I always come to this walmart, but last time I went, there is always this old ladies working and always looking at you like a criminal, when you going out they literally jump in you like give me your receive and then they want to say o this is not scan, when its CLEARLY on the dam receipt. If you gonna put someone working there? Don’t put old people doing it. Its like really? They are extremely rude and if you say something to them they get offended easily. Also, I always bring my service dog to this walmart, until an old lady stopped me and said to my face that my dog wasen’t a service dog and my dog couldn’t be there. I was going to buy groceries until that came out of her mouth. I felt completely angry about a lady telling ME, active duty military? That my dog wasen’t a service dog. And she is K9 training for service dogs and also a police service dog. Her breed its the most common for service dogs and I was impress that this old lady just came to my face telling me I can’t have my dog in the store. Horrible costumer service. This ladies need to go. Start giving jobs to young people, give them experience for jobs. This is a shame with this ladies.

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 408 Tiny Town Rd, Clarksville

Let me just say after the worst most humiliating experience at another Walmart in town the ladies here where gracious enough to accept my return even though the items where from a super store and not carried there. They where super nice and friendly and very apologetic about my unfortunate experience at another Walmart. The young lady where I took my return was so sweet and kind and not even irritated about having to take back a few dishes. I will be purchasing my food items here from now on with friendly staff. Thank you ladies for not making me drive so far to do what the previous Walmart failed at and tried to redeem the Walmart vibe. I am not a huge fan of having to go to Walmart super centers but they carry items I collect in my kitchen. I will just head over to the kind folks at the KY for those items ? Thanks ladies again!

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 3050 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville

First I’d like to start with the fact that I HATE coming to THIS location. Hate. I only stopped because I was at Michaels, literally next door. Second. I haven’t been to Walmart in months, because I’ve been getting better deals at Kroger. When I do go to Walmart I go to sango location. It’s so much nicer, organized, and nicer people. So I went to Wilma Rudolph location today to grab a few things real quick. Was kind of in a hurry. Grabbed my few things and remembered I needed a can opener. (Mine broke). I grabbed the one that was $1.97 and went straight to cashiers. Of course lines were long, as always. So I went to self check out. Rang up my 4 items and noticed that the can opener rang up for $7.97. I flagged the older lady over to me. Told her it rang up wrong. She called over a Korean “manager” over. Told her that the can opener rang up $7.97 instead of $1.97. The Korean lady LAUGHED in my face and said they didn’t have any for that price but that she would walk over and check the sign. I said perfect. 10-15 minutes later she comes back and said that she CALLED the department manager and she said they didn’t have any for that price. She didn’t go look at the sign which she literally passed to Get to a phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! I told them to take it off my cart so I could pay and go. I pulled up Walmart.com. Look what I found. (Picture attached) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE. I’ve been a general manager at a restaurant and have never laughed at a customer ever. Especially not to their face. Let’s just say this visit, confirmed why I don’t go to this location and will never again.

Fall Brewing Company – Menu with Prices – 4542 30th St, San Diego

Probably some of the best beer in San Diego. I have been to their Tasting Room many times, even celebrated a birthday here. That being said, I will NEVER go to their Tasting Room again. The beertenders at this establishment either hate their jobs, or they hate everyone who comes in, and is not a regular. Completely sup-par service to the average guest, but super elated, and enthusiastic hellos to their regulars. Shouldn’t everyone get the same service? Or shouldn’t they at least give that impression? Luis, he by far exceeds the bad attitudes, and is the reason I will not be returning. Did not greet me, or my friend at all, and after losing my ID (totally my fault), and telling him that I had recently turned 39, he literally told me, with zero expression on his face, that “that’s nice, I still need an ID,” and walked away! I understand he is doing his job, and following the law, but my friend ordered 3 beers, and he didn’t seem to care where those beers were going, and if those patrons were of age… Nice sub-par responsible beer serving. Also, how hard is it to say, “I’m sorry, but I can’t serve you a beer without an ID because that is the law and our policy?” I mean, I am a bartender, and I do that daily, and WITH A SMILE (because that is literally my job and what I am paid to do). Anyway, I really hope this place starts to care about customer service, because it’s a damn shame to have to drink thier beer at my house to avoid their beertenders.

