I’ve been to Zianos on several occasions and had good food and service. My last and final time came about a month ago. We ordered carry out. 2 Pizzas, one large salad, and 3 orders of breadsticks. My wife’s first bite of pizza came with a nice 6 inch long hair. Ok… things happen, so we continue on. About 60 seconds later, my son bites into yet another hair in his salad. Again… long and nasty. Wait… not done yet. Almost simultaneously I pull yet ANOTHER long hair out of the second pizza. 3 separate food items, 3 long disgusting hairs. I realize a random hair is a possibility in the food service industry. But three within the same carry out order seems a bit much to me. I called to let them know about the problem and was assured a manager would contact us. No follow up. A few days later I sent an email through the website. Again I was assured there would be a follow up by a manager. No follow up. I’m not the kind of customer that wants a bunch of free stuff just because I’m irritated, however, we ended up throwing away thirty-ish dollars worth of food. Not cool. If there is a problem with your food it needs be addressed, not ignored.

Papa John’s Corporate Headquarters – Menu with Prices – 2002 Papa Johns Blvd, Louisville

I was unable to use the survey services you offer on your website as it kept saying it was unable to verify my info so I am leaving this review of my experience with your company in Sioux Falls, SD the 26th and Marion location is wonderful. In general all of our Papa John’s have great service but this gentleman reminded me what good customer service was and I truly hope you all contact his boss and let him know how great this man is at making his customers feel like that are truly valued. This store does an amazing job when it comes to customer service. The corporate website has not allowed me to update my address and I ordered a pizza for pick up at the wrong location and Nick from this store not only assured me it was no problem but had my original order copied and in their system before I could even pull it up in my email. Not only did they fix MY mistake but they matched the pricing I received from my original order, and I don’t think they even offered that promo. Again this was my mistake but not only did they correct it like it was theirs they assured me it was not a problem for them(even tho it had to have been an inconvenience during Saturday dinner rush). I would like to Thank Nick his amazing customer service, it because of employees like him that customers keep coming back, he just reminded me why I am a loyal Papa John’s customer! Please help me to thank him for all that he does and for being such a great model of ideal customer service and satisfaction!!!

Old World Pizza Truck – Menu with Prices – 163 Foster St, New Haven

A bad first impression… I ordered online (which was super easy and convenient off of their website). I paid, as well. I got an email confirmation and was told to wait for a second email, confirming pick-up time. I waited 15 minutes. I became a bit worried that the order (including my payment) had been lost, as most pizza places only take 15 minutes to MAKE the pizza. And this is no competitor notoriety-wise to the nearby joints. So, I called. Someone answered and told me they’d put me on hold but hung up on me. No problem. I’ve accidentally done that to people too. I called back. I called again. This time I was put on hold right away. Then hung up on. Hm, okay. At that point it’s a bit much. I called a third time. They disconnected their phone. This was no longer an accident, and that’s the problem. I’d paid already. No email. No one willing to speak to me. I got the email about 15 minutes out and was told to expect a half an hour wait. I recognize that this is from the bitterness of being so deliberately ignored, but Uber Eats could’ve been faster or at least on par with that estimation. (Thirty minutes pass) I go to pick up my food. I can’t immediately tell who is working the front desk. The worker emerges and is abrasive–surprisingly so, but I guess I should have guessed based on the DISCONNECTING of the phone. I wait 10 minutes before they *start* making my food. The pizza was like a soft bread. Not at all what typical New Haven pizza is like. It was stingy with the toppings. Fine overall, but no stand out (and that’s without the customer service). I don’t know that I’d return to give this place another try.

First Watch – 94 Hundred Shea – Now Open! – Menu with Prices – 9325 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale

Thought I would come in to support the new restaurant, I sat at the bar alone (no one else was at the bar), I ordered a salad without dressing and the server brings out the wrong salad with dressing on the side, then when she brings me the right salad, she brings it with the dressing on the salad, for the kicker.. when she finally bring the right salad with the dressing on the side I asked for a box and started to pack to go and under the first part was the original salad with the dressing on haha right how embarrassing to know their staff would do this, so the linemen used the same salad. When asked for a manager that girl goes over to my server and tells her first then goes to the manager’s area which is so unprofessional then the linemen all are staring at me when the manager does arrive. I said look at your staff right now, he apologized I asked if I could pay for my drink and I wanted to leave he said he would remake my salad, but at this point does anyone trust that the staff would not do anything to your food, you would hope that wouldn’t happened especially in Scottsdale. When I went into my hair salon after I told them what happened and the girls said they have ordered there twice and there food has been wrong every time and when they went to pick up the correct order the staff was rude. I will not be coming back to this location and I will be telling everyone I know and also writing on yelp. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and what is sad to remake a salad does not come out of the linemen’s paycheck so why couldn’t they just have done it right in the first place. To my server, if you can’t remember one order please use an ordering pad, it was not busy and I was a party of one! When the staff looks at you like it was my fault when it clearly was the incompetent SERVER who was at fault.

