Went there with a party of 12 on a Monday night. The restaurant was far from busy, so they should’ve been able to handle the size of the table–or so I thought. From the start, the service was horrible. Waitress took drink orders right away but we waited nearly 15 minutes for them to come to the table. I as well as another guest walked by the bar on separate occasions–and there the orders sat at the waitress station. So it clearly wasn’t a problem with the bar staff. Meanwhile the waitress sat talking to the staff. That should’ve been the first clue to leave. Dinner came, albeit slow and cold. In fact it was brought partly by another waitress how apologized profusely for the poor service.. The order was also incomplete, and one of the dinners was simply not placed. It (a pizza) eventually came when we were done and ready to leave. Unfortunately the problems didn’t stop there. The waitress not only got the bills wrong but also charged the wrong cards for the orders (we were in a multiple check party). All told, it took over half an hour to check out! I’ve been to several Upick 6 restaurants. Never had I had such poor service as this one. If I could say that it was just a wait staff issue (new trainee, or some other issue), I’d probably go back. However that the manager didn’t even come over to offer an apology for the poor service speaks volumes to how this one was run and I’m not inclined to go back ever again. FOLLOW UP: After posting review I was contacted by the manager who after looking in to the matter was very contrite and apologetic. Had offered to make amends by sending out gift cards. Nearly 2 months later and they have not been received.

Do not fall for the five star reviews! I am not one to write reviews but I had such a difficult time enjoying myself due to the poor service that I just had to write my first yelp review. To start off: This place was not timely in getting us seated despite a reservation. Upon getting into a room it took over an hour for an order of mozzarella sticks and they ran out of chicken tenders. While the songs are limited it was still fun and enjoyable. Room was big enough for the party. Unimpressed with the staff, service, and menu. The staff was overwhelmed by 6 orders and separate checks and needed to come back into the room numerous times. The first time the waitress came to take our orders she didn’t even have a pen and paper, therefore when we finished ordering she informed us she forgot and needed to go and get a pen and paper. My thoughts on the food: Portions were also small. A portion of chicken tenders is 2 strips and there are 5 mozzarella sticks in an order. All in all, the karaoke was good and I had a great time with my teammates. However, can’t speak to the quality of anything else. It took over two hours for food to be ordered, brought, and we are continuing to wait for the check 2+ hours later. Since they charge the rooms based by the hour and time spent in the room it all feels like a big scam and workers are not motivated to be efficient or organized. It has gotten to the point where every member of our party has complained and it feels as though they are holding us hostage because they have our credit cards (they take them when you order any food or drink). Take caution if you want to try your luck with this establishment.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 311 S Rosemead Blvd, Pasadena

This place need to hire a new manager. I get here at 930(online shows closes at 11pm) I see a line of 5 people waiting for orders. I stand waiting at register for at least 15 mins. Now while im waiting to just get my order taken. I see who I presume is the manager on duty (guy in blue shirt) he is walking back and forth mumbling to himself. Knocking down paper and trays. Complaining that its too busy and saying (dont these people know we close at 10) Does this guys really not want business. Or maybe he just didnt want to work or he doesn’t like his job. I got a sense that the rest of the staff seemed afraid that this manager was going to snap at any second. Now I’m still waiting and this manager calls my name. He says all I have is this(points finger at what’s left in chicken.) Ask if I want that or want what I ordered? Um of course I want what I ordered. This is now another 20 mins after I ordered. He is saying it’s going to be another 20 mins , since they have to make it. I said I’ll wait. He then tells me to go wait outside, because the lobby is closed. Why leave when other customers are still sitting and eating. By the way there are 2 other customers after me. And he wants us all to leave because the lobby is closed. No I dont thinks so. This guys is being such a tool. He is still complaining that all day they had 5 customers and now the customers wont stop coming in. Doesn’t he know that it’s a good thing to be busy and make money. Still the other staff looks unsure on what to do . Not wanting this manager to go crazy. This guys still wont shut up, this whole time complaining and in a bad mood. Still waiting Still waiting Still waiting It’s now 50 mins after is showed up and my orders done , the manager dissapeared for about 15-20mins. He Comes out when I’m leaving and looks around still complaining. The other worker is at least apologetic about wait. By the the signs still says open and there still taking drive thru orders. And the lady after me is still waiting too. This is a long review because I had time to write this since im waited 50 mins because this manager doesn’t know how to manage. Tip to owner of store. Get rid of this guy. He makes customers not want to come back. I will drive the other way next time just to avoid his attitude and wait

