Food is delicious! And great prices to match exquisite food. You can tell it truly is made with love and attention to detail and flavor. However, I wish this business cared about having servers that cared, employees that work together, or just hire people who know what their doing. Our service was extremely slow, there were moments we had to get up and ask for things because she was no where to be found. Even had to ask to order in general and get up and see where our drinks were after 15mins. She seemed extremely new and new to serving. There were two other much more experienced people serving that didn?t even care to help, even though we feel they noticed what was going on. They could tell we were standing around, basically begging to pay the check at the end also and get out of there. It took our server 10mins, too to give us change. By this time we were pretty fed up. We even went and sat down by the door to wait. We really didn?t find that acceptable… maybe we?ll be back if that changes.

Peach’s Restaurant – Bee Ridge – Menu with Prices – 4292 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota

My companion and I stopped here on the recommendation of some friends. It was mid morning and it was not very busy inside. We were seated in a table in the center of the room and after that we were basically forgotten. Our server seemed very rushed and impatient for our order. He checked on us one other time after that. I was given one cup of coffee and never asked for a refill, my Eggs Benedict were served withe the yolks nearly solid and the Hollandaise sauce was so bitter I could only eat one. My friend and I timed this next one. He sat his empty drink glass on the edge of the table. It sat there for 11 minutes before another server noticed it. She said she would be right back with his tea. It didn’t happen. Our server finally brought his refill with our check. I mentioned this to the hostess/cashier and she seemed as if she could care less. P.S. We have had better experiences at Waffle House ?

Rise Kitchen & Deli (in Seminole Hard Rock) – Menu with Prices – 5223 Orient Rd, Tampa

Wow. Usually, I feel extremely bad about leaving horrible reviews anywhere but, not today. Nope, not today.. My friend and I visited Rise Kitchen & Deli the first time 2 weeks ago, expecting a decent meal, and good customer service from what the check- in told us about good restaurants in the hotel. Wow. Can’t I just say when we first got there, we waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Outright, The service was despicable. She forgot our drinks, didn’t bring out my side salad, no refills, food took 47 minutes from order. Then tells us she forgot our order! She had literally 3 tables including us. It was me and my friend and we were splitting loaded chips and a burger! Easiest table ever!!! How do you forget? Who do you people hire??? Certainly not well trained or experienced servers. We went at 1am! It was NOT busy. Then when we BEGGED. For the check it took another 15 minutes for that! We even told the manager who came by and she just acted like this happens all the time just saying “sorry she’s new” lol like what? Act like you care? The food was OKAY, not bad. However, customer service can really make or break an experience. So.. we came back a few weeks later and said we would give it one more shot and maybe it was just the server cuz the food was OKAY. The chips appetizer was amazing. We Came in at 1 am again, (reason we come so late is because we have been gambling and just want a quick bite to eat before bed) We had a new server she seemed nice, and we thought things would look up. Wrong! The soups took 20 minutes. COLD. Food took 45 minutes. We didn’t see our server at all for Atleast 30 minutes. We ordered Chinese Salad and Cuban sandwich. The server seemed more experienced than the last time but wow! she did not care at all, finally she came back from the kitchen (I guess where she was this whole time??) she dropped are food down and just left. Acting like 45-hour on two not cooked entrees is totally normal. I sat with an empty glass the entire time. Just wanted a new Dr. Pepper, nope. Just from what I’ve noticed, The servers all walk at the slowest speeds possible! They all seem very unhappy. No manager walking around to be seen. Disaster. We couldn’t even complain because there was no LEADER in charge. If there was, I’m sure they were in the back talking and playing around. Multiple tables were asking where there servers were. Anyways, at the end, We didn’t take one bite. We asked for to go boxes and the check which took ANOTHER 15 minutes. I mean I felt like this was a joke at this point. I think this restaurant needs to take a hard look in the mirror. Anyways, We just wanted to go to bed. I’ll say it one more time, they were not busy!!! Listen up Yelpers, So here’s some advice. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat after a full day of gambling. DO NOT COME HERE. You will wait for atleast an hour. I am not kidding. This was twice! This isn’t a fluke anymore. This is them. If you are looking for good service DO NOT COME HERE… One out of the maybe five servers on the floor with out a frown. It’s that bad. Also, there is no take out. Which is why we were forced to sit. We had such a better food experience at Jumbao Noodle, and The Buffet. Heck, even the cocktail servers pretend like they actually care more about you than them. We come to Hard Rock Tampa once a month to gamble and get comped rooms all the time. We will NEVER again be back to this restaurant. Please do something about your horrible staff. Sorry for being so blunt but something had to be said and there is no way we were the only ones to receive this type of experience. We wanted to run out !

