If you want to want to wait 50 minutes for take-out or see everyone else get served but you, then come to this place. A few weeks ago, I stopped by this place and ordered 2 dishes and 2 appetizers, to go. After I paid, 3 more groups came to dine in, and 1 ordered to go in a span of about 15-20 minutes. After a while, all the dine in customers were already served and were enjoying their meal, while I waited patiently. Then, the person that ordered after got his food and was on his way. That was it. I had to find out what happened. I complained that everyone else got their food, while I still stood there empty handed. Then, a lady, who I guess was one of the cooks, came out with her dinner. It was the same as one of the dishes I ordered. So I asked how come she was able to have her dinner while I still didn’t have my ordered. They tried to explain that they had missing ingredients, or whatever it was they were trying to say. I said if you didn’t have enough ingredients for my dish then you should have told me right away. It was a bad alibi and all they had to do was to apologize. But an apology can only go so far. I don’t have food and have wasted almost an hour for nothing. I didn’t have any choice but to wait because I already paid for it. And did you even think that they would give me a discount or compensate in any form for all the trouble? Of course not. Does anyone know what good customer service is anymore???? Needless to say, I am not coming back. You have been warned.

Thai House Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 525 4th St, Santa Rosa

I went in to order takeout (2 appetizers, 1 soup, 5 dishes) around 730pm on a Sunday. They were moderately busy and said the wait would be 20-25min. After 30 minutes I asked if the food was ready and the waitress said 10 more minutes, but the wait ended up being another 30+ minutes. Normally I would have left except I already paid and tipped upfront Customer service was disappointing. They did not offer a drink, appetizer/dish, or an apology after a 1+ hour wait. They did not prioritize my order, despite already waiting well-beyond the original “20-25minutes”, as there were new dine-in customers came in, finished their meals, and left before my order was ready. (In hindsight, I could have sat down as a dine-in customer, ordered, and get it packed up to-go instead of being a chum and watching them serve rounds of new customers) Food was good, but i will not be returning

Jersey Mike’s Subs – Menu with Prices – 3540 Harden Blvd Suite 103, Lakeland

The only reason this got 2 stars is because the front guy working the register was nice. I was picking up an order for a food delivery service. I had to wait for the first samdwich to be made. Then they gave it to me and realized the other sandwich wasnt made. So I had wait 10 minutes for the second sandwich to made. I had no idea what the numbers meant next to the sandwiches since I never ordered from here before personally. I leave thinking I got the two sandwiches that were ordered. Nope. It was supposed to come with other stuff and they didnt give it to me. So of course the customer is upset and now I get bad Mark’s because these kids dont know how to do their job.

If the prices were any higher, it would be a one- two stars. But for the price, its definitely worth it. We got there at 3:20 (10 minutes before lunch ends) the prices are about $10 for lunch and $14 for dinner. Waitresses convinced us to pay for the dinner price cause for dinner time, they bring out about 10 new dishes that are for dinner time only. So we agreed to pay for the dinner price. At 3:30, they bring out the dinner exclusive dishes like oysters, crabs, shrimps etc and they put a sign that says ” for dinner customers only” in front of the pot but tbh I’m pretty sure a lot of people ignore the sign and just get it- nobody’s looking. Didnt get a chance to try the hibachi cause no one was at the station. I think they were on lunch break. And the floors feel gross- like very oily, sticky, slippery. Also the cups the ice water came in was a little dirty on the outside…. But- they do have a pretty decent variety of food for just $14! The quality is not amazing, its not even good- its average at best. But for the price I would say that’s pretty good

Sal’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 6773 Carnelian St, Rancho Cucamonga

Best pizza around the Rancho Cucamonga area I have found! Tried it for the first time, I ordered the XL 2 topping pizza for $23! Slices were huge, they were very generous with the toppings and it tasted delicious!! I normally just eat 1 or 2 “small” slices, like pizza hut sizes, but this pizza was so good I ate 4! And the slices were big I couldve been full with 1! I didnt get to take a photo, I was too hungry! They dont accept debit/credit so be warned of that and its not a sot down restaurant, they’re just a store front. But this is perfect to call ahead and pick up for an amazing dinner! Dont waste time with fast food pizza when you can have the real thing! I will be coming back!