Eduardo’s BBQ Steaks & Mexican Grill – Menu with Prices – 6516 Arena Blvd, Laredo

My family of 10 went to Eduardo’s for a birthday celebration. Upon entering, we were told they were having AC problems. We decided to stay and a portable unit was placed nearby. I told one of the employees about the birthday celebration. He said “Happy birthday!” and walked on. Maybe they don’t do anything special for birthdays. A new waitress (who had an experienced waitress helping her) brought our chips (had to ask for more) and took our drink orders. Our iced tea was room temperature. We had to ask for ice several times. One person had a cracked glass that had to be replaced. We placed our orders which took some time because of 10 people-understandable. But during that time, our drink orders were not refilled unless we asked. We had to ask for ice again. Once our orders came out, several of them were incorrect. The birthday person didn’t get the correct order and another person who ordered a taco, did not get his order at all. One container of corn and flour tortillas was placed in the middle of the table for 10 people. We had to ask for more. There were plenty of staff members standing around. The restaurant was not busy. Finally, the manager and another waitress started helping the new waitress. Eventually everyone got their orders, the food was good, but the presentation was lacking. The image on the menu did not match some of the orders received. Eduardo’s is a restaurant full of ambience, plenty of staff, good food, but poor service. When the check came, there were only charges for the food and drinks. After the waitress returned with the credit card, 20% gratuity was added!!! There was NO compensation for the problems incurred and NO acknowledgement of the birthday. I would suggest professional development from management on down. I would recommend a pre-printed order form for the waitress since language may have played a part in the mix up of the orders. This would help the waitress and the chef. Have the eating utensils on the table when guests sit down. They should not have to ask for silverware. Until that happens, we will not be back.

Aloft Green Bay – Menu with Prices – 465 Pilgrim Way, Green Bay

I will start this review by saying that I am a frequent at the Marriott and I thought with this being apart of the brand now I could give it a try. Initial impression: The hotel was very easy to access and had great parking in front of the hotel, which was very easy to find a park. I thought the outside of the hotel was clean and it was a pretty nice hotel. Check in: Now for the reasons for such a low rating. Through my banks reward perks I was able to get gift cards to the Marriott brand so it was perfect. My card is already on file when I book on Marriott so I went to the front desk and the staff was welcoming. We proceed to check in and I mention that I had gift cards. The front desk staffed seemed a little confused on how to proceed stating that they rarely get gift cards. So one of the staff members goes and gets the manager to help. Okay cool. The manager comes out not making eye contact first saying “well we need to make sure they are valid first”. Rude! Once they check the validity of the gift cards we then proceed with the transaction. The manager told me to just swipe my card, not asking which method of payment I was choosing or anything, nor a total. In short the manager wanted me to pay the total for the room with my card and THEN was going to utilize the gift cards stating “incidentals”. For me this did not make sense, especially if someone has a coupon or gift card, wouldn’t you want to take this off first? Well then she tried to argue that the gift card did not cover the whole stay anyways which is why she was going to apply it last. Again does not make sense. I frequently travel, I am aware of incidental fees and was in no way trying to move around them but I was not going to utilize my gift card for that. When I asked how much the incidentals were she said she did not know it was up to the bank usually 50-100 dollars. Well if you were not sure you were just going to take the 100 gift card for incidentals because you felt like it?I asked if I could put the incidentals on my credit card. She then said that she does not think they can accept multiple forms of payment. What?? Either way we ended up swiping my credit card for the incidentals and guess what it held? $1.00. Yep a measly dollar. So this manager was going to just apply the incidentals for a 100.00 because she felt like it and was not even sure what my bank was going to charge me for it. Once that craziness was over with she then proceeded to tell us about the area and things to do. The conversation ended positively but this was clearly a training issue if the staff does not know how to apply a gift card. Please address that issue. The room: I thought the room was very cute. Butttt…The bed I ordered was a King and it was quite clear it was a queen. I sleep in a King at home so I am familiar with the size. I then called down to the front desk and stated that I did request a king bed and she asked if there were one or two beds in the room. I replied one and she said “well all of the one bed rooms are kings so it is a king.” Even though we took measurements from the app on our phone and compared it to the dimensions of a queen bed. At this point I was over this hotel. All in all I thought the property was very cute and trendy but due to my poor experience I will NOT be returning to this hotel. I absolutely enjoy the Marriott and will continue to stay at other hotels in the brand.

