Came here for a late lunch on Saturday and the restaurant was pretty empty. As we walked in a waitress told us to have a seat and she would take our order. Looks like the restaurant is set up to place your order at the counter and then they deliver to your table. Either way we took a seat and we were given paper menus to review. Overall the service we received was great throughout our meal. Restaurant is large with an open kitchen and a bar set up in the middle of the restaurant. Make note that the bar only serves beer, so my wife was not able to order her usual margarita. To start our meal we had the hatch queso and a half order of onion rings. The queso was delicious with a spicy kick that was not overbearing. The chips looked home made but unfortunately they were stale. The onion rings where good but the breading comes off easily so it creates a mess while eating. For our entrees we had the Texas smoked blue wedge, a lettuce wrapped smokey blue bacon burger and a burger bowl. The wedge salad was very good, best part of the meal. The salad was plated nicely and the dressing was delicious. The blue bacon burger was unfortunately not as good. The burger was over cooked and overall it’s pretty small for the price. I expected much stronger flavors considering it has blue cheese. My wife liked the burger bowl, especially the guacamole it includes on the top of the burger. The portion size for the bowl is large. Overall this is a nice restaurant that did not deliver consistently throughout the meal. There are too many burger joints around that have more flavorful larger burgers for the same price point. Also due to the limited bar I can’t say this place is worth coming for drinks only. Looks like this is one and done for us.

The Longhorn Cafe – Menu with Prices – 5602 W Hausman Rd Ste 102, San Antonio

Came in for lunch to try the newest Longhorn location which is close to my work office and I’m glad I did. I was a little bit worried at first based on some past reviews but it seems to me that after my meal they have worked out the kinks. I placed my order at the counter, a jalapeno cheese burger with a side of onion rings and a iced tea. It took about ten minutes for my order to be ready for pickup at the window. The burger was a good size and came fully loaded: mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, cheese and jalapenos. The bun was toasted and the beef patty (1/4 lb patty I’m assuming) was cooked just right with a nice char on the outside but juicy on the inside. Each bite was bliss. The onion rings were also very good. They came out a nice golden brown and crispy with no excess oil. The tea was strong and tasted freshly brewed. Overall, this was a really good burger and rings at a good price. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff was friendly. It seems that this Longhorn location is now putting our food at the level of the original on Blanco.

Ford’s Garage Kissimmee – Menu with Prices – 3210 Margaritaville Blvd, Kissimmee

I had an excellent meal here. It was National Cheeseburger day and that sounded good. I had previously been to a Ford’s Garage in Tampa area and had a great burger. I brought my parents along. We had a great server named Kevin, he was attentive and always made sure we were taken care of. I started with a Pumpkinhead beer. They do it right by putting a rim of cinnamon sugar on the glass. It’s the little things. We started off with the GIANT FUNNEL TOWER OF JUMBO PISTON ONION RINGS. They were crispy on the outside and the onion on the inside was firm not mushy. They had a nice flavor that was not too sweet like some onion rings. They were also very hot and were not sitting around. I like how they are served on an oil funnel. I tried there new seasonal burger, it was an Australian Wagyu Beef Spicy burger. I subbed out the standard bun for a pretzel bun. This burger was awesome. The Wagyu beef does make a difference. It has more flavor and is tender. The burger was topped with fried jalapeños, a spicy sauce and Pepper-jack cheese. This was very filling and probably one of the best burgers I have had recently. They do not do regular fries. They serve Potato wedges and they are seasoned nicely and go well with the chipotle ketchup that is served with the onion rings. My mom had a Chop Shop Salad with Salmon. This salad is huge and they can swap the lettuce mix for romaine. The salmon that is added on is a 6 oz fillet. My mom ate half and took half home for lunch the next day. My dad had a Mushroom Swiss burger that was perfect. Overall a great meal and well done. I look forward to coming back again soon.

Fatburger & Buffalo’s Express – Menu with Prices – 2795 Cabot Dr Suite 6-102, Corona

I’m giving 5 stars to the manger 0 stars to the employee who was supposedly the crew leader . Noah was extremely unprofessional. We had an order of a 1/3 pound combo with Swiss cheese and onion rings inside the burger . We requested the burger to be cut in 1/2 .. while our order was delivered we noticed that there was neither cheese nor onion rings on the burger . We let them know . They took the burger back . 4 mins later Noah brought the burger back wearing gloves in his hand opening the burger showing us that there were onion rings on it and we didn’t see it .. as he was opening the burger like he was flipping pages of a book . I said enough … we requested the burger to be cut in half and if they were any onions rings on it they supposed to be cut not still round . His answer was I will check the cameras and I let you know … I asked for the Manager’s name and I called next day .. he apologized and he did his best to offer a welcome back .. I appreciated his act but simply I will never go back .. cause a company that have a policy of going through customers food when mistake happened and are not willing to remake the Customers food so that they can save in their cost .. that’s extremely inhuman … Again the reason why I am giving 3 stars cause the manager Ein did his best and he took the responsibility for his crew leader act … and that was a good example of leadership … again treat customers the same way you want to be treated . Customers spend time , money and energy to open your restaurant door …