Salad And Go | Healthy Drive Thru – Menu with Prices – 5259 E Brown Rd, Mesa

Sad to write this post but I will never be returning to this establishment again. My boyfriend and I went through the drive-through on Wednesday evening at around 7:30, I ordered the antipasto salad and he ordered the BBQ ranch salad wrap with chicken. Thankfully, his wrap was fine. My salad, however, wasn’t. I found a long blonde hair twisted up in my salad! I know it wasn’t either of ours, my hair is bright red and my boyfriends is dark brown. I tried to look for a phone number to call them and ask for a refund, but the number listed on yelp doesn’t work and they don’t have any phone numbers listed on their website. So, I drive back, get out of the car and go up to the walk-up window. This girl, coincidentally with blonde hair, opens the window and I tell her that I would like a refund as I found hair in my salad. I also brought back the salad with said hair, for proof. She says ok, takes my salad and closes the window, comes back in a minute with cash for my salad refund. I proceeded to ask her for a refund on my whole order and tell her what my boyfriend had. As she’s ‘processing my refund’, she says ‘Just so you know in the future, I can’t open this window past 7’. There was a sign on the window that said the walk-up window closes at 7. So then I said, well maybe you guys should be more careful about not getting hair in your customers food, to which she replies ‘Oh, that wasn’t from me’. Then she shuts the window. Not once did she apologize for the mistake or do anything to rectify the situation. What absolutely horrid customer service. This is super disappointing as I spend a lot of money at Salad and Go, and this particular location as it is so close to home, convenient and I loved the fact that it was a healthier option. Well, never again will I be back. Beware.

Creatif Catering – Menu with Prices – 3119 Stop 8 Rd, Dayton

I’m looking for venues for my wedding reception and Creatif Catering was on the list for preferred Caterers at one of the venues. I contacted Todd Wilwee via email requesting more information. He called me and left a message for further contact. I called him and stated in my message that due to my job (call center with variable hours) I’m not available for calls normally and don’t have access to my phone. I left me email and requested that he contact me there. Todd insisted we plan the venue viewing via phone. After leaving multiple messages with him, I finally got a hold of Todd, who didn’t recognize my name as the person with whom he’d been playing phone tag. Later, I sent him an email requesting some more information on certain items from my workplace. Todd, instead of responding to the email like a normal human being, decides to call the 800 number and request me at the operator. We are not allowed to take personal phone calls, that is a firing offense. When I tried to explain this to him, he insisted that we discuss my issues so much that I had to hang up on him to end the call. I sent him an email immediately after asking him to do his best answering the questions via email. He never responded. I finally asked him if his silence was to mean that he no longer wanted my business, to which he affirmed.

Lil Italian Pizza – Menu with Prices – 10014 Main St, Fairfax

* I love to support small businesses so I don’t want to give a 1 or 2 star for this place however the pizza here is nothing spectacular. $20 for a plain medium cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks (includes delivery charge not tip) -No comment on the sticks. -flavorless crust -pizza is similar to what chuck e cheese had back in the 90s -quick delivery time -Happy with delivery and presentation of pizza looked great -plain and average pizza -medium was rather small compared to other carry out competitors -would rather do dominos or Pizza Hut for the same price I could get something else cheaper Overall it was very plain pizza nothing was wrong with it but it was average and the quality wasn’t there for carry out pizza, like I said it wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t choose to get pizza there again because I could get better carry out pizza elsewhere. I must say I was happy with the overall presentation and delivery of the pizza as it was quick and I’m happy about that but I wouldn’t order here again.

Best Buy – Headquarters – Menu with Prices – 7601 Penn Ave S, Minneapolis

Two days ago I ordered the new AirPods pro from Best Buy online, and it said they WOULD be delivered by the 31st which is today. It did not say should, or that they might, it said that they would be delivered by today, and I even got a confirmation email that also stated that they would be delivered by today, the 31st. I waited all day for them, and then I received an email with the tracking number so I looked that up and it said that they would not be sent for another four days. I decided to contact Best Buy through online chat to see if I could get some sort of compensation for the delay. Upon explaining the situation to the first rep, they told me that the AirPods are in high demand, and that?s why they were delayed, and then they promptly ended the chat before I could respond. I then had the exact same experience two more times, but the last representative told me that they could give me a five dollar in store credit, but then they also ended the chat with me before I could respond. At this point I decided to call and actually talk to a rep. I called in, explained the situation, told them that I had already chatted with three different people, and that each of them had disconnected from me. She then told me that my order was delayed due to high demand. I told her that I understand that, but the website and my confirmation email both said that I guaranteed would have them by today. She then told me that there isn?t anything that she could do, and I told her that I?m just trying to get some kind of compensation. She said that they could not compensate me in any way. I told her that the rep I had chatted with before I called had offered me a five dollar in store credit, but she said that she was looking at the transcripts and didn?t see anything about that, and that they could not compensate me in any way. At this point I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said that they would just tell me the same thing, and that she didn?t want to waste my time. I said that I would still like to talk to a manager. She said that she would put me on hold for a minute and then get me connected to the next available manager. She then put me on hold for ten minutes, picked back up (I heard chatter on the other end of the line), and then she hung up on me without saying a word. When I called back again, the answering machine said it was after hours and I would have to call back tomorrow. In summary, I chatted with three different online reps and each of them disconnected from me (by the way, when the rep disconnects from you, it automatically closes the chat window, not giving you any chance to save any information) and then I talked on the phone with a rep who ended up hanging up on me rather than connecting me to their manager. All I was seeking was some form of compensation for the delayed delivery time

