We have been going to BWWâ??s for years, in various locations, and recently moved to this area. We know the menu there and itâ??s just comfort food to us. . . We went last Saturday evening to this location and were disappointed.. . We were seated right away, but no on seemed to notice that the table had never been cleaned, crap all over the top â??> zero attempt to notice this or even try. When I slid across the booth cushion, I noticed that it was also covered in sticky stuff. I stopped a hostess because the lady that seated us dropped the menus and ran. I told them the seat needed to be cleaned; she just looked at me like I had three heads. She finally brought back a dry towel when a power washer would have been more appropriate. I told here I needed something wet to scrub off the seat. I went to the bathroom and when I returned the seat was definitely wet, but not really cleaned. Looking around, the rest of the tables were a mess and there seemed to be little urgency to make it look presentable. Multiple empty tables had not even been cleared and sat there for 15-20 minutes. . . As I said, we know BWWâ??s well, and itâ??s casual but not a total pig sty. Any health inspector would have had a field day with this place. . . The service was slow, given they were not as busy I have seen other locations. Multiple empty tables on a Saturday night should be an indication of an issue. We are accustomed to waiting 20-30 minutes to get a table on a Saturday night in our old Chicago area location. . . Since we are such loyal fans, we will give it just one more try, but the management should be embarrassed. There is a Wings Street right down the road in Roanoke that is looking like a viable alternative for us.

Donâ??t walk in without a reservation, even if there is open tables you will not be seated. I have to down my rating for my most recent experience because we were never seated at a table. We came in at 7:30 and were told we would have an hour wait. But if anything became available at the bar we could sit there while we waited for a table. Meanwhile 2 people left from the bar and there were 4 open tables in the restaurant we figured were for reservations. We stood waiting until 8:45pm, which we then asked if we could atleast take the two empty bar seats because no one had been in them for 20 minutes. Both hostesses had been in the back by the kitchen all this time unless someone walked in. We ordered an appetizer and a drink which were great. The food was fast hot and tasted great. But by 9:10pm with the same 4 tables still empty we decided to leave because we realized we were never getting a seat. And really for our first date night out since having a baby didnâ??t want to eat the bar the whole time. Our bar tender was great, the food was amazing, but if you donâ??t have a reservation they are not really willing to work to hard to get you a table even if you wait an hour and a half.

Bardenay – Boise Airport Menu with Prices 3201 W Airport Way, Boise

Been here twice now while in town on business. Very slow service my first round. Today prompts my review though. I arrived to at least 5 Open tables (unoccupied). But it appeared unable to seat as they were all dirty. I stood around for a few minutes amongst them to flag down the first staff member that walked by. I asked if I could have a table cleaned to seat. I was met with a very sarcastic rude tone of…. ” I am sure someone will be by to clean them” while walking away. I waited for about 4 minutes still standing amongst the tables viewed by several staff. To include my eventual server. I say this as the server with the attitude went over, leaned in and whispered to her, in which she turned and looked directly at me. That server after another 4 minutes (timed while still standing at the dirty tables) finally walked within ear shot. I again asked if I could seat at one of the tables. I was told I could sit at any of them and they would be back to clean. I questioned this as the table still had not only debris, but clipboards, receipts and cash tips. How would the server know If I was a new customer waiting to be served, or the previous. I was told that this was there section, so they would know. While waiting saw two other customers having to seat at dirty tables. I chose to stand until it was ready. directed to sit at a dirty table and wait until they came around to clean. Food was faster this time – quality

Austin Taco Project Menu with Prices 500 E 4th St, Austin

The whole experience was a bad one. We came to Austin for a bachelorette party and were super excited to get started as it was our first night. Based on recommendations of friends we came to Austin Taco Project, we made a reservation at 7 and walked into a half empty restaurant. Walking in we were greeted by the hostess who acted as if she hated her life. We got seated at a dirty table, where multiple times we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Only from here did it continue going downward. Our server, or whoever it was because we didn’t have an actual server, gave us attitude and rolled her eyes when we said we needed a minute to look at the menu and wait on drinks because we were waiting for a friend to come back from the bathroom. We ordered drinks and food and had to ask multiple times for more chips because we had ran out for our guacamole & salsa. Our food ended up coming before we got more chips. Once we got our food our drinks were empty. Not once did our “server” come back to refill our waters or ask if we wanted another round of margaritas. So we ate our dinner with no drinks. We ended up sitting in this restaurant for almost TWO HOURS (keep in mind the restaurant is almost empty) because we couldn’t find our server to receive our checks. After another worked passed by we said to send out server out with checks and here she came and slammed our checks down and walked off, making us wait another 30 minutes to pay. Once we finally paid she sent another person out to deliver our cards back and no one said a word to us. Needless to say we won’t be going back. Very disappointed with the experience.

