So the employees of this place treat their customers like s***. Majority of the customers wouldnâ??t know this as they donâ??t understand the language these people speak. My husband and I speak the same language as one of their employees who didnâ??t know the fact. We had placed an order on the phone which they hadnâ??t received. There are two restaurants with the same name in the area and we happened to place the order at the other one. So this guy calls this other place which is probably owned by the same person. So he calls there, tells them that the customer they were expecting is here, using extremely filthy language, using swear words in their language for god knows why. My husband Starts talking to him in his language and asks about swearing and all, this guy starts tripping and lying n all. So just fyi, these people may smile in your face and greet, they are still making fun of you, cursing and commenting on you either behind your back or right in your face in their language. SHAME on the management team and the ownership who let this happen.

Bigo’s Express – Menu with Prices – 1233 E Alton Gloor Blvd #2, Brownsville

The food is really good. But you can not phone in an order. I just spent 20 minutes (litterally) and 6 calls. I was on hold for 10 mins ( 2 separate calls) then disconnected. The other calls I was sent to voice mail. When they actually answered nothing was said. No “hello” nothing. They just sat the phone down and you can hear things on the background. I even had the main restaurant call and they also got no answer. After 20 minutes I finally got to speak to someone and asked to speak to a manager and if course the manager was not there. And not one person there could speak English.

Cafe Bonjour / Hi – Menu with Prices – 2054 St Denis St, Montreal

French is a beautiful language and so is English is the business language of the world. Why cant both languages live peacefully in together. Equality is always what we fight for yet a simple bilingual name of a coffee shop is an issue to many. To the owner of this Coffee shop. I support your name as I am fully bilingual and love both languages and its people equally. I wish that the people that are hating on your business for the reason of naming it Bonjour / Hi can see that you cant promote a language by getting rid of another. There are many ways to socially promote the French Language by peace and love that would encourage people from all other languages to want to learn french and speak french. Dont scare away the English people, encourage them to learn the language and to the French people be encouraged to learn the English Language and together we can accomplish greater things together. Quebec can be the most powerful province in all of Canada if we did not have this language barrier separation issue. Enough Said ! Lets go have some great coffee at this wonderful place.

I Love Juice Bar Wilmington – Menu with Prices – 1407 Barclay Pointe Blvd, Wilmington

I really try to be fair when I write reviews that are less than favorable. I will typically hold off and visit again to see if it was just one day or employee that was off before. Additionally, I make sure to take note of the details so the establishment can address things if they feel the need. So let me begin… I’m visiting family for a couple weeks while deciding if UNCW is for me. I was thrilled that this plaza is just a few feet from my families beautiful apartment complex. Each day I’ve spent time walking around, talking to people and checking out different places. I enjoy a healthier lifestyle and was excited to try out the Juice Bar since I had never been to one. The first time I visited was 3/13 right before lunch time. There were 3 female employees and 1 male employee. When I walked in two female employees said hi to me and asked me if I was ready to order. I explained I wasn’t and said I needed to look over their menu first. The one female employee said ok and to let her know if I had any questions. The menu is overhead to the register and I noticed a few paper copies on the counter area. The chalkboard style menu overhead is a little challenging to read which could have been due to the angle and lighting but overall it was ok. I’m not personally too concerned with pricing and I know that with items that are made to order and have great ingredients they will run a little more than your average “fast food” menu. I do think the pricing structure could be more transparent though when I think of the full customer experience (also, to be fair I was a marketing major and assistant at a small health foods store at home). I stepped to the counter, grabbed a paper menu, stepped back to check out their products located in the pre-prepped area. Small selection but still some fun options. I decided I would try out 3 menu items and a treat to go from the pre-prepped cooler. I returned to the counter and at this time the manager and the male employee were in heavy discussion about the morning and it appeared she was prepping him for the afternoon. One employee was near the back area cleaning some equipment and the other employee was working on a food item – which I assumed was already ordered. To be fair I had been taking my time and was not in a rush. The male employee was speaking very loudly and several times I heard him refer to something from their conversation “as s#!t” and laugh a little seemingly to get approval from the manager. The manager just kept talking, and laughed a bit, and then looked at me and said “oh, are you ready to order now?”. I smiled and said yes, and she turned around to the female employee in the far back and told her to go help the customer. In my opinion this manager and her male coworker were not engaged in business tasks while the other two employees quietly were. I then overheard the manager saying she was “ready to just get out of there” and told the other employee that she needed to wrap up because the owners don’t want to waste money with people going over their hours. Again, not something customers should hear, but also that employee was working away and pretty quickly too yet the manager continued chatting with the male employee. I make my order, the young woman asks the manager and male employee for assistance with the three items and they just stand there looking at her. The male says “you can do it, I’m talking to Tamar right now,” and you can see the defeat on the young employees face and body language. It’s always a pet peeve of mine to have employees blatantly shut down someone else who is tasked with making the customer happy and those employees aren’t doing anything particularly important at the time. I caught eyes with the younger employee and just gave an encouraging smile. Once she completed each of the three items the manager snapped them up and brought them to me smiling and telling me to enjoy. To be honest, it didn’