Grover’s Fingers & Wings – Menu with Prices – 9418 N Davis Hwy, Pensacola

So we just came to Grovers for lunch. We have always enjoyed the food until today. While eating a chicken finger I found a long black hair in my food. .which is now in my mouth! I took it up to the counter on my plate and was offered another plate! Nothing else was done. When I asked to speak to the manager, a man told me he wasnt really the manager but what could he do to help. I explained the situation and he said he was sorry but didnt his wife ask if she could cook me something else. No she did not but sorry if I dont feel like eating anything else now, as I am sick to my stomach from having someone elses hair in my mouth! He said well you seem hostile and I said yes because I paid $30 for food I couldn’t eat. He said I don’t know what to do, this has only happened like 2 times before. I told him a partial refund or a voucher for future use. He said I would love to buy you dinner but I don’r have any cards or anything to give you. So basically I have to take his word that IF I go back I MIGHT get my dinner replaced. (He could’ve written it on a freaking napkin!) I wish I had paid with my credit card because I would’ve disputed the charge! I even said you can look at the camera and see me pull it out of mouth and he said they don’t really work! Good thing there are plenty of other places to eat. They are good but if this is how they deal with sanitary issues…nope I would rather not take the chance!

Full House Chinese Fusion Cuisine – Menu with Prices – 901 Starbuck St #M, Fullerton

I am only leaving a star since I dont have any other option, I don’t tend to leave bad reviews but this time I need to. I called at 5:40 and ordered fried dumplings, tang-shu-yuk and Ra-joyuk. The lady mentioned to come and pickup in 20 mins. I arrived at 6:00 and paid, she asked me to wait few minutes that the food will be right out, she was apologizing multiple times for the delay. I understand sometimes there can be a delay. I asked them if they forgot and she neglected… so I waited… she apologized again and again. 6:25 and still my take out food wasn’t out. While I waited I saw multiple tables getting the same food I ordered….seriously don’t apologize and take the food thats ready first for the person who has waited standing for 50 minutes rather than taking the food to the table but no. Their way of managing was horrible but yet she just apologized again and again. I used to really like this place, close to home and good food but now I don’t plan to eat here again, it really sucks they have wasted my dinner time as now I have to find another place to take out food. They just turned a very royal customer away..

The food is good but the service is actually horrible. I ordered on the phone and came in because I was in a hurry. Not one customer was there and they made me wait 15 minutes longer once I got there for a 10 peice chicken meal. It’s like they didnt want me to place a pickup order, they didnt like that. And the lady was rude. I really wont go anymore because the whole staff is actually VERY RUDE. 100% the rudest establishment I’ve been to. Horrible customer service.

In short: Average food Very slow service Came here for dinner and left disappointed. Ordered the bulgogi which was well priced at around $9.20 including tax. The problem was with the speed of service. It took around 20~25 minutes for this simple dish to come out, considering that the restaurant was not at all busy when I ordered, it was a major disappointment. To make things worse, my food was served later than the person who ordered around 10 minutes after I did. I wasn’t expecting a huge apology or anything like that for the slow service, but to have my food served after the person who came 10 minutes after me was a slap in the face. Food itself was okay, it’s about what you would expect from any other Korean restaurants in AA. No soup or side dishes were seved with the dish, as you might expect from the $9 price tag. I won’t come back here after this experience. I have been living in AA for over 2 years and I am quite pleased I have waited this long to try this place.

My Brother In Law wanted to go here for his birthday dinner, we were a party of 6. The service was extremely slow, it took 20 minutes before our waitress came over and took our drink order. She was rude and obviously stressed out. It took another 30 minutes before we were served our soups and salads. Those of us who ordered soup received soup that was cold and tasteless. So NONE of us ate our minestrone soup. Everyone who ordered a salad in our party took one bite and remarked that their salad was inedible. That was just an indicator of how BAD all of our meals were going to be. We received our entrees about 50 minutes after we placed our order. Three people in our party ordered pasta dishes. All the pasta dishes received were cold and clumpy, the sauces both alfredo and tomato were watery. It was obvious to everyone in our party that the pasta and sauces WERE NOT MADE FRESH. Two of us ordered chicken parmigiana. The chicken was cold, tough and tasted funny. It was obvious to us that our chicken parmigiana dishes WERE NOT MADE FRESH. The two of us only took two bites of our chicken dishes and decided we didn’t want to risk getting sick. So we did not finish our chicken. Our pasta side dishes were also cold and the pasta was clumpy. FRESH PASTA is never clumpy, so our clumpy pasta meant only one thing. My sister got the lasagna, her dish was at least lukewarm. However, she commented that her lasagna tasted exactly like the Stouffer’s lasagna you get in the frozen food aisle of your local grocery store. She was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of her dish. Once our waitress served our entrees she completely disappeared on us. No checking on us to see if we needed anything, no drink refills, no removing dishes, nothing. We tried flagging down the manager of the restaurant, we were later told his name was Ken. Anyway, the manager saw us but ignored us. Our waitress finally came around to drop off the check and collect payment that was all. We made a comment about her disappearing on us and she just gave us a dirty look. On our way home we all agreed that the prices we were charged for COLD, TASTELESS, INEDIBLE FOOD was OUTRAGEOUS. That NONE OF US have ever experienced such BAD SERVICE and FOOD QUALITY. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to The Pasta House and we will be telling everyone we know NOT TO EVER DINE THERE My family does not like The Olive Garden but we all agreed that The Olive Garden’s food and service is a MILLION TIMES BETTER than The Pasta House.