Shenanigans Kitchen and Cocktails – Menu with Prices – 4612 Quincy St, Metairie

I have ordered from them twice before and the food was good – burger, quesadilla, and onion rings. I ordered a 2 shrimp poboys and onion rings. We were astonished to find a shrimp poboy without fried shrimp. They were grilled or baked or something else. The onion rings were $7.75 for 10, yes 10. Absolutely a rip off. I went back to the DoorDash app and rechecked to male sure I did not order wrong but there is nothing but the size of the poboy and if you want cheese. Don’t think I will ever order from there again.

South Philly Cheesesteaks – Menu with Prices – 1439 Main St, Sarasota

Walked in here and understand they just opened to the public this week. Its an open environment with a cool brick wall on one side, and wooden/steel wall on the other. Nice wooden tables. Our server was friendly and was efficient. We had a few questions and she answered all of them quickly. I didn’t want the grilled onions or hot peppers on my large 10″ cheesesteak and wanted lettuce, tomato, and onion instead. She said no problem, but charged me $1 extra. I also wanted onion rings instead of bagged potato chips or fries and told her I would pay extra, but she said that was not possible, so I went with the fries. We also ordered a Swiss mushroom burger and sweet potato fries, but when it came out, it was with onion rings–very odd (because she originally said onion rings as an upgrade was not possible!). We eventually got our sweet potato fries that we originally ordered and she had the nerve to charge us an extra $3 for the onion rings (that we never did order). It looks like when it comes to upgrades and changes, they are a bit confused, so who knows what’s allowed. The good news is that the cheesesteak was very good tasting, although for a large, it wasn’t that big. You would think a large would be at least a foot long for $11.50. The fries were fresh cut, but tasted a bit off and dry, and they were very dark in color, along with the onion rings. Perhaps they needed to change the oil in their fryer. The sweet potato fries were okay. They also serve beer here at very reasonable prices.

Wibbley’s Burgers Menu with Prices 2255 140th Ave NE B, Bellevue

Took my wife and 2 year old son to Wibbley’s and had a great experience. We went for the dinner rush so it was was pretty busy in there but they handled it well. The owner was training a new chef in the back but also making sure the customers were taken care of. Kid friendly restaurant with toys for the little ones. Together we ordered the Century Burger, Fish and chips, Garlic fries, onion rings and a couple of shakes. The burger was delicious. Just the right amount of blue cheese and the bacon, come on, it’s Bacon, of course it’s good. Great value for $7 or whatever it was. The fish had great breading but I love panko breading. The garlic fries are also on point. Not over powering but enough to enhance the fries. Over all I highly recommend Wibbley’s for a great burger fries and a shake. It’s kido friendly and they staff was awesome!

The Blue Owl – Menu with Prices – 5 W Canon Perdido St, Santa Barbara

We’ve been to Blue Owl a few times before, mostly when they first opened, and found them to be phenomenal. However after a long hiatus, we were very disappointed at how little flavor and effort was put into our meal. I was really glad to see they use Art of Tea brand teas and almost ordered a hot tea, but I went with a fun Thai iced tea instead. It looked like it had plenty of condensed milk in it but it was barely sweet. And not only that, the Thai tea flavor was barely there. And you know how the burger is usually on shitty wonder bread but it doesn’t matter because it sooooo good that you don’t care?? The burger is on a nice roll now, but it’s not as good. I tasted no basil. It was just fried cheese and egg. The burger came with a side salad. It was a nice spring mix but that was basically it. No other veggies and barely had any dressing on it. Not very appetizing. And finally we shared a large order of fried rice. We added kimchi and a poached egg. There was plenty of kimchi in the bowl and it was delicious. But the poached egg was basically a hard boiled egg and there was hardly any rice in the bowl. What gives?? Blue Owl used to be phenomenal! And now we’re just left disappointed.