Fox & Hound – Menu with Prices – 250 Millcreek Mall, Erie

If youâ??re going to go here, sit at the bar. Every time Iâ??ve sat at a table Iâ??ve been given subpar service. We waited 15 minutes to even be approached by a waitress. Then, the waitress served me a stout instead of a New England IPA and insisted she was correct even when 2 other tables said she had the wrong beer. Was given my check and had my card taken without so much as a thank you. Thankfully the bar staff was much nicer than the wait staff. Great specials, great food, but due to the service, I will not be returning anytime soon.

Coney Island Menu with Prices 406 Storer Ave, Akron

I?ve been here a handful of times over the past few years. The food is good but the service is just okay. They?ve always been polite but they never remember the order correctly. It is never ready when they say it?ll be ready. They have issues with accepting credit cards. They really need a skilled manager to help them out. Even a mediocre manager could help their situation. It seems like they leave the managing up to the cook who is also answering phone, taking orders and cashing people out. The cook needs some help!!! I would probably come in at least once a week if service was better. Being a business owner myself it?s hard for me to tolerate.

Bangkok Garden – Menu with Prices – 417 W 21st St, Norfolk

We drove an hour have good Thai food for my birthday. This not our time here and have always enjoyed good food and service. Not this time! We were seated by one waiter and he took our drink order. The second thing he said was how hot the kitchen was and was not real happy working there…WTH? The next thing we know we have a different waitress who brought our drinks. She was very nice but did not speak English very well. No problem, we got our appetizers ordered…and ordered our entrees. While we were waiting we noticed a GrubHub order being filled and talked about that a little. We received one appetizer and waited…and waited…We overheard a different waitress explain to another couple that they were having trouble filling GrubHub orders and the on-site orders were being delayed…again WTH? You don’t sacrifice your sitting customers for take-out orders! We finally received our second appetizer in addition to one of our main entrees…? We hadn’t finished our salads yet! Something was wrong here. We could tell the wait staff was frustrated as they struggled to keep customers calm while they waited and waited. We finally received our other three entrees and discovered the first one was the wrong one (we all ordered Pad Thai with different meats) so we shuffled orders and got everything straight. At no time did any manager come out to apologize for any delays or problems. We did notice that the place did not fill up as rapidly as we remembered. That was a clue. One couple left in the middle of their appetizer with the waitress apologizing and begging them to stay! The food was hot and tasted great! We all got to-go boxes…and received our bills at the same time with no desert choices…She couldn’t take our money fast enough…Strike three! We have come here several times in the past years and had no issues but something or somebody has changed for the worse. We didn’t check TA for the latest reviews. We won’t make that mistake again. We will not return.

