We love this tea bar! My kids and I go whenever we can. I have been happy with my drinks with the exception of the time be for last. That particular time I had ordered the bomb. com. I love that drink and know how it should taste, but something wasn’t right and I had the girl remake it. Sadly it tasted worse on the remake. I was very disappointed, not only for my drink, but the location is far away from my house. Maybe she was new, or not familiar with how to make it. Anyway, that is the only time I have had a bad experience. All of the girl baristas are nice and friendly. There was a male barista who was not friendly or personable at all, he was short and had dark brown hair. He wasn’t helping me, so I didn’t complain. It’s just what I observed. People like friendly service whether your helping them or not. I waited awhile and decided to go back this week. This last experience was good, so hopefully my bad one was just an isolated incident. We got the toro smoothie w/ boba. Really good! Our drinks tasked great. We left very satisfied. We’ve also tried the matcha smoothie, Thai tea smoothie, honey green tea, and Nicki Minaj in the past. All really good. They have a really big menu of drinks and lots of combinations. You really can’t go wrong! So many drinks, so many to try.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe – Menu with Prices – 10826 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa

This location is inconsistent. I get the same smoothie all the time, the orange ginger glow. Sometimes it’s delicious. Sometimes it’s watered down and chunky. I actually had them remake it when it was poorly blended and bland. I told the girl who made it that it was poorly blended and didn’t taste right. The new one she made me was exactly the same. When I looked in the blender the girl had used, there was a ton of smoothie left. So I think she loaded the blender with too much ice, that’s why it’s bland and there too much smoothie left in the blender after. I don’t want to have to tell people how to do their job in order to get good service, so I just took my subpar smoothie and that’s the last time I’m going there.

Molly Ramen?Poke?Tea – Menu with Prices – 869 Lynnhaven Pkwy #109, Virginia Beach

This location had $1.99 Milk Tea specials on Wednesdays so this was an opportunity to try it out. When you walk in, you place your order on a tablet. It’s very user friendly and it allows you to customize your order. I was with my family that included kids so we customized their drinks to no sugar for them. Since we knew it was going to take a while to get our order, we played some board games in the waiting area that was provided. The restaurant is spacious and clean. They offer poke bowls where you can see the toppings you want through the glass (think of Subways) as well as Ramen bowls. I noticed it was one guy making the drinks as well helping customers at the counter. They seemed to be understaffed but hey we are chilling so really no rush. Finally our drinks are ready! Sooo…. this is where it went downhill. Our drinks were all mixed up! The label that said NO sugar definitely had it. The label with the taro drink had the mocha drink in it and etc. The boba amount was very stingy that one of the drinks had literally 5 boba pieces in it. Because my 2 year old niece don’t need any sugar as requested, we asked if they can remake it because it was too sweet. Even at their mistake they made us pay for a new drink. The guy was going to remake it for free but the other staff lady maybe the “owner” said something in their language and said we would need to pay…sheeesh horrible customer service at its finest! At $1.99 that is what it’s really worth. It tasted like flavored milk, no strong tea notes, bubbles were a little too hard, and just overall not good so I’m glad we didn’t pay the full amount. My sister went back the next week with her kids and their friends and the Wednesday special is now $2.99, maybe due their popularity. But since kids don’t know any better on quality and taste, it’s a cheaper way to get them boba teas.

Stars & Stripes Espresso – Menu with Prices – 9122 Evergreen Way #7118, Everett

I stopped by there a couple weeks ago and the girl that was helping me was Katrina I was not happy with her service I ordered a 32 ounce strawberry Redbull Italian soda with no creams whatsoever I told her no ice she still put ice in it and then she got an attitude when I told her I didn’t want any ice that’s not my fault you weren’t listening and obviously you have a hard time multitasking with two customers so she took the ice out of it but there was still like 25 to 30% of emptiness in my cup she could’ve gave me more strawberry or more club soda or something how are you just going to charge me seven or eight dollars for that big ass cup and it’s like empty and you’re gonna tell me that’s how it goes that’s bullshit I don’t appreciate that whatsoever I did call back two days after I visited there and spoke to another female forgot her name I ask her to remake my drink because I wasn’t happy with the way the other girl made it and then this girl made it the same way I went to a store and bought another Redbull to top off my drink I just won’t ever return to this coffee stand and I making the word go around that this coffee stand sucks the girls that work there just rude and they don’t really give a shit about your drinks all they want is tips I don’t think so! Not a happy customer I’ll never be back!