Saddle Ranch Chop House – Menu with Prices – 20 City Blvd W, Orange

1st time here, thought it was more fine dining but no it is casual, very open air, bar atmosphere with food on the upper scale. We were greeted immediately and had to wait a bit for a table as it was Saturday evening. Once we got a table, our server Jon Jon (not sure if that is correct spelling) arrived quickly to take drink orders, wine list not so great, drinks arrived and we ordered appetizers: onion rings and spinach artichoke dip. Both we excellent. I love the presentation of the onion rings. The onion rings had shaved Parmesan on top and came with 2 dipping sauces. One was like a spicy mayo and the other was like a sweet and spicy chili that really had a kick. I liked it. The onion rings were really good. The spinach artichoke dip was served in a bread bowl and it was huge. There were big chunks of artichoke and flavor was on point. Only issue, was a bit cool in the middle, but otherwise very good. I had a house salad, was very fresh, tasty, all good. My husband and son had the wedge salad, it was very large and looked delicious, no complaints from them. They had prime rib and I had the filet. They were happy with their food except my husband had veggies with his steak and they were cold. My filet was cooked perfectly and for once I didn’t have to add salt. The filet was perfectly seasoned, even had a bit of heat to it. It was great. I got creamed corn and tater tots with the meal. The corn was very good, not to sweet. The tater tots were way over cooked, hard and crunchy. However my son had tater tots with his meal and they were cooked properly and tasted great. They were topped with bacon and green onions, it was yummy. Overall, everyone was happy and very full. Very large portions here, so we took a lot home. Our server was so awesome, he really catered to us. My husband is a real stickler about service and he was really happy with Jon Jon.

Blue 32 Sports Grill – Menu with Prices – 4845 S Arizona Ave, Chandler

The 1st time I wanted to try this place it was closed.. It was Halloween, who closes on Halloween? This place I tell ya. I was craving a burger and this place always come up so we finally went. You walk in to a sign that says seat yourself. The seat for the tables are rock hard, even my junk in the trunk didn’t help. We had a sweet waitress with the longest, thickest, darkest, fakest eyelashes ever, but she was very nice. The hubby and I got both got burgers I ordered Onion Rings he ordered fries. My burger looked a different color then his. Mine was lighter his looked grilled… I ordered mine with cheese he didn’t or I would of switched with him. Absolutely NO flavor. How does that happened.. It was NOT a fresh burger, you can tell it was a frozen patty. My Onion Rings were NOT crispy at all and it still tasted powdery from the flour. His fries were soggy. I was hungry so I ate it, got the bill and was regretting I ate it, should of just went next door to Dairy Queen for a better burger. Half an hour after getting home I had stomach pain that I NEVER experienced before, upper mid stomach pain. Never had it before or since. I had restroom issues. I almost went to the ER.. I had not eaten that day so it was definitely their food. Restroom were nice, like the waitress but I would rather good food over service.

Zoc’s Gourmet Burgers and Shakes – Menu with Prices – 975 Chili Ave, Rochester

The maestro of meat. Every time my wife and I come to Rochester, we make sure to stop here. The menu is good, and there’s some creative items here but the owner is also willing to customize anything you want. I don’t know how he seasons the meat, but he clearly has a knack for it. Juicy, flavorful, fresh veggies on top and soft rolls to boot. More often than not I get the ASTRO burger, which has candied jalapeños, onion rings and a bourbon BBQ sauce. My wife just gets a classic bacon burger, but we’ve tried almost everything on the menu. Haven’t had a bad meal yet. And the seasoned fries are the best I’ve ever had. Shakes are the real deal, large size and made with milk. You won’t get instant service here, since he makes everything fresh to order… It takes time unless you call ahead. No assembly lines at this place. But for a small one man operation, his burgers are the best I’ve had in upstate NY in my opinion. If you’ve got time and are in the area, stop by. You won’t be disappointed!

Lula’s Neighborhood Grill – Menu with Prices – 4821 Yosemite Blvd, Modesto

This place was great the first time and terrible the second. Lying owners. I order a burger combo and a western bacon burger with shoe string onion rings. I was rung up for my order as if everything was ok. I watched the cook, cook our burgers and smash them so many times to speed up the cooking process which relieves the juice from the party leaving a burger that is dry and no juice. I got home to beer battered onions instead of shoe string, I called back and let the lady know I order shoe string and got regular. She then informed me “oh yea, cause we ran out” so I was never informed you ran out at the register and proceeded to take my money. After I called and opened my western burger and guess what. THERE SHOE STRING ONION RINGS IN MY BURGER. So they didn’t run out. I usually don’t mind for accidents like this if the people own up to their mistakes but, The one thing I hate about restaurants is when they lie. It makes them look stupider. Threw my food away due to nasty dry burger. Thanks for nothing