Señor Machetes – Menu with Prices – 121 E Main St, Madison

Two friends and I came to this restaurant per recommendation from another friend. While the food was good, we were only at first pleased with the service. When our bills came, we were charged $9 for the small $5 margaritas we ordered. When we let our waitress know, she apologized for giving us the wrong drink menu – and said they now only carried one size. She also explained that she was unable to change the price herself and that only a manager was able to do that. We then asked if anyone was around who could. It seemed like she checked quickly and came back to tell us there was not and showed us the right drink menu and explained again nothing else could be done. This put us in an awkward position, so we still tipped, but felt that we were cheated because we spent more than what was advertised to us. We would have not ordered what we did, had we known the real price was $9. We felt that a manager should have been on duty to change the prices to what was advertised to us or that our waitress should have been able to do so. Also, after this experience I noticed the email given to those who also had Poor experiences under this review section and decided to email instead of leave a review. However, the email address came back as invalid. We will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Wild Tiki Fun Zone – Menu with Prices – 735 Iwilei Rd, Honolulu

Great experience! The absolute BEST place to have a child’s birthday party. Our party host, Brandon (that is also a manager) was so GREAT with all of the kids, he spoke to them in a way that they related well to, and they all acutally listened! The food was also served by him and his staff, and the cake. I didnt have to do anything and was able to enjoy also (and relax!). They were extremely accomadating (I had to add on kids about three different time) and they made it simple. Overall, a perfect, totally stress-free party!!!!!!

Milagro On 12 Latin Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 12 Avenida Menendez #3601, St. Augustine

We just finished eating at this restaurant and it was the utmost horrible, horrible, experience encountered in a restaurant!!!!!!! We were a party of 6 with my youngest son. We went in and the first thing we were told was itâ??s s half hour wait with empty tables both upstairs and downstairs. Then another waitress approached us and took us upstairs to sit, she was kind, but the manager walked by us and very abruptly and offensively told us all there is a 30 minute wait and they need to go and wait downstairs. How unprofessional, how disrespectful, how low class and unbecoming behavior of a manager!!! A manager is the representative of a business, she should be role model, the one that builds integrity and great customer service for the business. She did the opposite!!! Her unprofessional tattoos on her right leg were unbecoming as well. She didnâ??t apologize for her bad behavior either!! We decided to wait, it turned to over 45 minute wait. Then when they finally sat us (after having to remind them) they made us wait another 40 minutes for the food. By the time the food arrived it was bland and cold!!!!! We felt that manager did it on purpose. It was so awful that people can treat others in such a poor fashion!! Then to top it off they kept forgetting we needed 2 more sets of utensils as they gave us only four and we are party of six, they never brought them. It gets worse, when it was time to pay, they gave us our three separate checks and charged us an additional fee and said they charge on it holidays and that because it was 4th of July today they needed to charge an additional $10 per person, it was so crazy!!!! As we left the restaurant the manager did not apologize and totally demonstrated lack of professionalism and respect for others!! I would not recommend this restaurant!!!! They need a new manager, one who portrays kindness, compassion, respect for others with excellent customer service etiquette!! The two female services tried to recover her bad behavior, they even apologized and agreed with it as bad behavior on her part but that she was there boss. So sad, a bad example as a leader as well. I will never visit again!! Horrible everything!!

Telliniâ??s – Menu with Prices – 1515 Perimeter Pkwy NW, Huntsville

I typically love tellini’s however, this last visit made me very skeptical. They got my order completely wrong. When I brought their attention to the situation the manager came to the window, she asked what the problem was and I proceeded to tell her everything wrong with my order. She had a very rude tone and manner, as she asked for my entire order back so she could check it. She “informed” me i was wrong that was the correct order. I was missing one meal completely, I ordered chili which she said they didnt even have that night. So I fed up with the situation, just gave up and left. I really wish they would get in better staff!! Because I’m extremely upset. Like I said TYPICALLY I LOVE THEM!

American Deli – Menu with Prices – 1900 E Victory Dr #15,16, Savannah

I’ve had two back to back poor experiences with this establishment. First time, I order some food, and due to incompetence, or whatever it was, they started losing orders and getting orders wrong. It got so bad they stopped taking orders. Just getting my food that day took up my entire lunch break. Today, I went in, ordered my food, and again it took up my entire lunch break. People who ordered after me, got to leave long before I got my food. And when I got it, it was the WRONG ORDER. One star, family. One star.