Taco Burrito Mexico – Menu with Prices – 108 N Oakland Ave, Green Bay

This is not the first time that Iâ??ve had a terrible experience with this place but when it comes to my kids you will not play them! My daughter went in there today on her lunch break from school and gave the lady $40 and the lady gives her $.62 back her order was only $29 so when I picked her up from school I went back up there and asked to speak to the manager she informed me that the manager is not there then she starts talking to her language which I have no problem with but my point is she was trying to discredit my daughter my daughter knows what she gave her Long story short I never told her how much was due back and she went right in the register and gave me the correct amount this young lady knew what she was doing she should be fired for taking peopleâ??s money! I would never ever recommend this taco burrito to anyone money is too hard to come by for many people why should she be able to continue to take peoples money like that and still work a job she should be ashamed of herself I wouldnâ??t recommend anyone that visit Green Bay or Lives in Green Bay to visit this locationð??¯ ð??ª

The Protein Source Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 7060 South Durango Drive, #115, Las Vegas

As far as food goes, I have no complaints. Food has been tasty so far. I’ve enjoyed the protein shakes (Signature is my favorite.) Recommendations: Female employee at the counter looked like she didn’t want to be there. It makes a big difference to look approachable. Body language is speaking loudly when customers come in. Speaking of loud, the employees behind the counter were talking on top of each other as if they were screaming. One cause could be the LOUD club music blasting on the loud speakers in this small space. Please turn down that music or change music selection. This has been consistent every time I’ve been there. Customers are there for a healthy meal. Meanwhile, the loud music is grating on the nerves which defeats the purpose. This will drive people away quickly.

New York Bagel Cafe & Deli – Menu with Prices – 4514 City Ave B, Philadelphia

Well this place just lost their awesome review. We have been ordering through grub hub and our food was always right and here quickly. After receiving an email from this company letting us know that it’s cheaper to order from them directly, I took that route. An hour after I ordered, I called to see where my food was. The owner answered and told me that they hadn’t started my food yet. Oops. I told them if they didn’t think it would be here within the next 30 minutes to cancel my order. They assured us it would be here shortly. My food arrived about 20 minutes later and we began to pass it out. I ordered three total bagels and a egg, chorizo and cheese sandwich. One bagel was charred burnt and the sandwich was just regular sausage patties. My husband called back to let them know how disappointed we were for ordering food from their site instead of grub hub as they suggested. The owner told us that because they were busy inside, their website ordering was pushed back. He then explained that our food was incorrect and she told him he was lying. Why would a grown person call an establishment that they tend to frequent to lie about their service? She kept talking over my husband and telling him that we were incorrect for ordering our food the way it was ordered. Are you kidding me? She used the statement “I’m not saying you’re lying, but your food was made correctly”. That’s literally saying we are lying. This drama is not worth it for bagels.

La Michoacana Premium – Menu with Prices – 1327 E 4th St, Ontario

The product is good, but your workers are very rude. My boyfriend and I came in about 2 days ago. He’s been there many times, it was my first time. We came in and there was no line, we got walked by several times and ignored and then a rush of people came in and they continued to keep passing us. Finally because we were glaring at them for so long, one girl told us in Spanish that she couldn’t help us because she only spoke Spanish and another girl would come and help us…..my boyfriend is full blooded mexican and Spanish is his first language. He told her I do speak Spanish and she just ignored us until the next lady came. We got passed up by 3 different guests with 3 workers at the counter….I don’t know about you, but that’s pretty racist if you ask me. Don’t assume someone doesn’t speak the language just because they look like a guero.