Flying Dog Tap House Menu with Prices Terminal A, 7050 Friendship Rd, Baltimore

Horrible experience just trying to get a seat. My wife and I were not in a hurry as we walked up to get a table. Pam, the hostess, told us they only had high tops available at that time. I said no problem we will wait for a low top. She rudely told us just stand over there which we did. Another couple came up behind us and asked for a table for two. She walked through the restaurant, wiped off a low top table, and gave it to them. I politely asked why we did not get seated before the couple that came up behind us. She told us it?s not a big deal, tables open all the time. She then tried to sit us at a hightop. I again explained that I have a knee issues and needed a low top table. She said she?s not going to argue with me and we just needed to wait. I explained that I do not want to argue either but wanted to know why they got seated in front of us. She said she tends to be more accommodating to those who are willing to sit down anywhere. Another lady overheard the conversation as she was leaving and said the exact same thing happened to her. After waiting a little while longer, she finally sat us and was impolite while doing so. She stopped and talked to our would be waitress on the way to our seat. It took forever for our waitress to finally come get our drink order. My wife said she was uncomfortable eating dinner as she was afraid they would do something to our food. We just got up and left. Can?t speak about the food but we?ll never go back due to the rude customer service. By the way, I read google reviews all the time but never felt the need to leave one until now with this horrible experience.

Hyatt Place Flushing/Laguardia Airport – Menu with Prices – 133-42 39th Ave, Flushing

Oh wow hmm, where do I begin? I’ve actually came here twice already and I have some mixed feelings about both. The first time I came here, it was to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend so it was just the two of us. It was a Saturday night and we got there around 8 or 9ish, it wasn’t too busy and we managed to get a seat outside. Firstly, the wait staff here is super nice, I just wanted to get that out there first lol. For drinks, we ordered the Pineapple Express and the Hot tea toddy. I really liked the Pineapple Express and I also liked the hot tea toddy but my boyfriend was just a little turned off by it because there was cinnamon. He’s doesn’t really like cinnamon and it wasn’t listed as an ingredient on the menu so he was a little disappointed. As for food, we got the fries and the popcorn chicken. Lemme just say, their fries are sooo good. It’s like extra thin and crispy and the roe sauce was the best. As for the popcorn chicken… it was bland and dry. Overall it was a nice experience. During my second visit, I actually came with some girlfriends as like a girls night out kind of thing. It was just the 3 of us and we came around 9pm on a Friday night. I was really surprised to see how busy they were this time. Last time I came they didn’t have a hostess up front but this time they did and I didn’t really feel like she was the friendliest, but I guess maybe she was just having an off day. My friends wanted to sit outside but she told us that there was no room at the moment, when I asked how long we’d have to wait she said she doesn’t know and it might just be better to take a seat inside. So we took a seat inside and my friend actually saw and empty table outside, but no one was using it, so we just thought maybe they’re just not gonna use it. But maybe like an hour in, another group of people came in and they asked to be seated outside and they gave them the empty table. So my friends were a little upset that they didn’t let us sit outside. We only came here cause I told them they had a nice view cause I got the chance to sit outside the first time with my boyfriend. As for the drinks and food, this time we ordered the popcorn chicken again and it was better compared to the first time but still bland and a bit dry. I also ordered the watermelon refresher this time but it tasted very watered down. Their waiters and waitresses are still very nice and friendly. I guess if you come here, wait staff is pretty consistent, food and drinks, not as consistent.

Nirvana Indian Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 1711 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach

Typical Indian place with less staff. There was only 1 server and he seated people and cleaned tables and took orders. Decor is nothing to rave about. The leather or whatever was on the seats is really worn down. The food was OK, nothing to rave about. Had to ask the server 3 times to get our drinks. While we were waiting for our food there were a few families who were waiting to be seated. The owner told them it would be 45 minutes but the place was empty. The people in line asked if they can put their name down for seating and the owner goes, it is first come first serve. Someone asked him still there should be some order, the owner just shrugged his shoulder and left. Now for the best or worst part. The kitchen door was open to the street, you can see it from the parking lot. It was dirty and we were wondering how they passed a health inspection. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

grumpy gary – Menu with Prices – 101 N Ocean Dr, Hollywood

I went in with my 18 year old son who had heat exhaustion and I purchased 3 bottles of water at the bar. My son sat across the bar in one of the empty tables. The bartender was nice enough to ask if he was ok since he was nauseous and not looking well. A few minutes later the manager showed up at our table and asked if he needed an ambulance and we said no but that he needed a few minutes to recover then he says â??oh well, we canâ??t have this hereâ? That we needed to leave. Mind you the area by the bar was practically empty and not during rush hour times but we where rudely asked to leave. So the manager stood there until we left like we where a nuisance. The manager showed no compassion and made it clear that he didnâ??t care if my son was sick and that he needed a few minutes to recover from the heat. I will never eat at this restaurant and the bottled water was over priced anyway. The bartender was nice and showed more professionalism than the manager.