Saigon 9 Vietnamese Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 12801 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove

The service was terrible and the food was completely bland. The young ladies working in the restaurant were laughing at us over simple requests when we asked for a refill. Also the woman at the front counter seemed completely uninterested in helping us, instead she decided she would take care of her baby inside of a car seat behind the counter. This place was trash. The people there are trash and the food was trash. Such a waste of a good place so close to Disneyland. I wish I could give zero stars but I had to write a review on this place. Learn how to treat your customers!

topp?t Handcrafted Pizzas + Chopped Salads – Menu with Prices – 323 W Cardinal Blvd, Louisville

I know this location is still fairly new, but their customer service is crap. I had lunch with a friend here and we ordered two pizzas(keep in mind these pizzas are small personal pizzas) and a s’more. We had been seated for almost 20 minutes before they brought the pizzas out and when they did, we reminded the woman that we ordered s’mores and she said they would be out soon. We didn’t realize til the end of our 35 minute lunch that we never got the s’mores, so we had to leave the table to ask about them and they didn’t come out for another 15 minutes. They never gave any sort of apologies. On another account, my girlfriend went there yesterday 15 minutes before they closed(enough time to heat up a tiny pizza) and all the workers were very rude to her, as if she had showed up with 1 minute to spare. It was not okay, and I have worked in several customer service jobs and food service jobs so I understand working in customer service and having customers show up close to your closing time sucks, but when you still have 15 minutes to service a simple to-go order, you have no reason to make indirect comments about what time it is and glare at the customer, ESPECIALLY when the customer is nothing but nice to you. Otherwise, the food is good and I love the selection and the prices are off the chain, but if you want to be treated like shit by employees who obviously don’t like their own jobs and don’t know how to treat a fresh face with respect just because they’re having a bad day, go ahead on down to this Topp’t!!!

Moe’s Original BBQ – Wilmington – Menu with Prices – 5818 Oleander Dr, Wilmington

My daughter came into town with her husband and there was no other place we wanted to take them. As we pull in the parking lot was SLAMMED, but we were willing to wait. It had been so busy there was no where to sit but as soon as someone stood up, the two ladies were on top of it to clean the tables for the next people to sit down. Mind you, these two are our favorites. They work very well together and always make everyone who steps into Moeâ??s feel like family, even watched them know a mans name and order, dedication. We come here very often, the food is delicious, the cooks are very enthusiastic about their jobs, and the way Stephanie and Sky work, these ladies deserve some recognition. Thank you Moeâ??s for always being great.

Home Pie Bakery & Cafe – Menu with Prices – 1910 S Archibald Ave, Ontario

I came in here 7/29 today at 11 to buy some 3 pot pies. Upon arrival the cashier was mumbling under her breath and acting annoyed with me because she was trying to sell me a beef stew pot pie that was burnt. I politely asked her to switch it out for a less over cooked one and she sassed me. She then packs me too more chicken and vegetable pot pies that are under cooked and soft. This lady is obviously annoyed with me so I just let her pack the other two without saying anything. I pay 20 bucks and then check them in my car. The two chicken pot pies are soft and doughy. I go back in and ask them to switch it out for ones that are actually cooked. Again i asked politely. The owner comes out. These ladies are so offended that i want to switch out these two pies that are obviously doughy and under cooked. Literally they took it so personally. These ladies are yelling back and forth at each other and are angry at me refusing to switch out these undercooked pies I paid 20 bucks for. I then ask the owner can she just put it back in the oven and then she refuses and only switches out one pie. How can you be so rude and unprofessional? Never did they apologize for the quality of pies and the whole time they’re acting angry at me while I’m trying to be polite to these older ladies. I used to come here 3 years ago and the ladies were nice and the pot pies were delicious. Now these women are spiteful, rude, and these pot pies are inconsistent quality. Some are burned and some are undercooked and soft and mushy? Who wants to spend money here especially when you guys are so rude and literally yelling at customers just trying to get a pot pie that’s not burned or over cooked. In conclusion I’ve never felt so disrespected. She only switched out one pie and then walked away without apologizing. They were rude and didn’t deserve my money. I don’t even want to eat these pies (which are still over and undercooked). Never coming back here. I say support local businesses but not when they are this rude, emotional, spiteful and UNPROFESSIONAL(to the max and these are older ladies). Never ever coming back

Bistro To Go – Menu with Prices – 748 Lassus St, Shreveport

If you’re looking for some southern classic dishes you’ll find them here. The shrimp and grits is amazing and they have a large selection of items including to go platters in their fridge section. They do offer a military discount which is a plus but you must be in uniform. A military discount is never expected but I do dislike that only when in uniform will they honor a discount even with a military ID. I’m in the military when in and out of uniform. Prices are a little higher than other lunch stops and their hours are very limited but overall this place is always a treat.