Flavianoâ??s Mexican Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 114 N Elm St, Greensboro

Just a great place. My husband and I eat here 1-2 times a week and we love it! You are welcomed with a smile from Maria which will turn any bad day back right. She remembered my husband and I after one visit and calls me by name now. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and clean. I must say whatever station they have on has an great selection of songs that will please most who may be waiting or having their meal there. The food is cooked fresh and is delicious and filling. I must also mention that the food very reasonably priced. Our favorite is their Chimichanga that is drizzled with the most delicious queso dip with sides of beans, rice, salsa and chips and a drink. The waitress there (I will ask her name on my next visit) she is friendly and has a warm smile as well. The wait for your food is not long at all. They do have the option of calling ahead if you need to grab and go. I have not once been late from lunch when visiting here. I love that they have daily specials so best believe we are there on Thursdays for the Chimmie’s. Maria comes out takes up her customers trays and ask how the meal is and if she can help you with anything else. Great woman =). Shout out the chef you are awesome and know how burn in that kitchen. See you all soon!

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 2478 New Salem Rd, Murfreesboro

This store just opened down the road from where I live, so I thought great! A closer Walmart to pick up a few things like toiletries and what not. I went in with a shopping cart, and headed over to the charcoal section, to find just three selections. Ok no big deal this is not a supercenter anyways. Off to the produce I went, to find employees standing around talking about how they can’t wait to get off work. Hey I get it, but you are at work so try to be somewhat professional instead of blocking the isles and not even making an effort to get out of my way. Then I get to the register where there is a bitch with a frown on her face that doesn’t say hello or even look at me just starts scanning. Bitch didn’t even know what jalapeños were, and didn’t ask me, but waited on another employee to tell her what the fuck kind of peppers I had. Fuck Walmart

Quickly Boba LA – Menu with Prices – 2717 W Olympic Blvd #106, Los Angeles

I stop going to a cafe that has no manners for elder people. The workers, particularly a worker is rude to elders, especially to those with language barriers. I’ve sat there for hours and with the workers’ changed shift. I hear a worker giving attitude to an old lady. I work as a barista as well, but I never gave bad attitudes to customers. yes, we work in Korea Town with language barriers but speaking to elderly customers with bad manner is not right. If a manager or the owner of this store read this, please talk to your workers about this matter.

Krispy Kreme – Menu with Prices – 4904 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers

The donuts have always been hot and excellent , the bagels are also great, and coffee was fine. I would have given it a 5 star rating if I did not experience the poor customer service that I received. There were 2 people in front of me and a line of people behind me and the whole time I waited only 1 person was waiting on customers inside and it seemed like they had plenty of help. I believe they had about 7 people that I could recall at the time that I was there and I just cannot believe that not 1 of those 7 people came over to help that 1 lady out at the customer service counter. As a managers point of view I probably would have taken a video to show all the employees of themselves working so they can see what kind of team work they put into that. It was not that they were not working it was the fact that the customers should have come first and they should have jumped right in to help. Also the cashier that rung my order up was not a happy camper you could tell that he really did not want to be there. He rung my order up and turned around to do something with the coffee machine meanwhile my coffee and donuts were sitting at the register by him and he said â??here you can take itâ?quietly, I could barely hear him and then he slowly gave it to me. I said thank you with a smile and went on my way. Like I said it really was okay just the customer service and working as a team needs some improvement and it is not always like that when I go there but maybe if the employees saw themselves working at that time then maybe it could help to improve themselves, and be better team players.

Poki Poki – Temecula – Menu with Prices – 27636 Ynez Rd, Temecula

I went and picked up 2 Poki bowls about an hour ago. The guy who is always working is so nice and a people person. (sorry forgot his name) Today there was a girl helping I havent ever seen before. She was so unpleasant, the meanest look on her face. I was trying to talk to her when she was doing my toppings but she would not acknowledge me, she was rushing & there was only 1 other person in there already being helped, but as I was walking out I noticed her eating her food at a table so maybe she was hangry? Lol I spent over $30 on 2 bowls, 1 small & a regular. Paid extra for double avocado & it was so brown & rotten in the middle of the scoop of avo, the outside was green. Both bowls were this way. You shouldnt charge at all if its old. This is my go to place for Poki bowls, my only complaint every time is they are always rushing. They always forget the sides because their trying to get u out the door ASAP even when their not busy. Being fast is one thing but being rushed to the point your forgetful is another. The 3 stars is for the unfriendly girl with the permanent scowl on her face. If your this miserable you should go find work elsewhere. You should learn that when it comes to customer service you leave all your issues at the door, be pleasant and put a smile on your face when your helping customers. If you didnt want to speak to me you could have at least just smiled, but to completely ignore your customer is unacceptable. Take some lessons from your coworker today, because he is always awesome and keeps me coming back!
