A-1 Pizza Shop – Menu with Prices – 505 Grand St, New York

This is the owner Charlies son, I am so grateful of all of my customers & the constant business you guys give us. Thank you for all of the positive comments! All the people that left negative comments, I would love if u would come to our store and give us another chance! For the people that are saying our store is dirty and run down, you should look at the grade health inspectors always give us! I will give u guys a hint, it’s always an A or B, but mostly it’s an A. Also, we’ve been in the same location since 1985. If our store wasn’t up to par with the standards of the health department, we would have been shut down already! There are other stores near us that get shut down because of public health hazards and their stores are newly renovated. All in all, thank you to all our customers that love us and give us constant business. Also, whoever had a bad time at our store, give us another chance, we won’t disappoint.

Planet Fitness – Menu with Prices – 1010 E Hammer Ln, Stockton

This place is rather good compare to the one off March. Updated equipment and seems more spacious. Not alot of traffic compare to the other one so one can take their time with getting a good workout without having to wait for certain machine or feel rushed. For that reason i usually chose to come to this location rather than the one off March since it’s closer to home. Down side is unfortunately located in the shady area. Got my car window smashed in around between 1am to 1:45am on a Saturday 8/24. So disappointing. Really wanted to like this location but you get what you pay for. Went in to notify planet fitness staff member of what happen to see if they can help to only tell me “yea we get that alot” and wish me good luck. So I’m basically screw. Sad to see that this is happening at both location. There’s a review about the one in March with it being targeting only women with the car break in, but unfortunately that’s not the case. Both men and women are. I can attest since I’m a guy. But, yea her review pretty states it all. There’s homeless folks wondering the plaza from time to time so there’s that factor to factor in. Then again, i personally believe that it’s also more of an inside job. There’s reviews about members lockers being broken into and stuff getting stolen within the building at other location. Either has to be the staff members or other gym members who doing the break-in in the locker room. You do need a membership to check in to go inside. So if these break in is happening on the inside, what’s stopping these same people from doing it on the outside. Sad that people can’t even try to improve their lives by getting in shape without getting screwed. Then again, it’s no one fault except mine that i chose to go at the time i did. This is a prime example of you get what you pay for. Cheap membership attracts scum of the earth as well. Unfortunately the franchise doesn’t want to protect it’s members on the outside too. So the solution is to come during the day time when the plaza is busy and filled with people or a security to patrol the plaza. Even then, your car still isn’t safe. So sad that now i can’t even go in to just focus on working out without the constant fear of another car break in on my mind.

Cookies By Design & Fruit Bouquets Menu with Prices 7698 Belair Rd, Baltimore

Amy Harris Baltimore Store 172 I just ordered an early Halloween Bouquet and 5 shrink-wrapped Halloween cookies to be taken by plane to Vienna. The person to ask for is Amy Harris. She knows the stock, everything about the cookies – I’m guessing she actually makes them. The first person I spoke with was not so accommodating, but with Amy, it was all accommodation and helpfulness. We love these delightfully decorated cookies for special occasions and have been giving them for years without mishap. This is the first time for this store. I’ll be back later with a follow up on delivery, which seems to be a problem from reading the reviews. But if they have a driver with Amy’s abilities and forethought, there will be no problem. U P D A T E ! They were delivered as promised and my granddaughter loves them. A bit early for Halloween, I thought, but eating 1 a day will get her very close to the 31st. Many thanks to the Baltimore franchise of CbD! They did a great job. Hoping the cookies they shrink wrapped make it to Vienna as cookies and not crumbs. CbD did their job, now it’s Lufthansa we look to to complete it.