The Shipyard Portside Food and Drink – Menu with Prices – 2305 W Washington St, Stockton

I was very angry after leaving this place, they stopped by my business and dropped off a menu so i was very excited to try it. The location of the place was way off from the gps location. I have never been here before so I drove around a little and found a rather small black sign saying it’s here. I had difficulty finding the entrance as there were no signs stating where it was. After I reached the entrance ( that was in the back) with no distinguishable markings showing this was the place. there was no one at the front to greet me so I wandered back toward the kitchen, and asked for the order I had placed on the phone at 11:15. It was now 11:50 and they are telling me they haven’t received a call in order with two burgers. So the lady quickly said I’ll go make it. After waiting for 15 minutes, and watching one of the only 2 ladies there prioritize the buffet over me and my questions I left. As a new place they should be doing everything to make every customers experience there good but I left feeling like fast food was a better option because at least they won’t loose my order on my tiny lunch break.

Bark & Brew – Menu with Prices – 2310 Lineville Rd #100, Green Bay

The concept of this bar I think is great but the concept of this bar also creates some of the issues. First of all, there was no waiver to be signed when we entered. I thought that was weird but I guess if the owners don’t want anyone to sign off on liability that’s their business. There was no need to provide any vaccination records. I will honestly say that I didn’t find the atmosphere relaxing in the slightest. I was told by another couple to sit down and relax. That I couldn’t do because I wanted to keep any eye on my dog. Our puppy loves all people and dogs and is also unaware that he is 80+ lbs. My concern is not with him but other dogs. With him being completely unaware of his size I didn’t want him to knock over a kid. Dogs can roam freely from outside to the fenced in area. This is great but dogs who are not being watched are not cleaned up after. There was no one cleaning up waste in the yard while I was there and I cleaned up after multiple dogs who weren’t mine. The guy who was watching the front gate needs to be trained on how to approach dogs. I watched him for quite sometime and he used his hand to shoo them away but approached from above their head. Anyone who has gone to a dog training class will know that is a no no. An already stressed/scared dog could get aggressive. I saw multiple dogs react negatively to this but luckily there was no aggression.

Hot Box Cookies – Menu with Prices – 1013 E Broadway, Columbia

The cookies are pretty good. The service is very slow as there is always ONE person trying to do three jobs. The poor young lady working every time I go into the store is taking orders from a line of customers, then has to pack the order, answer the phone and tell the person on the phone that the manager is not available and that she canâ??t answer that question. We waited for ten minutes to have our order taken and another ten minutes just to get our cookies. What? The cookies are ready in the oven! Oh, not only do we wait for 20 minutes, we are notified that the cookies we want are sold out and we have to make another choice as the young lady canâ??t bake the cookies because she has to take orders, pack and answer the phone! This is seriously bad service and working a staff member in an unsafe environment. Leaving a teen alone in a store is very unsafe. Where is the manager? Is there a manager? No delivery drivers on site? The establishment was dirty as well, front and back because why…. there is only ONE person working!!

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 2711 Elm St, Erie

ended up walking out of Walmart today. I go in there to get sugar free French vanilla creamer and they have absolutely none but their own brand. And I say well and move on and look for spaghetti. Everyone else’s brand was much higher than Walmart’s brand and even higher than supermarket stores around Walmart. So I say forget that one as well. I move on and go look for alcohol pads. I get over there again no other brand except Walmart brand available. Walmart brand alcohol pads are no good additionally it was a very small box for the price. So I walked out. It’s come to the point where they push all of their stuff at a normal price and higher all of the name brands so you feel pressured to buy theirs in order to save money.