Lil’ Sammie’s – Menu with Prices – 3404 Commercial St SE, Salem

Name has changed to lil SAMMY’S recently but same owner. Friendly. I was robbed there and everbody chased the perp and made sure i was ok. Offered me assistance, gave me money to get home they were so awesome. They were very kind and concerned. I hate to discourage good people from going there by mentioning a robbery. The thing is, its a nice friendly place and they were all VERY willing to help. And thats not a typical incident. Isolated actually. I thank them from the bottom of my heart! I was shook up ! They helped so much !

Blk Dot Coffee – Menu with Prices – 13786B Jamboree Rd, Irvine

10/10! Customer service here is what was beyond expectations! I went here with my friend and we were both wanting to try something new and we were set on trying the mint mojito. What seemed to be the owner was really kind and patient and kept reassuring us that if we did not like it– we would have another drink made for us, while most places say that they will remake it-this was so genuine! We tried our drinks as we were sitting outside the lovely environment and he stepped outside to ask us if we liked the drinks. We were too shy to say it wasn’t our favorite, and with our slight hesitancy he told us immediately with a smile that he’d make us the LVTM coffee with oat milk and we LOVED IT! Nothing was wrong with the mint mojito we just weren’t quite ready for the refreshing thrill of the mint :b He even followed up with asking if we liked our second drink and was expecting nothing but our satisfaction with our new drinks. I was so blown away by how patient they were with us on top of handling everyone else with kindness! I know that people would have easily brushed us off or not follow up if we liked the drinks or not. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of this person, but safe to say all the interactions with the employees were nice/pleasant! Definitely love the atmosphere, the welcoming environment, and the overall teamwork that I saw at this place. I hardly write reviews, and when I want to its because of a bad experience, but this was SOOO NICE! LIKE WOW! Not only is the coffee something that I crave ? but the people truly brightened my day! It was a lovely experience, it truly goes far when people are nice! ? ? So coffee was yummy and the people were so kind!!

Undisputed Craft House – Menu with Prices – 1881 Saul Kleinfeld Dr, El Paso

I had read about this place so i was anxious to check it out. I finally did last night…was kinda disappointed. I was given a beer menu that was January’s….then another one for February. Im guessing the beers keep changing because they didnt have the one I picked for January’s menu. Had a young girl that wasnt too helpful in helping me in picking the beers. I asked her what i mostly drank and wanted to see was similar to my choices…she had no answer. She wasnt rude, but not helpful… When I walked in I noticed that the place was too lit. Thought it was bar not a Barnes n Nobles. The crowd seemed pretty chill and the music playing had variety which was a plus. Not a bad place but was expecting a lottle more.

Hopping Beans Cafe – Menu with Prices – 4000 Bay St, Fremont

Update: I ordered a juice from here called the Immunity Juice and I received a juice that had a lot of pulp in it, which made it seem like I was drinking a smoothie. (I’ve had this drink multiple times before when it was called Bean Scene and it didn’t have any pulp) I went back up to the front counter to ask if it’s supposed to be at that consistency and they said yes. So, I sat back down and I was like whatever I’ll drink it, since when I was at the register the person didn’t offer to replace it. I decided to write a review about it, because that’s what I do, I’m a Yelper and I Yelp. I’m not bashing anyone or their business. I wrote my thoughts and posted the review. I forgot about it. I realized I left something in my car and went to grab it from outside. When I came back inside the coffee shop, one of the girls who works there approached me with a new juice and said, “here is a replacement that is less like a smoothie, since you posted that on your review. Next time please ask us to remake it”. I was surprised. I tried to refuse it, since I was drank more than half of the old drink already and ate a muffin. I was already good and didn’t really want to eat or drink anything else. I did try to ask you guys and I was told that was the consistency of the drink by a associate. A review shouldn’t be a reason why you replace the drink. Low key made me feel like I did something bad. I left the drink. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. I’m not trying to “bust the flow” of a small business. I just had a inconsistent experience here. Thanks. A local coffee spot that needs some remodeling and some love. This used to be Bean Scene and now it’s Hopping Beans, due to a new owner. I’m excited to see where this place ends up. The coconut muffins here are the bomb. I’m sad, because when I ordered the Immunity Juice from here, it was thicker than a smoothie. I’ve had the juices from here and they were not like this. I’ll give this place a couple more shots, but I won’t order juices from here again.