really sad to be posting this because I loved all of their food offerings when they first opened. However, over the last few months the staff has changed, the hours have changed, and so has the food quality. My boyfriend and I loved coming in in the mornings for the breakfast sandwiches. Last week, the woman at the counter yelled at my boyfriend for walking into the open door at 10:55 am because they weren’t open for another five minutes, and then curtly told him they don’t have breakfast sandwiches in, speaking as if it was his fault that he had asked. today the people at the counter had their headphones in and didnt even fully take them out to take our order. Over the past month, they didn’t have the ingredients several times, and today they gave us a sandwich that not only didn’t have the fluffy scrambled eggs we were used to, but the egg was chopped up and not fully cooked through, the cheese wasn’t melted and they were overall soggy. As for the hours, they now dont open until 11, so for breakfast we’ve been hitting up McDonalds again, because in my book, 11am is a little for a breakfast sandwich and I dont want to be walking around midday to pick up lunch in 90 degree heat. Not going back here until they get their act together and turn back into the restaurant they were when they first opened.

Last night 2.1.19 we went out to celebrate with a love one for her birthday. We had reservations for a party of 8.The birthday girl arrived and her best friend were the first to arrive. 10 mins later myself and two cousins arrived. Once we got in and sat down Isoon(the worker) came over to explain the menu and ask what flavor did we wanna put in the hookah. Two of them had paid 14.98 and ordered drinks. Isoon came back and ask what did I want I said nothing at the moment I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do but I didnt wanna smoke because I had a sore throat. Isoo. Stood there with her hands together and said well its 14.98 and you cant just sit and hang out we run a place of business and its a friday night and you had a reservation of 8. I said so basically you want my 14.98 to just sit ok I paid for a glass of wine and begin to hookah as well. Keep in mind on a busy friday night it was 5 of us in the place myself and my family. Than about 10 mins later a couple came in. A few moments later our other family memeber arrived. Isoon came back over ask what she would like she told her and paid the 14.98 but Isoon had not brought the hookah just her drink. A few seconds later Isoon came and sak where was the rest of the party at this time it was 6 of us. 2 more friends were on the way. So we explained they were coming but we had no control over who showed up. When she stood there she said she wouldn’t bring the hookah out unless the other two came or either we paid the 14.98 for the two other people and she would bring the 3rd hookah. So we said ok no problem us 6 will just smoke out the two we have. The other friend soon Arrived and Isoon was back our friend stated said she would take a drink and she didnt wanna smoke. Isoon told her it was 14.98 for her drink (a corona) she said oh no Im not paying 14.98 for one drink Isoon than explained again we were there on a friday night when they are busy. Again at this time it was 9 people my family and a couple. Our friend eneded up leaving to meet us at dinner. Just a few seconds later our other friend arrive which would have had our party of 8. Isoon came back and ask her for her order she said no thanks I dont want anything im fine Isoon than explained again what she had said 6 times already. She walked away and was talking to the gentlemen who was working she came back and said you can stay and just pay the price of a drink. At this point you had already made $90 and we were disappointed because it wasnt explained correctly at the time of the reservation. If we had known we would have definitely went elsewhere. This was the worse experience ever not to mention we were in the back of the place with no lighting and every camera was pointed at us. So sad because they had plenty of space to put us young ladies they sat the couple up in front towards the tv and they had lights to see. We had to use the flashlight on our cellphones to read the menu. We wont be back.

This place has horrible customer service. We walked in and waited to get served someone came and took our order. 10 minutes later a party of four comes in they were high-fiving the chef and they proceeded to go sit down. We waited another 15 minutes they got their food even though we had ordered before them. We proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. We then asked where our food was and didn’t get a response. We asked why it was the other party got their food first and the server told us it was because they are regulars and the chef knew what they wanted. We paid for our drinks and proceeded to leave.