Walmart Bakery – Menu with Prices – 2315 Madison St, Clarksville

If I die and go to hell I’ll be in Walmart. All Walmart’s are basically one big WTF nightmare, but this place has been getting worse. Every time I leave here I feel like years of my life have been sucked away. Thank God for the self-check out lines, which have seemed to speed up the cluster you-know-what that takes place here all day, every day. I don’t even care if you come here in your pajama pants and slippers, just move with some sort of purpose. People wander around in here like it’s the day of the dead and they have nowhere else to go. Side piece of advice that is applicable anywhere: if you want to move past someone, but said person is unintentionally blocking your way (maybe they are looking at an item in a shelf), say “excuse me.” Please stop standing there with your cart staring blankly at the person shopping. â? On a positive note, The greeter Bob is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. Such a sweet man…makes going inside this place almost worthwhile.

Olivia Restaurant and Bar – Menu with Prices – 1780 Polk St, Hollywood

My husband and talked about trying this restaurant for awhile and decided to give it a try Saturday. The first sign of trouble was the valet situation, there is room for only one car at the entrance so our car was basically in the road as we sat for about 5 minutes as the valet attendees (3) did nothing to acknowledge us or move the car in front of us so we could pull up so we got out of the car thinking that someone would acknowledge us but not the case until a nice gentlemen came from behind us, obviously from parking a car, and took care of us. WE SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN. We read about the roof top bar and wanted to check it out. It was about 4:00 and warm so there were no customers up there but decided we will have a drink at the bar. We did not see a bartender until we noticed that she was kneeling behind the bar on her phone, again, no acknowledgment from her so we went downstairs to the restaurant bar. SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN. No one at the hostess station greeted us so we sat at the bar among about 4 other customers. There was no bartender so we sat patiently waiting for one of the 5 employees/manager to acknowledge us but they were busy laughing and talking to notice us so after about 5 minutes I went up and asked if there was a bartender and finally someone came over. SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN. We knew the restaurant was between lunch and dinner and the kitchen was not serving until 5 but the bartender told us we could order flatbread pizza or from the mozzarella bar which we did (4:15) and he would bring us some bread. 4:50 there was no bread, no mozzarella that we ordered and no one even working at the mozzarella bar so we told the bartender to cash us out so we could leave, he did got a manager who told us that he could have our order for us in 3 minutes!!! Why couldn’t he get it 40 minutes earlier if it was only 3 minutes?? Anyway we declined and just wanted to leave so asked for our check…bartender has disappeared again so now waiting almost 10 minutes to get our check so we could leave. OK so now back to the valet, $7 but they did not take cash so we came gave our credit card but told us his machine did not work and we would have to go back inside to pay, OMG by now we just wanted to leave. One of the hotel managers came out and spoke with us and took care of our valet charge and apologized (she was not affliated with the restaurant but seemed to be the only one who cared), So we are in the car but cannot move because like earlier they are not moving the cars so we had to back out onto the street. Cannot rate the food as we never had any, the service and parking system is the worse, oh and by the way we knew the owner from other restaurants he had!!! Will not return.

JINYA Ramen Bar – Menu with Prices – 675 E 2100 S, Salt Lake City

Ordered Cha Cha Cha (if you are a garlic lover this is a good one for ya ! Also remember to ask for the garlic press) and caramelized cauliflower. Food was really good! If you want good ramen, this would be an awesome place to go. And I took one star off due to the lack of service quality. The following would explain why. The restaurant is quite modern design. The have front desk when you walk in. I came here many times before I wrote this review. Sometimes I feel their servers are nice sometimes they are not. Today I came in around 12:45. The restaurant was 60-70% packed. I told them I don’t mind the booth or bar seat. They put me at the bar. Sat there for 8 min and no server came to me. And the since I sat next to close to the front desk the person who sat me at the bar came to me and asked whether I got help from anyone, I said no. Then he took my order right after he found no one came helping me. Five min later, a server came to get my order. I said I got helped already. Another five min later the same serve came I gave me the wrong order, cos I have eaten there so often that I know that’s not the right one. It’s the guy who sat next to me, also he came in after me. Then another five min, my order came. I finished around 1:07pm and sat there again for another 11 min till the guy who guide me to my seat came to ask me is there anything else that I would like. I said I am ready for my check. During the whole time, that server never came to me asking me how the food was, nothing……. I was gonna give them 3 stars And the reason why I changed to four was b/c the front desk guy took appetizer off from my check because I had waited for too long. I didn’t ask nor complain to them about this, but I am glad the guy who I assume was the manger noticed. It tells me that he doesn’t just guide people to the table but also noticed what happened with each customer. He deserved a rise on his pay check. I would hope the restaurant noticed that they do have good employees and some who definitely need more training.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers – Menu with Prices – 4445 Venetucci Blvd, Fountain