Fresh Donut – Menu with Prices – 5000 Eldorado Pkwy Suite #410, Frisco

I was googling different donut shops in the area to pick-up for an event. The night before I went on their website to figure out if this was the best place to get some donuts. I looked over their pictures and found their prices on the website, which is ultimately what I was looking for. On their website they have an area where you could email what you are looking for/ what you are wanting. Unfortunately, they never responded back to my email. When I called the next day (the day of the event), the gentleman that I spoke with reassured me that he would be able to get me the amount I was needing, before the time that I asked for it to be ready. When I entered the shop, my donuts were right on the counter, ready for me to checkout. I was in and out of the shop in less than 5 minutes. When I brought the donuts to the event, everyone was raving about them. While I picked up an hour before my event, the donuts were still fresh when served. We ordered the variety and they were all delicious! I would 100% recommend this donut shop for many reasons including: customer service, timing, preparedness and freshness.

S & J’s Woodfired Pizza Menu with Prices 2744 Peachtreet St NW, Atlanta

What a terrible experience we had for our daughters wedding by using this pizza joint! To start with they arrived at the venue late without calling anyone that they were en route. My daughter, her husband, my wife and I were the first people to get pizza and to say the least it was cold! We were then told by numerous friends and family they only got one piece of cold pizza because there was not any more available. This pizza joint couldn’t keep up with production therefore our guest got one piece of cold pizza. We had to reschedule the entire reception plan due to this pizza joint not delivering pizza on time albeit cold. My wife and I had three of our wedding professional vendors tell us if you haven’t paid them I would not, they did not deliver. With all that being said, I email this pizza joint to express our dissatisfaction. I initially get a call from a cell phone from New York City and spoke with a lady that was very cordial, I expressed our concerns she stated she would have the owners contact me. Two days later I receive a voicemail from Sarah to call her either today or tomorrow-I call back within 10 minutes. I inform Sarah of our concerns and she stated we had to use a freight elevator and that is why pizza was cold and why we couldn’t keep up with delivery. I reminded Sarah she was informed it was a second floor venue, which means either stairs or elevator and I also informed her I had ridden on the elevator and it was just as fast as any elevator. The conversation went down hill from there! In Sarah’s pizza joint world they did nothing wrong. She was very loud and rude with her rebuttal She said she would have her husband contact me I said great. She stated I was keeping her from decorating her Christmas tree. I am still waiting on that phone call (8 Days now) from her husband. Now they contact my daughter and her new husband and say if we don’t pay the final bill we will take you to court. How dare this two bit pizza joint threaten them! See you in court Sarah and I will have plenty of witnesses!!!

Catering By Donna – Menu with Prices – 1054 W High St, Lexington

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We met with Donna six months before our wedding to talk about menu options and set up potential tastings. The meeting went well and when we left she assured us that she would email us some sample menus to look over within the next couple of weeks. A month later we hadn’t heard anything. We called and were told that we would be receiving an email in the next few days. Still nothing. It’s been months and we have never heard from Catering By Donna again.

Mama Mia Pizzeria (Myrtle Beach ? Ocean Blvd. South) – Menu with Prices – 2807 S Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach

Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza our first night in Myrtle Beach because we didn’t want to go out after a 10 hour drive. The pizza was incorrect when delivered, so I called to have it fixed. The manager that night was very apologetic and went out his way to make it right. So I thought we would give them another chance the last night of our vacation. Big mistake. I ordered online and then called to confirm the order. 1/2 supreme no green peppers, 1/2 sausage only. The guy that I talked to said he would confirm that it was correct with the kitchen and that there should be no issues. The pizza arrived and was all supreme. So I call again to have it corrected. Talked to 3 different people, one guy said they would fix it and that my instructions weren’t clear enough (you know “no green peppers, half sausage only”) and that he would get a replacement out. I told him to just do all sausage – since i didn’t need a 1.5 supreme pizzas. He said that he would have to talk to his manager to make sure that I could keep the pizza in front of me. Cue the next guy (who I’m assuming is the manager) who said that they would make the pizza all sausage, that my instructions were vague and that instead of arguing about it he was just going to send it out and that I could do whatever I wanted with the pizza I had there. I can’t believe how rude this guy was for their error. It isn’t my fault that their staff can’t follow simple directions. Will post this everywhere that I can to make sure that others aren’t treated as poorly as I was.