Sharp Cookie – Menu with Prices – 5380 N Mesa St, El Paso

I’m not a butter cookie type of gal. Most of the time, I think they’re tolerable. But I was really impressed with this store’s cookies. First, the shop is simple and cookies are displayed very professionally. Second, the customer service was friendly and informative. She explained that a lot of custom orders were made and that the assortment of cookie designs could be found on their website/facebook. At the store, you can get cookies to eat and even get regular cookies (without designs). I picked up a day old $0.75 Pecan Noir cookie and it was deliciously chewy, like it was fresh. Their cookies are beautifully designed too – almost like they’re factory made but it is clear that each is hand-made since the customer service rep was in the middle of icing a cookie when she saw us come in. Naturally, I figured that such bright, perfect-looking cookies were probably horrendous tasting. No. They give out samples to people who come into the store so that you can taste what the cookies are like. The ratio of icing to cookie is perfect (a thin layer of icing) and more of the soft cookie. Neither the icing nor the cookie were too sweet. I loved it and I’m not even a butter cookie person. In most store-bought decorated cookies, the cookies are hard and tasteless and the icing is way too thick so that you break your teeth to bite through the cookie. No thanks. I’ll be coming to Sharp Cookie for my future decorated cookie needs.

Sequoia Sandwich Company Menu with Prices 4521 Buena Vista Rd, Bakersfield

Same menu, same ingredients – can’t go wrong. My usual is the roast turkey breast. About identical to the other locations, though a little dry. Asked for extra mayo in a cup and that made all the difference – then it became the sandwich I’ve eaten for years. We like this location and glad to have a Sequoia a bit closer to us, but the dry sandwich is just one little thing to nitpick about. Another is how freakin’ cold the place is. Bakersfield is a hot place but I could store a stash of ice cream anywhere in this restaurant. It is FREEZING COLD in there. I mean… a hot summer day and my wife packed jackets for her and my boy knowing how cold it gets in this restaurant. Hey, Sequoia, can you adjust that thermostat to some something other than Arctic Blast? Yeah, this is not major… but I don’t like sitting in ice anymore than molten rock and lava. There’s got to be a happy medium. And we’re finding that the cookies tend to be a bit overcooked. Compare, say, a Rainbow Sugar at Buena Vista to any other location; a bit more crumbly and hard-edged. Downtown location is near-perfect every time (outta be after all these years) – Ming Avenue is almost as good. Rosedale is mostly on, though they stumbled many times on more than just cookies… but Buena Vista needs to cook ’em a few minutes less. Sequoia cookies traditionally haven’t been hard around the edge… always soft and almost doughy. Yeah, another thing you may say is nitpicking. But Sequoia Sandwich as a brand has, in general, been excellent overall. I enjoy the Buena Vista location and don’t want to see these little things add up to make it the one failing Sequoia. The ratings for this location are a bit lower than the others and probably justifiably so. We’ll keep going back, though, because we love the product and know they’re new at this location and still learning and looking to improve. They have big shoes to fill but I have faith they’ll get there… they don’t have very far to go…

Eileen’s Colossal Cookies – Menu with Prices – 2101 W 41st St Suite #53, Sioux Falls

The cookies here are always fresh and fantastic! I special ordered cookies for my grandma’s 90th birthday but accidentally called the Eileen’s Cookies in Omaha instead of Sioux Falls location! When I went to pick up the order at the Sioux Falls location the staff realized my mistake and were so accommodating. They were able to quickly make my large order of specially decorated, birthday cookies while I was there. They saved the day for me! I can not say how wonderful this place is! The cookies turned out beautifully, were delicious and a big hit at the party!

Kelli’s Gourmet Cookies – Menu with Prices – 605 Douglas Blvd, Roseville

Trust those who Yelp regularly… Undoubtedly the best cookies out there. I’ve been buying cookies from Kelli’s Cookies for close to 10 years. They’ve changed locations just once from Fulton Avenue in Sacramento to Douglas Boulevard in Roseville, and I would follow them to New York if I had to. Coincidentally, I moved to San Diego, but still get cookies delivered, or pick them up when I’m in town. My absolute favorite is the Breakfast Cookie, because of the quality ingredients used. beyond that, I have 7 favorites tied for second place. I’ve come to know several employees, and they are always so exceptionally respectful to me as a customer, and of others I’ve seen in the store. Now that they are a non-profit business, I think even more highly of Kelli and her team. BREAKFAST COOKIE Highly Recommended