Dream Boat Coffee – Menu with Prices – 100 St George St suite a, St. Augustine

My boyfriend and I call it Nightmare boat. His first time in St. Augustine. I’m embarrassed for taking him to the most popular shopping place and had such horrid coffee experience ever. I travel a lot, and it’s rare I give a 1 star to anyone overall. For one of the most hot traveling spot location in town, you expect something decent and better than Mc Donald’s. Everyone else coffee in town was decent that I tried like 2-3 spots while I was visiting. Watered down!! No flavor. I had them remake mine. My boyfriend wants to create a yelp account just to warn people also. So be warn again lol. This coffee place not worth even trying if it’s 25 cents. I told my boyfriend to remake his, but he was so upset and threw it away around the corner. We order their suggested drink on the most popular drink people order on the board called some dreamers. Another one I forgot what it’s called and it’s mocha added to it. Mine was suppose to be similar to ice vanilla latte. Have you notice it’s only about 9 reviews and majority are girls. We only dropped by because its a regular walking spot. Must read reviews who has about 30 reviews and visit if it has at least 4 star. My regret not reading such low count reviewers. I can go on but I’m tired and customer service was poor. I struggled to finish mine and threw it a way after 10sips bc we paid Starbucks cost for it. So we ended up throwing away all three drinks. My cousin try to convince my boyfriend to remake his drink but too upset. We went to Dunkin Donuts the next morning.

Tata Teahouse – Menu with Prices – 39230 Argonaut Way, Fremont

I will give this place a zero star if there’s a chance! Talk about customer service! I ordered avocado smoothie and the receptionist (chinese older lady) gave me honeydew smoothie. She blames me for saying it wrong when people behind me overhear me ordering AVOCADO! Then she goes to say I should try honeydew instead @$%!!! I reiterated that I want my avocado smoothie she rolled her eyes and cursed! WOW! She went on to say that I have to pay extra $1.50 because avocados are more expensive! Mind you that she (receptionist) was screaming at me (customer) throughout our conversation with people lined up to place their order. Great customer service indeed! One drink is missing from my order and again she blames me for only ordering 3 drinks, meanwhile when we checked the receipt, I had ordered 4 drinks!!! TATA teahouse just lost a customer today! I will never support this establishment as long as that chinese lady is there!! They should invest in sending her for customer service training before taking on that job!

Dari Fair (Open Summers Only) – Menu with Prices – 2813 Kilburn Ave, Rockford

Went here on may 25th 2019, it was a horrible experience. We order two large vanilla shakes and a large butterscotch milk shake and a marshmallow malt and a cheese cake sundae and a unusual Sunday with blue raspberry. Got all of our stuff and guess what the butterscotch was a small so we went back up and said we ordered a large they said we’ll make one. Waited for 20 minutes and went back up there to see what was going on and supposedly the girl with brown hair and glasses said she went it down as a small and said we have to pay the difference for a large after we had three milk shakes melt for waiting on the one that wasnt even being made so I told we shouldn’t have to pay when it was her mess up so she didn’t and made us one. But when we got it. It was just vanilla not butterscotch at all so I take it back and she said its loaded with butterscotch but it wasnt. I will never go there again you guys have lost about 30 people to go there. So thank you very much for the awful experience. I’ll be taking my business some where else. You guys are slow and the people are rude.

El Jarochito – Menu with Prices – 195 Neptune Ave, Brooklyn

Horrible! I’ve been going to this store all my life as a grew up in the area. I recently placed an order for a cake for my son’s birthday. To place the order I actually had to go in in person because I was put on hold for over 15 mins. Without anyone helping me. Once there I took almost an hour just to place the order since the girl at the register kept telling me to wait as she rang people up. There were other people at the store stocking and doing something else but not helping. I show up to pick up the cake the next week 1 hour after the scheduled time to pick it up and the girl doesn’t even remember me!!! She’s asking when I place the order and all these stupid questions. Then she tells me “oh yeah I remember, the cake guy is not here yet I don’t think your cake is ready” needless to say I was livid! their “cake guy” had just walked in and told me it was not ready but that he can out something together in 30 mins. Tops. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!! My son’s birthday was in 1 hr. and they left me scrambling last minute for a solution. I am so disappointed with this store and will never reply on them for any services in the future.

Natural-e Delicious – Menu with Prices – 200 S Euclid Ave, Ontario

Recommended for: ~Healthy alternatives ~Sweet Treats ~FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT I cannot believe that its been three years since Natural and Delicious came to town and since my last review. I figured i should update it since I’m a regular and all. I still focus mostly on the fruit side of things although I’ve had the homemade veggie soup and the salads. Everything here is tasty. I’ve been a good girl and steered clear of the ice cream, though!!! But, they have some interesting flavors of that! I still love the pico de gallo the best, although these days I skip the chamoy! I’ve also found that a couple of the fruit drinks they make are actually my style of smoothie with a lot of fresh veggies blended. One is the V8 and the other is the Toronjil or U Name It, which is my favorite – a blend of spinach, celery, pineapple and grapefruit juice. Its fits the bill when I’m too lazy to make my own green smoothie! The nice thing is they will customize the drinks for you. most of the other drinks have sugar or dairy, but there are options! If you’re nearby and you aren’t being refreshed here, you need to do so!