Allow me to explain the one stars. I came to this location maybe a month ago at around 9:45 looking to get a treat for my family. Sadly I was informed through the speaker that they were done serving custard for the night, assuming by the same girl who I heard talking at the window. When I arrived at the window for the other things I had ordered I heard through the crack in the window, from a light skin girl with her hair slick back, with glasses on, that she had â?? just put away the custardâ? and wasnâ??t getting it back out. I was very angry but I figured that was regular procedure but now I realize it wasnâ??t. I didnâ??t put in a review immediately because I thought Iâ??d wait to give the place a try. Well I came in with my family not too long ago at about 9, we ate and the food was great but then I noticed it was almost 9:45 so I rushed to the register in hope Iâ??d still be able to get custard, I was greeted by a tall black man with a hairnet under his hat wearing a jacket. I began begging him to make me and my family the custard weâ??d be dying to try when he simply said â?? yeah of course you can still get custard, we sell custard right up until we lock the doors, sometimes even afterâ? at this moment I was relieved I was able to treat my family to some new custard, but then I realized I was lied to by that female about them not serving custard and put together the fact that she was just too lazy to go grab it from wherever it was at. I was more than angry that I was lied to by whoever. I donâ??t care if you close in 10 minutes you should not be lying to a paying customer about weather or not you have a product. This is my first review Iâ??ll be sending another to corporate. Thank you to that black man for serving me the custard Iâ??d been dying for, Iâ??d give a five star if it was based solely from my experience with him.

‘Ai Pono Cafe – Menu with Prices – 350 Clinton St Suite A, Costa Mesa

We drove over here on Saturday not knowing the hours of this establishment, it was closed . The hours of operation is very limited . As of today (1-29-2018 ), it’s 1100am -200pm Tuesday thru Friday. If you decide to check this place out , double check on the hours of operation. The restaurant is located in a industrial area with a exotic car lot and building next door. The restaurant itself is very appealing inside and outside. The space is modern looking . This restaurant is very CLEAN. When you enter the restaurant you can feel the ALOHA SPIRIT well and alive. We were greeted by two ladies with smiles , asking “how we were doing ? ” I found out later, when I asked one of the ladies her name , she responded Dana , super nice person. The server was extremely nice as well .The restaurant has a menu board, as well as paper menus to look through, there are a lot of choices. Today , I decided to get the Ahi Katsu and my wife got the Thai Garlic Shrimp. I found it interesting that they listed the different dishes ” Clean(ish ) ” and “Dirty(ish) “the two items we ordered were from the ” Dirty(ish) ” side of the menu. When our food arrived I knew right away this isn’t your regular local plate lunch place . The presentation of the food is something you’ll find in a fine dining restaurant without the styrofoam containers. The food itself was great the Ahi Katsu tasted very good . The fish was fresh and the breading or panko wasn’t too thick , just the right amount of coating. The flavor was EXCELLENT. The Thai Garlic Shrimp was EXCELLENT. I didn’t think it was too spicy , it had a perfect blend of flavors. All of the ingredients were fresh . Dana asked us , and the server asked us as well , ” how is everything? ” ” how does it taste? “they walked over to our table and conversed with us. I could tell they really cared about the product they were serving. I would say in terms of service the people at this restaurant have to be some of the friendliest people I have come across. And the fact they carry Aloha Maid fruit drinks makes this place legit. DaKine Grindz . Ono. I was born in Honolulu , the plate lunches here are a little different from the norm, but really good. It’s worth the trip.