The Sparrow Bakery Northwest Menu with Prices 2748 NW Crossing Dr #110, Bend

What can I say Yelpers, this is a fantastic locals bakery, restaurant, and coffee house. We love it and visit several times a week and also use it as a meeting spot in NWX. Location, about as good as it gets in NWX. It can be filled with energy sometime and a bit loud but most of the time it is chill. If you choose the wrong time to visit you might find the line out the door, why is this? because it is worth it. During Farmers Market in the summer months it is awesome to see all the activity here. Coffee and espresso drinks, pretty good, but better first thing in the morning when it is staffed with a pro and not slammed. Their coffee bar can get rather busy and depending who is staffing this critical position, well this is not a training opportunity on a busy day, we seen a few crash and burns on the coffee bar ; ( Food, Simple breakfast options, lox’n bagel, breakfast sandwiches. Also other Healthier options like oats and fruit bowls and pastries, yes stay away form the Ocean Roll if you’re working on your waistline but I must attest, dipping an Ocean Roll into a warm cappuccino is very addictive, I think I may require an intervention. Value, who cares? It’s not that expensive and it is worth it, so say the hundreds that repeatedly visit each day. The owner is very stealthy or shy but the entire team seem to have it going on in this location which is way different than their other location which is, well, more organic. They are also building another location in NWX to accommodate their expanding business which I believe is more prep. My go-to place for sure.

Subway Restaurants – Menu with Prices – 2838 S Texas 6, Houston

My experiences at this location have repeatedly been absolutely horrible. Today was the worst. I was in line, asked for my sandwich to be toasted. There was one person in line in front of me and one person behind me. There were 2 subway employees behind the counter and for some reason both the person in front of me AND the person behind me got their sandwiches toasted and complete before me. I was skipped in line, and then I was asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, AGAIN. I will not be back to this location ever again. I mind as well go to another sandwich shop than to deal with constant miscommunication and a staff of employees that are incompetent.

Capri Bowling Lanes – Menu with Prices – 2727 S Dixie Dr, Dayton

Attended a Birthday party last night with a large group of friends and we brought in cake and cookies. We do this same party every year and were unaware that cake is allowed, but cookies are not, which is fine. What was not fine is the employee getting loud and very rude about it and explaining that cookies (but miraculously not the cake) are a Montgomery County health code violation. Maybe next time, you can try speaking to your customers with respect. Customer Service goes a long way, sir. We spent a ton of money there, but not too sure we will be returning next year.

Laredo Restaurant & Grocery – Menu with Prices – 1854 Broadway, Fort Wayne

This is about the most authetc mexican resturaunt in Fort Wayne. The mexicans have owned and operate it for years, and is known as one of their hangouts. Alothough rich “gringos” are welcome, and will not be descriminated against. I noticed that the food critic “on the menue”, managed to finally revue it, This was very nice of him, since it has been there for about 30 ? years. That was about the time I posted the picutes of Lrado on yelp. I will accept the food critics description of the service and quality of the food. Over the years that I have eaten there, a few times. Since this town is known as “the city of resturaunts”. With lots of different places to go. This is the part of the review that I feel was left oout. I tend to think , the most important of the dinning experience. The neighborhood and surounding area! Boarded up houses andg the side of theresturaunt, with run down houses, surounding the place. I would not park my car behind or along the streets, or along the front. The parking lot is very small. But I do not think you will get, be a victom of a scraping of your car. And drive away person. I would park across the street, In the large field. If you choise to park in the grocery store lot. Beware , you will walk in front of “the rock bottom” tavern. A notorius hangout for drunks and bikers. When somone hits “the rock bottm”. Unless you chose to walk across the street to get there. Least we not forget “the ladies of the night”. Not to many of them around anymore, since the police cracked down on them a it few years ago. Isn’t that nice of me, to give you this part of a review?
