the Mermaid Bowl and the Hulk and PB &J smoothies. They also have ginger, wheatgrass, aloe and cranberry shots, which will make you feel healthier immediately ; ) Beyond the great menu, this place is bringing foot traffic back to the Santa Clara District, which has beautiful bones and needs some love and economic investment, just like many of Dayton’s old neighborhoods. A great place with a great mission, go get some juice!

Juiced! Cold-Pressed Juicery – Menu with Prices – 640 S 5th St #2, Milwaukee

Bravo! Juiced! Mobile juice bar! Bravo! Organic, local produce, juiced for me, packaged to take with me, tastes terrific, no heartburn. win win all around. Im betting The price tag per juices seems steep in our community BUT its not. And I’ll tell you why. If I attempts this myself I’d be in for a 500$ juicer, plus cost of organic produce, hauling produce in and out, and the waste? What you say? throw it away? Not compost it? Does that not cancel out all the good youve just done eating clean? Ok so composting in sub zero temps….fun! Cleaning out machine /glass/kitchen oye. Life is so busy though I’d love to do all this- in some altered plane but here and now? I just can’t. So back to juiced. I just ordered the 7day pack. 42 juices for 245$ that’s down to 5$ and change. For this week I have had fresh juices for breakfast ,lunch and a wholesome meal/ soup/ etc. for dinner and have replaced my beloved sugary desserts, for the watermelon strawberry lemon juice. Yum. Belly happy -skins starting to glow again- they make it easy to take a week and start fresh- get the excess carbs out and feel great. I keep thinking I’m gonna find something about their business that’ll disappoint, but honestly I can’t. I stopped over yesterday to pick up my second batch and, there was a flatbed truck out front and a dude hauling out the juicing waste material. So they responsibly send out their veg waste to be composted too???? Bravo juiced mobile juice bar. Bravo!