Fin Fusion Sushi Bar – Menu with Prices – 2862 S Church St, Murfreesboro

My husband and I and our roommate went here on 2/18 for dinner. The building is cute and has a lot of interesting decorations. We were seated at a table and placed our orders. My self and my husband both ordered sushi rolls and our roommate ordered a appetizer of seafood tempura for himself. The roommate received his food within 10 minutes and another 40 minutes went by and my husband and I never got our food. We watched 4 other groups/tables that arrived after us get their food and we had not even received a refill on our completely empty drinks in over 20 minutes. I eventually said something to our waitress and she just brushed us off and said she’d check the food and look annoyed when I told her we had enough waiting and wanted the check for the sweet tea and water. After we paid, the same waitress told us to have a nice night and never even seemed sorry that we had a terrible experience. We ended up going to panda express for food because at least a knock off fast food placed can make sure their customers get their food. Will not be returning.

Service is horrible! Don’t come here for a quick lunch. We called ahead for a group of 13 for 12:00. We got there and the restaurant was 98% empty. It took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front and ask if we’ve been helped. We told her no but we had called ahead, she says she’ll be right back. She didn’t come back for another 5 minutes. When she came back she told us they wanted to seat us in the back room but another party had just left and they were cleaning. Another 5-10 minutes later and we were finally seated. Why couldn’t they have just moved several empty tables together? We didn’t care about being in a separate room. We were sat with no menus. Two people in the group went to ask for menus. Another 5 minutes waiting for menus and the waitress disappears without asking if we need anything or taking our drink orders. Took a while for her to come back for our drink orders. We made sure to put in our food order while we had the chance. Our drinks didn’t come for another 15 minutes. Someone in my party walked over to the manager and asked where our drinks were. His response was “one drink broke and we had to remake all of them.” ……what does that mean? At least come tell us it’s going to be a while. We didn’t get our drinks until we had been here for 35 minutes. I don’t understand why more people didn’t help the one waitress. She brought our food two plates at a time and slowly. Finally near the end the manager helped. We had to ask for refills.

Cantina Louie Menu with Prices Gerber Village, 2, Gerber Rd, Asheville

Went tonight. Said table for 4, when the table was ready, they said why do you have 4, we were told 2. I made a joke, no one laughed. They then sat us at a bar top table. Waited 15 minutes, no one came by to check on us, give us chips, water, nothing. Waitress were walking to the left of us and right of us, not one glanced at us. So we got up and left. We walked past the front and told the guy, that had seated us, no one ever came by so we are leaving where we can get some food. He asked what table are you at. I said you seated us 15 minutes ago…I don’t know what table it is. That’s all they said….my wife said good luck. I ve been in Asheville for 13 years and never had such bad service. This space has been a rotating door with restaurants, I’m not sure they will last either.

TTT Mexican Diner Menu with Prices 2900 Wilson Blvd Suite 103, Arlington

Went here a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, not a good experience. While we were seated near the bar, we were not served. After about 10 minutes wondering if anyone noticed us I pulled over a server asking if anyone would serve us. The server is the reason I am going from 1-2 stars. It was not his table and he ended up taking our order for the entire night after multiple apologies. Being very aware, he provided us free drinks at the end of the meal which I appreciate. The server who was assigned to our table showed up about 5-10 minutes later, dropping off chips and asking if we needed menus, unaware of the situation. While the server who attempted to save the night helped as much as he could, the food was simply bland and overpriced. While the guacamole was good, yet small for the money, we got three different tacos ranging from okay to meh. Adding to that was the loud noise and poor lighting making it hard to enjoy dinner. I appreciate the server for attempting to save the experience, but ultimately the food is what people come for and don’t come for.

NINETEEN at Awbrey Glen Menu with Prices 2500 Awbrey Glen Dr, Bend

I am giving two stars for the setting. I can’t give it any more (or less) because food and service were not to be, for us two seemingly invisible patrons, last night. I had wanted to try this place, as we live close by and I knew it was a beautiful setting, and we wanted to sit outside on this evening and have a glass of wine and some appetizers. All was on track at first (we were immediately seated at a nice table on the deck). It was not busy, at least on the deck (perhaps because it was a smoky evening). We waited patiently for 5-7 minutes for some attention, as in, from a waiter (at some point I began to note the time on my phone, as it was getting to be a lonnnnng wait for us increasingly thirsty and hungry people). We decided to give it 5-7 more minutes. After about 5 more minutes, a table of 6 was seated two tables away (the table between us was empty). They were immediately attended to by a cheerful waiter, taking their drink orders and chatting them up. We observed this for several minutes, and at that point we knew that this was not going to be the place for us on this night. We re-entered the dining room, walked through, and departed the same way we entered (i.e., the entrance/exit). No one said good-bye…no one cared (sob), we just must have been invisible. We made our way to another close-by establishment (Broken Top Bottle Shop), and were immediately attended to, had delicious food and drinks, and we felt entirely visible!