Prime 55 Restaurant & Lounge – Menu with Prices – 6100 Delmar Blvd, St. Louis

I just wanted to start off with that the food at Prime 55 was amazing! The atmosphere was a hip vibe and am very happy that it’s close by! The hostess was amazing and very nice! I started off with crab cakes and Caesar’s salad and those were great. The crab cakes come in sets of three and they were amazing! Even though they are on the appetizer menu they were too small to really share but the flavors were amazing. For the entree I got the signature steak 55. It was well seasoned and came with a macaroni patty and veggies. I was shocked at the amount of steak it was. It was well worth it! Not to mention the food came out wicked fast! Now for the bad part. We had a party of 16 and one server for all of us. I can’t remember her name but she was tall and skinny and had a horrible attitude. I feel for a new restaurant, you would want to put your best foot forward with the caliber of servers and she was atrocious! She was chewing gum in our faces, actively on her phone in front of us. I’ve never experienced such horrible service from a new restaurant. It was horrible. Our server was always missing and was not attentive. The section she had only includes our party and she was constantly missing. The only saving grace was the bus boy, I want to acknowledge that he was amazing. I didn’t catch his name but he had dreadlocks and he was EXTREMELY attentive. He should be a server there because you could tell he cared about his job unlike our actual server that was no where to be found. I was with a Vegetarian, who loved the cauliflower steak that he ordered one to go. However, the server brought it to him with chicken on top on it, how are you going to put chicken on a vegetarian steak? That was horrible. But that’s not even the worst part of this. The waitress didn’t even put it on his bill or any one else’s! So who knows how much free food she is handing to customers! That’s overhead that a new business can’t afford. I hope they seriously consider her employment there because she affectively ruined our first impression of Prime 55. I wish I could give this place a 2.5 because the food was a 5 but everything else was a 1 at best. I’m sorry to post a bad star review on a new restaurant but the service was absolutely horrible. And this restaurant is not ready to host large groups properly.w

Krazy Buffet – Menu with Prices – 8095 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas

The food is not WONDERFUL but for the price $10/adult it is not bad. Plus you get to have a little bit of everything including dessert. The only thing I hate is service here. Yeah I get it’s a buffet and it’s self serving restaurant but at least keep up with refilling my water!! This happens ALL THE TIME! I’ve came so many times and yet, they always fail to refill water. I have to wave at them to get their attention from just standing there talking to their co workers. Last time I came, the lady gave us our check when we were in the MIDDLE of eating our dinner. We were not even close to being done but we gave her the card anyway. She took the check and gave us the receipt. We always leave cash for tip so my husband just signed the receipt without tipping on his card. The lady comes back quickly to take the check and pauses as she saw that he didn’t leave any tip and looked at him. From that awkward pause, my husband looked at the server and told her that we will leave cash tip. After that, she literally stood so close to our table and stared at us until we left… I made eye contacts with her so many times from how much she was staring down at us… she was so quick about the check but why did she not feel the need to refill the drinks?! It was completely empty lol. I kept on pouring my OWN water to my husbands cup who drinks more than I do.. If it was me, I wouldn’t have left much tip but my husband left her 20% tip. Of course as soon as we stood up to leave, she came by to pick up the cash. I don’t think she deserved it though.. she didn’t do anything but to make us feel like we need to leave the restaurant ASAP lol

East Coast Vapers – Menu with Prices – 612 Caroline St, Fredericksburg

The shop seems quite run down, but that isn’t the worst of their problems. Juice stock is excellent however their mods and atomizers are quite lacking. On top of that, they have products that have been on the shelf for years! Some of them are broken, rusted, just don’t work. There seems to always be people just hanging out in there, and it worries me because a lot of them seem young. Like do you even ID people? Now the worst part is CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are extremely rude, and it’s so bad that if you leave a bad review on google you will just get bashed for it. No one is there to hear you out about your reviews. If you sit there and use a different name and your not in the system oh man you’ll get extremely bashed. Look if you’re not experienced with vaping and don’t care about it, sure go here. However if you are… AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolute trash customer service, hardly decent mod selection, atomizers suck, and their only good thing going is juice.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Menu with Prices 863 Arlington Ridge E, Akron

I’m generously giving it three stars because it is new, but again, thats generous. Walked in and it was pretty packed, they have tables so close to the registers, it’s like your standing on top of people to order, and the people eating have people standing on top of them in line, definitely could have used a little more room. Ordering was fine, the girl told me they would call my number when my milkshakes were done, we went and sat down and our food came out fairly fast, after not hearing anything about our milkshakes i walked back up and they were sitting there melting, I said are these mine? Nobody called the order out? As i was grabbing mine the milkshake girl set someone elses up there, never yelled just set them on the counter, so im assuming the same happened to them. Overall the food was just meh, my daughters burger was so thin it was burnt, like to a crisp on the outside edges, once she picked around that it was alright. The prices are a little high for basically what is fast food, i guess you are paying for ambiance it does have an old school diner feel to it.
